James just saved my day! This guy is great!I came in with some lenses, he was able to find me some frames to fit in no time! They look great. We were in and out in 10 minutes.If you need glasses, go see James. Please. He’s great at what he does!

Update 1 star to 4.Be aware of ordering!! After my eye exam I decided to purchase a pair of sunglasses. Not in stock so they shipped where I will be for the next month. When they arrived the lens coating was blotched and defective. They look old and used. Since I had left town and unable to return for period of time I had complications with the return. After several calls i finally received the ability to return the glasses, they checked with their corporate so I could get a return package box. With the resolution I have adjusted to a 4 star.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Thompson on recommendation from my mom for over three years and I am so very happy with everything! He is very professional, knows his business, and is very diligent when it comes to sanitizing and following COVID guidelines. The front office staff is AMAZING and some of the nicest people in person and on the phone!!! I’m always so happy with my glasses and the selection and all- around great customer service I truly recommend this location to everyone!!

Great experience all around. I did not have to wait at all for my scheduled appointment time upon arrival. I was seen immediately (extremely rare for a medical office). Also the ordering process and delivery of my contacts went very smooth. Dr Billy Thompson is great and has been in the business for a very long time. Highly recommend using For Eyes for any optical needs.

First time in this store and new to the area. We received great service from James. He was patient, helpful and personable. James made us feel very welcome and appreciative of our business.

Good glasses, but some of the representatives are not the most helpful. I got some sunglasses and when I went to pick them up they were not as expected and I have to wait another week and a half to get them fixed

Though I go to Thomas Eye Group for my yearly Rx check, I get all of my glasses and lens replacements at this For Eyes location. I love Debra, Kristy, and the entire staff. They help me choose frame color, tints, polarizing, etc. And are GREAT with adjusting - even after it is my fault that I have sat on the frames. The new location (in the same center) is so much brighter and cleaner-feeling. Also, the turnaround time is rarely more than 5 days for lenses - even though they give me a longer window when I order them. Very pleased!

Great selection friendly workers.Debroah is the best. She gives a true and honest opinion. She doesnt care about making a quick sell. She wants to to look good and feel happy on your selection. Eva is sweet and caring. She works on the Doctor side.I come here every year for my new glasses since I am allowed a new set every year from my vision insurance.

Everything. Staff friendly and professional. Two years ago, I got two pair of glasses, different lenses, different prescriptions. Didnt matter to them; no bait and switch. Loved both pair of glasses. Received compliments all the time on my glasses. Two Months ago got two new pair. Different prescriptions and lenses. They are wonderful. Prices are more than fair. Will definitely go again.

Horrible Experience! I normally do not write reviews but this is just the culmination of many wrong doings by this company. First, I ordered my pair of prescription sunglasses in September, it is November and I have NEVER been contacted by the store to let me know the reason why such an incredible delay with the delivery of my glasses. The longest wait time I have had on all my other prescription glasses that I have gotten from other places have been 3 weeks. This is going on 3 months. Ridiculous. I have made 7 calls to them and have gotten the same response, there is no manager on duty and they are the ones that need to cancel orders. So, not only do I NOT have my glasses but I am being disregarded when requesting a refund. I will open a claim with the BBB for their carelessness with consumers but I would like everyone to know the kind of business that they run.

They sell very expensive eyewears while I find them a way cheaper online. When I took the eye test I told them if I can buy the eyewear from other place and bring it to this place to get lenses, they said yes and show me the lenses prices. After that, I came to them with the new eyewear and I was told in addition to the lenses price I have to pay extra for eyewear is not bought from them. They just wasted my time.
