Recently purchased Sony headphones. They were a cheap buy for 21.99 but the clerk also agreed to give me a 10% airport employee discount. I remember the total being something like $23 after taxes. I lost the receipt but still have the box.Why did 27.21 end up on my bill? Thats just wrong on so many levels. Its not about the money, its a matter of trust. I would not trust a vendor who gives me one price and bills me another on my card.

A genial time killer and amusement while waiting for flights. Ah, remember the day when there was a Brookstone in every mall? Memories of purusing travel gadgets and fighting over a spot in the massage chairs. Gone are those days, but lots and behold there is still a Brookstone alive at Atlanta! The chairs are gone, but its still quite fun rummaging though the gadgets.. Problem is no one ever buys anything at Brookstone hence thier near extinction Im the malls, hopefully the airport locations survives and keeps the brand alive by tapping a captive airport demographic starved for layover entertainment.

Wow, Here i was ready to buy some brookstone noise cancellation, asked a couple of questions, asked if he had some in display (to try fit & comfortness) he got upset (mubbeling words,but enough to hear) and I felt i was wasting his time. NOTE: when i entered you was on your cell texting and lean against the wall, how did i waste your time. Didnt buy them $179.00. cant get good service anymore..

Man behind the counter is extremely rude. I walked in and went to sit down at one of the message chairs and I was told I have to ask to sit and that it was his store and he makes the rules... Its the airport what do you expect I suppose.

Great customer service but whats with the NO MILITARY Discount!! Brookstone??I thought you all were a military friendly team. Guess my Military Brothers, Sisters and I will continue to pay full price for defending our countrys freedom.A bit disappointed to say the least.
