After going to 4 other dealerships with bad experiences for this purchase, we looked online and saw the car we wanted at Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta. We called about the vehicle and they pulled the keys for us. When we arrived we instantly knew this was going to be a different experience and Taylor surpassed our expectations! What a great person she is! So positive and knowledgeable. She continued to make sure we had what we needed. She even got food for us after we were there for some hours going through the buying process. Things took longer because we traded 2 vehicles. After all was said and done, we left very happy! Thank you Taylor and Hennessy of Atlanta for making us feel like humans and not a sale opportunity.

My Service coordinator, Darius, was excellent. Highly recommend Hennessy Lexus b/c of him and their receptionist, Trudy. Darius is on top of it - smart, fast and knows how to get what you need done quickly. Ive had service coordinators that hustle you and feel very dishonest at this Lexus dealership. I wanted to share a recent experience purchasing a used car from Hennessy Lexus.I found a car I was interested in at the dealership. I went inside and met a salesman named Sam. I asked him if I could check out the car and he promptly brought the key and I had a look. We took it for a spin and I asked him general questions about possible dealer fees, etc. which he answered straight up without any of that salesman sleaziness/shadiness that seems to plague the industry.When we returned, we agreed on the price and I told him I would take it. The agreement was that the car would be cleaned/detailed/ get minor repairs prior to me picking it up, which was expected to take two or three days.When I was paying and signing papers in the financial office, I met Shannel. She was super nice as well and took care of me quickly.I came back to pick up my car and I was extremely impressed with the results. I was half expecting that they would spray it with a garden hose and call it a day, but they went above and beyond while Sam was overseeing it and he kept me in the loop the whole time.I am very happy with my experience with Hennessy and would recommend them to anybody. Sam gets a five star rating as well. He is legit and never acted like a car salesman, nor did he try to sell me add-ons that I didnt want.

They take care 100% every single time. Always the best treatment, doesnt matter of Im spending $92 on an oil change or $220 on HID bulbs Im always treated with the most respect and everything thats wrong with the car is always fixed. I work with Chris Terrell every time and hes never recommended something I didnt need or made me feel guilty about declining a service they offer.

We did our due diligence on the Lexus we chose, went to all the dealers in Atlanta and northern perimeter. We ended up always over budget. Nothing could be done. We ended up at Hennessy/Atlanta Lexus. We were met by a wonderful and kind- no pressure salesperson. Taylor, our excellent saleswoman, and the backup from outstanding management, we explained our situation and that team exceeded our expectation (budget) and made our new car dreams become a reality after no one else would. We alsowere impressed by how we, and our new SUV, got the first class treatment. We were treated with respect and extremely kind manners. I wish it were so elsewhere. Thank you Taylor! I worked closely with Taylor Brogan at Hennessy Lexus over the past few days to purchase a new RX350 that was advertised on the Hennessy website. I do not usually like the whole car car buying process--as a matter of fact, I hate it. However, I have never had a better, less stressful experience than I had with Taylor. She is extremely attentive, doesnt pressure you to make quick decisions, and always followed through on what she said she would do. Overall, a very refreshing and positive car-buying experience and I would recommend her highly to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Lexus--excellent customer service and professionalism!

I’m in TN and needed a vehicle. Time was not a luxury. I had a specific requirement and after intense search efforts found what I needed at Hennessy in Atlanta GA. There were a few missteps in getting the wheels rolling on the deal. Due to being in neighboring states. My salesman, Logan, got things organized and kept in constant communication every step of the way. All said and done, I bought the Jeep on a Wednesday and it was delivered to my driveway on Friday. Really couldn’t ask for better.

I had a wonderful car buying experience with my sales consultant Heather Rellinger. My initial plan was to start at Hennessy Lexus and work my way south on Peachtree Boulevard looking for a new car. Heather listened to what my financial and style preferences were, and showed me 3 preowned cars on their lot. I test drove 2 cars while chatting with Heather about my pros/cons. Her listening to my thoughts before commenting herself was another no pressure aspect of the experience. At no time did Heather rush me, show me a car to upsale, or dismiss any of my concerns. My 1st stop at Hennessy Lexus was my only stop. I love my new car!

