Worst Pilot I have ever been inImpossible getting into a parking spot as trucks backed up 4 deep to get fuel. Cant get out of the place as the Exit is behind the pumps so you have to wait for people to fuel before a gap opens up. Avoid at all costs

This has got to be the dirtiest and worst managed pilot Ive ever seen. Filthy everything! Customer service is nonexistent at best. Yuck!!!

I was greeted very well when I walked through the door the cashiers were very knowledgeable about what I needed to shower with very clean only you just had to wait and thats a good sign when you have to wait that means people are very interested in taking a shower there because its clean if it wasnt clean most drivers will go somewhere else or just clean yourself up in this truck before he go into a dirty shower but for the most part I enjoyed my stay there I was there for 2 days I had no problem the security guard was very respectable very very friendly and kept order so I would recommend (*****) !

As a truck driver, theres something I always seem to want more of.... Truck stops. Cant get enough of places to fuel, eat and handle personal business of the road. With that being said, this one needs to be scraped. Its the ghetto. Parking is a mess, the facility is small, dirty, and falling apart. Doesnt feel safe, warm or welcoming.... On the bright side, its a truck stop I guess.

Disgusting embarrassment excuse for a truck stop. Pilot/FlyingJ executive management should be forced to spend a couple nights here to truly appreciate what a complete s-hole this place is. I feel sorry for the poor employees that work here. They are generally nice and friendly. It’s really the surrounding area and the small size of the property that is the problem. Buy some more property Pilot / flying J and build the truck stop that truckers need and deserve. The pumps are broken half the time and parking is an utter nightmare. None of this should come as a surprise.

Truck drivers should not have to be Subjected to this kind of environment.1st parking is disastrous and getting through fuel line is a whole task.2nd the store its self is not up to parking.3rd the showers I had today was dirty and the guy told me thank you for those tips you be leaving. Ive showered here twice before and had to wait for 2hrs and still left a tip but not today. I guess he felt a way about that. You should never mention a tip to a customer.. not appropriate.Its time for a tare down and rebuild.the only reason this place still gets business because its the only truck stop close.Also my husband said the toilet seat wasnt on correctly and he fell. 4/30/21 I like to recognize employee Lyric for above and beyond her job to resolve an issue. She was polite an follow protocol in resolving an issue that I had with my card she confirmed my order that I ordered and seen the mistake an after verification she went into the values of what they call making it right and she did just that. Dont know who her supervisor or shift leader is but I like to give her a big shout out in going above and beyond . As a trucker from out of state an been in that profession know that mistake will be made but also can be fixed and she done all of that and then sum so next time I travel back to this area I hope that she working to me she deserves employee of month thank you for your hard work an devotionTrucker from California

Most disgusting Pilot available in the U.S. The restrooms didnt have tissue, soap, or paper towels! The showers are the same way. Probably a breeding ground for COVID. Theres some so called security officers that harass drivers all night long and wave their guns around even though theyre not legally supposed to have them. Theyll hide the guns if you mention calling the police. Management is about as useful as an umbrella made of tissue. If you plan to reserve a parking spot, good luck. Security will block your spot and attempt to charge you again. Just isnt worth the hassle, especially considering how disgusting the entire location is. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would.

Today 7/8 I tried to call and asked about how to get a past receipt that unfortunately I didn’t get it there. The person on the phone was rude and pretended not to understand. I am a frequent traveler, I am on the road more days then home. I just stay traveling and visiting amazing places is what I like and great service. Traffic jam city! Avoid at all cost! I went into the truck stop at 3:00 in the morning August 6th 2021 and a cashier decided to kick me out because I didnt have a mask on. I decided to wait and spend my money elsewhere. If youre going to require a mask then you should supply them. Im not your sheep!

Consider the neighborhood. Consider the demographics. Would you rather that this location was not here at all? TA closed up on the south side (Forest Park). Remember that nightmare? Gee I wonder why? Pilot loses money on this location. Yet they keep it open as a courtesy to its customers. Stop complaining and just gas up and go.

21 years out here on the road, and today is the first time Ive been here. Only to scale my truck. Had to go lose some weight and come back a second time. Another 21 years without having to deal with this place would be just fine. Poor layout, over crowded, drivers camping on the fuel island....... Just bulldoze it already. It would serve a more useful proper as a homeless camp.

Shower… at this hard COVID time… some hair on the floor, shower is wet because of no one wipes it after using, garbage in the trash can. I do not know, but I think that it is not too hard to do your job, if you do not like your job - go to become a truck driver.

