I worked with Kane throughout the estimate/install process and the experience was great! Excellent communication and documentation of the quote, with specific details so there was no confusion about what was agreed to. The installation happened as scheduled and the work was impeccable. Minimal to no-mess during the job and cleanup afterwards was great! The windows have exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to recommend Pella to anyone!

Installation team of two workers completed 26 windows on 3 levels of house in one day by working efficiently and taking no breaks. Cleanup was excellent. Windows were installed to our 100% satisfaction with the exception of one missing handle which was omitted from the shipment by the factory. We are confident that one missing part will be received shortly and installed immediately thereafter. We can already feel the difference in AC effectiveness following installation of these windows.

It took us a year to finally choose but we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. We used Pella on a previous house out of state. This time we branched out to look at other providers/manufacturers, none came close to either service or responsiveness. Richard was extremely helpful and instrumental in getting us to finish line. I would without hesitation use Pella in the future.

Awful service! The sales rep and installation were fine. However, upon installation I noted that one of the windows installed was scratched and the inner aluminum band were bowing out in multiple places. The installation manager took photos and the sale rep said it would be no problem to have the sash replaced. That was 10 months ago. I have emailed the company multiple times since to both to have this window replaced as well as to switch out the glass on another window (on my own dime) that I didnt like due to too much UV light blocked. I cannot get Pella to actually respond to move either of these forward. This is not the quality or customer service I expected when I decided to purchase a higher quality window from a reputable company. I am very disappointed.

We had a great experience with Eric Booth and Pella windows. Eric spent a good deal of time with me in the showroom, describing the way the windows are manufactured, and pricing these out for me. He stuck to the price point and helped us to stay within our comfort level. Eric came to the house and measured for the new windows, discussed color, cost and design, and helped us find a contractor trained to install the product. We love the new windows which work flawlessly and look fantastic.

I had Pella replace all the original windows in my home built in 1976 as well as my front door and French doors. The windows were done about a year before the doors. Both times I was very pleased not only with their products, but their people, and their prices. I have mini blinds inside both glass doors that I love. I highly recommend Pella.

Dont go here without an appointment. Even though it doesnt say anything to that effect on their website, they will not offer to help you, nor let you look at the products in the location.

I ordered my windows and door in early November 20 for a late December installation. Several days before the installation I was informed that they were not ready and would not be ready until early February. Once again, days before the installation I was informed they were not ready and we are now delayed until early March. Pellas lack of ability to forecast installations so close to delivery, and inability to pro-actively reach out before each installation has left me doubting their ability to execute. What is worse, is that I used them several years ago and everything went fine and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of trust and transparency that this process is generating.

Pella products are absolutely top quality! The salesperson understood what we were looking for and within a day had a proposal that was the right combination of price, value, and functionality for our application. Our existing windows let dust and sound thru, the new Pella windows are much quieter and resolved the issue with dusty rooms. Another benefit is the savings on our heating & air conditioning bills!

The communication during pricing as well as coordination for the installation was very good. The problem occurred when it came to installation. When hiring Pella inquired as to their installer qualifications and was told each installer is Pella Certified. Upon inspecting the installation I discovered they had reinstalled broken colonial stop and window casing in many locations. I understand these items may break during removal which is fine but it never should have been reinstalled. Given the fact of disregard for what could be seen it made me question what could be seen so I started digging further. On the window installation they had not followed Pella installation instructions for use of Pella tape at the sill nor had they caulked at the sill as shown. This required installed windows to be removed and reflashed/caulked. I then began inspecting the sliding door they installed and notice the metal sill flashing was not done correctly that would have led to water getting into the subfloor. No flashing had been installed at the head or the jambs. The sliding door had to be removed and reinstalled. They had also removed the nailing fin from the sliding door so an alternate front nstallation method had to be developed upon reinstallation. We had also hired Pella to install some siding at two windows where the sill was raised. This was not done correctly and had to be redone.All of these issues had to be caught by me and corrections directed. I am a commercial general contractor so I know what to look for. The typical homeowner would not have noticed these issues. I should have been able to rely on a company like Pella to ensure they had installers doing the job correctly. Pella did perform corrections and wanted to make sure I was happy but I had to put in a lot of time to get the job done correctly. I lost two half days from work making sure the company I paid to do the job did what I was paying them to do.Very disappointed in Pella as it appears to me they are finding the cheapest installer they can who are not following the manufacturers installation instructions. Haven’t heard a word from Pella since other than their automated text messaging system saying their future customers come by word of mouth/reviews. My experience may be isolated but I would envision this installation crew hasn’t been required to go through “Pella Certified Installer” class again.I would recommend any homeowner print installation instruction from the manufacture and have the installer show you they are following the instruction on the first window or door they install prior to letting them go through your house. Unfortunately this level of oversight is needed as Pella isn’t providing it.Hoping to hear something back on the sliding door issue that remains where the security lock won’t latch as the doors don’t align properly.

