HORRIBLE! I am an Industrial Property Manager and I have dealt with every kind of maintenance issue/disaster that you can name. Not much phases me or I would not be going into my 20+ year of doing it.This installation had my nerves on end! They arrived to do all my large 17 windows and created such mess and destruction that I could have spit nails. I had broken glass, screws, nails all over my floors and chunks of siding/glass left in my yard (I have a dog by the way). I have sheetrock corners on all my windows that have the edges broken and paint missing. I have tar/black gummy substance on my floors from where they walked, chucks out of my flooring where they dropped a window. They completed my job at 9:30pm and all I wanted was for them to leave my house. After many calls and complaints they sent 3 guys a week later to clean up my yard and take care of any interior issues. Mind you I had a cleaner come the next morning because I couldnt walk barefoot in my own house. Their response was It isnt such a big deal actually. They cleaned the floors of tar, cleaned up the outside landscape and told me that they could come back to fix my sheetrock and cut out a part of my floor and patch it. OH HECK NO! I have seen what they can do and no thank you! They did return to fix 2 screens (within a month) that had come out of frame.They call me all the time for new services - I say no thank you after my window experience. They always say they will have someone in service call me to see if they can do anything to fix. No return call ever, just more sales calls.

I swung by Champion Windows to find information on purchasing some windows. I spoke with Ezekiel who was in town from the corporate office. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining how Champion Windows are constructed and the Champion process from purchase to install. Im still searching other options, and will post back once I make a decision.Approximately one month ago, I made an appointment with Champion to come out and show me what they had available for replacement windows. I just recently purchased a new home that need new windows. The salesman (Josh H) came out and was very professional and courteous. We got along great! He was very knowledgeable of the window industry. Initially, I was going to compare Champion to another company. However, after Josh Hs presentation. We closed the deal to have all 38 windows in my home replaced. One other thing that made a big difference is the fact that the company Champion use for their financing only charges around 6% interest, where as one of the competitors financing charges 30%. To me the financing cost alone is huge! I like the simple warranty Champion has, If it breaks well fix it. I also plan to have my exterior doors replaced in the near future too by Champion.

We just purchased windows and a storm door from Champion! I have done a lot of research prior to the purchase. The sales rep, Calvin Church, was knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. This experience was better than others we have had, and we are looking forward to the install.

Josh, our salesman, was very personable, charismatic, and knowledgeable. He was friendly and fun. I enjoyed his personality a lot. We really enjoyed his presentation. I found the sales technique he used to be mildly smarmy like a used car salesman but I believe this technique was taught to him by Champion. I would recommend Champion re-evaluate their training program for sales so that “Captain Obvious” questions are eliminated in order to not antagonize prospective buyers. Also, while we appreciate the discount we received I found the “let me call my boss for a better discount” to be trite and the pressure to make an immediate decision or lose the added discount to be off putting. Champion has a very good product, one of the best we saw in our search for replacement windows. Let your product speak louder than the sales theatrics.

Champion installed our new windows mid July. Love the windows. They did not do a great job cleaning windows after they were in. In fact they asked to use what was left of my window cleaner. They did not have any of there own?? There was one screen that needed to be replaced as the frame was bent. After no response to several requests, and a bad survey review we were advised screen would not be ready until September. In September on a Thursday someone reached out to repair a screen. We explained we did not need repair but needed an entire screen as it was missing. Someone came to measure on a Thursday and advised it would be ready following Monday. No contact made to bring the screen by. We received another email that it would not be ready until November. Needless to say after 2 requests to the email asking for status of screen and no response we will NOT be using this company for future window replacement and would not recommend them to anyone

The sales rep had some car trouble on the way to our initial consultation but had Champion get in touch with me as soon as they could to let me know he would be about 15 minutes late. He showed up only 5 minutes after our initial time was set. He was very professional and very informative about the product and its features. He was very thorough in explaining the pricing and financing options for my window replacement project. Over all I am very satisfied with Champion and their sales rep and would recommend them for others to use.