Cashier was rude and unattentive. She blamed customers for 3 products on the wrong label, each ringing at different prices. Very dismissive. Would never spend money at this establishment again.

Poor design. Trucks wanting to fuel have to block trucks parked. Trucks parked wanting to leave have to wait and wait and wait for a clearing to get out. Then wait behind trucks in line for fuel inorder to get to the exit. My recommendation would be to close this pilot down and open another in a bigger location

If I could give the security guards in the parking lot a rating less than one I would. Its a okay pilot but it needs better security guards.

Had a terrible encounter with a cashier there. She said she could not understand me when l was on the scales weighting my new purchased truck and when l came to the store she laughed at me told me straight l have an accent she can’t understand! She could understand every word l said but the information required on the scale receipt !!!I had to give her a document after repeating over 20 times my company name but she actually could not read!I have never met such an unprofessional uneducated and unintelligent cashier and the worse she is the one who’s gonna laugh at you!

AVOID! Security guard on the gold cart will scam you. Found a free spot and he had his golf cart parked in the spot and said he was holding it for someone that was doing a u turn. As we sat there and waited and the driver never showed the security guard asked of we would be the other drivers bodnof $20 for the free parking spot. Ummmmm NO. YOU SHOULD BE FIRED SIR

Everyone was very kind to us my husband is a truck driver and We’ve been at many truck stops and customer service has been the been the best here the team is welcoming and have security onsite which made us feel safe and the truck parking is very organized. There is a sweet old man in the parking lot who talks about God but is not asking for handouts and that to me is amazing also. I appreciate places that make you feel welcomed and not trying to run you off after sitting in a truck after 11 hours. Thank you I truly appreciate you and your service, the working class never get enough appreciation so I really hope a pilot owner sees this one day.

Omfg! Restroom litterally had a homeless man half naked bathing in the sink. The guy left the restroom in horrible shape. Hookers in the parking lot, expect nothing less than the real side of Atlanta.

This gas station is not good, dirty restrooms, I never see pilot like that like no manager, very small and dirty parking, gas experience, and has people coming to sell stuff not legal in the parking this place not safe don’t stop there if I can give 0 stars I will .

Was kicked out of an unmarked spot in the middle of the night, got told it was a Paid spot. Had to drive across town to find parking.Guard was apologetic but whoever runs this store needs to get their parking lot back together. You wouldn’t have this issue if you maintained the signage, some spray paint isn’t that expensive. I’m sure you’ve subjected your employees to a bunch of irritated truckers.Staff was friendly, restrooms were clean. Don’t bother parking here, not worth the headache.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Walked to the front door to see multiple signs saying NO FIREARMS ALLOWED Why not post a sign saying Hey come rob this place, no one is armed . Im sure a criminal sees these signs and is like oh no, cant rob this place or anyone using the AM until they come outside . Yes they had a armed security guard but that poor kid is a target. I am completely appalled by the lack of constitutional rights in this store and will never visit it again. If this is truly a Pilot policy then they have lost my business and I will be notifying the NRA, so members will know not to visit any pilots in the future. No matter what any manager says in their reply, these signs are NOT for your safety and have the complete opposite effect. If you were a criminal would you rob the place down the street TA that has no such signage, or the place that screams we dont allow our customers to defend their own lives? Pathetic!

The bathrooms are old and need to be remodeled like the other Pilots. The keypads on the gas pumps did not work and two pumps were out of service. Even the card reader in Wendys didnt work, and I have a new debit card. The building is old. I do not like stopping here but it is the only Pilot in the Atlanta metro area. You would think Pilot Corp would take better care of this place.

Truck stop,cleaned itself up. It was always a place that was pan handler city. But now they have a truckstop ministry trailer, there. Middle of Atlanta, get the fuel and get out...go drive 50 miles outside the perimeter, like always to get hassle free sleep, then deliver...

Service is awful, its impossible to get fuel receipts. Cashier do not wont give recipes, I do not know why.

This is most definitely an older designed truck stop. Not a lot of maneuvering room and tight spaces. They have made a real effort to stop the dropped and abandoned trailer issues though. So thats good to see. Unfortunately there is still a HUGE problem with the bobtail and local drivers taking up free spaces that drivers with trailers need for their 10 hour breaks. That probably wont change with the attitudes of these newer generations of drivers unless Pilot/Flying J comes up with an enforced safe and courteous driver parking policy.

Was at a nearby terminal and wanted a cup of coffee and something sweet. Looked up nearby Pilot. Pulled in and first thing i saw was a guy panhandling while digging in the trash.

