Firstly, I would like to say I was shocked at the exceptional customer service I received from Icebox. I originally bought a gold chain for my boyfriend and then ended up contacting the store because I did not receive a confirmation email.The sales rep. who assisted me was Emily C. We found that my email was entered incorrectly, so we fixed that in order for me to receive a confirmation. While doing so she asked what I had bought who it was for etc. she then offered to Face-time me because she mentioned customers who buy the 1mm sometimes are not satisfied with how tiny they are and indeed very tiny !!! So I was so happy she cared enough to show/tell me that. I ended up choosing a different chain and I appreciated that although I live in Canada she was able to show me and advise me on other chains I might like. Would def buy from here again!

UPDATING ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW--I did receive a phone call not long after my review that they had our necklace and would be sending us a new one along with some accessories-accessories were 2 pens, jewelry cleaner, a cloth and lanyard. Happy that we did get our necklace back. The person that called was very nice and explained what was going on. I appreciate the customer service, just wish the issue could have been avoided. Thanks for the help and the extras!!Will not return emails. Sent a necklace back for repair and started on Sept. 21 and emailed to see if they received. Last email was 10/9 from them indicating they had not received it yet and asked for the shipping info (they provided the shipping label for return). Still have not heard anything. Tracking number received from them is no longer available. Disappointed that this had to happen to a teenager who had to save a while to purchase this necklace and now he is out his money and the necklace.

TLDR; Stone color is poor quality, stones lack sparkle when worn with good quality SI1 clarity jewelry. Also, they overcharge on their gold chains — you can get the same or better weight/link/quality gold chains usually 1/2 the price by shopping w/ Jacoje or other gold jewelers.—I’ve thought a lot about how many stars to give.I chose to give two stars because they do have a large selection of pendant designs to choose from.However, I wanted to give 1 star because the quality of their diamonds is, in my opinion, subpar and the price per gram of their 14k gold is outrageous.I admit I didn’t spend much money here — only $600 for the mudflap girl pendant in rose gold. I did not have a long wait for my piece, even though it was custom made (not in stock).I placed my order mid January of 2019, and they got it out to me in time for valentines day — part of a gift to myself, the other part being a 3ct tennis bracelet I decided to buy from another jeweler after I received this “test” order from icebox).I was hopeful the stones would be good quality because they were described as SI clarity, and because of how many rappers rep them...Unfortunately they cash in on people who want drip and don’t know anything about diamonds. Don’t ever buy from a jeweler who doesn’t list the color grade of their stones!Also, small diamonds have very little resale value, especially of poor quality. Icebox purposely buys tiny diamonds because they are cheaper, take more time to set, and thus allow them to charge more. But in reality their stones are not the sweet spot. You will get much more sparkle if you buy a piece that had bigger stones.I still wear mine every day, but it doesn’t sparkle as much as my other jewelery. Hell, I’ve seen I2 stones hitting harder than these SI2s...

Icebox has an incredibly large display of amazing high quality jewelry, diamonds, and watches. Some of the craziest diamond pieces I’ve ever seen in my life. I went to Icebox to sell a Rolex, received a fair price. Icebox also did an AMAZING job on a difficult bracelet repair and finished it on time like they said they would. I’m very impressed at the selection your store offers, the professionalism of the store. What an outstanding establishment, the vibe in this place is electric! Id give her FIVE STARS if an individual customer service survey was available. I honestly think the pricing is high for their jewellery due to the high volume of celebrity clients but its no different from purchasing clothes from a mall vs any other location. However Im happy with my purchase.

I went into Icebox to buy some diamond earrings and was helped by Rania. She was super friendly and professional. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and understand what my taste is in jewelry. Her depth in knowing about diamonds and pieces was very impressive. She was helpful in showing me pieces that would be of my interest and she was patient with me in making my decision. I really had a good experience at Icebox with her good customer service and professionalism. I didnt feel like she was just trying to get me to make a purchase like many jeweler employees do.