Michael Bradley was a wonderful person to work with. Very friendly and happy to answer any of our questions. He proved his product was the best on the market and we had no doubt of going with Champion. He had a nice handshake and an honest and fun personality. Made window shopping very easy and enjoyable.

I had all my windows replaced. I am happy with the windows. The only downfall is that my blinds do not fit. The thickness of the new windows do not leave space for them. I have no regrets. I can feel the difference in the amount of heat that use to come through with my old windows.

Choosing Champion was one of, if not the, worst decisions we made when we were shopping around for sunrooms. Their salesperson was great - because thats their literal job, to sell you on something. We signed our contract on October 1, 2020, and we didnt hear back from them until February 2021, after constant emailing and phone calls. There was no permit submitted, no HOA permission sought, nothing had moved. Constant emailing back and forth with our salesperson and install manager finally got us a survey on February 24 - almost five months after signing our contract. More silence on Champions end. After multiple calls to the customer service team and Atlanta team, we finally got ahold of our install manager, who said hed submitted our building permit. We called the county to verify - the county had no record of it. We questioned Champion about this, to which they responded We must have looked at the wrong Clark project.” Fast forward to April 13, when I get a text message at 9:38pm from the concrete company that Champion contracts saying theyd be out the next day. Were just excited that things are moving, so we say thats fine. Concrete is poured. Our initial inspection happens. And the actual guys who build our sunroom are good. The room is built by Memorial Day, and we ask our build guys for the install manager to call us, because we have some concerns with the project.We dont hear back from our install manager; no one comes to do the final inspection of the room. We email. We call. They get in touch with us about the second half of the payment - which we feel uncomfortable doing considering we have a room with electricity that hasnt been inspected yet and no one who seems to care enough to give us a call back about our concerns.Finally our install manager comes out July 13 (he only reached out to us to collect money; when we spoke to him on the phone and told him our room hadnt had its final inspection yet, he said, But that isnt in our contract, technically its finished. Id like to know what reputable construction company thinks a room with ELECTRICITY thats never been inspected is a safe and finished project. Ill wait.). We talk to him about the grass that was killed since the room had to be built in our backyard and about the concrete work that was lackluster and incomplete (our build guys told us we could take a hammer and chisel it to make it look more polished). He tells us Champion will pay for the grass to be fixed and have the concrete company come and fix the issues. We tell him we just wanted open communication with Champion, and that we felt like the ball had been dropped many times, to which he responded he only saw one ball dropped and whos to say we werent the ones lying? What?! He tells us he will order the inspection that day.Here it is - October 29, and weve had no inspection or communication from the company about coming to fix the issues at hand. We only hear from them when the next AR person calls or texts to get the second half of the payment. Then it starts all over again. Now, we learn that our area install manager isnt even with the company anymore, so god only knows how long its going to take to get anything taken care of. I sent an email to six Champion employees on September 29. Not a single one responded. I sent another yesterday to follow up. And this morning I get a text from an Ohio number requesting payment again. Its like were living the movie Groundhog Day over and over again.This company is highly unresponsive, highly unprofessional, and the right hand doesnt know what the left is doing. Please, for the love of god, go with literally any other company out there.Champion might respond to this message saying Sorry youve had this experience. Heres our customer service number which is a joke, because when you call that number, all they do is re-route you back to your local team, who NEVER pick up their phones. Trust us. Weve experienced it.

Weve had a great experience with the purchase of our replacement windows with Champion, so far. The representative who came out to do the estimate was knowledgeable and has answered all the questions Ive asked subsequent to that visit. This is the second time weve gone with Champion to get replacement windows because the first few were fantastic! Great quality windows that vastly increased our energy savings. I look forward to finally getting the remaining windows replaced to further our energy savings.