Chad is most definitely my go to guy when it comes to my vehicle. Friday was my first time getting my vehicle serviced here in GA. He made things easy and hes very reliable. From the time I walked in from the time he walked me out the door he made sure I felt more than being a customer, but a Lexus family member. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and they were able to see me the very next day, on a Saturday! I was surprised because I know Saturdays are a busy day for maintenance. I love how they make waiting in the lobby easy by providing work stations, TVs, free snacks, coffee and drinks while you wait. The Lexus experience is top notch. Also, I was 20 minutes late to my appointment (because of Atlanta traffic) and they still took care of me. My Technicians name was Darius Boyd, he was friendly and had great customer service. I would highly recommend seeing him for your next visit!

I have brought 6 cars in my life this was by far the best experience I have ever had. I came in told them what I wanted and could afford and they worked with me. Gave me a rebate so I was comfortable with my car note and insurance. The car was amazing and the people I brought the car from were even better. Taylor couldn’t have treated me better. We went to purchase a new Lexus Rx 350 on Saturday, June 19, 2021 for our mother. Our salesman (Mr. Klaus) was exceptionally incredible. He gave us great details about the vehicle. We were very excited and decided to purchase it for her. Our issues and the terrible customer service began in the finance office. I asked the finance man about the interest rate. My mother credit score is 844 which is 6 points from a perfect score and he offered her a 6.9 interest rate. At that point I explained to him that we were not interest in that financing with them, we will get our own financing. The credit union gave us a 2.2 interest rate and he asked if he gave us a 2.19 would we finance with them. I told him no because a 2.19 is a 2.2 and he should have offered that in the beginning. We were trying to understand and determine whether or not to get the extended warranty and he told us he didnt have time to go back and forth with us. He then asked me where did I work and said he doesnt know how to do that job as to say, I dont know his job. He also told us we couldnt leave with the car until we came back with the check. When spending $50,000 plus at a luxury car dealer, you dont expect to be treated in that manner. I am still in disbelief. I salesman was great and I would love to give him this sale but I am still upset. I joyous occasion for us turned into a terrible day.

I was looking for a family car with great gas mileage, so I searched a number of options and decided on a Lexus hybrid. I was fortunate enough to find a car with the options I wanted within a days travel from my home. I then contacted Hennessy Lexus in Atlanta and asked them to reserve one for us. Kevin contacted me immediately and continued to stay in contact throughout our buying process. Not only did he have the car I wanted, but he had it prepped and ready to go with one days notice. Kevin handled everything, including the paperwork and familiarization with the on board systems. I never felt like I was at an auto dealership (except the excellent selection). The team at Hennessy treated us like family. I wouldnt hesitate to buy my next car from them.

We were told on the phone that we couldnt pay a deposit for them to hold the car while we traveled 7 hours to get the car. I had to finance with them for them to hold the car. We arrived to get the car and the inside was filthy. Food was all over the inside and on the gear shift, dirt and grass was on the floor, and the outside had white powder all over it. The leather dash had a couple fingernail scratches. We asked that it get cleaned and the salesman acted like he got mad. The salesman took the car to get it cleaned and it came back with only a few spots cleaned. Floor remained dirty and the dash scratches were untouched. I pointed this out to the salesman and his reply was I tried, that is the best I could get done.We were talking to the finance office to complete the sale and that was the only positive experience we received. He apologized for all that happened and called in the General Manager for me to tell him what happened. GM gave another apology and said he would address this with the manager of the outsourced cleaning company.When we got ready to leave, the salesman told my wife and I that we needed to give them a 5 on the survey that we will be getting or it would count against him. He didnt even deserve a 3.I would not recommend this Lexus dealership to my worst enemy. I did not feel like the dealership cared at all about us as customers. This was a very poor Lexus experience.

