She was so Patient, Professional and helped me Tremendously through the Process.Lexie make the impossible, possible.Having product shipped from Ghana to the US was a logistics nightmare. She emailed me the information I needed and the information she needed to help me through the process. She made it very smooth and painless to get everything filled and complete. Great job! Our company was expecting a shipment from Brazil-but had not idea that they did not use a door to door service. We had 5 important boxes that needed to be picked up for an important customer. I was given Hope Chavez as a contact name and she quickly informed me of the forms I needed and how to get the order cleared through customs. I have worked with importing and exporting in the past -however- Hope truly gave me hope that this would be a quick and smooth transition and it was. I was able to get them cleared and picked up before extra storage was added by the Air freight company. Excellent service and very responsive. Hopefully the owner - Deborah Torma will read this as well. Looking forward to working with Hope Chavez in the future.

We just recently needed to pick up our sweet pet kitten that came in from the UK. We didn’t realize until last minute that we needed a broker. (Or what a customs broker even was!). The first two I called said they were too busy and could not help. We were so concerned because we were unable to come back to Atlanta the next day. Then, we found Lexi at Atlanta Customs Brokers. She rescued us out of this stressful situation!!! It was not even a question- she was ready to help right away! She was so friendly and knowledgeable!! She got it done very quickly!! She made the process so smooth and easy. She answered my emails right away. And the price she charged was much lower than the estimate we had been given when first learning we needed to find a broker.We were able to pick up our sweet kitty that evening with no problems whatsoever. Ive just disconnected a call with Male rep whos attitude seemed as if I interrupted his online Warcraft gaming session. Ive dealt with Lexie in the past and now she is completely unresponsive. Our last conversation was not very pleasant as she seemed annoyed for whatever reason. The Import/Export process is very complex and unfortunately small businesses have limited options when it comes to brokers. Ive reached out to a different company, and hopefully will have a better experience.

As a military family, PCSing is already stressful enough. Shipping my dogs back was one of the most stressful things I’ve ever had to do BUT when it came to Atlanta Customs Brokers, their service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I was in contact with Adriana during the process and I cannot thank her enough for her patience and help. My pet shipper here in Italy was absolutely last minute with everything (& overall a pain to deal with) but Atlanta Customs Brokers provided EXCELLENT SERVICE and helped me quickly despite the issues I encountered. There was basically no wait time when it came to pick up. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND using their services for your importing needs.I will say, if you are new to this process (as I was) be sure to ask for a full explanation on the process so that you aren’t making mistakes on any forms and causing a delay in the importing.

I was importing a puppy from the Netherlands for the first time and both the airline and the shipping company neglected to inform me that I needed a broker in order for the puppy to clear customs. I had driven 10.5 hours to the Atlanta airport to pick my puppy up only to find out they would not release him to me and he would need to stay overnight in the airline kennel. I was a MESS! The next morning the first thing I did was call Atlanta Customs Brokers & International Freight Forwarders and they took such good care of me! They were able to get all of my paperwork entered in right away to clear customs and I was able to go get my puppy within 2 hours of when I walked through their door. I AM SO THANKFUL FOR THEM! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!

Adriana seems to take out her anger on customers who are simply looking for clarification on the customs process. Simple requests are met with rude lectures. Emails go missing, and I was reprimanded for asking for an update. Keep track of everything. Warning to any first time importers, do more research!!!P.s. if you speak Spanish, she will get offended because she assumes you aren’t Hispanic yourself.

AVOID! AVOID!! This company is a fraud. They will take advantage of any loophole to defraud you by increasing your invoice. They will add every kind of item and charge to your invoice AT THE LAST MINUTE when they know you have no alternative or loose your goods. it is at the risk of yourself that you decide to use them. I sincerely hope that someone reading this will be saved the wickedness i suffered with this company.
