I would highly recommend working with Fast & Great Upholstery. I had a unique project of upholstering these custom cushions for my campervan. These couch cushions also rearrange to be a mattress. I was a bit overwhelmed not knowing much about the upholstery process, but Kennedy was a huge help. He walked me through different options depending on how much I wanted to spend. Just seemed very fair and honest. I dropped off the fabric and cushions and before I knew it, they were ready for pickup! Earlier than the estimated delivery date. Very impressed with the quality too! Weve been beating them up for months now, and the seams and zippers are still in perfect condition. Overall super positive experience.

The quality of the work was good; however, there is a small area where the stitching on the sofa looks like it is coming apart. We have called and texted several times with no response. They automatically charged the credit card they had on file for us, so there was no holding payment back until I could get them to fix this area. It also took them 3-4 weeks to ever respond about initially even scheduling a time to fix the sofa. I would not take anything here again - if they do not repair your item to your liking, you will not be able to get a hold of them to make it right.

When we dropped off our antique chairs with Fast and Great, the chairs were in great working condition, stable with no wobbling. The only problem was that the old green fabric on the chairs was faded so we supplied Fast and Great with new fabric and asked them to re-upholster the chairs and add a little polish. We contacted Fast and Great multiple times to ask if we could pick the chairs up, as the promised return date came and went. Fast and Great never reached out to us to let us know they were running behind, instead, every time we initiated contact and asked if the chairs were ready they would reply asking for more time. 3 weeks later (which was 2 weeks past our promised pick up time) we finally were allowed to bring the chairs home. At first they seemed great; the fabric looked good and the chairs had a little more shine.However, as we began using the chairs again, we noticed that they had a wobble. This wobble quickly grew into instability. When we gave the chairs a thorough inspection we noticed that Fast And Great had stripped the screw holes and when they reassembled the chairs they did a rush job. The joints were ill-fitting and seemed to not be glued at all. It is unacceptable that we paid over $400 to have 4 chairs reupholstered and cleaned, only to have the chairs returned late and in worse condition.At this point we are having to decide to either completely replace half of each of the antique chairs or retire them. If you have furniture that requires a careful touch and a steady time table, we recommend that you find a different upholsterer/ refurbisher. We would not trust Fast and Great to work on the chairs again.

This place is beyond expectations! Last week I put in the order for 4 chairs to be reupholstered and after a week I got my chairs back, which were much nicer than I remembered. Plus, they gave me an extra tip advising me where to go and get my fabric from. I got the fabric from Lewis and Sharon Textiles, they have amazing prices for amazing fabrics. I am just very happy with this experience!

PLEASE - DO NOT USE THIS UPHOLSTERY SHOP! You will regret it - even if it costs you more $ to go somewhere else - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - !!! Workmanship is extremely poor, rude owner, incompetent work, cannot deliver anything on-time (ordered on 7-17, received final job on 9-12), was supposed to be ready in about 7-10 business days, the first delivery and the second delivery of job had to be sent back, I would have sent the 3rd attempt back, but Im exhausted dealing with him and the sloppy work and at this point I feel that he and his workers arent competent at their craft. He couldnt even get simple breakfast nook cushions right (on second attempt one was cut higher than the other, didnt lay flush with the edge (hung over the edge) looked horrible, was told I needed to pay more for him to cut a new foam (previously when he took the order he said he could use the existing foam insert). On third/final attempt, they are still not right!Side chair job was also horrible, 1st attempt, could see the imprint of the wood frame on the back, nail-heads werent put on correctly, lumpy job on the back side and a cut on one of the seats to highlight the major issues. He finally got the side chairs acceptable - but this was after he said he would buy more fabric and put seams in the back like it was originally - which he didnt do. At the end of the 3rd attempt to deliver the job and a very long discussion, he offered a minor discount to just end the cycle of sending it back and it being re-delivered and the job still not right.I want to note that one of his comments between the 1st and 2nd delivery when I drove back over to his shop to check the original cushions with the cushions he had created was: this job is finished... and a waste of his time wanting to intimidate me to accept his sloppy work - I refused and said I just want it to be done right - I spent over an hour at his hot shop having to show him and his Mother that the breakfast cushions werent even cut to fit correctly after he said that he had checked them and that they were cut right. Unfortunately I had to show him he was wrong.Now I have to go and have the cushions re-done - this is totally unacceptable.This is not the way to run a business.Run - run - run from this business!

Excellent workmanship, cheerful customer service. I had 2 “vintage” chairs to repair and recover and was pleased that the owner commented on the solid quality of the old chairs - one of which had been rescued from a trash pile! Worth every penny!

Hoover, Kennedy and team do fabulous work and have a great selection of fabrics to order. My friends had used them so I tried and concur!!! So personable and extremely conscientious.

Good work has to be said.The way of work very organized I recommend them, my furniture was destroyed by a flood, fast great upholstery. they made my furniture come back to have value.punctuality was very important for me because I had an event on the date that I asked to have them ready, that day was in my houseHow do the furniture look?, excellently a very good job, my next job with them are my windows

I had two Parsons chairs that I wished to get custom slip covers. I wasn’t sure of the material I needed when I brought one of the chairs in for measuring. I found this location and received excellent service and suggestions for the fabric choice. I just picked my chair slip covers and I am extremely happy with the end product. I recommend this location highly.

Great work on two recliners. I will use them again. I left a picture of one of them, its a grey leather recliner with ottoman.