Original salesperson was pushy and spent more time bashing other window company’s than telling me why their windows are great. I had to remind him that he was in my house because I wanted to do business with champion, and that he can save that for other customers. He went on and on and was disappointed that we had a conflict 90 minutes into our appointment time slot (he was also 60 minutes late). I called customer service and ended up doing the sale with the local sales Manager, this felt like a good experience and we signed a contract. That is when it all went downhill again. Poor communication from sale to install date, had no visibility to where we were at in process from signature on contract to measure and from measure to manufacture and install. When following up got minimal response other than that my windows could take up to 8 weeks to manufacture. Got a call from installer to schedule install date for same week (this was great and exciting, I moved around personal and professional conflicts to accommodate the install, moved and rescheduled other house projects such as painting and sod around this) only to find out that the installer warehouse didn’t have my windows and called me because someone shared a last name with me. Almost 3 months out from quote I am told another 3-4 weeks but no specific date. I don’t have my windows, my house is in disarray after moving furniture for install this morning. Asked to speak with a leader in the company multiple times and did not get in contact with anyone. Would not recommend this company as they did not deliver on their promise of great service and customer satisfaction. As I am writing this I wonder if I will ever see these windows.Update, a leader in the company reached out after expressing my concerns. They are doing their best to make the situation right.Thank you

Having been a former Champion customer, I already had a good opinion of the quality of their products, but what was most enjoyable was to work with Josh Hildebrand and pick our some new windows. It was a delightful low pressure sales presentation and renewed my faith that quality service still exists. In these days of Covid, customer service has been sorely missing but Josh and Champion still seem determined to provide it.

We signed a contract on 04/01/2021 for a sunroom to replace our screened in porch. They had us pay 30% cash down payment .They told us it would be 18 to 20 weeks. It has been 27 weeks and we are calling every other day. We always get a very nice customer service representative but never hear back from anyone in a position of management on the status of our sunroom job. We are very upset because they have been jerking us around for almost 6 months and we have nothing to show for the very substantial down payment.

Ive been shopping for windows for my home. The initial consultation from Champion performed by Clark Herrin was amazing. Clark was on time, efficient and performed an excellent demonstration on Champions differentiated product. None of their competitors were as thorough or professional as Champion. We have been Champion customers for over 20 years so when it came time to replace the windows in my mothers home, Champion was our first and only phone call. The quality is exceptional and customer service beyond compare.

We noticed our bay windows - wood - starting to rot on the outside trim and staining coming through. The windows are roughly 20 years old and have held up well over the years, but alas the time has come for them to be replaced. We contacted Champion and they sent over Joshua Broyles to speak with us. Joshua did an excellent job sharing the history and approach of the company, presenting the process for the windows designed by Champion, explaining the differences between the various types of windows and manufacturers, etc. Most importantly, he was patient and answered all of our questions without fail. Next step...measurement and installation.

I dont know why I kept giving them a chance. Champion Windows specializes in over promising, and under delivering. These premiere windows frequently lose the gas seal, are not readily replaced as they promise. You they costed $100 to replace in 2017, and now, I dont know what the current cost to fix is now because they dont seem to have a service dept. Not only is a window again fully clouded, but pretty much all the bumpers that hold the windows up if you open them, just crumble away, they are basically tiny gravel. I have to use tall, hard objects to hold up the open windows. Ive tried off and on for year to contact service, but no success.UPDATE: I did get in touch with a nice customer service rep, and ordered new window and bumpers. Someone will call, she said, to schedule a time to install, will take at least 4 weeks, which I expected.

I was just given a presentation by Champion representative Josh, and let me tell you it was one of the best presentations Ive ever witnessed. He had wealth of information about the product, he had a great attitude and he was a pleasure to speak with. It was like he was my next door neighbor. He, my wife and I shared some serious laughs. Ill end this review with these words. I cant wait to get my windows installed.

