Never open, they CLOSE during business hours every single day Ive tried to go there. Blonde girl and other lady claim theyre short staffed yet they have a security guard lol. Lazy n rude

There is usually a police officer there. I like that. They also have security. I feel safe here!!

Do not get gas here, new policy places a $125 hold on some credit cards and certain grades of fuel. It can take 5-7 business days to remove the hold from your card.

Doors locked on a tuesday at 10:35p.m. Guess they dont need my business

Got a flat tire and this Racetrac was the closest place I could pull in before the tire went completely flat. One of the managers, Mario, was such a big help and offered to hold the key for the tow truck so I was able to get to my daughter’s pre-k graduation.

Is it 24 hours or not and its a giant sign on the door that says if the doors are locked you can still purchase through the window but I couldnt and they sent me away I hate this race track

The chip reader takes eternity. Just the whole system of paying is incredibly slow. But it’s well lighted and reasonably priced for the area.

This store is closed at random times for no reason at all. Even when there are employees on site. Incredibly frustrating.

This place is listed as 24hrs! I come in after work between 3am and 4am on the week days and this door is always lock! The young ladies (Employees) pick and choose who they want to open the door for. I watch how many costumers are turned away and it doesn’t seem like smart business to place these girls after hours if they are concerned with safety of their daily duties

Came here at 2:45, sign said that they close from 2am until 3 am for cleaning... it’s 3:15 am and about 10 ppl have come to knock on the locked doors to get service but we have all been ignored. I can literally see the young lady preparing sandwiches but ignoring The customers. Communication is the first step. TERRIBLE communication at this establishment and I haven’t even Walked in.

All the gas tanks were out of order

Went to racetrack this morning with my own cup and tea bags.to get some sugar and hot water like I do every morning and the clerk eugene told me that he has to charge me 40cents for packs of sugar and water.i told him I have my own mug and that I come in here just about every morning and never had to pay for hot water he informed me it was something they was doing for now on starting today.i asked him why, he said because it was his sugar and water and I had to pay.did not receive a receipt for my purchase either.race tracking has just lost my business at least that one did Ill be going to quick trip here on out.

Pretty quick in and out but the gas was a little cheaper on bankhead. 2. 61. The cashier was fast and sufficient great customer service, I didnt feel rush either. Pretty clean also Thanks!!!!!

Racetrac have ARMED GUARDS and Police officers (that doesnt really like black people)to time your visit! And if you stay parked on the premises too long, they will get angry with you ask you to leave. But if you dont leave ... well you know the rest.

My girlfriend and I were at this gas station yesterday, and a slider snuck into my girlfriends car while she was pumping gas and stole her purse from passenger side. Knowing that sliding theft is common in this part of Fulton county for a long while, yes you cant control people from being humans, BUT this RaceTrac gas station is not doing their due diligence to protect customers. They have no clear signs at the pumps warning to lock and watch cars, no staffed police officer knowing this area is frequented by car theft, nor cooperation with the local police to release video footage from the crime scene to officers for timely and quick evidence to catch thiefs. The officer told us that they have had 25+ reported cases at this gas station in the past 2-3 months since it opened. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS GAS STATION, there are many nearby. Protect yourself.

Very poor service with humans who don’t wanna work. I called to ask was the money order machine working tonight and she stated as long as I was there before 10:30 pm and I was there whey before that time and just had hung up the phone with the lady but as soon as I walked in the store she tells me the machine is down. Please do better.

To the clerk on 10/05 @ 8:26.I do not believe Racetrac put the self serve registers in so you could hangout eat and chit chat.Im pretty sure they would want you to wait on a customer if they come to your register. What are they paying you for if your just going to tell people to use the kiosk.

Horrible service from the one they had across the street because i arrived early morning coffee chicken biscuit 2 for 3 juice rudeness no hello no good morning they prepare the breakfast sandwich no hello smile or nothing young cashiers hood a guy looking likr a sweet pie neva spoke the self service register raddegy i went to one kept my money it was stuck took forever for someone to come while they talking n standing around n i would not return there

My fiancé and I stopped by to use the bathroom and get something to drink. I had the car keys so my fiancé was waiting next to the restrooms for me and the guy inside kept staring at him till the point he just walked out and waited on me at the car

They have automatic cageros in case the line is very full is something new at the gas stations
