I read a lot of horror stories on boards about dealers gouging people who had Bronco reservations. I did not experience that. From Order confirmation, to vehicle receipt, and payment everyone I worked with was honest, knowledgeable, and lived up to their word. The entire process was better than expected. It was time for me to return my leased car in. So, I decided to call Hennessy Ford and spoke to Kevin Night. I explained to Kevin that I have been to several Lincoln dealers that gave me the run-around. Kevin informed me that he would take good care of me which he did. He was true to his word! He was awesome, patient, and professional!!!In fact, his manager and the finance department did a great job too! I would recommend them anytime! Thank you Hennessy!!!

A couple months ago I reached out to multiple dealers regarding a few services I needed done to my Mercury Marquee. A lot has happened since then and I apologize for the late review.I never heard back from this dealership so I called and asked for the service manager’s email. Upon emailing him, not only did he fail to respond to my simple yet direct questions he took it a step farther in the wrong direction.To add insult to injury, he obviously forwarded my email to the used car person, who for days continued to badger me about them wanting to buy my car. IT’S NOT FOR SALE!Move forward I took the car to 5 Star Ford in Stone Mountain where the service manager Jon went above and beyond to answer my questions and to provide me with a very pleasant experience.While my car was at 5 Star, this dealership kept on with the phone calls, now stating that Ford had asked them to verify the recall info, by re-inspecting the recall work they preformed. Sounded shady so I reached out and could find no info that Ford had requested such info. (lies)For that reason I’d have a hard time ever trusting this dealership again. Why lie to try and harass people to sell their cars, or pressure them into trading? No thanks! Buyer and service searching, BEWARE!

Hennessy Ford for the WIN! The dealership was very clean and welcoming. All staff were conscious and were wearing face mask during my visits. Upon entering the dealership, I had the opportunity to speak with Tim, who became my sales representative. This was the first time I went to a dealership with an itemized list of what I was looking for in a vehicle. I handed Tim my list and he went to work!Tim came back with the perfect truck. The best part was that this truck had everything I had written on my list. We then began talking about numbers and Tim asked a few question that ultimately saved me lots of money. Tim never pressured me into making a purchase and made sure that I was getting all that I wanted in a vehicle. Considering that this is a big purchase and investment, this was not the transaction I wanted to rush into and Tim was understanding of that. Charles was very professional, courteous, honest, and competent. We thought we were going to have to replace a transmission in a truck, but learned that it was just the engine misfiring and needing new plugs and coils. Truck runs great now and we saved 1000s of dollar from what we expected. Hennessy also diagnosed and repaired a drain clog in one of the doors that was left from a previous repairs at a different repair shop. I would recommend using Hennessy for future services.

I bought my new Bronco Sport from Hennessy. My salesman, Brian Winn, was great!! I had an appointment, and he had my new car sitting outside the showroom ready to go. He greeted me as I was looking at the car. Brian is very personable and professional. We went for a test drive and he patiently answered my questions and told me about the many features on the Bronco.I had pre-ordered this car in July. I had some issues with the order and waited nine months to get the car. But Craig and Bryce took care of it and made things right. Craig took the time to send pictures and videos of the car once it was delivered to the dealership. Prior to picking up the Bronco, I had agreed to a price for the Bronco and terms for the financing via Ford Credit, this alleviated the ‘painful’ part of car buying. I’ve only had the Bronco for 3 days, but so far I think it was worth the wait.The dealership has a new showroom – clean and nice! They use modern technology, Docupad for signing the documents, and they give you a flash card with all documents.Emerson in finance was also a pleasure to work with. I currently have one issue regarding the extended warranty that I trust will be taken care of.Angela R.