Tom Campbell and George are the absolute best! I bought an RX-350 from Tom five years ago, when I was actually living in Florida. Ive never purchased the same car twice in my 35 years of car-buying, but recently decided to get a new car. After getting frustrated by the 10 or so dealers that I initially approached, I remembered how professional and trustworthy the Hennessey guys are. I immediately called Tom and bought my second Lexus RX-350 the next day...on the exact same day that I purchased the first RX-350 five years earlier! Purchased a 2008 IS 350 on May 17 2021 my son and I were waiting on the car to bed washed and vacuumed and the salesperson informed that the passenger window wouldnt go up and ask if I could return to pick it up the closing day I told him we lived. 120 miles away he said he would give me a $50 gas voucher. .the next morning I called the service department the guy had not idea what I was talking about. . so finally the salesperson called and said the car was ready when we arrived i took their word that the window was fixed but its was not nor was it washed and my salesperson said they would mail me the check for gas. I have been a Lexus owner since 2001 and never experienced this in my household we all drive a Lexus and have always had a awesome experience. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Came here to purchase a vehicle for my wife as hers broke down.Found a gx470 that we liked and made the deal before purchasing the car the sales person said it would be washed and vacuumed. cars wash started at 12pm and it was ready at 4pm after paying for the car we went outside to check it out and found litteral dirt and hair in the car we talked to the manager he said he would get it washed again we waited about 30 minutes for it to be washed when he brought it back the car looked exactly the same. the sales persons name was king and he was very rude about it. not something i would expect from a lexus dealership and was very disappointed i have dealt with this dealer before and it was an amazing experience not sure what has changed.

I was really satisfied with my experience having my car serviced today until the young guy drove my car to the exit for me to pick up. All the windows were rolled up and he was not wearing a mask. I asked the guy if he was vaccinated. He said no, but I have your air conditioning on and its nice and cool for you. I had to tell him to roll all the windows down and pull the car over, that I couldnt leave until the car had been well ventilated. I went in to complain and a man on the phone instructed someone to spray my car with disinfectant. There were several young men in the service dept. driving the cars who were not wearing masks. This is a sign of bad management. And Im sure it is in violation of Lexus maintenance policies. Im really upset that the management allows its employees to drive my car, my personal space, un-masked and un-vaccinated.

I called on Saturday spoken to Jarred Hodges abt 2021 IS350. He told me that the car was available and we made an appointment. I drove an almost an hour to get there and he wasn’t even there so waited for someone else assistance stand around close to an hour and they going to tell me that the car was sold. This Dealer doesn’t even have the courtesy to call and told me that the car was already sold. Bad customer service and unprofessional.

These folks showed integrity and a desire to take care of customers. We had a huge issue come up with our service contract that seemed like it was beyond resolution. The finance department led by Paul Byun came through to make things right. Paul took a personal interest in our case and went above and beyond to resolve our issue. Fernando Guerrero in finance was a pleasure to work with and you can just tell that taking care of his customers means a lot to him. I want to also thank the President at Hennessy Automobile Companies, Mr. Peter Hennessy, for his involvement…truly a leader that cares when things aren’t perfect for his customers. We were never treated this poorly at any dealership in Denver, so well probably buy there and drive the car to Atlanta rather than repeat this experience. Not nearly as cool as the Nalley Lexus in Alpharetta. Services advisor not as friendly. Also wouldn’t give me a loaner. Any time I’ve gone to Nalley regardless of what the job is I’m offered a loaner. Even if I’m just getting my oil changed.Just won’t come back to Hennesey Lexus of Gwinnett. I live in Lawrenceville but I will now drive out of my way to give my business to Nalley.

