Ive shopped with this family owned business for a few years now, and let me tell you, THEY NEVER DISAPPOINT. The staff are extremely personable and engage customers as if theyre family. I havent been since I returned to Atlanta (moved to DC from 2019 - 2021) however, I plan on stopping in to what I often refer to as, MY Novelty Spot.

One of the worst customer service experience ever. If you value your money dont fall for the nice nice routine because I seen the true nature of this business customer service. The product that I purchased was faulty and they know it but would not EXCHANGE. I will never spend my money there again. Please beware

Nobody greeted me and my lady when we came in the door. No “can help you” or “hello” nothing at all.

Im sure that this being the kind of store it advertises they would stay open pass 9:30 pm. Do not close early ppl need last min. Items
