My optometrist was wonderful. But the staff needs a little more education on some details. First I could not locate the facility and began calling prior to my appointment. I was 15 minutes late looking for the store outside of Macy’s. They knew I was lost because I called 3 times trying to find the location. They cancelled my appointment. I came back the next day and the eye tech told me that I had to do the pressure test when I knew I could sign a waiver. They just need to be better with directions to this location and customer service. I probably will not come back because of the staff.

I came my appointment early and they saw me right away. Dr.Marsh was great and so detailed when it came to telling me everything about my eyes. She gave me many recommendations to preserve the health of my eyes. They did a few extra scans because they wanted to be sure and I really appreciated that. The visit was super pleasant just like all their other staff members and I would definitely recommend testing here!

Outstanding Staff, especially Shannon and Amazing Doctor. I went to Atlanta for a conference and left my contacts at home in NJ. As soon as I got to the hotel and realized I had no contacts. I walked right into the office and asked for replacement contacts, discovered my prescription was outdate and the Doctor delayed her lunch hour to fit me in for an exam. Very polite and professional.Shannon was amazing and super understanding as I had to work through issues with my credit card company and bank, due to both accounts being frozen for out of state purchases.Customer service and patient care was well beyond anything I could have expected. I highly recommend everyone in the Atlanta area go here.

The doctor was very attentive however be ready to spend some extra time waiting in the office, unless this was just 1 time situation.

A few weeks ago I came into the this location to order a new supply of contacts. They unfortunately never showed up so I went back in to ask what happened. I was informed that they were delivered right when my mail was stolen. I was told I would promptly receive a follow up call and I did.Shannon went out of her way to come up with a solution for me that didn’t cost me another dime. I can not express the amount of gratitude that I have with both her empathy to my situation and professionalism in coming up with a solution for me. This is the best customer service I have ever received. I work with vendors and clients every day and this is above and beyond anything I’ve encountered. Thank you Shannon!

Dr. Marsh is really great and takes her time explaining all your concerns in detail. I had quite a bit of a wait before being seen but the exam was definitely worth the wait with how thorough she was. I will definitely be coming back next year

Beware!!ILLEGALLY withholding my contact prescription from me because I am purchasing my contacts through another party. Completely unprofessional and Im currently seeking legal action. I have been informed that because I am too close to expiration date (August 23rd) they will not confirm my prescription that should have been confirmed 6 months ago to be able to purchase contacts with another party. Mind you, when they thought I was purchasing through them they were ready to take my card information and there were no issues. Ironic. Unless you plan on purchasing from them do not go here. You have been warned.

My appointment was on a weekday, and there was only one person ahead of me. Wait time was not long, and we went through the preliminary tests quickly. Once in the examination room, the actual exam moved smoothly. Usually on the weekends, there are much longer wait times. A weekday appointment really made a difference time-wise.

Terrific full-service location with modern equipment for eye exams, friendly & efficient staff and variety of options for eye glasses and contacts. The online paperwork was easy, customer friendly and, if you are a LensCrafters customer, most of the information is online so no need to carry paperwork. It is in a corner location next to Macy’s but easily accessible through the parking garage.

The staff was very professional and helpful throughout all parts of the process: scheduling an appointment for an eye exam, the eye exam itself, and explaining the prescription recommended by the doctor. I recommend this place to anyone who needs an eye exam or wants to purchase a new pair of glasses or contacts.

The whole staff was very kind to assist me and made sure that I knew about their COVID-19 cleaning trays to disinfect the glasses that I had tried on. It wasn’t as busy (considering it’s a Monday) but there was a lot of collections and fashion brands. The paper work for first time eye exam was short and simple and the exams were more extensive than where I usually go to get a new pair.

The entire staff is amazing and very considerate in making the visit as easy as possible. They happily answered all questions I had big and small. Thank you all so much!

Online confirmation was simple along with completing the required documents prior to appointment date, both ensuring a minimum wait once in the store. Precautions were taken that were appropriate per CDC standards including distancing other than when absolutely necessary to be closer for exam and fitting. I felt safe.

I have been a patient in this eye group over 8 years and they always at professional and polite. The techs are nice and are super sensitive to COVID protocols. I had an exam by Carlos and he explained all tests and cleaned each time with PPE. A very good experience from Doctor and staff.

Went here for an exam recently. The staff is all wonderful. Yasmeen, one of the front desk girls was very polite in giving me a breakdown of what I was paying for the visit which is good to have because when I’ve been to other places they don’t usually break everything down for me. Buying CLs was easy since they’ve got rebates not to mention they do a discount on boxes if you buy a year supply. Will definitely come back next year for my exam

The young lady who checked me in was nice and helpful. There were a lot of tests, but the Tech was very clear with instructions. The doctor was very informative and receptive. I almost left five times just trying to park and find the location in the mall but it was a good experience and I learned something new. I appreciate that.

Today I visited the Atlanta Eye Group, and was able to set up an appointment for the same day, due to the availability. The moment I entered the business, the staff greeted me with a very warm reception, I received an eye, and health exam, and am please to say how professional the eye care doctor, and the eye care team members were. I’m looking forward to my next visit with the Atlanta Eye Group.

