Been trying for months to win a shoe raffle online (you still have to pay). Finally won one, and after a week they cancelled the order on me. Emailed their customer service line twice, and not a word back. They dont appreciate their customers.
Dont waste your time waiting outside the store the morning of a shoe drop unless you leave an empty chair outside the store overnight so you can cut the whole line right before the store opens. The employees dont give af either and even admitted that leaving empty chairs overnight guarantees your spot in line over actual people who show up later 🥴

Such a cool store. I DJ’d here for All star weekend and enjoyed it. It was a lot of good vibes along with good customer service. Two of the workers (Marcellus and Michee) were great with helping out. Champagne is also a great manager! Will be back to shop

Ordered a pair of sneakers on their website, got a shipping email and I waited for 2 weeks but they didnt actually ship my order and they just held the shoes and my money for 2 weeks. Also very horrible, disrespectful, unprofessional customer service. I wouldnt recommend shopping at this store.

This store is a must visit every time I am in Atlanta. The inventory is amazing. The staff is great. Very laid back and chill atmosphere, and most importantly, the staff is never pushy. My taste in attire is more conservative and not very trendy, but the staff always steers me in the right direction, and does not make me feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed. Every visit I make I leave feeling like I made the correct purchase, not that I just dropped money to look like a clown.
A Ma Maniere is hands down Atlantas top boutique, from location, selection and service, Brittany the manager always greets everyone with a smile. Ive been a loyal customer for quite some time now, for a while it seemed like a hidden gem as only a few people knew of its existence unless you were in the culture. Their seasonal collection offered in-store cant be found anywhere else in the city. A Ma is also consistent with the exclusive releases from apparel to sneakers. The staff is super friendly and helpful, so if youre in the city to shop make sure you stop by A Ma. Thanks guys!

Parking lot nightmare!!!The store is cool the employees are awesome and friendly but getting to this place is a freaking nightmare! Its sketchy to turn into and if your looking to park think about your worst parking experience and multiply that by like 1k No Parking At All they have like 10 total spots they share with a juice place and a restaurant. Im not telling you not to go because this place is fire with awesome designer clothes and shoes but pre game your parking situation cause its real!
Refused to do an EXCHANGE on a sale item a day later. They wouldn’t have even lost money because I didn’t even ask to return them. Now I’m out $300 on an item that I can’t wear and they’ve lost a customer for no reason.

Horrible customer service, you can call their phone number a million times and not once will they pick up the phone, i placed an order a week ago and it has yet to still been sent, your paying 15 dollars for shipping which is absurd not even international sneaker spots charge that much, 15 dollars and haven’t even got a email stating Sneakers were shipped. I hope your business goes bankrupt, and after I read all these other comments from people I could see you guys are in the wrong a lot. Give me my damm refund!!!!

Great shop with a variety of different shoes, the way the shop is set up is very well put together. I have seen that the raffle for the different recent shoe releases have been done the right way, and i hope they continue to do so.

The store has you buy something to enter some raffles and ultimately not many people win because they backdoor a number of shoes. I do not suggest buying anything from here unless its already in stock because if its a high demand shoe, youre not going to get it unless you are famous or know someone in the store

Yesterday for the release of the Nike sb Jordan 1 low Qs I camped out for 9 long hours in the rain for my size which is a 8.5 & I called multiple times & spoke to a person named Elliot to make sure they were releasing the shoe & my size before camping out so once they opened theyre doors for the release the first thing the employees says that its no 8s or 8.5 the smallest is a 9.5 so after hearing that I was upset after camping out in the rain & the hot sun but plenty of people said that theyre store is no good & all hype & now that Ive become a victim of their BS I will be reporting them to the BBB,Nike, Jordan & whoever else because they played me & other customers that waited for their sizes & lied to

My experience is in line with most of the other reviews. The staff is horrible(esp. the males). I was there when a shipment arrived and tried to inquire about the items and one of the males was very smug. The employees are clearly Hypebeast and are hording the more sought out releases for themselves and whom they deem fit. Its almost laughable money is better spent shopping on-line or elsewhere.
Nice store but the Horrible service makes the store look bad. They make you do a In store purchase in order to enter a raffle or to be able to purchase a shoe. Always back dooring pairs and not being fair to the public Rather will go shop with WISH ATL Than this store. Placed an order on the 9th of December for their collab ultraboost. They created a label for on December 18 and then canceled my order on the 22nd via email. Saying that “Your order was canceled due to a stock error which caused the item to be purchased even though it was not in stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.” Even though people who ordered after me got their order fulfilled. That didn’t make sense to me but they just keep my money for more than 2 weeks and many restocks after my order. Then never fulfilled my order. They bragged during the release that they are making as fair as possible and canceling bots orders etc. but maybe they should worried more about filling orders in order of when they were recevied and doing that in timely matter.All I am really getting at don’t depend on this store or socail status(own AMM) for release you really want because they will charge for it make sure you miss the worldwide release and they cancel your order two weeks later.
Wow......where do i start. before i was wearing sketchers, now i am wearing margielas and yeezys. it all started one fateful day when i walked into the store. a young lady named lauren helped me, i believe she was the manager? but with her help i stopped getting dogged out at school and now stuntin on these kids wit their off white air forces. it truly is amazing. thank you A Ma Maniere and more importantly........thank you Lauren.

Its not worth your time. The workers all have additudes and do nothing to try to help you find what your looking for. People have been complaining for months, obviously there is nothing that will be done.
This store has horrible business tactics. They do a bunch of stupid raffles where you have to buy items in order to receive a raffle ticket the more you spend the more tickets you can get. That is so stupid! They even blocked me on Instagram, because they were mad I was spilling the truth about them. This store makes Atlanta look really bad I wouldnt even take my family members here when they visit from out of town! I will NEVER in my life shop with them! I rather go to Wish or Walters at least they treat their customers with respect!

Where should i begin..... first of all, when I walk in, didnt even get a greeting. They just sit at their counter scrolling on tumblr and talk among theirselves. antisocial ass team. The parking outside is horrible and small. As I walk around the store i feel constant stares. Didnt even talk to me as i walked out as well. smh, most of their brands can also be seen at wish as well. not impressed.
Dope staff and the store has some of the nicest drops in Atlanta and is slept on by most people.
They could not handle the Release of the A Ma Maniere AF1. Their system kept Shutting Down but everyone in line could clearly see the employees were just eating and hanging out. Did not handle the line well, got there at 6:30am and finally got the shoes at 4:30pm. Resellers kept line jumping and nothing was being done. Do not shop here.

Ive gone here and obtaned one release only. I was not even able to get my size because they only received half of their shipment or so they say. They constantly backdoor the best sneaker releases and block you on Instagram when you call them out on it. It has been seen in person how they backdoor releases to a certain person who goes by a name that rhymes with plentyfree benny (hope you caught on). Their customer service is poor as well. Go shop at wish atl or Walters or epitome and dont waste your money on these undeserving individuals. But hey they have a nice looking store though. I guess that counts for something.

Shoe orders online are cancelled a week after purchase with no communication as to why. Buy your sneakers somewhere where you are guaranteed your shoes when you purchase them. Itll save a lot of time and stress.

Just was in here the other day and I could tell it was extremely busy, but the staff still greeted me when I walked in, helped and answered all the questions I had about the products they carried in the store.
