An amazing vegan friendly restaurant. I knew it was going to be good based on the incredibly long line out front. But the 40 minute wait was well worth it. Almost every dish can be made vegan. They offer Just Egg, which we love and is hard to come by. All the staff was friendly, and they worked quickly to get food to the tables, and cleaned up quickly after patrons left. A definite winner even if you arent into vegan food.

This food was really tasty!! The place was absolutely popping when we got there, but the line moved pretty quickly. You order your food first and then go find a place to sit, which I think is a brilliant system. There is also plenty of seating so we had options about where we wanted to sit. Our group ordered the avocado toast with salmon, vegan hash, vegan French toast, the french toast burger, the regular hash with hot chicken added to it, and we also got sides of crispy potatoes and a vegan egg. The menu is huge and you have so many options. One of my friends also got the CBD vanilla cold brew and he said it was delicious. We all heartily enjoyed our food and it came out SO fast. We hadn’t even been waiting for like 7 minutes before all of our food had come out.The restaurant also had such good vibes. Everyone was jamming (whoever was playing the music had immaculate taste; it was VERY funny when an ad started playing) and singing along to the songs and looked like they were having a good time. There is overflow parking in the lot next to the McDonald’s!

I love Cultivates vegan brunch menu. Their Vegan hash is mind blowing. We also had basil lemonade mimosas and thoroughly enjoyed! The ambience is great, however, ventilation is poor. Patio seating is nice. Lines are long and they do not allow reservations. I recommend this brunch spot for amazing coffee, vegan, and vegetarian brunch!

I wanted to try this place out for weeks. After getting the opportunity, I was very curious on its offerings, but mostly the chicken and waffles. After waiting in line for over an hour, which I never do but was convinced to wait, we finally reached the counter to order! I was already upset for waiting that long but we ordered and brushed it off.Our food came out relatively quick so there was the saving Grace. But I was reminded they ran out of waffles for the chicken AND waffles, and I agreed to take French toast breading as a substitute 😬. Terrible decision. The chicken was great, but I have no way of knowing what the real chicken AND waffles pairing tastes like.Waiting an hour and a half at a small joint liked this was insane. The food and coffee was at least good, but unfortunately I didnt have a great experience not to mention its expensive, so tack off two stars. 🤷🏽‍♂️ I would recommend the establishment limit the amount of people in line or communicate with them.

Got a chance to check out Cultivate Food and Coffee today for brunch. It was not busy at all so that was great! However, once we got inside and placed our order, I was confused when the food came out. I paid around $49 for the Nashville Hot Chicken & Waffles ($18) and a Buttermilk Waffle ($10) with a side of Local Farm Fresh Bacon ($5). But didn’t have $40 worth of food between the two entrees. At least not in my opinion.Based on the previous reviews and pictures, other customers received full waffles. We received TWO very small square waffles each. Two with the chicken and waffles and two for the single order. The food was good and the setting was very nice but I do think I over paid for the food! Well, let me clarify, the chicken itself was delicious…but shortage of waffle is why the rating lacks a star. If you order anything on the menu with waffles, ask them for a whole waffle! I definitely will if we go back.Oh and for drinks, we ordered the Pomegranate Lemonade and OJ. I was given a regular lemonade and OJ so the guy fixing the drinks gave me the Pom-Lem for free. That was nice as both version of lemonade were very delicious. Don’t remember the cost of the drinks exactly but I’m sure they were well over $3 each.Overall, the decor was cute, it was super clean, all the employees were super nice and the food was good. Next time, I’m definitely trying something different.

First time visiting this place and it was delicious! Our wait was extremely long which in retrospect I should have made a reservation; despite this, food and drinks were superb and service was quick and friendly. I would totally recommend making a reservation especially if you have a larger party than four, but the food is worth the hype and I will be coming back again.

We ate the Johnny cakes, vegan sausage balls and the beignets and everything was delicious and well-presented. The coffee was good too. Note: You place your order at the bar and then they bring your food to you. I would say it was a little over-priced. There is no table service. I would definitely go back for the food.