The worst Pilot Travel Center Ive experienced. The Wendys staff this evening was obscenely rude, the premises was absolutely filthy (despite one lone worker doing his best to keep up) and more rude staff throughout. The shower was clean, though the towel smelt like automotive chemicals.

This place is horrible year after year. Hard to get in or out whether your fueling or scaling. This pilot also has bad DEF. The 2nd pilot I had issues with fuel and DEF. I dont think anyone should have paid parking with the services we provide for our nation, yet this is one place that certainly should not have paid parking. Its cramped and a total cesspool. Highly recommend!! Everyone was welcoming and very helpful. When asked bout what number shower was up, they didnt hesitate to answer. Store and bathrooms were super clean. The showers come with clean towels and a clean washcloth. Me and my husband had our showers paid for us.

Took a nice warm shower in a nice clean room. Thanks guys, you dont know how nice it is to walk into a clean shower. They held a spot for us too. Free stalls and paid stalls. I fill up my mug with ice too. This is a tiny place for what they do cram in there. Patience is a virtue trying to park though. Keep up the good work guys. A nice Wendys next door too.

Stop here if you really need it. the parking lot seems that security rents them because at all hours it is full of small trucks you cant even take a half hour break. and to fill gasoline another problem they have to change the way they work there is a disaster.

Love Pilot and Flying J stores. Theyre almost always clean inside and out. Their point system is way better than Petro/TA. Points work straight from the point card like a credit card. Can use your points at the fast food restaurant located in the store 80% of the time. The app. also has great weekly offers for drivers so download and check it out.

In 8+ yrs OTR driving this Pilot was the WORST experience Ive ever had as a professional driver. From the very disrespectful armed parking lot security to the just as disrespectful manager who had no interest in helping the customer. Because of this Pilot I would rather call roadside for fuel than stop at ANY Pilot across the country.

One of the worse showers.. Urine dribble in front of stool. No soap in dispenser. 1 towel. No floor slip towel. Room hadnt been cleaned in awhile. Very dusty. #6 still left $1 but let down on service. Lots of security on foot.. That will give insight to this oasis style ( hidden truck stop ) no oversize I saw. Staff polite. Over all needs a fresh face.

No big spots open & No bobtail parking. Locals park there & go home for awhile. Security guy inside wouldn’t let me park in front for a quick shower, & threatened to call police & have me towed. He’s real good about being rude, uncooperative, and running customers off & real bad about good, respectful customer service! Just what Pilot needs!

These are the only gas stations I patronize during my trips back-and-forth between Atlanta and New Mexico,, Their gas prices are always very reasonable if not some of the lowest around service is absolutely fantastic restrooms clean smell fresh Ive used their showers on an occasion or 2 and I cannot find any complaints at least not at the ones that I visit and I do have a set few that I use on my travels,, I do wish more of them used 100% pure gas with no F and all but other than that great place I love that they do have safe areas where you can park and rest without being harassed without people lurking around your car while youre inside this establishment or sleeping

Ill never stop here again just because of the layout. Its awful. They have security, which is much needed. It would have been a one star review except for the staff. Theyre definitely making the best of a bad situation and credit to them for that!

I actually dont like it here (coming from a semi driver)There place is way to small for this to even be called a TRUCK STOPThis isnt for the newest to driving or anyone who has trailers over 30ft. But the people are really nice, they do what they need to and even have a nice convo with you.5/10 place, could clean the restroom floors a bit better

05-11-2020Although this is not the worst looking pilot... the layout, mgmt & staff is totally dysfunctional. Amenities like paper towels, soap etc... are out of stock/non-existent. Important things like the microwave is in disrepair. I called on s staff member about it & was of zero help, then I called on a manager & this so called manger flat out ignored me/playing stupid. Real stupid.

Good place to stop in for a rest whether youre a truck driver or traveling through. They have showers that the attendant keeps very clean. They also have a Wendys which can double as a truckers lounge. There parking is limited, only two lanes where trucks face each other. However, spots are not difficult to back into. Maybe I would have given them 5 stars except they seem to have a hard time keeping theyre coffee supply fully stocked. Ive been going to this Pilot for...lets just say 8 years (but a lot longer). I hope this will help you fella truckers and travellers make a decision on your next stop through Atlanta.

I had a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. The fuel desk wasnt interested in me purchasing fuel. Disrespectful and rude. It was more of a get together than a fuel station. Skip this one driver if you can. It takes too long to fuel and the service is terrible. Too many problems!!
