Now this Hallmark was very different & a disappointment. There selection of cards 👎... They might as well just make this an entire Pharmacy, Period. Then it felt sort of on the racial side too. I didnt get a good vibe once inside. Then one of the ladies who cashed me out refused to let me use all of my rewards, saying that I could not use more than 1 @ a time, which I know is not a fact, because at all the other Hallmarks that I shop at where I now live in Virginia ask me if I have anymore rewards or coupons that I want to use. Then, all of the other three Hallmarks I shopped @ while I was in GA allowed me to use every reward & coupon I had, some almost up to a zero balance. So that made me wonder even more, was it really Racial motives or what 😫😯! Then the other cashier, who was right there at the time of my purchase said, well I must be doing things wrong, because I always allow customers to use all the rewards they want to use.... Still Puzzled about that & its been weeks. I have been back to other Hallmark stores since I been back in Virginia, as a matter of fact, just yesterday I used three of my rewards & left out paying only $.37 for three cards. 😒😏

A very quaint neighborhood pharmacy and gift shop, locally owned for quite some years now, this shop adds good service and a nice touch to the area. The owners are very pleasant, the staff is friendly, the selection is quaint if a bit overpriced, the pharmacy is efficient. Hours are rather short, yet the parking and access are good, always a pleasant place to visit.

Not friendly or welcoming. I came in the store didn’t get acknowledge, stood in line and was not serviced. Instead the older white lady kept typing on the computer, awful customer services.

12/20/2018 This may be my go-to store for cards & gifts. The phone number on the google search called the Pharmacy. I didnt catch the gentlemens name but he was very pleasant when he found out I had the wrong department. He asked what I was looking for & transferred the call to Ms. Jackie who couldnt have been sweeter. She found what I was looking for & suggested that I pay over the phone (which I didnt think about), since I was going to come after work & with rush hour I would get there close to closing time. She said shell probably be off work by then but I hope shes still there so I can tell her in person. Great bunch of employees Hallmark!

The ladies who work there are friendly and efficient. Card selection is nice, but their gift selection today seemed less robust than usual. Hopefully that was just a fluke.
