The coffee shop is located in an excellent location in the corner across busy Inman Quarters businesses and the well known Barcelona. Unfortunately that is about the only thing I can say about the place. The people behind the counter did barely acknowledged our presence when we entered. We sat down while we waited for our cappuccinos to be ready and the whole place is filthy, there is dust and cobwebs on the window seals. The actual windows are cloudy and look like they havent been washed since before the pandemic started. My wife had the misfortune of using the restrooms and she has seen better kept restrooms at outdoor concerts than this place.As for the coffee itself, the soy milk on our cappuccinos started to clump up after a bit like it was stale/bad. We couldnt tell from the taste but this is a first for us and thus were not happy with the fact. The wife had an upset stomach a few minutes later.This place has a great potential for being a desired coffee shop, but the execution from service, facilities and product is so poor that there is zero chance we will return or recommend it to anyone.

Sort of a quirky place, but nice, with a good selection of beverages and, to a lesser extent, foods as well. Everything I have ever had here has been good.

Been coming here since before the quarantine. They have a very clean facility and every one is very nice and professional. They practiced social distancing by seating everyone outside and encouraging mask use. The staff is dry but efficient. I will definitely be back.

Great space for chilling and enjoying a coffee bev and bfast. seems quiet enough during morning for work as well, plenty of seating inside and out and free parking in deck behind it.

Cute little gem in Inman Park. Will always go here instead of Starbucks. Great service and love how they also serve beer too.

Cute place with lots of great selections at market prices. Everything can be made hot or cold. Their tea selection is really great, which is rare at some coffee shops. It was surprisingly crowded for a weekday afternoon, but there were lots of places to sit. Lighting seemed a little strange even though there were lots of windows, and the barista had to ask for our order a few times to get it right. Overall, really happy with my heavenly vanilla matcha latte with almond milk!

Staff and accommodations are amazing.. food and drink are also top notch.

I’ve been sitting here for more than 15 minutes and no one has greeted me . There’s no attendant behind the counter. If i had not already made arrangements to meet someone here i would definitely leave..

I was disappointed with the poor care and craftsmanship displayed in preparing my cappuccino. It tasted like a weak latte. Too bad, they have a nice location and a decent vibe inside, but little pride in the preparation of their beverages.

The staff could not be more rude to potential customers. If I acted that way, I would be fired. Never getting my business again

Mask required. They have masks for sale in case you dont have one. Good selection of hot and cold coffee drinks. Right next to beltline too!

The cafe is located in a lovely area. However, the service is not good at all. I bought a sandwich and they told me they would let me know when it was ready. 20 minutes later, I went to ask the employees about it just to realize it had been sitting at the counter for a long time (it was already cold).

Great coffee and staff... Cool outdoor area to do people watching. And they provide masks and sanitizer if you dont have any. Sadly, not all businesses are ready to spend money for your safety so its worth being mentioned.

Great coffeehouse with a nice bonus if sandwiches, ice cream and drinks. A perfect location to do a little work or read while enjoying coffee. Inside is very cozy and friendly, with an added bonus of outdoor patio seats with built in clips to hold your pet leashes. One of my favorite coffeehouse​s in Atlanta!

The service, coffee and food here is great! My favorite drink here is the Chi Tea Latte with Almond milk, served hot. Hands down the best I had and will ever have. This coffee place is a feel good ambiance in a real friendly neighborhood. The employees always greet each customer with a smile and small talk as if theyre friends with everyone. I highly recommend this little Shop to all those who look for a nice place to just pass the time, study or just meet a friend.

Most unfriendly people working at the counter. One employee gave me a hard time about ordering iced coffee with no ice. I do this for sanitary reasons (I live in the apartments above) and he made me feel like I was getting away with stealing more product. Honestly this place sucks, is overpriced, and they need new management.

As of 6/23/2020 you cant sit inside and mask are required but dont let that stop you from enjoying an excellent cup of coffee served by professional courteous baristas.

I went in for a quick cup of black coffee and a croissant. Great customer service, they warmed my croissant perfectly. I enjoyed eating in the sitting area in front of the shop and will definitely be back again.

A 25 minute wait during non-peak time (for just a bagel and cream cheese) is not acceptable. My coffee was consumed by the time you delivered my half-toasted bagel. When this happens, you apologize, you explain what happened, anything to show empathy. I tipped at the point of purchase, which I won’t ever do again at this establishment.