I purchased a used car from Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta. On the day of purchase before leaving the dealership, 4 warning lights appeared on the dashboard. The dealership didn’t disclose material facts about the unsafe to drive vehicle. Instead the service tech said there was no problem, it was a error & cleared the codes. 2 day after the purchase the same lights appeared and the car would shake when accelerating or decelerating quickly. Causing driving to not feel safe.They made an attempt to repair the car. However the next day the car had the same codes and problems. They kept the car for 12 days before telling me a different problem (blown head Gasquet) & they wouldnt do anymore repairs because its not worth repairing. The only solution theyre giving me is to trade the car in for half of what I just paid. Ive been mistreated, lied to, and now ignored by multiple staff and managers when visiting.I relied on the professionals but was lied to! They also requested for their courtesy vehicle back leaving me without a vehicle and responsible for the vehicle financially.STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also check BBB to see 70+ people with similar experience from them.Dont let these reviews fool you either. These are obviously requested.

Lackluster, and truly an unimpressed visit today at Hennessy Lexus. I came into the door as I have been doing for years since I bought the car here at Hennessy Lexus. Previously, we have been treated fairly and politely but not anymore. A few things I like to illustrate for possible improvement or collateral to use in training. I made an appointment at 8:45am on a Saturday, The service receptionist had said she will call me shortly when my service Advisor Brett is ready for me. Moments later the receptionist calls me and had tells me that he is now ready for me. As I get directed to his desk, He isnt there, this is a Big No-No in the dealership industry. The advisor should have been at his desk and greet the customer upon entry. As I pondered upon the status of his return, he comes without an apology or a warm formality of Hello, How are you. Felt that he was in the middle of something previously and somehow I have interrupted him. With a irked demeanor he proceeded on reading his notes. He then tried to push me out the door saying, oh, youre here for and oil change and some tire rotation. I inform him that I dont require a tire rotation. He then tells me that I need one and I say no, I dont I just got my new tires installed. He then asks me where I got my tires replaced... weird for okay... and when I answer he then retracts and goes okay you dont need one. As he tries to push me out the door to re-engage in whatever he was doing previously, I tell him that My wife has been complaining about an issue with the push engine start option that hesitate to start. Unsympathetic to our dilemma he then tells me okay and gets up from his chair to the door and proceeds to leave. I then tell him, I cant stay I have work and I need a loaner. He then proceeds that they cant give out a loner for a job so small. I have been coming to this dealership since I bought the car and this was news to me. If this was the case, It would have been nice to have been notified as I was scheduling the appointment. A quick browse around my profile will show you that I have never been denied of a service car. I digress, I was told by Brett that this came in affect with the new service manager and started enforcing this new 5/31/21 Apparently no one was following the protocol but suddenly decided to follow it starting my visit. As I make arrangements to either to be picked up or to leave without the car getting serviced, Brett interrupts me mid-call and says that He doesnt want to get in trouble by doing something outside the policy. I tell him im making arrangements and not trying to make you do something you cant do to get you into trouble. Now I am eager to get out of there as soon as I can so I can get my car serviced elsewhere. It was either that or have to wait an hour and a half in the lobby for what they claim to be a Small job. Ill just get my small Job done somewhere else who can appreciate my money and time. Farewell Hennessy Lexus, Its been nice knowing ya.

Bought a pre-owned car from them yesterday. Worked with Taylor and also Jerid. Amazing service and sales process was so nice. If you want to avoid the typical car salesman (pushy, annoying) come here! They truly care about finding the right car for you in your budget. I sold my previous Lexus (did not trade in) the same day. They gave me helpful tips and great advice even though they weren’t making a penny off of it. I was worried about the car I was looking at selling out from under me before my previous car was sold. Taylor encouraged me that if it was meant to be it would be, and if not, she would help me find a good car (where as a typical car salesman would say well then you better come get it now because it will probably be gone) and helped me work out the logistics so that everything went smoothly. I love the car, I loved working with Taylor and Jerid, and I will be back to Hennessy Lexus. I would recommend this location or the Gwinnett location to anyone.

I recently bought a brand new 2020 Lexus IS 300 Sports and within a week I found out that the wheel has a bend on it. It was there even before I took delivery and didn’t realizes it till after a week. The sales lady who sold it to me did not even looked at the scenario that I just bought a car and it was almost $40,000 and for that she gave reasons that I should’ve looked at it thoroughly before taking delivery. My suggestion is to never buy a car from them and if you do which I highly not recommend pleas have a mechanic a technician and a car specialist along with your lawyer to take delivery so they can’t put it It on you for their short comings.