My wife and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Pella Windows and specifically our sales representative, Eric Booth. Eric was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was beyond helpful in his recommendations for our custom home, especially when we ran into an error on the plans and needed a solution. He quickly offered the perfect resolution! We received our quote from him quickly just as promised. The turn around time from the date of order to the date of product delivery was extremely fast and without error. Mr. Booth personally drove out to the home site on more than one occasion and also ensured everything was delivered and installed accurately. He took a personal interest in the project as a whole and the windows are truly BEAUTIFUL! We will recommend Pella Windows to friends in the future and will definitely give them Mr. Booth’s contact information.

I have used Pella Windows and Doors on 3 separate occasions as we have been updating our home. We choose Architects series and expected high quality in both the sales process and in the actual windows and doors we purchased. To date we have not been disappointed.Our salesman, Bert has been with us for all our purchases and he has done a great job of looking after what we wanted to do. Over the years we know what we are getting with Pella. We are receiving excellent sales, service and high quality products.

The products get 5 stars. Pella installed 2 sets of patio doors, one with a sliding screen. I love the doors--well-built, secure with 3 point locking system, attractive. Because of my good experience, I had my front door replaced with a Pella fiberglass door. Again the product is of very high quality structurally and esthetically.The installers get fewer. In my experience, the sliding screen didnt slide well after installation, but they sent someone out to adjust and now its fine. And the front door installer made a mistake that had to be corrected by second person. However, Pella was very responsive and promptly made necessary changes.

We had a wonderful experience using Pella. Everyone we dealt with was so professional and accommodating. The completed job looks beautiful. The constant communication and reassurance was remarkable. The appointments were scheduled in a timely fashion and everyone was responsive to our concerns and explained the process fully. Would definitely use again as needs arise. Totally impressed!

Have had Pella windows for 15 years and love the product but now needing some repair parts and service is completely non responsive. Been trying for a month just to get someone to respond to either phone or email. Now service dept. mailbox is full so I cant even leave a message. I know the Covid thing has people short staffed but this is ridiculous.

We were happy Pella offered an online video consultation with a knowledgeable agent. Our questions were thoroughly answered and “on point” suggestions were made. Kane put together quotes for our options in real time and was able to go over them during our online meeting. Very efficient service to date. We are looking forward to our new window installation!

We had all of our wooden single pane double hung windows and front door replaced by Pella. Our house was built in ‘93 and was due for some needed upgrades. The original windows were drafty and due to the expansion and contraction of the wood, would delatch the locks on their own. I eventually used removable 10 penny nails as locks. Don’t laugh, they worked!Choosing windows was an arduous task. After months of researching windows and what I could get in Atlanta, I narrowed my search to five companies, Pella being one of them. So why did I end up choosing Pella? Three of the five companies I interviewed made me feel like I was in a timeshare pitch. One company made me sit through a 45 minute sales pitch! No matter how many times I asked about pricing, they just wouldn’t give me a quote until the very end. Then it was a sign on the bottom line right now for this “reduced” rate. No, I wasn’t going to spend the equivalent of 1/5th the appraisal value of my house on just windows. And I wasn’t going to make my decision on the spot; no matter what kind of lifetime guarantee they offered. Talk about a high pressure sales pitch!The other company wouldn’t even entertain my call unless my husband was in our meeting. Trust me, you don’t want my husband involved in sales pitches! In my house, I do the leg work and then discuss with my husband. That’s just the way we do things.Anyway, Kane, the awesome salesman from Pella, was so low key. Pella’s reputation sold their windows to me. Kane was just the topping on the cake, sort of speak. He spent countless weeks with me answering every question I had. He even helped my with the specs so I could get my HOA approval. This was a huge investment but had to fit my overall budget.Installation was filled with hiccups but Kane stayed true to his word and made everything work out for me. I ended up going through several different installers to finally get my reframed window installed to my standards. I’d ding them one star for the aggravation in having to go through three different install teams but I added the star back because of Kane. As promised, he stuck with me through everything and made sure I was satisfied.I love my windows. I LOVE my new fiberglass front door. It’s absolutely gorgeous. No more freezing drafts, no more scorching heat. I recommend Pella windows/doors wholeheartedly. I especially recommend Kane Chrisman in the Dunwoody branch!

I purchased 10 glass/wood exterior doors from Pella for my home to replace doors that were 10 years old and worn. At the installation I noticed the lock set on the kitchen door was loose and the installer assured me that he would fix it. Less than a week after the install, the lock set fell apart on a Saturday night and I was unable to lock this door and set my security system. In desperation. I tried to get a locksmith out to fix it but to no avail since it was Saturday night. I tried emailing the Pella salesman who sold me the doors, but again to no avail. Who knows when Pella will decide to answer my calls/complaints? I am a 69 year old widow who lives by myself and my grandchildren frequently spend the night. This is unacceptable! I am so disappointed in this company!

