Everyone I met was very professional, extremely courteous and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and knowledgeable on my potential purchase from beginning to end. What an amazing vehicle buying experience!!! I live in another state over 300 miles away and in a matter of days Rushdi, Jacob, and Catherine really wowed my husband and I. Everything from the time, I completed an inquiry on their website. I had been working a local Land Rover dealership to make this vehicle purchase, but the constant lack of follow-through lost them my business. I literally submitted my inquiry online with the Buckhead dealership on a Monday evening and by Tuesday morning we were rocking and rolling to find the perfect vehicle for me. By Thursday, I had all is dotted and ts crossed leaving me only to sign docs and pick up my vehicle on Saturday. The teamwork and collaboration at the Buckhead location made all the difference in the world. From the time, we entered the door, we were meet with great hospitality and feeling like a valued customer. Catherine blessed us with great Land Rover gifts...three of them!!! I drove away today in my DREAM vehicle...SPECIAL THANKS RUSHDI AND CATHERINE!! And Jacob worked the finance side of things like magic!
The experience was very professional. My mom and I talked to Blake Hundley, who was very patient and honest with us. My mom kept telling me she was relieved that he wasn’t being pushy or pressing her into buying the vehicle we went to go see. We both could tell that Mr. Hundley wanted my mom to get the best deal possible. I was her right hand gal - I wanted to be there to support her decision, whatever that may be. I felt assured that Blake was there for support as well. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new luxurious ride, in a very professional and kind environment.

I recently bought a used 2015 Land Rover Evoque in February of 2021. I love my car but I would say I wish I had check all parts of the car before buying it. Since purchased, I had a few problems with it. 1st I noticed there’s a leak under my windshield whenever it rains hard. This means Range Rover didn’t inspect or notice this problem before purchase. Also, During my 1st maintenance schedule, The advisor or technician told me “Hey it looks like your front brake are at 2mm” mind you I haven’t had this car for no more than 4 months. So. I asked can I just get new brake pads? He said no ma’am unfortunately the whole front brakes will need to be replace soon. He then said your due for a maintenance as well. I asked him when was maintenance last done on the vehicle. He responded from what I’m seeing never. This was completely strange. I didn’t think for my first year I’ll be paying for so much out of pocket. My advice is get your vehicle completely inspected before committing to it.
I am an advocate of great customer service and Rodney Johnson at Land Rover Buckhead checked all the boxes. His attention to detail, knowledge and overall welcoming demeanor made my purchase the best car buying experience Ive had. He was well versed in all of the features for my Land Rover and Range Rover. I left thinking why hadnt I come here sooner. I would definitely return for my next purchase, trade or simple servicing. This experience was worth every penny.
They provide the worst service in the service department. I could go on an on about my check engine light and how they gave it back to me 2x with the exact problem I brought it in for but they make zero effort to help. Every time I call or go there it is like Groundhog day and you have to start from the top and go over it again. Upper management finally reached out but they never followed up.Today I had an appointment for the check engine light and the alignment. I had the appointment set for 3 weeks and they call me yesterday to tell me they dont do this on Saturdays. What was the point of scheduling the appointment for 3 weeks and then leaving a voicemail the afternoon before that? So different Lexus, Mercedes and Audi which I had excellent experiences with.
I had such a bad experience with South Atlanta Range Rover, that I will NEVER go anywhere else but Land Rover Buckhead!Immediately when I arrived they took care of me. Everyone was pleasant and professional. My guy Damien Green was definitely on his job with the professionalism. I would advise anyone with a Jaguar, Land Rover, or any car made by this dealership to take it here. My experience was a tough one, once speaking with the GM Myron, after letting him know my issues with South Atlanta he didnt back down and returned calls promptly. Thank you Hennessy!

PLEASE don’t buy car from this and definitely don’t buy an extended warranty. They will tell you that you can cancel the warranty. You can but they won’t issue a refund check to the lien holder or customer. I paid off my car 2 months ago and still have not received the refund. Don’t be fooled, the refund is the responsibility of the dealership. I’ve left several messages for the finance rep I dealt with, Pablo Tavarez, but nothing. Buyer beware!

I am a 21 year old Entrepreneur & I tried to purchase a vehicle from this establishment but feel I was only met with dishonesty & disrespect. They tried to take advantage of my young age thinking I did not know how a car purchase should go & did not take me seriously the entire time. I watched them fist bump right before coming out and presenting me a 19.99% interest rate on the car. They also reminded me that they normally sell cars to “Entertainers and pretty wealthy people” trying to belittle me in a way. They acted as if they didn’t believe my income & when presented with Bank Statements & list of every check I have received from my company they said they needed it a different way but literally couldn’t tell me the documents they needed & never got back to me. Bottom line, the company obviously did not care about me as a customer & talked to me as if I was a child throughout the process. I have tried to reach out to a manager multiple times to explain this matter in order to avoid this review but this company simply does not care about its customer as much as it should. I Do NOT recommend this company to ANYONE, just keep lookin around!
I had a very easy experience buying the car, the sales person was way beyond professional and very determined to get the exactly car I wanted, of course getting better financial rate thru my bank, all went well, however my experience with the finance department was absolutely terrible. I had to wait almost two weeks to get them to send the payoff for my car and to get the check for the trade. Nobody at the finance department would call me back. You can leave message at the dealership and I I promise you, finance department won’t call you back!

