Drink selection was great, Food was great, atmosphere was great, humidor attendant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Servers could have been a little more attentive and helpful, especially for first time visitors. Since we were traveling we had no cutters and lighters. Luckily, they humidor attendant cut our selections, but getting a light was disappointing. Our server tossed a box of matches on out table, however other patrons were given choice of lighters and having a server toast the cigar for you, which is common in every cigar lounge I have been to, but our server seemed disinterested in providing the level of service I would expect in a lounge like this, also infrequently checked in with us to the point we had to ask the server for the table next to ours to locate our server.

We came here for the 1st time. We were seated immediately. This place does have a very nice atmosphere!! The inside is decorated nicely and looks modern. The waitress did come give us a menu and said shed be right back, well we waited about 25 minutes for her to come back so we could place our drink orders and waited another 20 minutes for our drinks. We did wait for a while at this place. Maybe they were understaffed which caused the slow service. We did bring our own cigars so we did not purchase cigars so my review is not based on their cigar selection or humidor. The music they played was good. Its a nice vibe. Id try this place one more time.

Great place to visit if you like cigars. The gentleman that helps you selecting a cigar is very knowledgeable and will get you what you are looking for.My group if guys didnt eat but the wait staff was nice and friendly.

Interesting spot to say the least. We chose it because it had the shortest line and soon found out why. We nor the couple behind us were very impressed with doorman and his 20 buddies waltzing in while standing in line for an hour plus. Bartender was a positive addition to visit. But ultimately this place was running like LIV with people that dream of getting into LIV

My first time visiting, it was relaxing. The food was great. The service was great, and from the server to Luann, the manager, they trested me as if I was a regular, and they were happy to see me come. A great cigar bar, with a wide variety of different cigars. The Patriant seem to be comfortable, with a hint of familiarity. I 100% recommend.

So glad we decided to have an importing date night here!!Parking: it’s located in The Battery so you can opt for the limited “street” parking or one of the garages where you get the first 3 hours free.The spot is located right beside an apparel shop and right across from punchbowl social. I would recommend calling before showing up because sometimes they have private events.We were greeted warmly and immediately sat down. It was a Thursday early evening (6ish) so it wasn’t too packed and they were cautious of social distancing for the most part. First thing we did was head to the Humidor to select our burns for the evening. Their selection is PLENTIFUL! I love how they offer specials on certain days AND how they have a personal concierge specifically to assist with cigars. Next we sat down, order some drinks and an appetizer. They had an appetizer happy hour running so we opted for the spinach dip with pita bread..DELICIOUS. For our drinks selections, I opted for a glass of Malbec and he had Nearest to Happiness. Both were excellent selections and were priced decently.We will definitely add this to our list of date night spots in Atlanta!

Very nice spot. Perfect for a quick light bite to eat & a couple of drinks. I dont smoke cigars but my guy does and he said the humidor wasnt fully stocked but they had a great selection. Amazing music, friendly down to earth staff.

Trendy Scene. Definitely not the quaint neighborhood cigar lounge you may be accustomed to. The humidor is huge. Im sure there is something for everyone I do suggest having dinner elsewhere. I realized too late that it makes no sense to eat food in a smoked filled room. Besides the smoke, the food was underwhelming anyway. I would note the drink prices. While each one was tasty (and I had several), the average price is about 18 dollars. I havent been out in over a year, so it could be I am behind the times. And the music was weird- meaning I dont know the audience they were playing for. I recognized everything that was playing, but the whole time I was like, why? If I lived a lot closer with no other options, or if friends were in town I would probably go back. Otherwise meh.

I had a very important meeting with a client so I suggested this spot because I had been there once before. AFTER I sat down and ordered drinks I was advised the kitchen was closed. This should have been told to me upfront. We all came hungry. When our party spoke with a manger he seemed as if he really didn’t care. I understand we can’t order outside food but the manager could have purchased some type of packaged snacks instead of letting us suffer. Our server was wonderful but management is sketchy at best. I won’t return.

Great vibe! Nice spot, good drinks, nice Cigars

Service is not what you’d expect from a place like this. Humidor guy knew I was waiting to go in and I can see him carrying a conversation with an employee inside the humidor. Then rudely waves at me to come in as he’s coming out of the humidor. Our server forgot my water then minutes later comes to ask what I’d like to drink, again. My friend asked for sugar for his coffee that he never got. Pizza was watery and soggy in the middle but was otherwise okay. I’m disappointed.