Just experienced the epitome of bad customer service and complete disregard for my needs, value of my time, or inconvenience caused by Hennessy Ford. Here is a summary of my experience:Day 1: Spoke with Bill in the service department to schedule a recall fix on my ford. Bill was kind and helpful in getting ALL of the recall information and scheduling my appointment. He said it could be done in a day and I could work from the dealership while waiting.Next Day: Bill called to let me know the recall fixes are taking longer than he expected and he would need to keep my car for 3-4 days to get it fixed. I explained the hardship this would cause as we only have 1 vehicle, school, work, etc., but I would figure it out and call back to reschedule.So far so good....Next Day: Called to reschedule the recall fix. The new service man said they do not have a loaner program anymore, but we were able to work out a three day period of carpools, and rides back and forth from the dealership. Was sent to the scheduling department to reschedule and was told we could drop the car off the night before - and use the drop box if we arrived after 6pm.Night before appointment: We arrive before 6pm (luckily) and attempted to check in our vehicle. Bill was there so we were sent to him. He proceeds to tell us that unfortunately they do not have the parts for our car and cannot do the work until late July or early August. Baffled, I asked for more information. He blamed the schedulers for not following instructions that the parts were not available, and Ford for sending letters out mistakenly. Eh hem, Bill - you were the one that originally took my information and set up the recall fix confirming that it was in fact available. Do not lie and blame another department. Despicable. Oh - and then Bill took another call and spent 10 minutes helping someone else while I stood at his desk like an idiot, not knowing what to do. Eventually, he walked us out to the car and said to schedule later in the summer. Here is how our conversation went:Me: So, how will I know when you actually have the parts?Bill: Ford will send you a letter - they have to.Me: So, like the letter I am holding that says the parts are available now? You are saying I will get a new letter that says the same thing, but I am supposed to trust that letter, not this one?Bill: Yes - wait to hear from Ford, they have to send you a letter.Me: So, cant you just let me know when the parts come in, rather than me trusting random letters I may or may not get in the mail?Bill: Wait for a new letterAll in all, this guy pretended to be nice, but disregarded the situation as a whole. Your time is not more valuable than mine, Bill. We had to call and cancel our ride back home (inconvenienced a neighbor) and had to sit in another hour of Atlanta traffic to get home, from an appointment that was a waste of time. Thanks for nothing Hennessy Ford. When we are ready to buy a second car in August, we will DEFINITELY not be coming to you, nor for our recall fix, if and when that ever happens.

I spent several days with a salesperson structuring an internet purchase and had an agreed upon deal with a signed contract to purchase only to learn later that day they sold it to someone else. When you let money tarnish your reputation and decide it’s better for the quick buck than honor a contracted offer you become this dealership. It is sad because my salesperson lost her sale to someone who did not care about honoring a fellow salesperson’s hard work.

From the start Kreg, went above and beyond what other salesman did. I was in contact with several other places about vehicles and Kreg was the only one that actually took time to send me a video of the truck to confirm it was in fact on their lot (other lots will tell you it’s there just to get you there) and it showed the condition. Staff was very friendly but Kreg is the sales guy you want. I hate high pressure tactics (I’m a sales guy) and Kreg approached the deal humbled and willing to work with me. At no time did I feel like I was getting the screws turned on me to buy right then and there. Truck looks good in my driveway because of this!

Everyone at Hennessy Ford in Chamblee/Atlanta was wonderful to work with. I just bought my first F-150 and the experience was excellent from the first time I came onto the lot earlier this summer, until just yesterday when I drove off the lot in my new 2021 F-150. Terrance Lundy (my sales rep) and his manager (B. Piper) we’re both very professional, personable and patient through the process. Terrance helped me make the best decision based on my needs, timing and wish list in terms of feature sets, engine types, etc. I ended up building a vehicle off the Ford website and had to wait for it to go through production, shipping and delivery. Terrance and his team were great about guiding me through the process. On the day we took delivery, he and his team executed a smooth process for our trade in, as well as the parameters of the purchase of the new truck. I walked away feeling like it was a win/win transaction (the best kind). Emerson in the finance office was also a pleasure to work with. The showroom is new and state of the art and the people are relaxed and courteous. I’d highly recommend reaching out to them if you are considering a Ford purchase in Atlanta.

