This is a godsend for lovers of all pop culture. Not being familiar with the area or region, Ive never visited to one of these stores before. For those familiar with FYE stores, this franchise has a very, very similiar feel.Walking inside, I immediately felt welcomed. The staff were friendly and offered help with genuine interest and sincerity.

Love the stuff there, but its a little pricey

The manager at this location is top notch. My bag that I have only had for about a month was already ripping. He found me a really nice replacement no questions asked. Super friendly. Will be back.

This store is my absolute favorite. My best friend and I try to go there when we are able to. Despite not being able to go for several months due to the quarantine or other life events, every single time we go in there, it feels like we are being welcomed back by friends. The last time we went in there, I was at another store and they asked my friend wheres the red head thats usually with you. This store will always have me as a customer because of how wonderful the staff and store is. I will recommend them to everyone who loves Disney, marvel, and all the lovely nerdy things.

Box Lunch is without a doubt, a very cool store. It represents the fanatic in all of us no matter how old you are. From Disney to Pokemon, the items and merchandise that they have are incredible, you get a sense of excitement once you enter the store. Oh yeah, and their Customer Service is fantastic, too.

Nice store. Tiny but jam packed with cool little collectibles. Think Hot Topic but micro sized. Staff is nice enough. Really helpful tho. Always worth the trip.

Great variety of stuff, but were out of a lot of sizes so i didnt get many things i would have liked to purchase. I did but some candy and when i ate it later it was hard as a rock, nasty.

I always go inside this store when visiting the perimeter mall. You can find Disney, Harry Potter, Super Mario to Spongebob-theme apparel, pens, mugs, bags, etc. Its a store with eclectic selection of gifts. It appears that some items rotate as this time I was interested in a stuffed Yoshi but there was no Super Mario-theme items.

This location is awesome! The staff is always so nice and friendly. They help me to know what some of the deals are. They help me if I am having trouble finding something. The store always has such interesting and cool stuff out. The prices can sometimes be a little questionable. The selection is great. Everything is realevant and current. Its such a cool store if youre into the things from which the sell.

The staff treated me just like family from the second I walked in. I will definitely be coming here a lot. The products are one of a kind and are of good quality. Cant wait to see my daughters face when she looks inside the bag. Thank you guys.

Store was a mess. Had 3 employees working. All 3 were behind counter in their cell phones. 1 was sitting on the counter. No one was helping customers. The only time customers were acknowledged was when one employee literally shouted over the store that there was a 30% off sale. Then she went back to her phone.

Very small store compared to others Ive visited. While there were some cute things that caught my eye and I ended up with a handful of enamel pins, there wasnt much of a variety of items. Because of that, it lost its wow factor.

Cute little store that has a bunch of daily usable things for lots of different fandoms.

The place seemed to be going through a big shipment of inventory but even with that going on the staff were still quick to assist me and my friend with anything we might have needed. Even though the item I was looking for wasnt there the friendliness of the staff definitely made up for that.

My experience at this store wasnt that great. The biggest problem was the fact that there was no where to sit especially if you wanted to hang out there. The service was pretty slow and its basically just a watered down Hot Topic. They should try going for their own thing. You can find better stores online that sell better merchandise and its cheaper too. Theres not much variety here.

I love this store, however I dont appreciate the overly helpful attendant. She basically follows you around the store and will ask you if youre finding everything ok about once every two-three minutes. She basically pounces you the second you enter and becomes a level five clinger. I was thinking she must just do it to me, but after having my sister and sister in law go there (I bought them gift cards) they experienced the same situation. I believe her heart is in the right place, and that she really must love her job. However nothing gets me out of a store quicker than feeling harassed, and uncomfortable.

Haphazard and made me claustrophobic didnt have anything that was actually relavent anime stuff and really felt like some dude just ordered a bunch of stuff off of amazon and packed it in a store and up charged it all

I spent about 10 mins in the store and saw lots of things that I would have purchased if anyone who worked there had ever spoken to me. 2 of the 3 people there were too busy talking trash about their coworker. When the 3rd person came from the back and announced that apparently I came to work dressed too Hot Topic today and then began conversing with her coworkers but didnt engage with any customers I guessed my time and money would be better spent elsewhere.

They have everything from plushies, figurines, games, clothing, and more to represent your favorite fantasy world. They also provide a meal for others when you spend $10 or more at their shop! The staff was very friendly and helpful too!

Guy who was in there was not friendly - I was there with kids and we were looking at the display at the store threshold. Right when we were walking in he says “you guys have to make up your mind if you are in the store or out, it is messing up the customer count”. That made up mind really quick - buy from Amazon- has same stuff and much friendlier.
