Ordered a mocha. Sappy sweet and weak coffee flavor. Tasted like something out of a parking garage coffee machine. Was hoping for rich coffee and chocolate flavor. Instead got a artificial syrupy flavored drink. Could not stomach. Took a couple of sips and then threw away.

I would give 0 star if I could, baristas had really bad attitude, looks like they hate their job so much.The latte was extremely hot I couldn’t even sip on it so I asked for an ice cube and she just put a cop full of ice once I tried the latte omg worse latte in my life, it shouldn’t even be called a latte.I rester Ed it and she didn’t even bother to apologize or offer to remake it or give me a refund. Would not recommend this place.

Davonna did a wonderful job as the only barista with a 30 minute-wait, no-end-in-sight line. She made sure to ask each and every person how they were and tell them good morning, she multi-tasked like it was nothing, and I had my order within minutes of placing it. Waited in line for 10-15 minutes to be told that they are only serving coffee and it was due to staffing. Maybe you should update your menu ... My purchase would have been 5x the price of a coffee. There loss of revenue and a patron. But the staff did not care ...

I just asked for a cherry blossom with almond milk. The young girl mentioned to her co-worker she was clocking out. Thus was Terminal A on Saturday August 17 at 9pm. She made my drink half ***ed. It was not done well. Going to Coffee Bean website and place a complaint. I shouldnt have to go to Terminal T to get it rectified.

Internet here is insanely slow. But I guess thats good since most people here should be studying and not surfing the web anyway. Its a really spacious shop with a decent amount of seating although during the busier hours, it might be hard to find seating. Theres A LOT of outdoor seating though, weather permitting.Drinks are not bad and the baristas are all really friendly. Bathrooms are relatively clean and theres food nearby, making this shop an ideal spot to marathon cram for exams.FYI they do always ask if your drink is for here or to go.. what they really mean is do you want a glass cup or a disposable paper cup.

My wife and I were there today on a layover. The 2 ladies working behind the counter were amazing. Supper friendly, great big huge smiling faces, really made a stressful situation at the airport great. Both of those ladies should get huge respect from the company they work for.

RUDE cashier with clearly no ability to deal with humans. I told her I wanted a regular hot mocha. She rang up a large blended mocha. I had to correct her every step of the way, at 7am with no sleep.Barista refused to answer a man who asked for skim milk 4 times before she bothered to respond. She was very rude and dismissive.These girls act an awful lot like they hate their jobs.Only reason for 2* is because this mocha is tasty.

I had to decide if I wanted to throw the coffee away or politely decline. Ended up throwing the coffee away.Cashier took about 5min to take order because she was busy talking to coworker, and the lady who made the drink made a wrong drink first, then just pour the drink to another cup. Coffee became blend and basically a dirt water.They also dont receive cash saying they are not authorized to use it. I guess that make sense considering they cant be trusted with a cup of coffee.

They are listed as closing at 10pm. I went to the location in terminal D for a green tea frappe at 9pm... The employee states that the blender is down.. so I come to this location in terminal T... This employee states we dont have those right now... They dont close for 45 minutes? You dont have them or you are so lazy that you dont want to clean a blender? I dont understand how these locations are managed.... Corporate needs to come secret shop the employees I mean look at the ratings!!!

I’ve been to this specific location more than once and every time it isn’t open. This time, it was supposed to be open at 5:30. When we arrived at 5:45, the employee was talking to one of her coworkers next door, the gate was down and the lights were off. She finally walked over to start opening and after a few minutes I asked her if she knew about how long it would be (we had to board soon). She kept her back turned to me and muttered “uh-uh”. I then asked if she could possible give me an estimate. “At least fifteen minutes”. Irritated due to the fact that it was already nearly 30 minutes after the posted opening time and that we had to be at our terminal soon, we decided to leave. The woman working this morning was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Wish I had a better experience because I love the coffee bean.

My wife wanted something without caffeine, The Malibu dream is one of those options. As the barista was making it, we saw it is literally a Naked that they blend with ice and add whipped cream and charge $5.00. How about advertising that? If I knew thats all it was, I wouldnt have paid $5 for it.

