Mr. Thomas Jr and Mr. Thomas Sr go above and beyond to make sure that you get exactly what you need from their Benjamin Moore paint selection. We would normally never use anything other than Sherwin Williams paints; however, with a materials shortage due to COVID-19 and other issues, Sherwin Williams stores were unable to do paint samples for us, so we checked in with Southwest Paint & Decorating. SO GLAD WE DID!!! These gentleman provide over-the-top customer service, have been VERY PATIENT with us, and offer WAY more knowledge than our questions require, which helped us make best-informed color decisions for our project. Its been a long-run with our favorite big-box brand. However, its time to give credit where its due, and we will purchase all our paints from Thomas Jr and Sr at Southwest Paint & Decorating, moving forward.

My aunt suggested I go here because this is the store she got her paint from. Made it to the store right before it closed and still received amazing customer service without feeling rushed . The color I wanted belonged to another brand but we were able to locate the paint number and mixed it in store. I was able to make my purchase and I also received advice on the best way to get the job done (since I mentioned I would be doing the painting). I’ve already recommended Southwest Paint to two friends . I couldn’t be more pleased .

The best customer service and guidance for paint recommendations. Tom has helped me select paint colors for 4 rooms and I absolutely love all of them. 2 of them I really skeptical about but once I put it on the wall i was HAPPY with the way my rooms turned out. I tend to go there with a piece of fabric or wall paper and Tom helps me select something that completes the look. I will not go to another paint store since working with him. He knows his colors!

Mr. Thomas Jr. is absolutely amazing! Went in there with a wacky idea because they were the only ones that had a metallic gold color in stock and left with a completely different project. He listened to my ideas and used his years of experience to recommend colors that are versitile and long lasting. He even helped me cut my budget in half. I had called a few Benjamin Moore stores and no one was nearly as helpfuly as Mr. Thomas. Support our local small businesses like this one. You will not be disappointed.

I came to SW Paint to pick out Benjamin Moore for my kitchen installation. Tom Jr. was very helpful with my color options, sheen selection and was sensitive to the fact that I can barely tell blue from green. Although the paint is a little pricey, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Tom. He and Tom Sr. didnt seem to mind that my 16 month old was running around the store touching everything. I even learned about the piece of history across the street - The Wrens Nest - and plan to bring my son there for a story soon.These guys are so much better than a box store. Benjamin Moore paints are pricey so I was glad to have help making my decisions. I will be back when Im ready to paint the walls and look forward to working with Tom Jr. again.

The man that helped me (didnt catch his name) was super helpful! He helped me choose a color, gave me his opinion, and made sure I had everything I needed! He also gave me tips on how to paint my bookshelves! I definitely will be returning for any of my other DIY projects! Thank you!

Thomas Sr & Thomas Jr. (the father/son owners) are fantastic. SO much paint knowledge. Their store is neat as a pin and FULL to the brim with anything you could need to dress up your home. And Benjamin Moore paint, this was my first time uping the ante for more expensive paint (have usually used Lowes/Home Depot). I was painting an old black cabinet in a very light pale blue. The Benjamin Moore paint covered the black in one coat!