Really bad experience buying my CPO car recently (I got it shipped to my state).1- The dealer sold me the car as CPO, but it was not exactly certified yet. It then had to be certified at a dealer close to my place (after I received delivery) - the dealer did pay for certification2 - The car sold to me had an open recall (my local dealer told me this is against Federal law!)3 - The car was delivered to me with a dent - the dealer paid to fix it but it took a lot of back and forth calls, my time, to get it done.4 - The car was delivered without a second key and it took me 4 months to get a second key - the dealer said ongoing delays in getting keys cut5 - The delivered car had several issues - navigation not installed, USB ports not working etc - my local dealer had to fix all that.6 - They said they cant accept my Bank of America approved loan, but instead had me go with their Chase loan at a higher rate. It was only slightly higher so I dont care much, but still.Despite all this mess, I would still have not written a negative review, if the dealer had taken responsibility of this mess and had been proactive in resolving issues. Instead I had to constantly call/leave voicemails etc to try to make them act.The quote from my sales guy after he discovered the CPO mess was, I know we messed up, I am taking myself out of this and likely someone up will take over the case. That is not customer service!I am not exaggerating when I say I had to make 100+ calls and spend multiples of hours on the phone and at my local dealer to fix all the issues.

If you are thinking about getting a Land Rover or Jaguar… DON’T!!! The cars are fine but the service aspect is a NIGHTMARE! I need an oil change and my “transmission overheating” notification keeps coming up but Land Rover Buckhead is telling me the first available time to bring in my car is 21 days from now. I have a 2020 Mercedes GLE as well and I called them immediately after to see how long it would take to get a service appointment and it was two days from now and they offered a loaner vehicle. I have to beg for a loaner vehicle with Land Rover Buckhead. I have had an Infiniti, BMW, Mercedes, and a Range Rover… I will never buy anything in the Land Rover family ever again!!! I cannot wait until my lease is up to get rid of this vehicle.

I am in the market to purchase a pre-owned Mini Cooper Countryman. I found a 2015 model online at this location and have been in constant contact with Rushdi ‘ Rusty’ Rabia by text & telephone for the past 2 weeks.Rusty & I agreed by text that I would stop in before 11am Saturday (9/4) morning to ‘look’ at the vehicle.I arrived at 10:30am and waited for him to finish up with a client and also for him to retrieve the Mini from an off sight location at 11am.I asked him for the service records which he said he had sent to me and mentioned that I wasn’t interested in test driving the vehicle, I just wanted to look it over and get some pictures.He made it clear that he was in the middle of closing a $100K deal and essentially, I was wasting his time. He slammed the hood of the Mini, sped off out of the parking lot and left me standing there.I’m not disappointed nor surprised at Rusty’s lack of customer service skills, It’s a behavior that’s prevalent in these uncertain times.Rusty, how you treat your customers is direct reflection on you as well as the business you represent.The hunt for my 2015 Mini continues.😉
I started the process some months ago to trade in my Range Rover, but I could never find the one I wanted. Rushdi Rabia stayed with me the entire time, sending me inventory and calling on a regular. Last week I found the one that I wanted and Catherine Shin called me immediately to let me know that Rushdi would be reaching out to me that day. Within a day I was signing my paperwork for my brand new Range Rover. Chad quickly followed up with the initial request for information on the car I was interested in. He respected my request for text only and not to disturb during daytime hours. I work nights and am a day sleeper. He helped set up a test drive that was convenient for me.When I arrived, he met me at the door and had the car ready for me to drive.There was never any pressure.I was pre-approved for financing, the next part surprised me. They found a better rate and I had closed on the car in less than 90 minutes from arrival. The process was absolutely painless. No rush, no pressure, just excellent, customer focused and efficient.I will definitely go back if I need another vehicle.Great experience!
I came in to lease a Range Rover sport and I was immediately judged. I’m a 25 year old, male, African American. I applied to lease a Range Rover Sport priced at 97,000 and was told no bank would approve me, even with a high amount of money down. After I was told no so many times and noticed the sales guy or finance manager wasn’t working for me but instead working against me, I quickly called my hometown Land Rover dealership in Michigan and was approved for a $103,000 Range Rover Sport by chase bank with little money down and a great interest rate. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership.

