This place is a scam especially when they decide to deactivate your vehicle without real cause... they have completely destroyed my ignition switch with their device and refuse to pay a single dollar towards the repair bc its not under warranty.... they decided to do so only days after the warranty expired. Debra does no return any calls and doesnt take the time to explain ANYTHING. All I get is we sent a text. No call or voicemail to alert their customer of the situation at hand. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased here and they do not honor customer loyalty. Payments are made on time, and the vehicle is fully insured, but again they deactivated the car without real cause.

I have paid over $500 to get my breaks a rooters fixed going through their auto service. My breaks are STILL BAD and th mechanic acts like he cant hear the loud sound coming from my car! This is not the first time Ive gotten a service from them and have to come back because they didnt fix the problem the first time! Please just save your money and go to a decent dealer and never go to their auto shop!!!

By reading the reviews I was a little optimistic. But upon my departure I certainly didnt feel that way. He told me that I need make a minimum $650 per week to be approved for financing. Now my math may be a little off but that would mean I would need to make $16+ an hr to make w/o overtime. In an area where jobs average $10-$14 an hr, that would mean he was bull$#iting me or he should have more cars in his lot. Either way the people were still nice.

Went there to pay cash for a car I liked and was given the run around by a girl on the second cubicle,to end up asking me for between 7,000 to $12,000 for a 2007 Outlander with a kbb value no more than 5,000! She seemed uncomfortable i was asking for a cash price.

The worst place to ever buy a car from I had a car accident almost 2 weeks ago and have been given the run around ever since about rather or not my car is a total loss and the service manager Silva is very rude and nasty he argues with the customers and nobody sees anything wrong with it I was promised answers for my vehicle by today and when I called to see what was going on they still don’t have any answers Don’t waste your money here it’s not worth the headache

Anthony was very helpful and got me on my way in hours. It comes with a great warranty and lifetime loan oil changes. A little high mileage but with the maintenence and warranty included everything else is easy.

Even if your credit is bad please go look somewhere ELSE !! I pay my car not faithfully EVERY TWO WEEKS just for my car to be messed up EVERY TWO WEEKS !

These people are money hungry they care NOTHING about your well being after you leave the lot. I wont lie and say I have a bad running vehicle but as far as them working with you on payments THEY WONT! Even in the midst of the pandemic thats going on and we all have fallen short on jobs/hours they dont care. Cant wait to get rid of them... What is the point of driving all the way to the affiliate auto care when they choose not to be completely honest about their findings on your car - or lack there of - only to charge you the same or double the amount at other places. Payment plan or not, Ill pass.Also, auto care team, please place a visible sign up when you are on your lunch break to inform when youll be back. It was extremely inconvenient to drive the distance to find the lights off and doors locked during hours of operation.

When I say this was the easiest, FASTEST, & simplest process ever, I mean it! The staff is AMAZING! My salesman, David Pittman, made this feel effortless!
