Ms. Alicias service was incomparable! She even made a shirt for a soror that she did not already have in her size! I will continue to patronize her shop whenever I can. Great variety even Mason and Eastern Star para.

First of all the store did not honor the posted hours. I waited 40 minutes for the sales person to return. When she returned she did not apologize but said she had to go to lunch. If this is so it should be posted that the store closes at a specific time and post the time it will reopen for business. Once inside I found her to be very rude and not at all helpful. Plus she had a very poor selection of AKA paraphernalia. I will NOT return.

First experience in a Greek store and the lady working did not get off her phone but to only tell me to use hand sanitizer. I will never come back or recommend this place. Limited items, will not return.

Outstanding selection! Pricing is a bit High, but its like that all over. What you save by buying online, you lose in the convenience of being able to take it home that day rather than wait 2 weeks to a month. Lots of quality Greek wear, though. If you pledged it, they probably have something in the store.

This store is the first thing you see as you first walk into the mall. But all she has is Delta Sigma Theta apparel and trinkets. And was in the process of making more. There was no other divine 9 sorority in there. She has a good amount of Omega apparel but a very limited amount of kappa Alpha psi and alpha phi alpha apparel. But absolutely no sigma apparel. Probably the best store to go to if your looking for delta apparel but other than that, Issa no.

The is an owner operator store for many black Greek fraternal and sorriety items. They also offer custom ordered items. The owner was great, very patient with me; the prices are reasonable.

This was my first time patronizing the Burning Sands at The West End Mall. I was greeted as soon as I entered and received warmly. I heard so much about this Greek apparel store and was impressed with the vast amount of ΔΣΘ nalia. I was seriously in Delta Land, and I was happy to see that the store is owned and managed by a Delta! Her daughter was in the store helping her, and she is very polite and helpful.I bought a scarf that I had never seen before; it has ΔΣΘ, 1913, and had our Lady Fortitude on it. Though I did not get anything custom made, I saw her creations in the store, and they are fabulous! I plan on returning to pick up a few more things in the extreme near future.I definitely recommend the Burning Sands for Greek nalia especially if your are looking for unique custom made apparel.

If it was possible to give a lower rating I would. I had such a different experience than last time. Ownership must have changed. The woman was late opening, she never greeted me. When I told her I was looking for AKA paraphenalia, she gave me an odd look and said they were not licensed to carry AKA products. That said a lot.

Today was the most HORRIBLE experience ever. Out of fifteen years of doing business with Alicia, I hate that this guy, Greece, gives her establishment such a HORRIBLE presentation. When I walked in, I spoke, he didnt speak because he was texting. I asked him what is the biggest male size Omega shirt he has. His reply was I dont know because all this stuff been picked on. So I moved on. I then asked him what was the price of an Delta umbrella because none had the price on them. He said, what, you dont see one on the top. I asked him what was his problem because Ive never been treated like that. I put ALL my items down and walked out. As I walked out, he saying, I dont care, you need my help, I dont need yours. This man is despicable and needs to learn about good customer service. I guess I will spend my money elsewhere!

The young lady in the store was very rude and unapproachable. I asked a shirt and was very specific of the organization. She asked me about the information I had just given. Which tells me she was not listening and paying more attention to her phone. I went to ask can I do a special order I’ll pay the price. But she cut me off mid-sentence. That’s okay I’ll take my money elsewhere.