The experience was unbelievably good from start to finish. My husband and I had been to the Alpharetta store first. We walked in and a salesman saw us and ignored us while he talked with one of his coworkers. Finally, we asked the receptionist to get someone to help us. The salesman came and showed us some things and emailed us a brochure. That was it. I then went to the Buckhead dealership. Maurice Davis was walking in to the store but stopped to talk with me. He was interested and listened to what I wanted. He kept up with us and presented cars without being pushy. He found what I wanted and was very patient with us while we worked through some things. Everyone that we came in contact with could not have been more lovely. Maurice Davis is a shining star. Brian(sales manager) and Pablo Tavarez were also outstanding.

The north Atlanta location -Would give this place 0 star if I could. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Paid over $1600 for a repair and 60k mileage service and the work was not done. Rails came off immediately after picking up my car and my vehicle still has service required signals. Tried to reach out to service advisor and service manager with no replies. Even tried to bring my vehicle in to have them fix the mistakes and they couldn’t schedule that correctly! Absolute nightmare

Decisions. Decisions. A lot to be made when purchasing a new vehicle. Our salesman, LR, put things in motion to make the sale happen on our 2nd visit. He was the ultimate professional but with a subtle sense of humor. Our test drive was quite a memorable experience; guidance and lots of information shared, while we were all chuckling. OC was patient and thorough when crunching the numbers even with the oversight of me, affectionately known as Momma Bear. 4/5 bc our first experience was lackluster. Several vehicles were selected online, but when we arrived we found out that the inventory was not available. Disappointing, but a learning experience. All of the staff that we encountered during our visits were pleasant and welcoming!

Terrible experience!! I was texted and emailed back after inquiring about an availability on a Jaguar. I was informed the Jaguar was available and all I needed to do was come in and test drive. I arrived at the dealership, I was ask to wait while the advisor finished providing service to a customer. I did!! After an hour, the advisor Johnathan, comes to tell me the truck isnt there anyway. I brought cash and I was ready to purchase that day. I dont recommend this dealer, unless you prefer smoke and time wasted.

Brandon Murray was a God send! I purchased a vehicle when in town for work and noticed a bit of vibration in the wheel. They took it back overnight and Brandon even drove it himself to find there was an issue and they fixed it immediately! When I came to pick up my car after having it towed and it being repaired for 3 days the backseat was dismantled and left that way for me to drive off. If I had not had to put my belongings in the back seat I would have had to come back to have someone fix the back seat. The best I can say is look over the car after repair so other customers do not have to go through this.

