They do not answer their phone and based on other reviews, they have a small selection. So your choices are to drive over and hope they will have what you are looking for, or choose not to gamble with your time and just call Xhale. I chose the latter.

Pulled up right at 12pm on a Friday. Nothing was open. Waited 20 minutes gracefully. Now I lost hope in the urgency that your shop owns up to! Wasted my work break waiting.

Good price on vape but a small selection.

Pulled up today for a small but valuable purchase. Open sign was lit but sign on the door said back in 5 minutes. Sat in the parking lot for 12 minutes and still no one was back. I understand things happen but if you’re going to be longer than 5 minutes put a a different sign.

Ive been to a majority of the smoke shops around Atlanta and Tribal has been my go to when Im on the North side. The staff is VERY knowledgeable. Jared and Haley are both awesome! They usually offer recommendations when I come in, and more often than not I go with their recs lol. Overall, this place has a great selection of vape juices, hookah flavors, glass pipe (even some locally blown glass pipes). The customer service is always top-notch! If youre in the area, I highly recommend stopping in.

Unlike other smoke shops this place offers unique, boutique and personal customer service. Jared and Haley are really friendly and they are doing awesome job.

No complaints. Very consistent! Some places will run out of certain brands constantly but they seem to always have the “picky” things I need to hookah without driving all over the city.