I purchased a truck here and the entire experience was very pleasant. Everyone was very nice and their was no high pressure sales technique. No Loaner, haven’t been any available in months (I was told) and never resolved my issue even though the issue has been resolved previously. Car was there a week just sitting. Then was told the tech needs to ride with me (Hint! You fixed it before) Hennessy Ford should just stop saying (Tell us about your Ford). Not resolved definitely stalled.Wasted my time but either way you must fix this issue.Thanks

I have gone here twice, the first time was fine. They tried to upsell a lot, but got what I needed done quickly. The second time I needed all new tires, gave them exactly what I needed, but they would only call my husband and it took over a month close to two months to get it done. When I actually got them put on they also told me it would take 3 hours, but took close to 6 hours. Then was told that if I didnt intend on leaving a 5 star review, please dont leave one at all. When we had an issue with one of the tires was told the warranty doesnt cover any punctures to the tire. Im not happy, but it is what it is. So they let me know they would order one and it would be here Monday. Tuesday comes around and they now claim they have no record of the order and can place another order if we want. We spent hours on Saturday getting it all set up so we would be able to have it done by Tuesday. I would never recommend coming here. It is problem after problem and always just blaming another employee for the problem.

Brian Winn has given some of the best service Ive had. He listened to my needs on what I want in my vehicle, he showed me a plethora of options and did not let me limit myself for the features I wanted. Most importantly he was knowledgeable and not pushy. This young gentleman is a shining star for what great customer and salesman service is.

I have brought my car in on two occasions to have the a/c looked at because it is blowing warm air. I booked an appointment and was told that was a drop off time not a time to have your car looked at. They told me they wouldnt look at my car for 2-3 days. And I had no other transportation and could not provide a loaner. Why would you make appointments if you cannot fulfill a promise?! Or at least notify the customer in advance so they can plan accordingly. Needless to say I would not recommend taking your car here unless you can afford to be without a vehicle for 3+ days.Later that night I received and invoice with zero payment due, but the funny thing about the invoice is the it had recommended services list for my a/c and says I declined them. I have extended warranty and if they would have told the warranty company that something needed fixed they would have approved a rental car. Instead they told me they couldnt find a problem and needed more time to look at it, but need me to leave it for 3 days without transportation. Attached is the invoice they sent me showing declined service. I do not recommend this dealership to service my or any vehicle.

Brought my girlfriend’s car in with an appointment, was then told it would be weeks to diagnose the problem even though I knew exactly what was wrong and just asked for someone to clear a transmission code. This was after making an appointment indicating a transmission problem, and then driving to the dealer just to be told I couldn’t be helped even after explaining the problem wouldn’t take more than 10 minutes to fix. Went to Wade Ford right after and they fixed it in five.If you have an online appointment scheduler, don’t have your parting line to a customer be “you should call next time”.Wholly understand that COVID and labor issues persist but would’ve appreciated a heads up that nothing could be done

The sales dept will call you everyday and do whatever it takes to make the sale.Unfortunately, after the sale, your importance level drops to below 0. I purchased a Certified Explorer Platinum from them and had multiple issues with the vehicle right away. The salesmen and sales manager swear they will take care of it, all while the service dept gives you the runaround for months on end. Dont expect calls or emails to be returned from the service manager. Dont expect a loaner because they just cant seem to ever find you one. Had the issue escalated to the General Manager and Service Director and guess what? No call or email from them either. Run dont walk away from this place

Jonathan Krieck was an excellent service advisor! He did more than I expected when my air conditioning went out, but I needed my car that day to take my sister from the hospital in Atlanta to a rehab center near her home, 60 miles away. Jonathan kept me informed every step of the way about progress on my car. When the service techs could not reproduce the noise of what I thought was an additional problem, Jonathan took a test drive with me to make sure I was satisfied that the noise had gone away and offered an explanation of the possible cause of it. I really appreciate his attentiveness and professionalism!