Never again will I deal with Jaguar or Land Rover. My wife drove over an hour to her appointment there for a service check on our Range Rover. No one stepped forward to help her or see what she needed, they just glanced at her then looked back down (most were not even working with customers). When she finally was directed to the right place, she was rudely told her appointment was the next day (which was untrue because she had to work the next day and wouldn’t have scheduled the appointment on that day). They made no effort to work with her or find another appointment that day. When my infant granddaughter whimpered (just whimpered; not screamed or cried), the service advisor turned around from his computer and stared down my daughter (it didn’t matter the baby was already quiet again). When they were unable to find my wife’s car in the system, the service advisor curtly accused my wife of not knowing her own phone number or “driving the wrong car.” The mistake was actually with the dealership but no apology was offered. The only person who stepped up and was helpful at all was Bud, he was phenomenal, but the rest of the people there need to get out of the sales/service industry.
The service rep - Richard Green, was lying for each and everything. Stay away from him and this dealership for serviceFirst, when I scheduled a service to fix the noise in sunroof, I requested a loaner car since the service is gonna take few days and I don’t have any other cars. On the phone, when i scheduled appointment, Richard Green (service rep) confirmed the loaner. However upon arrival, he denied to give loaner and said he never agreed to give me a loaner on the phone. So i’d to contact service manager. The SM retrieved all the call records and played recording in front of Mr Green. In the call i clearly asked twice for loaner and he confirmed that it will be available. Clear lie on the face.Next, after 4-5 days my car was ready so i went to pick up. At that time Mr Green mentioned that everything has been fixed. When i drove the car, i still hear same rattling noise and told him that it’s not fixed yet (another lie from him). So he told me to bring next week and they will fix it. So i took the car back. Next day when i opened the sunroof, i heard huge noise so i tried to close it and guess what, now my sunroof can’t close completely. So i called again to Mr Green, to book an immediate appointment and have a loaner car. This time he refused to give me a loaner and said next loaner available after a month, seriously!! First they didn’t fix the problem, instead created bigger issue and now he refused to cooperate. Completely unprofessional!!Finally i called another dealership and they immediately addressed my issue and gave me loaner as well.I would not recommend this Hennessy Range Rover Buckhead dealership for service at all. Specially stay away from Richard Green.
I own an 06 LR3 which had transmission problems and a host of other issues. Pete Bond was very thorough and the communication was awesome. He help me sort out all my issues to get my vehicle back to top condition and at a reasonable price.Thanks Pete !
WARNING - be very careful purchasing from this dealership.I purchased a 2016 LR4 from Land Rover Buckhead in January 2021. They did a full “check” of the vehicle before I paid for it but when I received it :All four tires were baldMain battery was deadAuto start broken (despite them telling me there was an issue and agreeing to fix before sale completed)Shipping process was a total nightmare. The sales person text me the driver number and told me to figure it out myself after the car was loaded on a truck.$2000 later and no help from Buckhead to resolve.Once you hand over the $$ you’re on your own. They will charm you from the get go but it’s all smoke and mirrors.
Absolutely loved it .. made my first high dollar purchase .. my associate was terra Reid she was awesome made me feel comfortable because I was nervous .. and Pablo was my financing agent made me laugh with his stories .. will shop again thank you
Worst customer service I’ve experienced. There were two cars I wanted to see both were on another lot owned by Land Rover. Once I arrived one of the cars had been sold no one told me prior to my arrival. We ended having to drive 30 miles or so to another lot for the other vehicle waited for 30 minutes and to be told they didn’t know where the car was. I walked the entire lot front to back this included the service area. After driving back to the original lot nothing was done to rectify the situation or at least change the current experience after speaking with the manager. Just beware!!
Perfect customer service and sales gentleman Rodney Johnson was great! Jeremy Walters in finance had me in and out within 45mins! Will be back for next vehicle, brought a Land Rover Range Rover Evoque, hopefully same team will be there to assist.
Excellent experience. Matty Smith our sales guy was smart, friendly and helpful. Not your stereotypical “car salesman,” he made the entire process painless and downright pleasant. The entire staff at Buckhead Land Rover was welcoming and friendly. Happy people selling cars! And working their butts off!
The client service experience is always disappointing! I have been told on multiple occasions that my vehicle was ready for pickup only to get there and find out something hadn’t been completed and they didn’t notice it-I did!I’ve received a rental (because although they told me my car was ready something wasn’t done) with multiple customers’ information sitting on the front passenger seat still.I paid for a LoJack to be installed only to find out over a year later that it was never installed. They attempted to first cover it up by telling me there was a recall on it before telling me that it never got installed.I have been inconvenienced given the timeline I was given by them. The time they said my vehicle would be ready was completely inaccurate and I had to leave one of my business meetings to ensure that I picked my car up before they closed within the next hour after they called only to get there and have to wait.This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with! It’s as though customers are supposed to just be understanding to their lack of workmanship, integrity and confidentiality. The manager is full of excuses as well!
I recently purchased a used Volvo from Craig Giddens and he was great to work with. I feel like he helped me negotiate a fair deal and his customer service after the sale was fantastic. I would highly recommend Hennessy, but mostly I would recommend working with Craig!
I was interested in a used Lexus. Even when buying out of state, they made it easy to come to a deal because the price was right. Most other dealerships price their car way too high for way too long, hoping some sucker will pay the premium. From the very start, my car was priced closer to actual market value. I made a call within days of posting, and requested a video walk-around. Rushdi was on top of things, giving me peace of mind regarding the out of state nature of the deal. When it came to the final price and fees, he granted my requested in offsetting different fees I felt were unnecessary, so I just paid sticker price + doc fee + ttl.I flew in, did a test drive, waited a couple hours for financing to get things in order, and then drove off the lot. A++ would do business again, if I lived there.

The follow up meeting was quite clear as to what else could be done and how much it would cost.finally after all the work was completed my vehicle was vacuumed washed and returned and on top of that a military discount was offered which warm my heart.Thank you,

My salesman Maurice Davis was excellent. He was very helpful giving me a heads up on the JLR process I would be going thru to purchase my vehicle. The staff I encountered were smiling and polite. The waiting area upstairs is laid out very nicely with seating areas, tv’s as well as work stations. They provide coffee, water, tea and snacks as you wait.
One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Brian Reynolds, my sales representative, did a very nice job in every aspect of the experience. Between him, Tom his boss, and the rest of his team they did a great job helping an out of town buying experience go smoothly. I would highly recommend this organization.

The 105,000 mile service was done in a timely manner. My problem with this dealership is the never ending up selling of additional work on a vehicle that has been exclusively service at this Buckhead location. I received an estimate of more than $6000.00 additional dollars for a couple of major jobs and a couple small ones??? C’mon if your in the business to oversell and take advantage of a customer who has purchased two vehicles and thinking of the third, then probably I’m working with the wrong bunch !!
Always a pleasure dealing with Pete Bond. He is professional and makes things easy. My only critique of our past visit is the need for all to wear protective masks. It’s scary and uncomfortable to have to go in an area where masks are loosely required.
