Its weird that there havent been any reviews for over a year? Theyre ok though, the coffee had to be sweetened lots, but their grilled cheese sandwich was really good. Kinda expensive for what you get, youd think bc its literally in the library for a college it would be cheaper. Lots of people get turned away by the prices and would frequent more often if it was cheaper.

I love their cheese danish and jasmine tea.

Could be better. Personally, I think most of the food is overpriced and they barley have any vegetarian or vegan options. The bakery section is good. Service is okay. The coffee is usually good but complex orders can get pricey very fast. I dont recommend ordering an entire meal here,but for anyone who basically lives in the library during the week, its a very convenient option. I appreciate how late they stay open during the week.

Ummm, if your kids go to Georgia State i would suggest they stay away from this place until new owners come along. The place is dim and should be well lit for kids to study but its not, management doesn’t really seem to care and they talk to you like u still have to spend your money there. Place hasn’t been kept up to par lately. No bathroom to use for it has been made into a storage closet with the toilet and sink in the midst. Visit at your own risk.

Kinda overpriced. But its not that bad if youre willing to pay the premium price for food. Their sandwiches are good. Its usually empty at times so it can be a good place to chill and study by yourself or with friends.

I never ever throw food away, especially when its airport prices, but the pastry was hard and stale even after being heated- not to mention just truly disgusting. Hopefully the garbage will enjoy it because there is not enough coffee in the world to wash that taste out.

I dont understand why theres so many bad reviews. I come here a little less than once a week and I love it. The coffee is definitely better some days, but its never bad. I havent ordered food very many times but Ive been satisfied each time. Ive never had a bad experience with the employees. Its a decent little place overall and definitely worth it when you dont have much time in between classes.

Almost always mess up my order of no cheese. I will even order the same drink but certain days its a completely different color/taste as they say its the correct drink. Never on the same page. If you come here just keep your receipt until you check your food. Service is fast though.

This is a great shop with friendly people fantastic food and coffee options. I love the fact that its in the library. You guys have save me lot from having to do school work and saving me time!

The prices are okay, and the chance of you getting a good coffee is honestly 50-50. Its not the good but its not bad. And it also depends on who is working during that time. Good to pay attention to the workers so you can get a good one. But in all honesty, if you can get coffee from somewhere else, do so.

It was definitely better when Kelly the GM was working here staff was always on point. Don’t really understand why this excellent, personable person isn’t here anymore. Please bring her back!

If you cant drink it, dont order it here. Id give them 5 stars if they didnt offer $3 Kraft Mac and cheese cups.

This place is very nice. Its so much better than Starbucks. The food is delicious, i always get the southwest panini. Staff is nice 2.

It is a great place for college students to get coffee and snacks.

The coffee is basically water and the employees are indifferent to your existence. Literally were standing with their backs to the guests and register in order to have conversations with each other. Convenience is not worth it, ill walk to Starbucks.

Very rude people working here. Zero costumer service and quite frankly it is expensive for the very low quality of food and drinks this place offers.

Management isnt that great, food is okay for the price, and the coffee is the worst Ive had in Atlanta. Theres better 3 coffee shop options within a mile. If you want good coffee, go elsewhere.

Saxby’s at GSU Atlanta campus has awful customer service. First the cashier who took my order didn’t give me my receipt. I ordered a small strawberry banana smoothie with soy and I received a plain strawberry smoothie. I also ordered an egg and cheese croissant and literally waited over 15 mins for it to be made. The cashier who checked me out placed my order on the bottom of the list and I had to wait on 8 students who came after me before they finally made my croissant. When I finally got my croissant the edges were burned all around. On top of that, they serve overpriced mediocre food.

Honestly just wasted $3.50 on this mango pineapple smoothie, it isnt sweet at all. The mac and cheese is great though, even if it is just a Kraft microwavable Mac & Cheese with extra cheese added.

Items can be pricey.. the service is fairly quick, the chairs need to fixed and the space is tight once students are there with backpacks,groups, etc.

A friend who is a (Muslim citizen) was treated with so much disrespect. Its disgusting that this kind of behavior is appreciated at this establishment. I would not recommend unless you want to support that kind of business. You have lost all of my & my associates business. Going forward you should try to make sure All your employees treat everyone with respect. And not talk trash about what they wear ceremonially. A hijab is not a mop on someones head.

Horrible. I have given the coffee shop 3 times to give me good or even decent service and they continuously failed. Today, I received my cinnamon chai latte and it was COLD. I didnt realize it until I got to class. The employees are thee worst and just dont care.

Ive been here a few times, I kinda hate this place. The food isnt good, neither is the customer service. Theres days you could wait upwards of 20 minutes for just a panini. Theres plenty other places on campus Id rather go for something to eat on campus.

Try the fruit cups, ate one every day for 4 years. Love this place, definitely my go to

Im not even surprised by the other comments here. While there are a few employees with great customer service skills, it doesnt make up for the non existent customer service from the rest and even the MANAGER himself. It blew my mind, especially for the 2.5x price mark uo. Make the trip around campus to find your food and coffee needs elsewhere.

This place sucks. The coffee sucks, the service sucks, the salads suck, something is always wrong with my order. They should hire people with an IQ over 65. It is not difficult to pour a cold brew coffee over ice. Are you kidding me?? Worthless.

I dont drink coffee so a chai latte is my go-to drink at any coffee shop. They have the best chai latte I have ever had, and Ive had a lot of them all around the country and in several other countries just this past year. Absolutely nothing has come close to Saxbys chai - its simply the best!