I finally was able to check out this highly recommended establishment over the weekend. No one told me about their non-traditional approach to breakfast so we werent prepared to wait in line for an extended period to place our order. We were informed that the wait is normally about 25 minutes, but the wait was much longer. From our arrival time to our sitting with food was about an hour.I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and the team was more than gracious in replacing my meal.My mother didnt care for her food altogether and the manager sent us a very delicious mimosa. All in all, I enjoyed my experience.Critical feedback:Very contemporary and delicious; just the wait was a little annoying. They really need two registers going to prevent the extensive wait.

Very nice café style eatery. The decor is bright and relaxing. They have meals as well as snacks, desserts, and small dishes that go well with their large selection of teas, coffee, and spirits. Some items are little on the expensive side for a cafe, but the portions, food quality and presentation are certainly worth the dollar. I tried their avocado toast, country style biscuits, and pink drink, and all of it was very good. The biscuits are a nice size which I love as well. This place is perfect for a coffee date, or group brunch spot.

I’m excited to add Cultivate Food and Coffee to my list of preferred brunch spots! I got the Westside Plate ($14), and it came with a large portion of eggs, sausage, a biscuit, 2 johnny cakes (fried potato cakes), and fruit. The food tasted great, and there was so much food that I took half of it home for another meal. I was impressed that the fruit bowl was all berries and not cheaper fruits like melons that other restaurants usually use. The drip coffee ($3.50) was bottomless, so I was able to get a fresh refill to go! My friend got the avocado toast with a fried egg ($10.50) and enjoyed her food as well. I appreciate that the restaurant uses Vital Farms free-range eggs, as well as other local and organic products when available. They also had many menu options for different dietary needs, such as vegan and gluten-free. Will definitely return here!

I think this is a good spot if you want to spend $40 to take an Instagram photo of your coffee/brunch, but not somewhere I could see myself going regularly.Pros: Nicely decorated interior, decent amount of outdoor seating, lots of vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options.Cons: Definitely overpriced for what you get ($20 for a doughy biscuit, egg, soy-sausage, and OJ), absolutely no COVID precautions (I didn’t see any staff in masks), at least for outdoor seating you didn’t get any real silverware and have to use plastic forks/knives, long wait, even on weekdays

We had a party of 3 at 12:30 pm on a Thursday. There are some parking spots outside, but there’s also a small garage with more (limited) parking. You can scan the QR code for the menu, but they also have some menus at the counter when you first walk in. Then you place your order and pay at another counter. Here’s what we got:- Organic House Roasted Coffee ($3.50): Seemed a little watered down. The coffee is bottomless, but note that you have to go up to counter to get it refilled.- Nashville Hot Chicken & Waffles ($17): The chicken was seasoned and fried well! There was actually a lot of chicken. The waffle was good. I liked that they put the sauces on the side without me having to ask. It came with syrup, sriracha-infused chili oil, and some other ranch-looking sauce (didn’t try the last one). I took half of the meal home!- Cultivate Hash ($16): I didn’t try this, but my friend said it tasted good. However, she felt skimped on the sausage and that it had too many potatoes.- Eggs with Cheese and a Biscuit ($7-ish): Not a meal, my friend just ordered a la carte. She had leftovers, so it was still a decent-sized portion.Overall, good food, lots of seating (both inside and outside), and good service. I would go back and give their other dishes a try too!

Cultivate is a cool coffee shop & brunch spot. The line can get long, but it moves fairly quickly. Parking can be an issue if you come here on a busy day, as there are only so many spots in the parking garage and lot.The drinks are good, though a bit pricier than some of the other coffee shops in Atlanta.I tried their benedict, which was interesting with the potato patties and slight heat, but I prefer a traditional eggs benedict. The biscuits here are great, and all the food was prepped and plated really well. They have seating indoors and outdoors.Staff are nice.

