I visit the store on Tuesday with my daughter. Mya was able to help me find the right products for her hair. In between customers that were stopping by, Mya took the time to explain the difference in products. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Today(12/9/20 at 10:00am), I called the Aveda store and spoke to a woman that I believe is named Miah, I live far from an Aveda retailers/stores and she went above and beyond to help me find a product. Her insight on products allowed me to figure out what would work best for me and my needs! Her level of professionalism, knowledge and kindness are an asset to Aveda. I really hope that this feedback reaches the store manager.

Heather was amazing with my facial. She has great product knowledge and helped me find exactly what I needed for my skin. Hands down the best place for your skin.

Had the worst experience here yesterday! I was condescended, antagonized, and lied on for trying to make a return of a product that didn’t workout for me. The employee even suggested the mall was closing so I should just keep the product that dried my hair out. Sad! She made a claim that I said the products were “low quality” (which I did not!!) and proceeded to patronize and make me feel embarrassed. Save yourself the trouble women of color, you’ll be lectured about your own hair type and told to be grateful for a company providing you services they guarantee. Very bad experience.

I love the natural products almost as much as I love the knowledgeable employees!!!

Very unprofessional workers. I made an appointment for a facial at 12:30, the lady asked me to come back because her coworker was running behind and she couldn’t do it by herself. I called before returning back for the facial, Brandon stated that it was okay for me come in. I get there and he asked me to come back AGAIN because someone was there before me and was getting a facial! If there are two people there and no customer traffic, I don’t understand why either of them couldn’t do it. Won’t be returning.

As always, the products are AMAZING and the service is EXCELLENT.
