I popped into the building with an idea to have my logo embroidered on a hat, and Scott immediately took attentive care by providing examples and giving me options. The process was easy, and there was plenty of communication from Scott when the proofs were sent to me. The hat I was recommended ended up being of great quality, and the embroidery stitch work was done cleanly. Consider them if youve got a planned embroidery project!

This place is horrible. Was talking to them about an embroidery project. Lady was rude. And she hung up on me when she realized I needed shirts done quickly and they can’t do things quickly. Take your money and business elsewhere.

I just completed an embroidery and digital print order for multiple single-items as a quick gift for my dad for fathers day, and the team at Its All Custom did an exceptional job! They were happy to accommodate my last-minute request, there was no rush fee, I was able to make the order all over email with their wonderful associate Libby, and they were able to get everything I wanted made in single quantities in less than a weeks time (most other embroidery and print businesses Ive contacted require multiple items to be made minimum but I only needed one of each thing since they are gifts). They sent me high-quality proofs every step of the way and the final results were stunning and looked just like the proofs! Im so glad I decided to visit their office to pick up my items because everyone who worked there treated me so warmly and were so personable. I would 100% return to this great local-Atlanta business again for any future projects and would recommend them to anyone looking for a similar experience.

The print staff is great and administrative staff are good people. The owner scott, is terrible. Very pushy, he has a con-artist demeanor about him. I recommend to go over printing contract sheet and bill 5 times before paying. I don’t recommend.

Scott and Laronda have been super friendly and accommodating, felt like being best friends with them. I had a personal jacket made for school and they were very detail orientated and suggested better ways to produce my dream garment. Will continue to get my custom clothing here.

So far, excellent!!! I worked with Ms. Nikki today and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service to assist me with picking the right colors. She was patient and kind and overall seems really genuinely concerned and happy for me. I had her undivided attention and her and Scott both apologized repeatedly for the inconvenience; however, I was not inconvenienced AT ALL. The service was quick, professional and 100% safe!!! VERY friendly and personable and took the time to explain EVERYTHING!!! Im beyond ecstatic that I have chosen the right company.

I emailed Scott back and forth a few times to make sure they could embroider my company logo on a few pieces and he was very easy to work with. But once I got back one of my pieces it was obvious the logo wasn’t printed straight and when I reached out to see if it could get fixed I was left with no response. The rest of the pieces came out great but unfortunately this incident brings down my rating.

The professionalism of Its All Custom is exactly what I look for when purchasing any product from a service based business. I was in need of an expedited order and Scott responded immediately to let me know his availability and quickly sent back a proof of the shirt requested. I obtained the shirts within a day and before my fiances 30th birthday. Highly recommend.

Its all custom is a great place to get apparel screened and Embroidery. In the short time that I have been in business with them, they have accommodated me and have meet all of my expectations to the highest caliber. The staff there are always helpful and they go beyond to make sure that your items comes back better than what you gave them!

Had a fabulous experience with Its All Custom. They were quick, organized, and professional. I got same day responses and they were not impatient with my going back on forth on design. They had plenty of embroidery fonts to choose from to avoid a digitizing fee. The colors matched what we wanted perfectly. The turnaround was before their predicted date. My office staff love the embroidery - it looks expensive but it was a very reasonable price. Could not be happier.