Horrible service. Went in for an oil change. The staff did not securely fasten the oil pain drainage screw, lost all of the oil. Called the next day asking them to advise if they would provide a credit. No response to date except for this silly request for a review. Never again! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

My first time at Hennessy Ford was originally for the Bronco Exhibition. I ended up setting an appointment to look around at cars. Jamal, the sales rep, did a great job welcoming me even though I was 2 hours late. The car I was originally going to look at was not on the lot yet. So we walked around and looked at the inventory, just to kind of get an idea for what was there. Jamal not only showed me cars in my price range but he also looked online while we walked to see if any had been updated online but not yet made it to the lot. Jamal kept in contact through the whole process. He was very honest and helpful. If you are looking for a Ford and need a good sales rep, Jamal is your guy!

I just call to ask for the speaker size on my MKZ and the Guy gave me a price. I said I need the size. A minute later he put me on hold without saying anything. Never came back.

I had a wonderful experience with my sales specialist Linda Twine! She was attentive to my needs and concerns and the great thing about her she wasnt pushy or overbearing at all when I was indecisive on my decision as to what vehicle I wanted to purchase. She gave me all alternatives that they had available within my budget. We walked the lot several times to ensure the vehicle I originally chose was the one for me. What also impressed me the most was her knowledge of the vehicles on the lot, especially on the technology side. She went through I believe every feature that my vehicle had to offer especially when it came down to the infotainment system, which is pretty darn savvy. She also ensured I was set up and connected to the Lincoln Way app which is pretty cool feature by the way. She also introduced me to the service manger Nick which shine some light on my decision making with my maintenance service package. I also saved big time when she introduced me to Carlos the finance manger. I got a huge savings on my APR by financing through the dealer vs with my credit union. Overall I had joyous day over at Hennessy Ford Atlanta. They left no rock unturned and Im so happy with my purchase of the 2020 Lincoln Corsair! Thanks Ms. Linda, you rock!

The most communicative and organized dealer I have ever worked with. I had a few items that needed to be handled with a warranty company and they (Jonathan) handled the entire process seamlessly. I ended up getting other service done there that was needed as well. Everything surrounding my experience was very thorough. I would strongly recommend having any service done on your vehicle here.

Working with Lloyd was wonderful! He was respectful of our time and preferences. He knew we were working with a small window of time and made it all happen. We hit a slight snag when the sales team didn’t know how to process the sale with me being a military spouse with an out of state license. As we tried to explain the process some of the employees argued with us. We finally worked it out to get the deal done. I rated my experience as a 4 star due to the financial employee, Jonathan. He was wonderful when we first walked in. Chatted with us and friendly until he realized we didn’t want any of the additional products. He turned quiet and seemed as though he was annoyed by us. He questioned some of our decisions and was sour. I’d buy another car from Lloyd a million times over without help from Jonathan.

I am very pleased with the service received while doing business with Hennessy Ford. Brian Winn and team were accommodating and customer-focused. He was polite, professional, and very attentive to all of my inquiries, requests and concerns. Most importantly, I did not feel pressured. Nor were there any attempts to steer me towards purchasing a different vehicle outside of my interest. Collectively, that led to a greater than ideal experience!

A leak was discovered in the gas line in my car the day before Labor Day weekend. Charles Hart coordinated my service. He stayed late that Friday to check my car in. The following week he got the part my older Ford (2007) needed express shipped in, so I didnt have to pay for a rental car for a 2nd weekend. Charles was excellent about giving me clear and detailed information about the problem, the service and part I needed, the time frame for repairing my car, and the cost. He recommended some extra services that Hennessys mechanic thought my car could use, but did not pressure me at all to get those extra services. I ended up getting several of those services.

All around amazing experience! I was helped by Charles in the service department and he was the best service advisor I have had at any Ford service center. He was enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable, and communicated well. I definitely recommend getting your ford serviced here.