Bright, clean atmosphere with comfortable seating inside and a small outdoor patio. Lots of tasty-looking items on the menu with several good vegan option. The vegan breakfast sandwich is excellent and very filling, even on an empty stomach.Lots of hot and cold drink options too. Love that they offer oat milk as an alternative to almond or soy...goes great in a hot Matcha latte! The lemonade is also ridiculously good! Waffles are huge and wonderfully decadent too.Free covered parking is available nearby and the restaurant is nicely accessible from several major Atlanta streets.Would be worthy of Five Stars except the prices are a little high, even for this neighborhood. Also, it is a bit confusing for first-time guests on how to order when stepping inside. Menus are conveniently located on a wall near the door, but they are not obvious to anyone taking in the vibrant décor. Friendly staff did jump in to explain the process to a long line of guests that came in behind us, so they definitely do try to make it flow smoothly.Cant wait to come back and try some other menu options!Peace to everyone! Long line not worth the wait. Staff are good but maybe too much on the menu. Chicken and waffles were at best ok. Chicken had little flavor and were over fried with only sauce making it edible. Waffles have so much butter the waffle lacked structure and taste. Beignets are fried puff pastry that were inedible - not New Orleans style and should not be called beignets. The hash was okay that relied on mostly potatoes and not worth the price. Only tasty item was the OJ/Apple juice, berry snd greens smoothie. Overall a disappointment.8/20 - interesting there’s no comment from the restaurant. I guess the other glowing reviews override this one. Fair enough.

Great experience! Food was delicious and prepared perfectly to our specifications. We had the Main street plate with largest sausage patties Ive ever seen, eggs a little runny just the way we asked and the most flavorful grits. There was no need to add salt, pepper, sugar or butter as they had their own unique taste. We also tried the Nashville. Two perfectly fried tender chicken breast and a waffle cut into 4s with a side of pickle slices and pickled okra. Also a great meal. The chicken was extra crunchy and the waffle was toasted just right! The restaurant was kept very clean and tables were cleared as quickly as patrons left. In the time of Covid I find this extremely important. All staff members were wearing mask and gloves were being changed between each serving.

The process is very slow in this restaurant. Wait time to order food is ONE HOUR (plus you’ll have to wait on the line for extra 30 mins to place your order)How can you enjoy your food this way? Most of the customers are talking how slow is the service in this restaurant. Given its weekend (oh yes weekend is busy) but there must be a better process in place on weekends to accommodate orders (including online orders) of everyone and not to leave customers upset in getting their food. After all brunching should leave you feeling happy, not only the food but the WHOLE EXPERIENCE of it.Great food comes with great service too. No matter how good is the food but if they serve it to you in 1.5 hour wait, then you end up losing your appetiteFair enough, they refunded a % of my order to compensate for this inconvenience. From one star I’m moving this to 3 star as an appreciation of this kind gesture. Staff are very nice in fairness but I wanted to point out here is to improve the process especially on weekends. I’m sure the restaurant management is aware of the busy nature on weekends.I rarely write reviews but I do when it gets to a point like this.

Food is decent just overpriced. You get a breakfast sandwich for $10-12 with no side. thats a whole meal most places. Price is normally not a complaint of mine but I ordered the campfire latte which was an oatmilk latte among other things. The cashier said they were out of oatmilk and my only option was almond. Mind you the $7.80 latte included non dairy oatmilk but because they were out she charged me an extra $1 for oatmilk. The latte was almost $9. Never in my life!!! If anything the almond milk should have been an equivalent substitute for their lack of oatmilk at no additional charge to the customer. TF!! For this to not be a solely plant based restaurant it is a bit high for me especially when they run the risk of cross contamination with animal products like PORK but have at it.