Company is a joke. I seriously doubt if they are legit. Would give them a zero star if we can. We signed a contract for a Patio cover in Feb 2021 and still waiting on a project update and a installation date. All measurements were done in the first two weeks following our contract signing. We have tried reaching out to them and the sales contact via email, call, and text and no response.15 yrs of warranty is nothing but a sales pitch and a sick joke. If we cannot get them to install one, no chance theyll respond to repairs.Champion Windows: Please dont respond back to this thread with a number to reach you. We have tried that and it doesnt work. It always ends with a message that someone should be reaching out to us in the next 24 -48 hours and nobody does.We are just looking for getting our deposit (around $3000) back.

Originally this post was a good review because everything started out great. Not so much since then. Zero communication and no idea if my windows will ever be installed. You cannot cancel unless you want to pay a 30% fee so beware of that. We were told windows would be installed in August but here we are and the factory has yet to send the windows, so looking more like September or October if we are lucky. Product really does seem like high quality but you also pay a high premium compared to other window services. Had we gone with a different company we would have saved a lot of money and had our windows installed by now. I do not recommend using this company. I will update this if they find a way to settle this and make it right.

Clark is very professional not pushy unlike what we had before didnt want to leave my house unless I sign a contract.

My doors aren’t even installed yet and this has been the single worst service experience I have ever had with any company. From administrative issues with my order, to combative, unapologetic district and regional management, lack of response, conflicting information (lies), etc. Happy to provide further details if anyone cares, but so far unsuccessful in getting anyone to.

I have an open contract with Champion for a Sunroom installation that was started in April 2021. There has only been 1 follow up call since I signed the contract. I waited several weeks giving the order time to process before initiating a call for status. 8 weeks in I call for a status update and no one could give me one and was told someone would call me back. I continued to call for follow up with promises of a return call that never happened. Finally after asking several times for a manager days later someone finally called me back. I was told that my initial project manager was no longer with the company but that someone should have still followed up and that I would get a status update by the manager. Days and days and finally manager called and apologized and said they would keep me posted with a start date. Weeks later I finally received a start date of Aug 25. I called and emailed on Aug 23 asking if we are still on schedule to start on the 25th. Here we are Aug 27 and no one has called or responded to email. I copied every person on my contract as well as every name I could get when I call the office to try to get someone to follow up. Each time I call, Im told they would have the project manager return my call. Each time I tell them no one ever returns my calls and I would continue to follow up. The last emailed I outlined my request for project status so I dont keep getting told my project is being worked. Ive asked if the permit has been requested and received, what date was the order put in and ETA on material. I was told I would need electrical panel and have asked several times for a quote and no return of calls or emails. I will NEVER do business with this company again. If I could cancel my contract without losing money Ive already start paying, I would cancel this contract and use another company. If they are not staffed correctly or cannot obtain material, the customer should be notified, kept informed and at least get responses from emails or phone calls. This is the worse contract Ive ever had and Im stuck with it.

Calvin was terrific. The product was high quality at a reasonable price. His manor, professionalism and belief in the product convinced me we made a great choice.

Can’t get a call back. Replacement windows were ordered in December 2020. Haven’t heard a word since. Company is non-responsive. At this point, the lifetime guarantee appears to be a worthless sales ploy. I’ve been a repeat customer. What is going on with this company?Thank you for the reply. I would not recommend this company to anyone I care about. Extremely poor communications and professionalism. No follow through. We trusted them to come do a sunroom project December of last year - not pocket change. I contacted this company - called, emailed, text messages - on a monthly basis, only getting through to a national customer service #, response - someone will call you, its Covid busy. It took 9 months for someone to get back to us, only to tell us that the project was cancelled because they didnt hear from us - come to find they had sent emails to a wrong address and no one was even looking at ANY messages we had left over the months. Add to an insult, at month #10, we got told if you are interested in proceeding, it will cost you an extra $10K!. Their sales rep never responded to a single message since he left a house - despite multiple text messages and voicemails. One day we ended up finding a random person who parked on our drive way and was taking measurements at back of the property - when we asked who he was, I was sent by Champion to get permits. Now its the fall, and we are back to the drawing board to find other builders. I do not leave reviews, but this companys professionalism is really below zero, on this scale of 1-5. Very unfortunate we wasted out time but I guess everything happens for a reason.

