Decided to redo my entire down stairs which meant removing tile and hard wood before putting in the new floor. We had many quotes but in the end my wife and i choose Harry and Megafloors. We liked the no hassle conversation, the attention to detail and the reasonable pricing for both removal and installation. All the work was done this week and i will tell you it was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend contacting Harry at Megafloors before you make you final decision. You will not regret it.

We had such a great experience with this company. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We were given many options to choice from at a great price. Megafloors worked with our schedule with installing our new carpet. The installers were fabulous and efficient. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We definitely will be using them again for future flooring projects.

Megafloors installed carpet in my home several years ago and did a wonderful job. However, I recently experienced buckling in the carpet in 2 rooms and they came out a few days and fixed the problem satisfactorily, with no charge! Great company-would highly recommend!

The staff are super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The sales manager brought so many samples for us to look at, from carpets to lux vinyl plank, and laminate. After researching 4 companies, Mega floors had the best prices, quality, and staff. Will definitely use them again to finish our upstairs.

Fernando and his crew did an excellent job!! They were courteous, fast and cleaned up everything as they went so no mess!! We were very pleased with our installation and love our floors. Best price by other competitors by almost $2000 and honored an email coupon in top of that!! Highly recommend them if you have flooring needs!!!

The salesman was very knowledgeable about their product and brought samples! The quote and quality were valid. The appointment was scheduled and the work done in a professional timely manner.

MegaFloors did a great job in removing old carpet and pads and putting in new carpet and pads in one day. I had a large master bedroom, walk in master closet, hallway and 16 stairs done. The carpet was top quality plush and soft but dense also. The padding was their top of the line. My feet love the new carpet and I can sit on the floor for hours now! The price was excellent and knowing that my carpet should never get a stain that cannot be cleaned or they will replace it is a huge plus! They did not get 5 stars because I am still cleaning carpet residue out of my garage.

I would not recommend this contractor for your services. While my case may be a one-off as it appears other have had success, I have a dispute on the quality of my install that became noticeable shortly after completion including but not limited to issues at several seems. I’ve had independent contractors confirm this to be an issue. Should you have a dispute with this company’s associates they will begin calling and leaving threatening/harassing messages. Even after you’ve provided them several notices to stop.

I had an amazing experience with Megafloors! From the first phone call, through the installation every step was better than I expected. We had tile throughout our house and I was worried that the removal of the old tile would cause the installation to take days. Fernando and his team were fully prepared for the job and completed the installation in one day! I couldnt believe it when I got home and in one day I got beautiful floors that changed the look of the whole house. Thank you to the team at Megafloors!

I always triple bid large projects and Mega Floors won this one .Harry, our estimator, was very informative on details of the carpet and padding manufacturing processes. After choosing several options Harry assisted us in making the best selection to meet our needs and provided pricing on each to compare. Mega Floors not only unknowingly beat the competitors pricing but we recieved a better product as well.Abraham and the other installer were very professional and courteous throughout the installation. They moved our furniture and put it back in place without any damage to my home.The installation was completed within a day and was top notch. I will be using Mega Floors for all my future carpeting needs and recommending them to friends and family. You will not be disappointed!

I had a person come out and take measurements for a whole house to be redone... then nothing. I’ve tried calling multiple times and alway am promised a call back. Not once has that happened either. Finally fed up I called to see if I could atleast get the measurements from the house to get other bids but of course not that would involve y’all calling me back. 5 emails have been sent... nothing in return. Waste of time all the way around!

We love our new laminate floors. MegaFloors moved all of our furniture and had our new floors done in just one day. Highly Recommend them to anyone that wants beautiful new floors.

I reached out to mega floors to see how they would fair up against 50Floors & Empire. 50Floors had a a great rate for Hardwood floors and carpet, yet I went with Harry bc he was cool. He didn’t earn the business nor was his bid better than 50floors. They way he talked about his best floor guy Fernando he was like the next best thing since slice bread... well ok to the story Fernando and his team came in 9am started taking up hard wood glued down.. they were here until about three then he calls me saying his guys are tired and they will finish tomorrow. When I originally gave this guy the business I shared with him I had a potential renter coming to check my unit out on Friday & I needed all work completed by Wednesday - Thursday latest. Ok floor guys came back next day, laid flooring down he asked me to come check the flooring and to the naked eye everything looked good so cool check sign off.Well a day or so later I was in the kitchen looking for something under the cabinet and found out my floor trimming in the kitchen was not even nailed down. Took a video of the area and reached out to Fernando only to be ignored no reply no response, so I was like oh man you just gone ignore me... ok cool... then I walked over toward my patio door and found one of the wood slats when you walk on it it actually gives with the floor, also the guy Fernando cut and damaged my carpet only for mega floors to offer my 300.00 as a fix all he all because there carpet guy was not competent enough to follow directions to the job site. So after I told them 300.00 wasn’t coming to work for my damaged carpet, and you all are charging me 900.00 to replace but want pay me 300.00 for the damage you must be crazy... then Harry calls me like hey man I got your carpet... no you don’t have my carpet because I had to find someone else to come and replace my carpet because your guys was not competent enough to follow directions & make it to the job. So I’m carpet has been replaced and fixed no thanks to you all and by the way my hardwood are not right... Harry tells me oh well you signed off on the floor saying we did a good job. I was like true that I did do until I went back and looked closer and see the horrible job done by Fernando and his 8 man team. Well what do you want to do you want use to remove the carpet from the order. Harry you can do what you like but I’m not Paying for Carpet I don’t have and I’m not paying for floors that are not right or complete and you owe me for the damaged carpet that you were trying to give me 300.00 for but charging me 900.00 - 1000.00 to replace. Word of advice I would not allow Mega Floors do anything for me... trust me call 50 Floors and allow the guy to come to do your estimate & get quality and great work from the top to finish and don’t deal with these side bar guys because it’s not worth it I. The installers were really late getting to my house (northwest suburb of the city and I think it was a Friday so the traffic was exponentially worse than usual) but they were in and out in less than an hour and I have a guest bedroom I can be proud of.

Top notch customer svc. I wish I had selected them but I went w horrible 50Floor. Mega floor salesman was not pushy. Megafloor was a little cheaper. Megafloor salesman was very knowledgeable. I regret not selecting MegaFloors.
