I was looking for a cheap water pipe I was even willing to settle for a plastic one. The guy behind the counter pulls out a glass one says its 24 dollars and I buy when I get home and look at the bank statement I got charged 43 dollars and when I brought it to their attention the lady admitted the guy that sold it to me was wrong but essentially told me it was my problem. Last Time I will ever give them my money

My fiancee came in to buy vape juice her not knowing that she got a nicotine version she came back minutes of leaving the store and told that she couldnt return or exchange for non nicotine version.Not sure why this is a problem.

Went there for cigars. They didnt have the ones I was looking for but I should have called and asked before going. Either way, I found a rare cigar that I wanted to try and the customer service was welcoming right in the door and at check out too.

I try to write lengthy reviews but sometimes it just isn’t necessary because the service is just that efficient! I went in for a CBD cartridge and they have them at great prices! Customer service was great, they were quick and very attentive so I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be back when I need anything else, if you’re in the area check them out!

My husband and I just visited the new Jonesboro rd location and we absolutely love it! Great customer service, nice ambiance and broad variety of accessories for your tobacco needs. Also a custom built humidor for any cigar aficionado. I highly recommend stopping by one of their 2 locations for a true experience.

Nice, until I had a problem. Bought a device that didnt work. Came in to exchange and was told there is nothing they can do. Then asked if I wanted another one. Why would I buy another one if the first didnt work and you couldnt exchange a defective product .

The water pipe, vapor, eliquid, and wrap selections are second to none. once you come here for the first time you wont bother going else where they just simply have everything you need at a great price. customer service rocks!!
