Got a White Chocolate Mocha (my favorite for years), and they forgot to put white chocolate in it. Customers would appreciate if your baristas were paying attention! I thought this Starbucks Reserve would be different, its very much like a typical Starbucks with a different interior design, some different coffee, and black cups. That sums up Reserve.

Order is perfect and quick EVERYTIME. Never make a mistake here.

Ive visited this location several times on my visits/travels through Atlanta over the last years. Always welcoming and proper barristas, truly stands out among locations.

The take out service was great.Very clean environment within the store.I wanted to buy the Sumatra Reserve coffee but unfortunately they did not have it in stock.

A fun Starbucks to visit at least once. They have a Clover Brewer that is pretty unique. You can order a pour over side by side with a Clover brew of the same single origin coffee to compare the two (as pictured). Cost about $8 or $9. Interesting vibe to the place, too. Some folks are on a first name basis with the staff and receive a big greeting when they come in. Definitely a fun way to burn a little time sipping coffee on a Sunday morning.

Parking is a pain! But the inside is huge, plenty of seating. The baristas were super helpful! I got the dark chocolate mocha, absolutely delicious. So worth saving up my rewards. The cup they gave it in is also nice and reusable. Super loud place though, probably not a good place to work.

I will never get over how amazing this Starbucks is. They have the best baristas of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. My order is always correct and the service is extremely prompt. It’s clean and everyone is friendly. LOVE this Starbucks.

The good: Theyre so nice and accommodating here! Not so good: Their reserve blended coffees are overrated (and overpriced), and the barristas occasionally dont pay attention to your order preferences. The bad: Carryout ONLY. Active panhandling soon as you walk out the door.

Found this Starbucks Reserve while visiting midtown. It has one of the last Clover Coffee maker in the state. I got an Ethiopian blend coffee. This location has a covered porch area with seating and a nice bar to watch them make your drinks. Nice atmosphere and great coffee

This is the only starbucks reserve location in Atlanta. The closest one from here is in DC. People here are very friendly and seem happy to work here. They make your day. There are special coffees you can only get here. Try the Melrose if you like a hint of cherry in your coffee. 5 stars for everything.

This is a Starbucks Reserve and likely the most cool looking, swanky Starbucks in Atlanta. You can order fancy coffee here — pour over, Chemex, French Press, and other things not typically offered at Sbux. Copper hanging lamps, a cool world map, outdoor seating, bar seating, its just atypical for Starbucks and well worth the trip.

Friendly service, unique atmosphere, and all your favorite Starbucks drinks. Something to note about this store that I didn’t realize before talking to the baristas- it is a Starbucks reserve store. Apparently they sell special limited Starbucks coffees, and have several other styles of brewing you won’t find at regular Starbucks locations.

Very disappointing Starbucks Reserve experience. The place was dirty and did not offer a special selection as other reserve spots.

Very nice employees, coffee was ok. I went there only because I parked in one of their spaces and I had to go into the bank next door. I remember how they treated the black gentlemen they had arrested and I dont do Starbucks. I prefer Dunkin Donuts coffee anyway.

This was not a particularly special Starbucks. A couple of cups and a fabric bag with the Reserve logo are all that separated this visit from one to any other area Starbucks. This location is not particularly spacious, and I did not see any coffee products I had not seen at a regular Starbucks. The baristas, as always, were execptional.

Now, this isnt technically a real Starbucks Reserve, its like one of those licensed Starbucks Reserve cafes, like its obviously a real Starbucks duh, just with a Sbux Reserve logo tacked onto it. I mean they have some exclusive Sbux Reserve bottles that are or will be rare to find but thats it. Oh and it also has a small special menu that you can order from. All in all, a great addition to Atlantas Midtown section, but nothing to write home about.

I placed an order for a hot drink and changed it to a cold drink with no issues. I did not know what Starbucks Reserve was I just knew it was Starbucks and as I talk to the Barista he was able to give me some amazing information. I loved it perfect place to go excellent customer service.

Went to the one in Seattle and loved it, so I had to come to the one back home in Atlanta. Was a bit disappointed by it but to be fair, the one in Seattle unbeatable. Got the classic affogato and the nitro cold brew. The affogato has a good bit of ice cream and 2 shots of espresso. Best of you eat the ice cream slowly so it melts in the coffee and becomes a drink. Had high expectations for the nitro cold brew as it cost a whopping $9, but it disappointed. Tasted like any other cold brew. Also don’t like how crowded it was, seemed too small to be a Reserve. However, was a great place to grab coffee and catch up with an old friend!

The Starbucks here is not bad but not excellent as well. Coffee could be better for this price! The staff is slow and uninterested. The overall service seems slower than usual as there is always a queue waiting for their specific coffees. I have not been satisfied for the last three times I have visited. They can do a lot better

Jordaan on the reserve bar today was fantastic. Very personable and made me an amazing hot beverage this chilly morning. I started to feel bad asking him all these questions about the reserve bar but he remained patient with me while still having to make drinks for the other customers.

