Reached out to this business to get 30 shirts made for an event in Las Vegas this week and couldn’t even get a finalized product of my Logo. Not only is she bad with communication, she hung up in my face while telling me she had too much work to worry about other than my logo for my business that we paid to have digitized. She also called my Fiancée job numerous times and left voicemails regarding the payment in which we sent SAME DAY after working ( which most people do and can’t get to the phone in time). I wouldn’t recommend anyone here. We even attempted to continue with the process even with the many excuses given, But 2 weeks and we couldn’t even get past the stage of finalizing a product definitely shows the lack of professionalism or customer service. I hope the best for the business and wish the success with new changes. Right now they lack everything except having a machine for the work. Very poor services and I was recommended from a friend.