1st time in opinion earns this spot 5 stars! The service staff very cordial, the humidor fairly well stocked, and the lounge area as it should be for cigar smokers. I will draw a better conclusion on my next visit and report my findings as my visit was short due to the crowd.😊

I love coming here. Its always a great vibe and they have awesome drinks and a vast selection of cigars. Props to the server who gave me a birthday shot on the house.Just wish they would add more vegan items to their food menu but I wont hold that against them

My husband and I have been dying to go, we just never found the right time. We went and were impressed. I dont smoke at all but the smoke didnt bother me. My husband said the cigars were great and the person who helped him pick it out was knowledgeable and picked out great cigars. The drinks were strong but good. The food was fantastic! Loved the pizza. Nice atmosphere! We cant wait to go back!

What a shame. I want to write a glowing review, but unable to.We ended up in Burn by chance... just out late and wanted to stop for a drink. The establishment is BEAUTIFUL. I mean breathtaking. Thats what drew me in. My drink was divine (The ATL Battery). Best drink Ive had in a long time. We did not have any cigars, but I could see the selection was extensive. Sadly, we received HORRIBLE service. And I mean horrible. She took our drink orders... never came back. Drinks were delivered... she never came back. Had to track her down to get the bill. It really left a bad taste in my mouth and I doubt Id return. But Ill think of that drink always. It was delicious.

Superb experience and excellent suggestions from Johnathan Connaught. He can make recommendation based on your taste and complementary to your likes for something new. That lounge is lucky to have him as he is a great ambassador for Rocky Patel, the brand.

Welcoming bartender with a good suggestion for a nice Japanese whiskey. Staff was knowledgeable and kind in the humidor. Best service in The Battery today!

Enjoyed this fine establishment a few days ago while in Atlanta and it did not disappoint. From the waitress all the way down to the Cigar Host who provides the access in to the Humidor. Everything was all around a great experience especially for two guys whos fairly new to the Cigar & Whiskey life style. I recommend this place for anyone whos looking for a cool relaxed night out.

The spot was very nice. The food and service was excellent.

$19 for one old fashioned drink with ice and a hostess who tried to scam me into paying $10 to validate my parking ticket. The pizza items were the only good thing I experienced there.

Ill start with the pros first. The atmosphere was on point and great for one person or a group. The humidor has a good selection and the gentleman tending the humidor knows his cigars! I did not eat here, but the selection was pretty good and it all looked good.Now for the downsides. Some of the cigars were well priced. An Ashton for $16 is a solid buy, but I should not pay over $50 for three cigars that are not Ashton, Macanudo or aged Padron. The Old Fashioned was the most disappointing part. The taste was a little sweet but overall well balanced...if it was a virgin. There was so little Buffalo Trace that I wasnt sure there was any, but they charged $15 for what may have been a shot if Im lucky. The entire drink was almost $21. Insulting.If you need a cigar, check this place out. If youre trying to impress a date, take em here. If you want just as good, get the cigar anywhere else and take your business elsewhere.

Nice place with excellent cigar selection and an exceptional humidor attendant. Does not have adequate ventilation for a busy night, an the cigar smoke hung think in the air. Our particular server was an infrequent visitor to our table and we never got our last round of drinks. Exceptional bar drinks, especially their house features. Food was upscale and tasty. Will come back on a slower night, and will sit at the bar.

I didn’t know much about cigars. This place is great for the beginners and the pros. They answer all the questions. Most attractive cigar place I’ve ever been to. Staff is pretty dope as well!! Great meeting place to get away from the crowds in this area. The food is pretty good as well. Pizza here is my go to.

It was our first visit Waitress, place is nice but our waitress Courtney catered to male customers than females. We had to search for her to get drinks, she never asked if we want food and we had to look for her to get check. Maybe next time Ill come with male friends and we get another waitress.

Great food. Well equipped with RP sticks and some others. Anyone should find a cigar of their taste. For anyone not wanting alchohol, few choices. Could stand some na brews. Dress code is relaxed due to C19, but will be restored soon I hope. If I come to an upscale place, I dont want to see ballcaps, sneakers, t-shirts and shorts.