We had a great car buying experience with Hennessy Lexus of Atlanta. Heather made our experience informative, efficient, and easy. I was concerned about potential exposure, but Heather spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me prior to test driving vehicles explaining the various safety precautions that Lexus and the dealership were taking to make it safe for their customers. She put me totally at ease and the car buying experience was completely fantastic from there. I couldnt recommend Heather more.

Thanks to Derrick Brown!!!!Having the We Owe and taking the vehicle back for repairs is when the nightmare started.I drove off the lot with my car on Wednesday (2/24/21) and dropped it off for repairs on Monday (3/15/21)...didn’t get it back until (4/9/21) which was the end of my spring break and the day before my first payment was due.So much FOOLISHNESS happened in between this time which could have been a simple fix with communication and if I dealt with someone in the service department who actually cared!I can not cram everything that happened in this message but here are some details...I received a text message on Tuesday (3/23/21) stating my vehicle was ready. I tried to call back to ask questions to make sure everything was repaired due to some concerns with not having the We Owe available nor a scheduled appointment at the time of drop off. I was advised to bring the vehicle (as I was leaving work) on the same day that I dropped it off (3/15/21) because the chrome part for the front bumper was delivered. So starting this process was shaky as I was not aware of the procedural changes. I wanted to confirm but I couldn’t speak to anyone before arriving to pick up my car.Initially, as I walked around the vehicle, I was pleased with the work that was done but all of the repairs weren’t completed upon my arrival. The main reason for the We Owe was the crack in the chrome piece on the grill and that wasn’t replaced as promised.I brought the incomplete work to my service consultant’s attention and after a quick reply, he walked off.Once I got in my car, I noticed my backseat was torn/scraped with the tool that was used to repair the back of my front seats. AND THEY WERE GOING TO GIVE ME THE CAR BACK AS IF IT DID NOT HAPPEN.My service consultant, Ryan Bush, was nowhere to be found.I had to go back to my sales consultant... DERRICK BROWN...to correct the issues. Another We Owe was submitted two hours later. I thought the visit would be a quick one considering that my vehicle was supposed to be ready for pickup.I also didn’t get the car detailed. I was informed that after the service was done, the car would be detailed.This is kind of crazy...8 days turned into 23 days just to replace a chrome piece, windshield; repair the back of front seats and a dent on the car (all of the items that were on the We Owe) when I was told that the repairs could be done in a day or two. The chrome piece was ordered but by this time, it couldn’t be found...23 days sitting...longer than the 18 days I had the pleasure of driving it. No communication with the department the whole time...managers such as Derek Martin, claiming to take care of the issue but NEVER returned my calls nor called me to let me know what was going on with a vehicle I’d just purchased. This was over an hour long drive for me each way, so I tried to make sure I didn’t continue to make blank trips...I’ve owned four Toyotas and I’ve received stellar customer service since 2009...they’re the reason why I decided to stay in the “family” and upgrade to the Lexus. Never thought I would have to deal with this type of experience from LEXUS!But...Kudos to the sales department! Derrick is awesome! I would have been a totally different person without his support. If needed, will definitely work with him again...service department, not feeling it at all. Had me walking on eggshells. I would love to keep my business with the same place of purchase but I am done. The car doesn’t even drive the same. That was a HORRIBLE first experience!!!!