I initially contacted Champion as part of my search for a new sunroom installation. From the onset Lyle was courtesy and not pushy or over talkative. He laid out everything I was looking for with additional perks I did not expect. The price was extremely reasonable. I am so excited I went with Champion and looking forward to my new sunroom installation. My search is over!!!I will give update after install on the quality and promptness.

Our rep, Mr. Jackson, was very knowledgeable and personable. He presented the product in a way that made it easy for us to compare Champion to the competition and recognize the value of their offer. Installation was not easy since the very old aluminum windows were much harder to remove than expected. I started to get worried, but before it got to the point where I was going to say something more help arrive and everything (we replaced all of our windows) was wrapped up in a day. It is so pleasant to have efficient, smoothly operating windows again!

The in-home estimate and product demo was handled masterfully. The product quality far exceeds my existing window solution. The installation hasn’t happened yet, but so far I’m very impressed.

They will install windows. They have come our to take the order and measure windows. Service has been great. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and expedient.

He was able to answer all of our questions, advise us on the pros and cons of Champions products, demonstrate why they are a superior product, and, most importantly, it never felt like a sales pitch. He was comfortable, inquisitive, and wanted to work off of our needs, as opposed to what he might want to do.If youre on the fence, go with Champion, and ask them to send Phelon your way. You wont regret it.

The representative from Champion was on time. Jimmy gave a good demo of the product. I was impressed that Champion did not sell lower grades of their windows. A suggestion to anyone buying vinyl windows is to look at a cutout of the windows a company is offering for sale. Champion was the only window I saw that has foam installation inside the window frame. Every other company uses empty air chambers as way of insulating the window frame. I had talked to five other companies. The Champion window just seemed to a better product for the money. The price was a little high, but to my surprise the company was willing work with me on the price. I look forward to getting my windows in about six weeks.

Josh was very professional and genuinely interested in making sure that my daughter and I understood the entirety of the product and the company, and he was very personable and nice! Great guy!

I assisted my elderly mother with selecting a reputable and professional company. We decided to go with Champion because they appeared just as that. It turned out that they were just like many others that mislead and do not follow through whats promised. The transaction went as far as signing a contract and paying a deposit of $2,500. We were told that we had received a special. After all that, Champion informed my mother it would cost more than $1,000 more due to the quality of the wood in the area of the windows. The problem is that they had already came over to do an assessment. Its unclear how it could cost more at a later date. My mom called trying to get clarification but Champion was not cooperative. She was given her deposit back, however very disappointed and never got her windows. This was very unfair and misleading business especially towards a senior. If you want an honest and straightforward transaction DO NOT use Champion!

Champion has a great consultant in Jack that came to my home for a windows consult, yesterday evening. He explained everything and was open to my questions and concerns about my budget, instead of the “Sales Pitch” I had received with another company. If I could give Jack more than 5 stars I would. I am a very satisfied customer.

Do not do business with these people. You will get the old we didn’t quote you the correct price routine. The delays while understandable are excessive. Worthless customer service. Just a poor company.

Jack was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our house is torn apart right now with workers banging on things so it’s loud and he remained calm and collected during the chaos. Understood the kids running around being loud. Definitely recommend!

Had salesperson Jack Piscetta come out for a window estimate. He did a great job of detailing the quality of the windows Champion makes. He was very conscious of of my budget and worked with me to get a reasonable price for a quality product.