If you go here for a drink saturated in milk and sugar, youre playing yourself. Go here and pay an extra buck for some extremely good reserve espresso based drink. Its worth it. Stays pretty busy for a good reason.

WOW! So lets start with the actual store... they really spent some attention to detail with the interior. I really enjoyed the indoor outdoor patio. It really gives you that city feel, like youre almost in NYC (without the homeless people peeing on you). I really didnt know what Starbucks Reserve meant, so I asked the young lady behind the counter with the fedora hat. She told me its somewhat the same as a regular Starbucks menu, except that they served more rare, exclusive coffee. Assuming they didnt, I asked if they could make my regular drink order on the Reserve side. THEY DID! Wow! What a difference in taste! It felt more refined and I was hooked! The staff say hello to every single person that walks in. They are super fast with your order and will make it perfect! Love love love!

This location offers Starbucks Reserve drinks, which are pricey but good. The seating is limited, but the shop makes the most out of what little space there is to work with.Something I really love about this Starbucks is its free coffee workshops (every Friday).You attend and get to learn about a certain single origin coffee, then the on-duty barista demonstrates a couple of different brewing methods. Ive only been twice, but both times have been lovely.If youre curious about the workshop, I highly recommend checking it out. Worst-case scenario you get a free sample of coffee and dont return. Granted, if you attend once, youll probably find yourself there again.--------As far as the actual shop goes, this place is very cozy. Yeah, yeah its still a Starbucks, but it feels casual; maybe thats a consequence of its trendy, but homogeneous decor. The place is relaxing and its conducive for transient professionals.For better or worse, things do get a bit loud. In which case, if youre going to be taking calls, you may want to go somewhere like Land of a Thousand Hills down the street.On the whole, I really enjoy visiting this shop and the covered outdoor seating is a nice option.

I was at this Starbucks on Sunday, 9.23 about 7:45. About 4 store fronts down, a young homeless man approached me and asked for money. I told him I didn’t have cash; but, after looking around, suggested Starbucks so I could buy him something. He agreed, we had nice chat walking to Starbucks. We walked in and he ordered a large coffee. Everything was fine, just one person ordering a coffee and another person paying for it. All the sudden, about 4 employees were behind the counter and told the guy that “Starbucks was trying to make store welcoming “ and told him he could not ask for money outside the store. I explained to her that we met a few stores down and that I was the one who suggested Starbucks. The whole episode was not only embarrassing for me, but also humiliating for a guy who was only ordering a coffee. Not only did the employee assume he was homeless but also that he was panhandling outside their store. Recently, Starbucks came under fire for calling the police when two black men were sitting in their store. Now they object to someone buying a coffee for another human being? Makes me wonder exactly WHO Starbucks wants as a paying customer.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. The managers and staff are really sweet and they have a wider selection to choose from being a Reserve Starbucks. I will definitely be back! They also have free parking which is unheard of for the area theyre in.

A huge Starbucks right in Midtown Atlanta. It’s also a Starbucks Reserve location. Parking right beside the place is limited, but there’s a parking structure that offers first 15 minutes free parking. This Starbucks is beautiful, and not too crowded. It is relatively newly built. Come check it out

Love My Home Starbucks! If you are a visitor, dont fret over the parking. Something will open up, just wait your turn. The world revolves around the US; as in WE together. So chill out and know that a WE mindset opens all possibilities.

This team is amazing as are so many of the customers. Super lucky to have been allowed to pick up shifts here! I’m really enjoying trying out their special reserve-only items, and I get sad when I can’t have the reserve iced americano con crema at my standard Starbucks.It does get insanely busy and packed, but the unique experience is worth it.

Very nice inside. Big open and the atmosphere is nice. But the outlet situation for laptops is not very good at all. Over 50% of the seats do not have access to outlets. This is a brand new renovated modern store. Its 2017 and this should have been better thought out.Still a nice place though.

This Starbucks location is not ordinary franchise but a Starbucks reserve location. This mean that got a collection of the reserved coffees from around the world. I usually order my drink from the app and my drink is usually ready when I approach the outlet. If you are close by please try this location and youll not be disappointed.

I literally cant stop recommending this to people. Get something from the reserve menu and if you have time, try one of the flights or a siphon. Its super amazing and one of the best cups Ive had. If you find time when they arent super busy(even though I think they always are. So that might be hard) or when they are doing a tasting is probably a better time. They take time and youd get a better experience when they dont have a rush. Nothing against them and that isnt there fault! The serve is still great.

This is probably the cleanest Starbucks in this area. I frequent a few here in Atlanta and of all i have been this is definitely the cleanest one. Not a minute will pass when somebody will come and wipe down tables and arrange chairs. it must be that it so easy to maintain but still no dirt on tables of any kind. floors are clean condiment station is always organized and clean trash bag never full. Kudos to the management and staff of this location.