I just stopped here around 9AM this morning, Friday, November 27, 2015. Bagel and latte were fresh, very good. However, the rudeness of the person taking my order over-shadowed that for me. Wasnt crowded; only one person behind me who came in after I placed my order. Completely unnecessary. No latte and bagel worth that to me. I am certain Im not the only person travelling through who wasnt familiar with the menu. Certainly wont stop there if Im passing through again.

I’ve never seen anyone hate their job more and have less intrinsic motivation than the person who just served me. That seriously made me hate buying coffee. 3 people got their order before me . When I asked about my order, it was never put in the oven to cook. No communication with customers, too busy gossiping with each other, paying g no attention to customers. My order took over 10 minutes to get tomato &spinach panini, and mint tea.

Very rigid order screen system cant handle specials. Person at the counter was not well trained . Ordered a decaf Americano with 5 shots. Got the basic because the order was not processed properly by the server. Caught a LOT of attitude from the barista when I asked about my extra shots. She had a thick Jamaican accent and simply answered the I said I paid for the shots bluntlyNo you did not!! I mean just like that. Wait til you board to get coffee free these people are understaffed, incompetent and just plain RUDE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Dont let the exterior and interior (small, limited seating) run you away. Everything is so good here and the employees are super friendly too. My fav is the pastrami bacon cheese jalapeño, gotta go get me another one now. :)

Quite a few things wrong with this establishment. I brought my own cup to save a cup (yes, even carrying it around the airport), and they wouldnt use it. I get cross contamination, but... Wash your hands? My cup shouldnt be touching anything behind the counter. Then, I asked for a splash of a non dairy milk. Thatll be .70¢... Really? For a splash. Dont get me wrong, Ill pay the extra money when Im getting a latte, but literally, a splash? But, topping on the cake, the baristas referring to me as that lady with me standing right there while one was asking what that ladys problem was. Coffee isnt good enough to have that low of a level of service. To the business in general, please look up sustainabily and the growth of the non dairy milk industry. Help us allergy folks out!

Place is never open in the mornings despite saying open at 5:30. What is the point of a coffee shop that only opens around 8, and inconsistently? I’d rather walk to another coffee shop at the airport than take the risk of walking over to this place and it be closed.

Not a great visit. It was about 7 in the morning, I was flying out of T concourse and saw the coffee shop. There where 5 people already in line, I noticed only 1 person behind the counter ringing people up and then had to go make the drinks. This made the line move very slow. The lady who was doing the work wasnt very pleasant. If you gonna stop here make sure you have time.

They get one star simply because they were open. I ordered a iced coffee they told me that they couldnt make me one because they were out of cups for cold drinks. I explained that I didnt care what kind of cup it was in. She replied by asking me if I wanted hot coffee instead. I chose not to purchase anything. I frequently travel thru the Atlanta airport...I will never purchase anything from them again. When hiring employees you should choose someone competitent enough to decide to simply use a different cup.

Very bad service, Employees nasty attitude after being asked about, why I had to pay with my credit card when I wanted to pay with cash. The employee stated, she had no authority when it comes to the use of the cash register. Meanwhile she is rolling her eyes, bothered that I simply ask why. At no time was I rude to them.

I visited this location for the first time ever while waiting for a connecting flight. I was greeted by Alessia. She recommend that I try my blueberry muffin warmed. It was delicious. My drink was perfect. There were probably 6 or seven people in line. Alessia was cordial and friendly to everyone. Her colleague eventually joined her at the register but Alessia insisted on finishing the orders she had started. I just wanted to publicly acknowledge Beautiful Alessia she is an awesome young lady and will go far in life if she keeps this winning attitude.

The Pomegranate Blueberry drink, which is classified as a Non Coffee Beverage on the menu, did not taste like pomegranates or blueberries. The texture was grainy and the aftertaste was horrible. The employees were cool and I was able to exchange it for the delicuous decaf green tea.

The customer service was HORRIBLE. I visited the location on D concourse around730 AM on March 13, 2919. The barista was rude and not helpful to this first time customer. The processing of orders was also very inefficient. My order was also subpar. I will never give this company my money again.

Stopped into Concourse D and two girls working never greeted us, but were complaining about previous customer. We placed our order and they were very short and curt. While we waited, another lady came in and asked for info on drinks. The girl making ours was very rude to her, telling her to just get coffee with cream and make it easy for everybody.Who hires and keeps employees like this?!? How many rude comments does it take before change is made? How about some customer service training???
