Extremely rude cashier. 8 pm august 21. Terminal A between gates 19 and 34. I put my bar down on the counter on the other side of the plastic window. She says all set? I say yes thank you maam. She says youre welcome. She tells me price and I put bill on the same spot on the other side of the counter. Like I said... there is a plastic window between us and no counter space on my side. She asks me to pick up the bill and put it in her hand which I did. Then I asked her why and she told me it was rude not to put the money in her hand. I said Im sorry, thats not my intention. She again says its rude and she wouldnt slap my change on the counter, I then Told her maybe she should should find another line of work and she told me I should find another place to shop. My goodness I feel like there as some anger issues there. I did nothing that warranted that comment. I was truly not rude at all. I am never rude to people and especially not employees that are helping me.
Very disgusting and rude employees. Told me to get out the store because I asked if there was one or two lines. They both need to either be trained properly on customer service or should be reassigned to a position that does not have to interface with the public!! Completely disgusted and will never spend another dollar at the Z Market. It should be removed from the airport property..
This place has the nicest workers! I was looking for a phone cable since mine broke, and my phone was dead, and when I asked the ladies at the counter for help finding the right one, one of them offered to lend me hers for nearly an hour. It was so kind and Im honestly really grateful to her. If she ever sees this, thank you again!
Staff member standing in the concourse (not in the store at all). Yelling at other airport employees. Making weird noises. I actually don’t know if he worked at the z store across from gate A29 because I only saw him go in there once. I don’t think I’d pay an employee to stand around socializing and scaring people off for over an hour (that I saw, I’m sure he did it longer but I had to catch my flight), but I don’t own a business and know exactly how labor works. (I hope he doesn’t work there. As I am writing this he is loudly telling people that the items in the store are a “rip off” and of poor quality)
Great customer service. Disgusting food. How do you mess up a sandwich?? The turkey n swiss sandwich i bought was dryer than Michael Blacksons feet!!
One of the sandwiches in the shop was clearly off. The employees were very careless about it.

Standing in line to pay for my items and I get to the register and she says youll have to go to the other register...I asked why and no response..will never patronize this llama e again!!! Very rude!!!
