Me and my girlfriend where loyal customers here at Bees smoke shop, until they started enforcing ID just to be let inside, I’m 21 & my gf is 20, definitely won’t be coming back, they served us plenty times without having to show ID, very unacceptable.

Went there on a Wednesday after work and placed was packed but in a good way. Laughing that after a hard day everyone had the same idea and wanted to go to a great shop. Usually shops of this size dont have too much to offer but I literally had to force myself out of there because I kept buying more things. Great variety and the shopkeepers are knowledge and were really working hard in there to make sure there wasnt any lines. If youre in the Dunwoody area this is your best option.

Best smoke shop Ive been to on the north side. Tons of wild glass inside. Go here And Check out the 400$ Scooby Doo on display. The smokeable Scooby Doo. Incredible. Also get some bumper stickers.

Smoke shops are always so hit or miss. BEES is definitely a hit! This shop is located in a decent location and easy to access. The guys working were real friendly, knowledgable and could actually hold conversation. The prices seemed to be agreeable and the selection was plentiful. Definitely a great place to go if youre iffy about smoke shops or if its your first time. Ill be back!

I was here yesterday and was concerned with a products price. The team was kind enough to revert at the earliest and clear my doubt with respect. A wonderful and helpful team and a lot of respect. Love the collection.

Absolutely love this smoke shop. The dudes in there are super friendly, knowledgeable and really just have great vibes. My first time going i got a free cbd cig, a lighter, and lanyard. I’m always going to be a repeat customer & def recommend checking the location out in Sandy Springs.

STORE SELLS FAKE JUUL PODSPurchased a 4 pack of Mango juul pods today. It was their last pack. After coming home I noticed immediately that the coloring was different compared to a regular mango juul pod, also the wick was longer than usual and the metal connectors on the bottom are bent out of shape, making it so it cannot even stand straight. After tasting a pod, it was clear this was not an official juul mango pod, as Ive been through hundreds of them.If they are skimping on products like this that are supposed to be from a reputable vendor imagine the other shortcuts they take with other items in their stock, like their glass products, which they sell for hundreds of dollars.

The Owners & Staff are polite, respectful, and always go over and beyond when I enter the shop. I love this place!

I had a great experience at this location! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and was happy not only to answer my questions but also to chat :D. They have a great selection and it changes so I went in to see if they had any new merchandise and have had an idea of something I want in mind for awhile. I found what I had in mind almost immediately, but was there really just to see if there was anything I could keep in mind as a goal. They were selling several more of this piece relatively quickly and I liked it so I got it and it was a really good price. I wasnt planning to buy it, but it was exactly what I was looking for at a really good price, so Im happy.I was impressed by their variety of goods and many designs of slides, pipes and bongs that they have and it was a fun experience overall. Keep up the good work guys!

Man everytime I come here the employees just seem like they hate their job so much, OR are so baked out of their mind they are incapable of anything beyond the most basic of communications (though Im pretty sure its the first). But the store was clean enough and they had what I was looking for, so Ill add a star. I miss Smoke 911.

Normally I have zero issues with the customer service here, but today there was. I walked in with one of my AirPods in and on the phone, which normally I don’t come in on the phone, but today I happened to be. Within seconds of me entering the store, I was told by the young man with skinny black glasses and black hair that they, “do not allow FaceTime conversations” to which I was confused and replied I was not on FaceTime, I’m on the phone. To which he said “oh ok”. I’m giving 3 because I just felt hounded upon arrival, which I’m not use to. You all always have what I’m looking for so it should be 4 or 5 stars..

Came here twice so far, the staff never failed to make me feel welcomed! Amazing pieces in stock and an overall chill atmosphere. It took my awhile to find a smoke shop that i actually like so i appreciate y’all for being consistent.

Nice setup in store and they seemed like genuine people . Had a leak from my water pipe a day after purchase and tried to call them about it and the customer service to get the problem fixed wasn’t helpful at all. He said that I couldn’t exchange or return the product. He claims that there was a rubber grommet on my piece which isn’t there. I asked if I could bring it in to see if he could possibly fix it and that was a no as well. Seems like they just wanted my money.

Had a great experience visiting this shop for many reasons. Staff was knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions asked. Amazing selection of water pipes and hookahs to choose from, and great decorations around the store too! Definitely going to come back here for all my smoking needs!

Great place with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Awesome selection and some of the most beautiful artwork on your mantel glasswork Ive ever seen. I could easily spend a half hour or more browsing every time I go. As smoke shops go they had more than a few things Ive not seen before. Definitely worth a visit and I highly recommend it.

Love this new Bees location! Selection unmatched. Literally wall to wall with anything youd need - tons of top tier local glass, heady gifts, quality cigars etc. Owner is hilarious and management always takes care of me and any friends I send over. I went in to buy a universal vape pen today. I wish I had caught the staff members name but he was super helpful and went above and beyond to tell me about the correct way to use and charge it and all about the warranty. They also have a great selection for hookahs and accessories.