Atlanta Eye Group are exceptional. Their pre and post optical surgery care far exceeds that delivered by the cataract surgery centers. Great routine care as well.

They have taken all precautions for a safe experience. All preregistration is online. All equipment sanitized before used on me. The physician was very detailed as well as ensuring that I understood all issues with my eyes and sight. I would recommend this group for quality eye care.

Professional and thorough. I had a concern with seeing flashes for the first time and I had the most extensive eye exam that you can have. I also received double testing in the eye of concern. This office is always up to date on their testing equipment and technology.

A very pleasant experience! everyone was so nice and they took my eye care seriously. They asked all the right questions and even thought I am very hard to fit my doctor was extremely patient. I cant imagine going any where else in the future.

I went to this location a few months ago and felt very comfortable. The store was clean, there wasnt a line to wait, and the equipment for the tests was clean. What really sold it for me was the incredible staff. The people at the check in, the person doing the tests, the doctor, and the people who helped me when I decided that I was going to get my glasses. Overall this is probably my favorite place to go to. 10/10

My experience today was outstanding. Everyone was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. Everyone treated me like I was the only patient in the building. The Dr. explained what I needed to know about my upcoming cataract surgery, and she calmed my fears about the procedure. Everyone was extremely professional. I will be back in the future.

I had my annual eye exam with Dr. Bandali yesterday. This was my first time visiting the Lenox location. I’m grateful that I chose this location because I didn’t encounter any foot traffic or large crowds. They are located outside of the mall which was perfect for me during this pandemic. I had already filled out my paperwork online so I had zero wait time. Everyone was extremely friendly and attentive from beginning to end. I was assured that each piece of equipment had been properly wiped down. I’ve been seeing Dr. Bandali for 3 years now. She was prompt, always friendly and very informative about my eyes and making sure we find the best fit. I will definitely be back.

I was not confident that my prescription was done correctly. Pictures were taken of my retina, but the person checking my prescription didn’t say if my eyes looked ok or not. I was much more satisfied with my 2019 visit than my 2020 visit.

I must say I was very surprised and beyond satisfied with my experience at this Lenscrafters. I wasnt going in with alot of confidence based on the reviews I read on goggle prior to my appointment, however they had an open slot for an eye exam and my son needed to be examined before school started. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by a gentleman working in the front. I informed him we had an appointment but was very early, he instructed us we could check-in and browse around until the Dr. was ready. The technician that preformed the 1st set of exams was nice and patient as this was his 1st exam so it was a little daunting. The Dr. again was nice, patient, and thorough I like that we didnt feel rushed through the process. She explained everything in detail. However the one employee that really stands out was Taleah she was beyond your Im just here to do a job demeanor. She explained the type of lens that my son would be wearing and what to expect when he starts to wear them. Even though I was standing there she actually explained this to him and not me, which I respect so much. As hes the one wearing the glasses not me. Her personality was very customer friendly something thats hard to find these days. Im definitely glad I decided to give them a try, it was worth it. You guys have a GREAT TEAM at this location.

The first contacts training I had at Cumberland, I would continuously blink and could not figure out how to get them in. I had 3 people try to teach me and ended up leaving 45 minutes later without them because I was unsuccessful. Getting ready to do the training again a second time, I was already discouraged but I came to Lenox to give it another shot. They were able to teach me how to take the contacts in and out within 15 minutes of my training. I am very satisfied with my experience and grateful for their patience.

I had a great experience over all. The staff were super friendly and answered any questions I had. The store was really clean and I would 100% recommend.

I have been wearing contacts my whole life and this is by far the worst experience Ive ever had. They overcharge and include services I didnt want or ask for. Then they insist I try on the contacts when I pick them up, drop one while trying on and MADE ME PAY TO REORDER IT. I am speechless. $500 to replace a contact (including the exam). CRAZY. Dont go there under any circumstances. What a racket

That helped tremendously, because dealing with insurance companies can be an absolute pain.2. Dr. Hashmi is very thorough. Not only does she take the time during the exam to explain everything she sees, but I also came a few days later (spur of the moment because I thought I had a contact stuck in my eye) and she took me without question to do a follow-up.Thank you for this excellent service, looking forward to a wonderful new partnership!

The people at the LensCrafters location were excellent however the call center people were disgusting and the way that they treated me no one should be treated and perhaps they need to get an education on diversity and empathy for people this is a very worst time and may be my last time at LensCrafters for a long time

Dr. took time to listen to my eye wearing lens history and explained in detail options for contacts and necessary steps to take for success to wearing contacts. It has been 3 days now and I am quite happy no longer wearing glasses

I never drop reviews anywhere unless I’m actually impressed and boy was I impressed. The way you go through the whole process of the pre testing to the room and all the way through just feels smooth. Not to mention that Dr. Bolduc was very nice and professional and speaks French! I brought my mom and thought it’d be difficult since she’s a native French speaker and not many people speak French in the area but when the Dr walked in and heard my mom speaking French next thing I know I’m not having to translate anymore. That right there was what did it for me. I usually end up having to translate but the visit was definitely one of the best I’ve had in recent years. Thanks to all the wonderful staff. I’ll definitely be bringing my mother and myself back next year