Decided to try this place for the first time. There were no COVID safety protocols being followed. Half the staff had no masks. The girl that made my mocha coffee took a brush off the counter, went to the sink to rinse it and what she did next made me want to gag. She used the bottom of the sink to scrub the brush free of whatever was on it, then with her still wet, dripping hands, proceeded to vigorously use the brush to foam up my drink. It was disgusting. Food is good! But not good enough to wait two hours for on a pick up order placed in advance. It’s quite a drive from my house though, so I order online to ensure it’s ready when I arrive. My most recent visit, there was nowhere to park (which is expected, busy area, busy day), so budgeted time for that too. Spent 30 minutes driving there, 30 minutes parking, and left 20 minutes after placing my order— my food still wasn’t ready, even though the ET on ready was 15 minutes . They were super busy, but when I asked about my food, no one had a clear answer about when I could expect it. That’s actually unacceptable, and I wouldn’t go through all this again for just good food. Still waiting, hopefully I get it before the two hour mark!

Hmm where should I begin. Let me say this, the food was good and if I rated the restaurant on that merit alone I would give it four stars. But let’s talk about the experience (hence the one star), first off you wait in line to order and that can take about 30 - 45 mins. After that we sat down and waited another 30 mins before we asked the waiter how much longer until we get our food. The waiter came back after checking and stated another 15 mins. At this point we’ve been in the restaurant now for an hour and fifteen mins and still haven’t gotten our food. Well it took 20 mins to get our food and at that point we asked to speak to the manager. The manager showed and we asked “why the delay” and her response was “it’s typically like this on the weekends and that’s due to the situation”. Now we are wondering and asked “what is the situation but this is the norm on the weekends? “. Well the manager says “ did you not read the sign, it states that it can take 60 mins to an hour and a half to get our food”. Well we said “there was no sign when we got here and when was the sign put up?”. Now get this, the manager says “the sign was put up 45 mins ago” and we immediately responded “ we’ve been here for and hour and half so there was no sign”. The manager responded with a “Oh!” 😳 So we stated “ok this is our first time here and we didnt know but we won’t be coming back” and the manager said “ ok thanks” and walked away. This is why this restaurant is a one star. I will state that there were five tables in conversation with us about this topic and were equally upset. Heres a couple of suggestions for the restaurant:1. How about on the weekends having someone working the door to organize the line and notify customers of the situation!2. If suggestion 1 isnt an option how about having the cashier inform the customers as well.3. Why is it that on the busy weekend you only have one cashier? Maybe open two registers.4. Lastly train your managers to do better with customer service! Her responses were terrible and as a paying customer we didnt feel any effort on her part to understand our situation. We will not be back and it doesn’t seem that the restaurant cared if we were or not!

This place should be called Cultivate Food & COVID. Came in on a Saturday morning to grab breakfast and coffee. Coffee was fine, food was not impressive. Even less impressive was the fact that none of the employees behind the counter were wearing masks. It’s September 2021. We are still in the middle of a pandemic. 1 in 500 people are dead. COVID numbers in Georgia are rapidly heading towards the highest they’ve been since the pandemic started. It’s quite a message to have no signs about masking inside the establishment and no employees wearing masks, despite a city of Atlanta mask mandate that’s been in place since July. We took our food to go and ate in the car, and we won’t be coming back.

The food was AMAZING! I had the salmon hash and the portion size was huge. Everything was fresh and seasoned to perfection. Our server Antwan was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Ill definitely be back when Im in town again.

I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed my visit here. My wife and I decided to check this place out for breakfast and it was AMAZING! The menu is pretty broad and seemed to accommodate most forms of diets. They also have a great selection of coffee and coffee based drinks. If you’re in or around the Atlanta area I highly recommend you check them out.

Really cute brunch place on Howell mill. We came on Sunday around 1130 and had about a 20-25 min wait. I had the chicken biscuit and it was delicious! We also had the goat cheese balls and crab beignets. I had higher expectations for the goat cheese balls and they were good, just not amazing. My friend had the lobster omelette and I had some and wasn’t a fan. I think the lobster flavor was drowned out by the cheese. I’d still come back here for brunch!

