Hidden gem with a lot of sewing materials!They have regular machines, industrial-like sewing machines, full on industrial grade seeing machines. Also hot press for t shirts, vinyl presses... everything!

I brought my machine in for repairs and they somehow manage to miss this little detail. It’s. Bent stitch length regulator lever. They messed with all sorts of other settings, charged me 225$ and sent me on my way. I didnt realize they missed the problem until I got home and the machine was stitching forward longer than it should and backstitching wrong. It took me a few seconds and a flashlight to find the issue and fortunately my machine has available schematics and parts. I would not recommend comming here for repairs, the mechanic tuned the machine wrong and parts mashed together because it was running out of it’s standard range

I dropped my sewing machine off to get it serviced. I am old school and like to feel welcomed when I am doing business. I felt ignored basically. It reminded me of when I was a child and we were not welcomed in the stores on the other side of the railroad tracks. I dont doubt that they will do a good job repairing my machine but I may think twice about using them again.

This is a nice place to buy sewing threads and other craft supplies.When it comes to repairing machines, my experience was a mixed bag.The first time was awesome, they fixed my machine better than the day I bought it.The 2nd time I took my backup machine for a tuneup, they messed it up badly. The tension was way too tight and they left some unknown parts in my machine, made it worse than before the tuneup. The replacement part price was significantly higher than I was told at the estimation. Different store clerks told me different prices.3rd time, they did an OK job, but it took forever, although I understood they were busy at that time.4th time, again the tension was crazy tight and jammed immediately when I tested my machine at home.Its still a good place to take your machine for repair, just test your machine right on the spot when you pick it up.

Customer service was great from start to finish. I called the store to inquire about a piping foot for my machine. Paige checked to make sure the part was in stock. When I got to the store, after explaining my project to Paige, she recommended the adjustable zipper foot. Paige even pulled up a video that demonstrated how to use the foot for piping. It was definitely worth the drive! I was able to finish my beautiful pillow thanks to Paige!!!

This is a family owned business and they know the lastest and greatest on their machines. Very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Too pricey, they have finance options as well.

I purchased a Silhouette Cameo 4 Plus from SewingMachine.com. It is my first Cameo therefore the learning curve was pretty steep for me after using another platform.I was in tears trying to make cuts for a business sale. So I packed up the machine and went to the store first thing in the morning. I cannot say enough about everyone in the store. Pam stayed with me until the end as we trialed and errored into a successful cut. Everyone was amazing! Good customer service is practically unheard of these days. But this company provided all the help I needed as long as I needed it and made me feel special on my birthday today. God bless everyone in the store.

I came to sewingmachine.com to purchase a presser foot for my serger which should probably cost about $30. When I got there, I was not greeted by anyone and when I asked for assistance, the lady tried to tell me what was wrong with my machine--suggestions that had nothing to do with what I was asking for.Eventually an older gentleman came to help me by saying that what I was looking to purchase did not exist and that, instead, I should purchase this $400 machine that could do what he thought I was asking for. When I told him I wasnt looking to purchase a machine today, he asked me You do have credit dont you?At that point, taken aback by such a flippant question, I told him I wasnt interested, but waited in the showroom to see if any other customers got such a question. And surprisingly, the three white female customers he helped after me never got any questions about their ability to pay for the more expensive machines he was trying to sell them.I cant know for sure what his motivation was behind giving me, a young Black man, such poor service. But I do know that the three older white women he spoke with after me got a much better reception. As many will probably assume, Ill never be going back to this establishment and would recommend others like me stay away as well.

Drove here to buy an expensive machine but was faced with a store full of maskless employees. If you don’t care enough for your employees and customers to wear masks, then I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Such a great store. My wife has some nice machines from here and when I surprise her with things these guys are the best, they never miss a beat my wife is always so happy.

We had a wonderful experience working with the staff here. They were very knowledgeable with the machines took time to show me how everything worked. We left with machine and toms of accessories . Customer service and overall experience was great. I will continue to do business with this company.

Horrible! The manager Mel was friendly until I made a purchase. Afterwards he would not even help put the machine in my car even at the request of one of the women working in the shop. He became dismissive. Under his consult I purchased a brother machine for $325 but turns out I really needed a commercial machine. They refused to refund the purchase and would only take the machine back if I purchased the $1200.00 machine from them. Well no, if you werent knowledgeable to advise me to begin with and unfriendly after the first purchase, why would I make a much larger, more expensive purchase with you? I get that vibe of Get Out whenever Ive been there. Wont ever do business with them.

The sales ladies on the phone sew and embroider in their free time, so they understand our needs and problems. They actually use the products that they are selling and will help you find what works. They are a value and asset to the industry.

They may have what youre looking for, but they certainly wont open their mouths to find out what that may be. Customer service sometimes only takes a smile and hello, neither of which I got while shopping for vinyl.

I just left to get my machine repairs, they were rude and spoke about me in 3rd person with me standing there. I hate that they are the closet repair shop or else I would have gone to another place. Quoted me $120 then wrote $130 on my slip. The assistant never even looked me in the eye. I pray this isnt a sign and they repair my machine correctly.
