I had the best experience at the Mercedes of buckhead, I mean everyone was so nice and professional, I felt like luxury from the moment I walked in. The lady with the short hair at the front desk is so professional offered me drinks and accommodated me in the waiting area, while she went to get someone who would assist me. I then started with George and Paula, who helped me pick the car and introduced me to everyone who will help this experience go incredibly smoother. We then met Desmond who went above and beyond to make sure I received the best interest rates possible, for my auto loan and also over all experience at Mercedes Benz. I was showered with Mercedes Benz gear and even made sure I didn’t leave there without tints in my car and all the Accessories I needed, thank you so much Desmond at Mercedes Benz! Desmond then took me over to Dan at finance and he explained my warranty and the terms of my agreement and welcomed me to the family! And then finally I met with the technology guy chase. He welcomed me to the family with a big red bow on my new car. Extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable on exactly how my new car works and all the exciting features included with my car. What an experience I would never go with another company, this is the best service I have ever received! What a beautiful team… great team work guys thank you!

After visiting another dealership and not getting the welcoming feeling I wanted, I decided to go to Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead. After a few days of back and fourth trying to decide what to get I Ordered a new build 2021 GLE with Alissa and she was awesome. Although due to the chip shortage i waited almost 3 months for the vehicle, she kept me posted and updated every step of the way. She was very helpful and patient with me!!

While trying to get a new taillamp for my C300 I was treated like I wasnt good enough to talk to the staff. When I asked about the price they told me its a Mercedes, it is what it is and they twice referred to my car as the entry level model anyway. Never thought I would be talked down to because my Mercedes isnt expensive enough. Go elsewhere if you want to be treated well.

We came into the dealership on May 22, 2021 and were aligned with Alissa as our sales rep, she was very attentive and knowledgeable. Initially she showed us some options, we discussed features etc, but nothing really aligned with what we were looking for. We then started to build out potentially what we would want in our new vehicle and Alissa provided very detailed information and educated us on various options. We were thinking of the custom option, but was informed that it could take 4 or more months to be ready and we just did not want to wait that long. Alissa went to do some additional research and turns out that there was a pre-owned vehicle in stock that was just 1 year older than what we wanted, with low miles and pretty much everything and more. We went out and saw the vehicle, took it on a test drive and was able to get it in a price point that worked for us. I have nothing but great things to say about Alissa and her team. She provided excellent customer service at every step of the way during this process. If you are ever in the market for a new vehicle and go to this location, be sure to ask for Alissa!!!! This place should be marked with a giant Red Cross and the word contagion .I had to wait a long time for no given reason and wasn’t even greeted. When you spend this kind of money on a car you dont expect to wait when you have an appointment. The waiting room was full and not well spaced, the staff are not taking Covid precautions, multiple not wearing masks or wearing them improperly - I counted 5, and the customers are sitting around with no masks on too. When I asked them to put them on they said they weren’t required and they’d taken them off to talk.... presumably to cough too?!This place is a contagion risk and should be avoidedThe lease is almost up on my car and Mercedes will not be on the list for a future vehicle if this is the type of behaviour they allow.

I scheduled service for my recalled airbag. The scheduler was rude, but said my car would be picked up and returned the same day as service (Thursday). Thursday they said they would not deliver my car until Friday. Friday at 6 pm after close, my car still hasn’t been returned. I called and no answers. I called National Mercedes customer care and they were useless. It will be at least Saturday (2 days late) before I receive my car, after being promised it on Thursday. Hopefully my car is not stolen or missing at this point. Will NEVER be returning to this awful service. Columbus GA dealership was 100x better. Do yourself a favor and don’t give your car to this dealership.

My wife and I have been looking for three months for a Tahoe. We found a new posting for a used Tahoe at Mercedes-Benz of Buckhead and submitted our contact info. Immediately, Dave Olson was in direct contact with us. With the dealership being in Buckhead and it being a Friday afternoon we were not able to make it up there to look. Dave let us know that the Tahoe was no longer available making our decision easy!It was 6 PM that night (one hour after the dealership closed) and Dave contacted my wife to let her know the deal fell through and Tahoe was available. He spent extra time on the phone with my wife explaining the situation. We contacted Dave first thing Saturday morning and he carved out time for us to come up. Luckily we were able to secure the Tahoe and with 4 other customers in the showroom ready to buy, Dave acted fast and we were able to get a Tahoe at an AMAZING DEAL! Dave was a true class act from beginning to end, thank you!As for the detail department, I was a bit dissatisfied as I assumed with it being a high end dealership, they would have high end detailers. The inside of the vehicle was not cleaned at all and was very dirty. The outside was fine but just disappointed on the inside. I suppose they might not treat a used car in the same fashion as a new Mercedes.

I purchased a GLC 300 SUV on August 26th. This was my 4th Mercedes Benz purchase but the features have changed tremendously. Product Specialist, Bryon Simmons was amazing!! They made buying my new car amazing of course . But now that I need Service, things aren’t as smooth.I’ve been trying to schedule something to get my right high beam looked at, and they just stopped replying to me. Then I needed To get my rims and tires changed, so I scheduled that a week and a half in advance, brought my car in today and they say they didn’t order the tires. If they knew I had An appointment and what it was for; why waste my time to drive out there and take time out of work to do that to not even have the tires. Pointless and frustrating.

This dealership is awful! I had to wait 45 minutes just to see a service provider. (The guy was rude ) I made this appointment a month ago, get here and it’s a hour plus wait for a loaner vehicle. There excuse was, this is Black Hollywood. ( disrespectful and unprofessional comment to make to a customer) I don’t understand what that has to do with over booking . I will never visit this dealership again. I would advise other to follow my lead . BTW, I ended up having to get my car back and not get service because the wait was entirely to long .

Worst service of any. I went to pick up my car and the front grill was missing! How can you manage to make the repair and then forget to assemble the car? They were kind enough to locate my grill but did not manage to re-install. This is the last time but not even their worst performance. Avoid them at all costs.They did finally complete the repair 4 days later. No, did not change my mind. They seem to go out of their way to screw up my car on each service. Will never go back.

All staff seem to be very cheerful and helpful. Cindy helped me through the whole sales process. She made my trip to the dealership so worth it. Don’t regret coming here.

I came into Mercedes Benz Buckhead location looking into replacing my Mercedes. I arrived early and wanted to see a model that was just bought in today.