First time visiting. Had coffee and raspberry danish and enjoyed both. Not crowded for a Friday afternoon. Service was fine and establishment was clean. Several patrons were on laptops. Looking forward to the next visit.

Coffee and pastries, etc. are good, but not great. This places strengths are that it is a good place to get work done, and is locally owned and operated.

I do really enjoy the atmosphere of this coffee shop; its a great place to get work done and the drinks are pretty good. The staff used to be great and welcoming but now every time I walk up to order the barista is on their phone and is very unfriendly. I understand that the employees get bored but it is just a common customer service not to be on your phone when at the front counter. Management really should address this because this is a great establishment and bad customer service really can bring down a small business.

I really like the atmosphere in here, and the drinks are good. However, Ive been coming here for almost 4 years now and have noticed that the staff is not as put together as they used to be. Messing up orders, not really paying attention to what I say, things seems delayed. I dont know if management changed or what, but in my opinion its not as good as it used to be. Also, I highly recommend NOT working in here. The network is always super spotty and Ive missed several important work calls because of it. Maybe they have too many people on their network for the bandwidth, but its always been this way and is not reliable. My most favorite times at Inman Perk are when Im leaving town early in the morning and get an order to go.

Great coffee. Sort of a grimy feel to it, dont look too closely in the cracks and corners. Lots of seating, but the place stays packed during study hours (pretty much all the time).Dog Owners: Theyve got super-handy leash hooks on the exterior of the building, and [almost] always keep a full bowl of clean water nearby.

Food was great i got the lox bagel but coffee was not so good tasted a bit burnt and had a lot of grounds in it

Cool, calm and collect... The shop is well suited if you have a paper to type up or some research to do.. Generally its pretty crowded but usually you will be able to find a seat. Snack menu is pretty good and the coffee is organic plus 3 categories of tea...

It is in a very cool neighborhood, but my drink was just okay and they didnt get my food order right (I had asked for no egg or cheese, and it had both).There is a decent amount of table space, though.The parking situation was very difficult.

I work from home so I come here on days I need to get out of the office. Quiet area to work is nice. Coffee is good! Cant wait to try the pastries/sandwiches.

It’s a cute spot and I really wish it had different owners because it could do so well, but I’ve been there four times to triple check how I felt. Worst chai I’ve ever had and costumer service is just horrendous.

Inman perk and java lords are my favorite cafes to work on a laptop. the staff at inman perk are as warm as the coffee, food, and ambience. music is never too loud. the bathrooms have a nice ambience and has cool music playing in them. i miss the boost to mood and productivity this place would give me after i joined a co-working office and after corona had me stuck working at home. you probably can find curb parking now, but i would park on hale street if there was no curb parking. internet can be slow at times and will temporarily go down at times, likely from people streaming, but i use my own 4g data anyway.

One of the best coffee shops Ive ever been to. This place to get some high-quality coffee with true love made into it. They ice their coffee with frozen coffee cubes. It is smooth, nutty flavor to it and not overly acidic like a lot of other coffee shops around. I want to come back and try the Sherpa or dirty matcha latte!

BlackBerry white chocolate mocha was superb. Good customer service. Not a place for talkative people. Please dont come to a nice coffee shop and get a regular coffee. They could do much better with the baked goods. I know great chocolate croissants because Im from Brooklyn, New York.

This is my favorite coffee place so far in Atlanta. It a busy, cozy place with great coffee and food. The sandwiches are awesome. It pretty quiet even though its always busy when Im there. Its set up to be able to plug in your electronics. Nice place to walk around if you want to stretch your legs; theres a walking trail behind the place.

Google says this is one of the best coffee shops and its definitely not. Good coffee and snacks but the service is dumb and rude. Try not to sit outside because they wont bring your food. Instead they call out your name from inside and there is no effort past that. When I asked about my hot food one guy gave me attitude about it like I was an inconvenience to coffee making or I was in his way. Sorry I just was waiting because I didnt want to eat cold soup...

Live right by here and I dont ever go anymore. The breakfast sandwiches even a simple bagel take an incredibly long amount of time to be prepared. Its always been pretty decent but usually not worth the wait.

I like the area and it’s a nice coffee shop to study but for the life of me, the employees do not pay any attention to customers and you have to call them at least 3 times before they seem to look up when they are less then three feet away. The skinny black girl wearing glasses always replies in a very curt manner. That is poor customer service. Needs more friendly people - Don’t order a warm crossiant it’ll take 20 minutes !!!

Great coffee shop in Inman Park with a friendly staff. When I went there was plenty of seating and no wait. Coffee was on par with major brands and there was a good assortment of food and snack items.