Great cigar selection and amazing drinks. They dont currently follow their dress code on their website due to Post Covid but an amazing time grown and sexy.

I only went in to purchase some cigars from their humidor room, so I cant speak on the bar/restaurant, but the humidor was fantastic. Both gentlemen working in there were happy to talk about what sort of cigar I enjoy, and made several suggestions, which I loved.

The server we had named Devin was horrible. We are regulars there. She took forever to check up on us. She wasn’t friendly. She never asked us about food. When it was time to pay the bill, she just through down the check and walked off. She never cleared our table at all during our time there. This is the first time I have EVER had bad customer service there.

This is my second tine at a BURN by Rocky Patel cigar bar. I visited the one in Oklahoma City earlier this year and so I wanted to visit the one here in Atlant. This past Saturday while out at the Battery, I stopped by BURN and again I had a fantastic experience. The music was great and the service received from the staff was exceeded all expectations. As you would expect they have a great selection of cigars to choose from and they also have hands down one of the best Old-fashion drinks that I have had in Atlanta. I will definitely visit again soon.

Great spot that I can walk to since I live nearby. Great service, nice atmosphere and wonderful humidor. Drinks are extremely pricey as I dont like paying $60 for 4 drinks but it is the Battery so you get what you get as I understand they do need to cover the rent. Check it out if youre a cigar aficionado as I dont believe youll be disappointed.

My wife and I frequent this establishment because of the wonderful staff and atmosphere that we experience every time we visit. We live in Fayetteville, which is 35-40 minutes away, but it has been a pleasure to drive here at least once per week. The bar staff, hostess, cigar experts, and even security are courteous and friendly. However, I am baffled that this level of courtesy and friendliness is not exemplified by the General Manager, who is very visible but never cordial. As a black businessman, I hate writing this review about a “sista”, but there comes a time when my BLACKNESS is challenged by my desire for excellence. We had an issue “misunderstanding” about an amount charged to my card and when she finally decided to give it some attention, her answer was for me to “dispute it with my bank’’. She said that she didn’t have time to review it that night, when clearly she wasn’t doing doing anything but joking around with the staff. Of course she passed me off to her assistant and he took my info, and promised to call me to correct it later. Surprisingly, he call me 5 minutes after I left when to resolve all my concerns. Now, here’s the question: WHY COULDN’T SHE HANDLE THIS WITHOUT THE 10 MIN DISCOURSE ABOUT WHAT SHE WAS NOT GOING TO DO? ~ Rocky Patel ...Please train your management staff in the area of Courtesy and Service! BEING NICE SHOULD BE FREE!

Awful the man who was in the humidor was RUDE, and aggressive and disrespectful to me and my husband made us feel very uncomfortable I will never go here ever again ! We were with other family they. Also said they will never com to this place either!we did it for are drinks I told the waitress what happen it was nothing against her she was very nice. Management needs to get rid of that guy !!! Awful !!!

A great, new age cigar bar with full menu available. Humidor staff was very knowledgable and helpful. Humidor is stocked with more than just rocky patel too. Wait staff was very accomodating as well. Food and drinks were delicious. A swanky place to spend your evening.

The service is top knotch. The cigar selection includes low priced to very high priced sticks. The atmosphere is great and the food selection is unexpectedly diverse.

My first time here was great! The humidor was tempered perfectly! Fantastic selection of sticks. The bar and atmosphere is very laid back and gives off a good vibe. Drinks were good too, although I am a Guiness guy myself! Would definitely recommend to cigar smokers who want a good atmosphere and better conversation with other patrons.

Luann is an amazing manager, goes above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied. Everyone of the staff paid close attention to us as guest. The 2 gentleman in the humidor knows their stuff. My husband and myself are Huge Rocky Patel fans and this place didnt disappoint. First time in Atlanta and definitely will be back because of the hospitality and warm welcome. New vacation destination for us!!!

For my Birthday my friends snuck me out of my party and took me to Burn. Love this place. The humidor attendant Johnathan was outstanding. He made my visit a memorable one. Our waitress/hostess was very friendly and helpful. The prices for the area was lower than expected!! Can’t wait to go back.