I was pleased with the installation of our windows BUT have communication issues with our rep, Jacob and had a couple issues with quality. We have had one window crack near the frame and another that had an imperfection that the installer noticed at the time of installation. The service crew was top notch but getting it scheduled was an ordeal. I did not go through the service department directly because we wanted to add something to our order, so I am NOT speaking to the responsiveness of the service department. Our rep (Jacob H.) has been helpful but only replies to emails 1/2 the time and sometimes waits a month to respond. He also forgot to schedule the second part or our service request which means required another separate visit. Now I am trying to have someone replace the cracked window and have not received an email response in OVER 1 month. I have asked for another rep and will just call and try to have someone else handle it today. I asked multiple times if there was another department or another someone else I should be contacting for a more timely repair but he said that he was the person handling it. Its great to have someone good at sales but if they cant follow through with customer satisfaction, you wont have return customers and they wont share a positive review.

Pella has a fantastic selection of entry doors and my wife and I were extremely pleased with the quality of construction and installation performed by Pella. We also added a new storm door and it is great so far as well.

Though there were some technical difficulties in producing & installing a set of customized double entry doors for my home, the Pella folks here stayed on top of things, made things right, & I am very happy with the end result.

We recently had Pella do replacement windows on a large job. For 40 years we have built custom homes/remodels and have recognized the Pella name as a quality product. This job was not easy since the windows (Pella also) were over 30 years old but our Pella representative made it a breeze. Measurements were crucial and they nailed each window. Delivery was well organized and fit our needs as well as the Homeowners. Not only was the rep there to see that delivery went smoothly he came for a day or two of install.

This rating is for Pellas delivery service. I would give them 0 stars if possible. We purchased 14 Pella windows of varying sizes. Some for new construction on our remodelling project and some for replacement windows in the existing house. We asked the delivery people to put the replacement windows (largest/heaviest windows) in back of the rest of the windows as they would be installed last. They did not follow our directions and put them in front of a window that would be installed first. When asked them to move only two of the 14 windows and they refused. They had all their equipment to easily move the windows and we did not. It would have taken them 60 seconds to move the windows into the correct order. Instead, their solution, endorsed by their supervisor, was to move all 14 windows back onto their truck and take them back to Pella instead of moving the two windows we asked them to move. They argued about it for about 45 minutes instead of simply moving the windows which would have taken about 60 seconds. So if you are installing your own windows, be forewarned.

I worked with Kane Chrisman on our house project and he was very responsive as well as provided us a few options which helped move things along quicker. I really appreciated getting quoted onsite and not several days after his visit. Because of this, I was able to make a decision on the spot and book my installation apt. Within 3 weeks our project was complete and done with good quality. Highly recommend!

My spouse and I heard the sales pitch from five different companies and saw their various samples. There was no competition when it came to the seamless beauty of the Pella 350 series. Our sales rep, Kane Chrisman, was amazing. He took care of us throughout the entire process and was extremely responsive. The installation crew, led by Justin Kennedy, was incredible. We had old storm windows over the original wood windows and it was a mess. Justin and his crew made short order of our install and when we ran into a little hiccup, Kane owned resolving it and Justin never missed a beat. We love our windows and highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a quality product with superior customer service.

We ordered 3 doors months ago. We received all doors except the correct exterior door which was the most expensive one purchased and NO ONE will contact us back! The doors were installed on November 4th. It is now January 8th. We are still waiting for someone, ANYONE to call us back to resolve this and to find the door that should be installed - yet we are still leaving messages and emails without a response. This is insane how this company is willing to take your money, give you the wrong product, and refuse to contact you back to correct it.

Unsatisfactory experience. Wrong color doors brought and installed by PELLA installation crew. All doors were supposed to have the same key. Was promised over 3 weeks ago that new matching locks would be brought and installed. That still has not happened. Called and spoke with Richard, our salesman to explain issues. Still have no resolution. And have had no follow up. Pieces of doors have fallen off several times. Poor representation of what we thought was a quality product. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PELLA WINDOWS & DOORS!!!

Installed a house full of Pella Windows. Good product, good installation service. But a few years later, one of the windows has fogged up. It is still under warranty, but after a month of leaving voice mails and sending emails no one has returned our call. Auto response email says they will respond in 1-2 business days and April in the services departments recorded line says dont leave multiple messages. You can get a live sales person in under a minute, but no one in service will contact you.

We have pulled our hair out with service from Pella...we had to practically beg to get orders ordered!The call backs from the sales people were slow or rarely returned. Our first sales person was on vacation or gone when we were trying to get answers.When the windows finally came, they forgot the trim the carpenters had to have to install.Asked if we could come get them ..no truck available to deliver even though we had a crew there ready to install....set back our project..The last window came in that we waited weeks to get, and my husband had to drive out to get it as it was a week wait to have it delivered...we would NEVER have continued to endure this terrible service had the house not already have Pella windows.NEVER AGAIN...DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATLANTA GROUP..