Extremely rude service. Not friendly in the least. I get it, you’re a cool hipster and I’m dressed in my lame workout clothes. Ok fine. I’ll just go to the giant chain coffee store. So much for supporting local businesses.

Great place to visit with a neat surrounding area. The Café was comfortable, it had wifi, clean restrooms, and outlets on the ground to plug in your devices. The coffee and food were both very good! I had a hazelnut latte with a ham and swiss croissant. In regards to parking, it is a bit difficult to find a spot near the café. Lastly one restroom was out of stock on toilet paper during my visit.

They have the best chai I have ever encountered, anywhere in the world. Im worried Im addicted! Love this place, staff are always friendly and awesome, and you get a nice mix of people in here. The gluten free lox bagel is a massive win too.

I live nearby, so Its very convenient to have a good coffee place around the corner. great coffee and atmosphere to sit in and have some creativity flowing. they do have outdoors seatings if the weather allows. staff are okay. I wouldnt say very friendly though. they do have kinda slow service in general. The area is great walking/biking neighborhood by the belt line, but I believe it would be a hassle many times to find a parking if you are coming using a car, as the neighborhood have lots of restaurants and shops around with limited parking spaces. one parking deck is located behind the shop in the same building, but they have very few spaces in general and are meant for all shops around, also if you are coming later in the evening this spaces are taken by the valet for Barcelona. there is another parking deck across the street for Inman quarter building that can be used for a fee, but I dont think 5 dollar coffee is worth 5 dollar parking fee in general.

Mediocre coffee and be ready to pay these cheapstakes for a mask to get a cup of coffee and be in their store for less than 2 minutes.

Nice place. Usually quite Crowded. They have the absolute best vegan gingersnap cookie! However the drinks vary greatly depending on the barista. The employees arent unfriendly, but not overly friendly either.

The most antisocial bathroom I have ever seen in a restaurant establishment. I will spare everyone a bout of nausea and instead will leave a brief recommendation: check the bathroom every hour, on the hour, and provide your employees a heavy-duty pair of coveralls, some strong bleach, industrial rubber gloves, and your condolences.

Great atmosphere and nice area outside to sit! But the bathroom was very disgusting...just horrible. They need to work on that!!! Bathrooms are a representation of sanitation concerns.

LOVE the environment and work space. Love the breakfast burritos. Mostly great staff with great attitudes, but there are 2 who work here who really should not be in service jobs. As for the coffee, they serve Intelligentsia, which is great if you need to buy a bag to take home, but the staff do not know how to prepare it. No pour overs. So... if you are a coffee geek, you might want to pick up a togo mug at Condessa down the way before camping here for the ambiance.

I liked this place a lot when I first moved here but its gone downhill. The staff is usually hard to get the attention of when I want to order and are a bit standoffish. They also close at 7 PM now, so I havent gone as often as I used to.

Overall, it feels like it belongs on a college campus. Cleanliness could use a little help (be prepared to wipe down your surfaces), staff has been short and/or clueless on occasion but general friendly, normal people.It has all the trappings of a city coffee shop - (occasionally spotty) WiFi, generally quiet atmosphere, and they serve hot drinks. If youre not too picky, this place is A-okay.

A great neighborhood coffee shop nestled in the center of Inman Park right off the Beltline. The atmosphere is cozy with couches although they are usually filled with people who sit all day on their laptops so it can be touch to find a spot. The other problem I have experienced is the employees can be rude at times when trying to use coupons.

Good sandwich, yummy coffee, great place to pop out your laptop and get your creative juices going. There is alot going on outside (lots of restaurants). The free parking deck is only for 3 hours of parking!!

Some of the better coffee in Atlanta, and theyre right next to the Belt Line, good internet and plenty of seating inside. Inman Perk has a food menu so you can work for a while and dont have to worry about getting hungry, or if you just want to swing by and get a bite to eat.

I’ve been here a handful of times, the coffee is always good and the environment is nice but for whatever reason each time I’ve had terrible customer service experiences. It always seems like it’s an inconvenience that I’m interrupting their conversations behind the counter to order a coffee.

Its pretty much everything I need in a coffeeshop. Coffee, standard breakfast food, and predictability. One of the few coffeeshops I know that also has a bar and ice cream inside.

Its just meh. Too crowded, laid out weird, coffee was fine. But the wifi didnt work the whole time I was there. I went in to work and was only able to do things off line. Not my jam.