I love this place! I came for a oil change in a car and I was immediately given excellent customer service. From the time I entered to the time I exited, I was given the highest level of comfort and luxury. I had many questions and Jorge answered every single one with patience and simplicity. He helped me with every problem I may have soon and gave me information about all of them. I am highly disappointed in the lack of service from this business. While I overall enjoy my Lexus Certified GX460 I purchased here in October, I was deceived on the condition of the paint. While I accept this as I should not have taken the salespersons word for it and really looked over the car (unfortunately, I was in a hurry to return back to Tennessee for a business meeting). I have corrected these fairly severe paint dents/chips. I am posting this review as there was a interior switch broken and when brought it I was informed it was a warranty matter and I could wait to get it fixed or take it to my local Lexus dealer. Upon taking it to my Lexus dealer they denied the claim due to it being broken by the previous owner and not a defect in the part. $1,700 was the quote to replace the map light module. Lexus of Knoxville called a few times without a return call. I called a few weeks ago and have yet to get a call back.If youre buying in person and dont trust anything this place says then I think youll be fine. I would absolutely not purchase another vehicle from them being out of state. Thanks for choosing profit over customer service.Update 12-28-20Called Tommy a handful of times and had to leave a message. He may be out for the holidays.Update 02-08-21Tommy finally returned a call a few weeks ago when I left a message with their receptionist. However, he failed to contact my local Lexus dealer as promised. Ended up taking apart of the map light this evening and fixing the issue myself. Worst car buying experience and it’s obvious that this dealer, at least in my experience, provides 0% customer service after the sale. Regret giving these people my money.Update 02-13-21Don’t let these responses fool you, they really aren’t interested in resolving problems their customers have.

Bought a used Toyota Sequoia from Hennessy. Very pleased with the vehicle and transaction. Salesman was Larry Bassett who was very professional and extremely courteous. Did 95% of the transaction over the phone which was unusual but easy. Tom Kim (finance guy) was the best I’ve ever dealt with. He was straight forward and to the point which I really appreciate. Brought my 08 GS in for an oil change and some warranty work. Service advisor told me parts needed for my warranty work wouldnt be in that day and he set me up with a 2020 RX for a loaner. Ended up keeping the loaner for 4 days and the service advisor kept me up to date on the status of my car. Dealership was clean and well maintained. Employees were all courteous and friendly.

Dont make my mistake by buying at this, or any, dealership. Just shop using the internet, and, if you can, the Costco Auto Program. Then, if you must negotiate in person at the dealership, you have real competitive pricing to start with.I bought a car at Hennessy Lexus, and I relied on a personal referral by the owner himself to the sales manager to get a good price. What I got was a discount that was 1/2 to 1/3 LESS than what I could have got using the internet or Costco (I actually checked Truecar.com, Edmunds.com and Costco AFTER buying the car - dont make my mistake).And avoiding the dealership means avoiding the cruel and demeaning process of being sold warranty/service plans. They made us sign/initial 14 times (seriously, 14 times) that we didnt want any of the plans - under big red hand-written letters saying that we ASSUME ALL LIABILITY.And another tip, when you get offers via the internet and dont respond to them immediately, the offers might get better - it takes a few days but some will increase their discounts without being askedFollowup: Hennessy Lexus Ed Camden offered to see what can be done about my bad experience. After sending two emails without a response, I sent one more saying it was the last opportunity to make good on his public offer. He finally replied to this third email, he said he consulted with the sales team and said that they were fully transparent in all of our pricing information. This allows me to say that the pricing sheet they gave me listed a $ 2,000 Discount from the price they offered me. This led me to believe this was a good deal. When the actual sale order was completed, the $ 2,000 was listed as Rebate, meaning that it was cash that the manufacturer would have paid me for buying the car, NOT A DISCOUNT to the price. In fact, in that pricing sheet they showed me, there was no actual Discount, the priced the car at full sticker price (and I was a referral from the owner). And they did not let me leave the salespersons office with the pricing sheet; actually made me leave it in the office while I went outside to think. I dont believe this is fully transparent. No one told me it was a rebate until I called them out on it. Fully transparent would have been their telling me it was a rebate, not a discount. And note that Ed is a Marketing Director, not someone tasked for customer satisfaction. That is the focus of Hennessys responses on this review site: marketing not customer satisfaction.

This Lexus dealership has by far the best customer experience you can receive. I truly having my car serviced at this dealership. Mike is a lovely gentleman who greets you as you arrive and always brings a smile to my face when I get here! The process and system of getting you to your service advisor is smooth and effortless.