He gave us a great demonstration of the product and explained all the details about the product.He was really patient with us, we are the kind of customers that like to explore multiple options and he was able to give us multiple scenarios with prices. He did explain Champions Quality and Warranty witch it was very important in our decision since this is a major investment.I have to mention that Jack went above and beyond to consult with his team about potential structural risk.Jacks speech convinces us and we are happy to make the investment. We signed today a 16 windows remodel project.

Some of the best windows you can buy, but youll pay almost twice over the competition. You get what you pay for though. Direct sunlight through our windows isnt even warm now where our windows were space heaters before. Installation was excellent, and Mike our rep was a good help too.

This is my second time purchasing windows for my home from Champion Windows. The experience each time has been very professional and my husband and I have been very satisfied. The representative we met with today, Jack Piscetta, was punctual, respectful, knowledgeable and also humble. It is very refreshing to have someone in your home who can tell you why you should buy their product without being hugely arrogant. Jack listened to what we wanted, which was basically a repeat of what we bought the first time but for a different room, and then worked with us to make sure we had the price and the product we wanted. He didnt try to waste our time upselling us on anything. He made sure we know that we are important as customers and he didnt spend all of his time on his phone texting other people or taking other calls. Champion windows are a great product, we are happy with what we have so far, and their customer service is excellent. We will continue to use Champion as we phase out our old windows around our house. Id like to add that the first time we purchased Champion Windows, we dealt with a representative named Todd Schaffner. He was equally as great a representative as Jack. Very courteous, very respectful and very knowledgeable. Honestly, the entire experience with Champion has been great. Nothing to complain about and the product is great too.

Signed a contract on 1/9/21 to have a patio extension poured and a 12x12 screened in porch installed. The salesman, Dmitri was very knowledgeable and professional. He informed us that we would have our installation completed in time to celebrate Memorial Day. Well, here it is June 8 and after numerous emails, private messaging with corporate, we still have nothing. This company is a joke.

This was my first time having to replace my windows for my house. I called Champion and they sent the Factory Representative, Josh Hilderbrand. Josh arrived on time to my home, conducted a very professional and friendly evaluation on my current windows and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I am very pleased with how Josh represented the company and their products. I had no choice but to say YES to my new windows and cannot thank Josh and the people of Champion enough for making this experience so smooth and simple. If I ever need additional services I will be sure to contact Champion and of course, request another visit from Josh!

Now generally speaking I’m not the type to write reviews until my work is done, although for the young fella named Joshua Broyles I have to make the exception . My Wife and I were truly astounded with how knowledgeable, detailed and this young man is ! He informed us about the different materials in the window used on cheaper / low quality, showed us what the average joe uses and once I saw his glass on the heat demo, saw the warranty and how unbelievable affordable it was for the quality, my Wife and I knew not to look further ! This is definitely the company for you if you care about quality and my only wish is for Joshua if you see this keep that positive attitude and passion . It will take you to many lengths in life !

Me. Calvin Church was very professional in his demonstration today with Champion windows. He carefully explained all I needed to know. He demonstrated all of items needed to know on the product. I would refer him to all of my friends or relatives.

So far we just got an estimate from Jack with Champion for window replacement in our home. He was friendly, informative and understanding of our needs. We didnt sign a contract yet because of time frame concern.

I signed a contract for a sunroom and the sales guy Lyle was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took his time to explain everything and answer the questions that I had. I know it will look great when it is done and will be happy to give 5 stars. This contract was signed back in April and we are in August and I am still waiting. Unfortunately I cant comment on the quality, timeliness etc. right now....hopefully Ill have my sunroom completed soon...lol.

The workers were amazing. Skilled and cleaned up after each day. The room we added and windows are the envy of our neighborhood. I get much joy looking out these gorgeous windows and relaxing in our cozy garden room.

I havent had the windows installed yet but so far my experience has been really informative and professional. Im also grateful that they are willing to work on older houses and have knowledge about how to handle lead-based paints!