I have absolutely not a clue how this place has majority 5 star reviews. I went in twice and each time couldn’t believe my eyes at the prices they wanted for ANYTHING that has even a single diamond attached to it. They look at you like a peasant when you try to negotiate with them too. They’re so used to making a chain or a piece for 10k and telling a rapper with a 70 IQ that the chain will cost them 50k and hearing “okay cool ima cop it” that when you go to negotiate on their profit margins that seem like 10,000% they just look at you like you’re legit poor and don’t belong in the store. I mean come on... a 0.7” pendant with 2 grams of gold and 0.15 tctw of Si-2 diamonds in a pave setting...$1,000??? I can go anywhere else in Atlanta and get the same quality if not, better in the same pendant for $200. I ended up buying a gold chain which I got practically robbed blind for anyway. I was charged over $80 a gram on 14k gold for the chain. EVERYWHERE else will charge you no more than $45 per gram of 14k including their labor cost. I spent approximately $900 on a chain with a gold value of $180. I misunderstood when discussing the weight of a few chains and the tag was removed when purchasing so I had it weighed at another jeweler the same day and I felt like an idiot. When I called back later that day to ask why their gold is 2x the price of everyone else I was told “it’s a premium charge because every piece is made in house at icebox” .... come on man.

What a great experience! I met with one lady via phone prior to my arrival named Adara! She was so helpful and actually gave me her number where I could send over information so that she could have some items pulled for me upon my arrival. Once I was in the store I met with a beautiful woman named Melita. She was very successful in helping me find the perfect match for my husband. These 2 women were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be going back to work with them again.

My family and I have been shopping at Icebox since they opened in 2009. At the time, I was looking for a pendant for my high school graduation. I knew, after that first visit, that we would be customers for life! In the five plus years that have passed, a lot has changed (for Icebox and for me!) When I visit their showroom now, it has transformed into a modern and upscale boutique. I follow them on Instagram and I see all the celebrities and athletes that shop with them. And yet, they are still the awesome local jewel that treated me with such kindness and respect. Shopping for jewelry is like shopping for a car, youre always worried that youre being taken advantage of. Thats not the case at Icebox. They are so honest that they have often recommended I buy a less expensive item because it was more appropriate for me. Its just so refreshing to shop here... An A+ experience working with Icebox and Leah from the first time I walked in to picking up the engagement ring. Leah figured out exactly what it was I was looking for, and she sent over a couple designs that were spot on. She answered all of my questions, and the ring came out great. The customer service throughout the entire process was fantastic. Would highly recommend and will be going back in the future.

Im new in town and didnt know too much about where to go for jewelry here in Atlanta. Im from Texas and we have jewelers EVERYWHERE there! Luckily one quick google search and I found the best jewelry store in the country! It was so beautiful inside and they had such a cool selection of rings and earrings. When I saw diamonds and watches in the name I was hoping it would be more than just watches and it was. This was perfect. Im so glad I found them online...so thats why Im writing this review too.

Walking into a family business like Icebox, you can already feel the kind of service you will receive. I got my fiancés ring from here and I knew absolutely nothing about this kind of stuff. They took the time out and showed me everything I needed to know without feeling like I was being pressured into buying anything. As soon as I walked into the store, I was kindly greeted by the ladies at the front of the store which made me feel very welcome. Even though I did not end up buying anything, I received a great deal of attention from all of the employees and was helped by multiple sales people. From the moment we walked in the door, Scott was super helpful! He took the time to get to know us to get a better feel for what we might like, and after showing us a few options he hit the nail on the head! He even showed us how the sausage is made -- from the design, to the molding and placement of diamonds. Super great experience overall. I have heard so many good things about Icebox but I havent had time to make it in. This week I was able to come in and I was surprised to find out I have known this family through my brother for nearly 10 years. After all the good things, its funny to put a face to the name and see it really was true indeed. I was amazed at the prices here. My husband and I brought my wedding ring two month ago here. One of my diamonds fall out two weeks ago. I went back and they replace it free of charge. Unfortunate, two days later the same diamond fall out again. When I went back Ryan help me to decided to replace my top 4 diamonds with a solid 2k. So, I did. Ryan got me $1000 credit for the 4 small diamonds. After three days it was repaired and I was wearing my beautiful ring again. Only this time I couldnt believe the difference in my ring after replacing the top diamond with one solid piece. I am so happy now. Thank you Ice Box. And a special thanks to my friend Ryan....