I’m sure the food is fine, however when we attempted to place an online order we were greeted with a beautiful service charge which was 15% of the order’s total cost. This was not tax, this was not a tip I would be providing on top.I decided to call and place an order over the phone to avoid this ridiculous service charge, and they told me they no longer take orders over the phone. I told them the reason I was calling was because I wanted to avoid the service charge. They understood, but couldn’t do anything for me.I then proceeded to ask what the purpose of the 15% service charge was for and the response was “we were told to tell you it’s for packaging”. I’m sorry what? Packaging? It was laughable, and the audacity to lead with “we were told to tell you” blew my mind. Food is part of the hospitality industry, cultivate needs to learn some things and not put ridiculous “packaging fees” on top of their orders. Do better Cultivate

We visited on a Saturday about 12 noon. The waiting process is standing in a line outside until you can get into the inside line, which is about 15-20 more people deep. It took us about 45 minutes to get up to the counter to order, and then about 25 more minutes to receive our food for a party of 2. The bottleneck is that there is one cashier taking orders and lots of people trying to eat. The food was good, but not amazing for the price ($60 and no alcohol was ordered), self serve water station was usually empty, and the biggest thing is it was super hot and uncomfortable inside. Not sure if the AC was broken, but it was about 85 degrees inside. The staff was very friendly, and we did appreciate their great attitudes, but we felt there is a lot of room for improvement as far as efficiency and experience.

I enjoyed the atmosphere once inside. There is plenty of parking and coffee was worth the wait. I will visit again the food was delicious although I found a piece of hair at the end of my omelette. I didnt complain even though I was grossed out. Will give it another try.

My lettuce wrap turkey burger was a turkey burger served on a plate of mixed greens - mostly rotten mixed greens - think slime. One lunch companion had a salmon wrap that was so dry she could barely eat it. The other friend had avocado toast that she barely touched - but did not disclose the reason why. I can walk to Cultivate. It would be great to have a neighborhood place where the food matched the considerable charm and attractiveness of the space.

I LOVE this place!! The food is absolutely wonderful and service attitudes comparable to the Chic-Fil-a employees. If you like vanilla-y, caramel-y delicious coffee/espresso try the: Oat Milk & Honey Iced Espresso 16oz with Oat Milk, Vanilla, Honey and Ice. It’s so good!

I’d been wanting to try Cultivate for a while however my experience wasn’t too great. Food was ran to another table and then tried to serve it to us (during Covid). Then my chicken breast had a nice length piece of hair on it as soon as I went to cut into it. I had to walk up to the counter to ask about manager because nobody checks on you after you order and get food. She was apologetic and offered me everything except for my money back for the chicken. I got frappes drinks instead.

Beautiful setting and atmosphere. My friends and I had a long wait but a waitress walked around giving out mimosas so it was worth the wait. The menu has lots of options, including vegan and gluten free options. Great coffee and delicious food!

It was a weekend and super busy. That is because the food is very good. I had the chicken sandwich (the “not chic-fil-a” one). It was high quality and delicious. I would go again, but only during the week when it isn’t so busy (waited in a line before ordering and sitting).

Love this place but I hate that they are continuously raising the prices. Especially for vegan food. Something as simple as a vegan breakfast sandwich cost $20 for vegans. Where the non-vegan breakfast sandwich is only $10. Vegan hash use to be $16 and now its $20. I found this out while trying to order DoorDash for brunch and my total was almost $40 for a vegan hash and coffee ($10). For the price they are charging you should have table service instead of standing in a long line out the door.

The atmosphere is nice. It’s less busy during the week. The food had an different taste. Wasn’t a fan of the chicken and waffles. The beignets aren’t as good Cafe DuMond. I would just go for the coffee and atmosphere.

The food is great...but they have changed their service model, and now you have to stand in line to order before you can be seated. The restaurant is not set up for this, so when it is busy there are people standing around your table while you are trying to eat. And by the time your food comes your coffee is gone, and there is no one walking around to refill it. Im sure there are reasons for the change, but it makes for a very unpleasant dining experience.

The espresso is very good especially for a darker roast that could easily be too overpowering and not pleasant to most people. Cultivate also has a good sized brunch and lunch menu, I had the french toast and it was very good and very well priced. The waiting staff still seems to be figuring some different things out so the service was a little slower than I would have liked, but I doubt this will continue to be an issue once they have been open for longer.
