Christine was very helpful. I was quite impressed with her knowledge of inventory. When I did not care for the slabs they had pulled for me, she redirected me to others that are similar.Very good customer service.

MSI is an amazing place, a wonderland of surfaces. Our contractor sent us to pick out kitchen counters (we already identified the type we wanted) and the help we got at MSI was perfect. Their safety precautions are incredible, and they are very kind and very respectful. Assistance is available when you want it, yet you can wander and take it all in. Just a great experience overall.

If I could rate this place a 10, I would! So organized, clean, and most of all HELPFUL!! Christine was a breath of fresh air to deal with and very knowledgeable! I honestly walked out thinking.. dang I could work at this place!! I was very impressed and would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

We had a great experience with Dejah during our visit at the showroom. She was very knowledgeable about countertop products. She was also very patient and pleasant. Dejah was GREAT!

After visiting another showroom of a different company, we wound up at MSI and what a difference!! The entire experience was enjoyable. The staff was knowledgeable and willing to help no matter how many questions we had. They had lots of options in all price ranges and sent you home with any and all samples that you wanted. There was no pressure and I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to update your home!

Really enjoyed the opportunity to visit such a beautiful showroom. Christine Torres was amazing to work with. I could honestly spend days there looking at all the tile and flooring. I wasnt there for countertops but can only imagine how beautiful that area is. Heres dreaming for that opportunity soon!

Worth the drive. As everyone stated, incredible selection of product and had large samples of everything. Biggest negatives were the indoor lighting but cant expect a warehouse this big to have special lights inside. Not a big deal in the grand scope of things since you can take the sample to the showroom or outside. The safety protocols were insane. I felt like I was entering a Covid HOT zone..but never the less, we dealt with it.

We went to look at countertop options for our kitchen (remodel). Their selection of quartzite, granite, and quartz was awesome, yet not overwhelming to take in. Ashley was fantastic in showing us around, educating us, and answering our questions. Incredibly beautiful stock and professional employees. A must go!

They have a nice selection of natural stones, quartz etc. The employees who attended to me were friendly. I highly recommended this place for anyone renovating or building a home.

Beautiful options. Great to see importance placed on safety when visiting and option for free samples. I am a visual learner so seeing something larger than a 4X4 helps.

I was amazed at the selections that were available. It was refreshing to see more than the usual 10 that most stores carry. Being able to take samples for FREE was also nice.

Easy check in. Bit of a tight spot to back in but definitely doable. Security was very nice and I was loaded in an hour or so.

MSI had a great selection of tile and quartz for my countertop. They were very organized and professional. Angela was great with helping me find the color I needed.

Very clean and comfortable showroom & warehouse. Each person received a clean hard hat & reflective vest-very safety conscious. They have very large slabs to accommodate our 10 ft island project. Also found a backsplash there too. Great experience.

I have to say out of all the granite places I have visited in my real estate career. Your company by far is the most professional and organized. The lady that gave my wife and I a tour did exactly what I would expect and want when taking a tour to look at slabs as well as gave us samples to take home. I am getting prices from my fabricator now at Mega granite. Thank you#veryimpressed

Largest selection anywhere!!! Very professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. At least 3 people helped me select my products. Angela was especially helpful. Highly recommend going there, it is worth the trip!!

Christine took extra time to show me several options and answer questions. I felt welcome and never rushed. There is a huge warehouse of options and knowledgeable people working there.

One of the worst places to go if you have to drive a truck. Sat for over 4 hours. No one in the office. Forklift drivers dont have a clue.

My wife and we’re amazed by this stone facility. We had no idea what we were in for. Beautiful showroom, very organized INDOOR slab yard, extremely friendly, helpful staff. If you don’t see what you want at MSI, it’s probably not out there!

Ive been to this showroom several times but yesterdays visit stands out the most. Since the beginning of this pandemic Ive had to go to supermarkets, home improvement stores, etc. I always wear my mask and go out if my way to avoid being in close contact with others. Its very frustrating how these businesses place signs all around the store about distancing but really dont do anything to enforce safety in their establishment. MSI is completely the opposite. It was refreshing to arrive and read the sign on ther door that said masks are required (not suggested). Once inside we were asked to sanitize or hands and sign in using our phones to answer questions about our health, travel habits, contacts, etc. Inside the showroom they provide hand sanitizer and customers are asked not to touch samples. I feel like MSI cares about their employees and customers safety. They went above and beyond the safety measures implanted in other stores and I felt safe and very comfortable inside of the establishment. I truly wish other stores would use this as a model for the level of safety that should be provided when opening up during the midst of covid. I wish the governing bodies in the state of Georgia cared about the safety of its citizens this much and required all businesses that want to open to have similar policies that I saw in MSI. Thanks MSI. You are doing an awesome job!!! I wish you sold groceries too.

We drove to MSI from Knoxville, when we arrived we found out that we needed an appointment, however, Christina, the supervisor was amazing and worked with us to find an amazing slab for our kitchen. Thanks for taking the time and caring. Three times the size of what we had available to us in Knoxville.

Truck drivers watch out for that big pothole at the exit. It will damage your truck. When it rains and full up. You will not know how deep it really is until you actually hit it. MS international yall should be really looking into this dangerous issue.

I drove 4 hours to my appointment to chose granite for my new home build. Made my selection, received confirmation paperwork, drove home and when we called to schedule delivery, we learned MSI SOLD MY GRANITE SELECTION TO SOMEONE ELSE!!! Unacceptable!!! Not even a courtesy phone call to warn me this was going to happen. A complete failure of service and a heartache to discover my time and effort was WASTED.

Took for ever to get loaded and after done had to came back to fix it. Load was overweight.

A very unprofessional company I was called twice about a position and was given an interview date and time. I was told that I would receive a confirmation email. I cancelled two other interviews because I after the conversation with my initial contact that this company was more reputable. I called and left two voice mails inquiring about the confirmation. Needless to say no return calls so after a few days I reached out to my contact and was informed said position had been filled. I cant understand why at the least I was not given even a courtesy call that my interview was cancelled . That is extremely unprofessional so I wonder is All of their business handled in this manner?

We visited this weekend with three young kids in tow (not ideal for picking out countertops, but you do what youve gotta do!). The staff was super accommodating, even turning on a movie in their conference room for our kids and another family with young children who had to be there at the same time. They had a wonderful selection of countertops, and their showroom and tile, flooring, etc. options were also lovely. We are excited to get our new countertops!Edited to add (2/17/21): we moved a few months ago into new construction, and I didn’t hesitate to return to MSI for our countertops. They once again had great customer service and a nice selection. I am in love with the quartz (a newer one) we picked out for our kitchen! I get so many compliments on it.
