Took his time going over all the cars functions. My husband is a car nut, and had been after me to drive a Subaru for years. This car has great get up and go. Largest cargo space of any we looked, including the Infinity. The captains chairs are great if you have passengers or lay them down and you could probably get a good sized sofa in the space. The info center is intuitive and easy to get to know.Just know we are thrilled with the Ascent. I feel safe, but also enjoy driving this new addition to our garage. Will never go back here for service for my Subaru again.I’ve been 3 times for different maintenance needs and this last trip was the last straw. Like most service shops they operate on commission so the ‘service’ desk employees constantly try to sell more unneeded (and massively overpriced) services and packages “while we’ve got your car here”.This last trip here’s what happened:1) I made an appointment (which apparently is just for show and doesn’t mean they’ll be ready for you) to have the recalled back springs on my Forrester replaced (only service I ever said I wanted done). I was told if I wanted a courtesy car I would need to buy an additional service package and that the service would take a couple hours. I was fine waiting and had come prepared to wait so I said no thank you.2) I got a call several hours in asking if I wanted additional service items completed and I replied no I’ll come back another day if I need those done. The guy responds and says it’ll be a few more hours. At this point I’m very confused why it’s taking so long but what can you really do when your car is all taken apart?3) Finally the car is ready and I go down to get it and I notice it looks all clean (I had told them not to worry about cleaning it b/c that would take longer). The first thing the guy says is “sorry it took so long, we it was waiting in the cleaning line”.4) The second thing the guy tells me is “looks like you had another recall item that needed replacing so we went ahead and did that for you”. I had already had that recall item fixed by this SAME Subaru location years early and gotten Subaru USA to reimburse me b/c I had it fixed before the recall was announced. This fix likely added hours to the trip for no reason.5) As I’m getting my keys back, the guy then tries to sell me AGAIN on their $6K+ service packages. (I ordered the supplies on Amazon and did all the maintenance myself for a fraction of the cost)6) When I got home later that day and was taking off the wheel to check the wheel bearing the shop said was bad I realized they had cross threaded one of the lug nuts. The only way to remove a cross threaded lug nut is to break the bolt and go buy a new one. Nuts get cross threaded when shops do sloppy work and try to put the bolts on using a wrench to save time instead of starting each nut by hand first to ensure proper alignment.From my experience this service shop cuts corners when they can (the lug nut and not reading my car’s service history in their computers) and goes the extra mile to earn revenue (trying to sell over priced packages and performing unnecessary services like the already completed recall)As another example: this shop charges $90 for the cabin air filter replacement. A new cabin air filter is $15-17 on Amazon and takes less than 5 minutes to replace by pushing two tabs on the glove compartment.Value your time and money? Don’t go here.

We’re so excited about our new 2021 Subaru Ascent purchased from Classic Subaru of Atlanta! Stephen Freedman was wonderful to work with and made us feel at home. Being 39 weeks pregnant, we didn’t have much time to spend shopping as we were looking for an upgrade from our 2015 Forester. Stephen was quick to get us all the information we needed, answers to all our questions, and complete what we could at home to reduce the time spent in the office. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had - and I’ve bought a lot of cars. My Subaru Specialist, Sergio Morales, was outstanding. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I trusted him from the start and had complete confidence in him. I’ve never met anyone who new more about the product he was selling. He really is a Subaru Specialist!

I wanted to see if I could buy a new car at all during this time of limited availability due to the chip shortage. While my Subaru Ascent was having routine service I went upstairs to see what was available. I was able to buy the exact car I wanted! Kathy Quam arranged for a car to be sent from another dealer. Everything was straightforward with no games. She even picked me up when the car was ready for delivery! I bought the car in less time than it took to have the other car serviced!

Scot and the team were very helpful and best of all not pushy. They all addressed me and my wife throughout the negotiations. This was our first time driving a Subaru and we are very impressed. We chose the Ascent over the Highlander. Im 64 and it fit my legs slightly better, the console isnt quite as wide as the Highlander console. My wife is 54 and it was more comfortable to her also. She felt the seats fit her better and had better vision. It also drove easier, I know that sounds strange but it isnt as stiff when steering. The safety features were slightly better and it is hard to believe but it felt more secure and more quiet. The only draw back is Toyota has the hybrid option with 36 mpg and this is 21/26. That could be a deal breaker for some. Looking forward to 15-20 years of use from it. We keep our cars a long time and that is why we ended up choosing the Subaru Legacy.

I had a great experience purchasing my new cross trek from this dealership. My sales representative Felipe worked with my circumstances to make the process convenient, worked to make sure I ended up with exactly the car I wanted, and got everything resolved in a timely manner. Their sales team wont try and push expensive optional warranties on you, though they of course do let you know what your options are and help figure out if they make sense for you. Very happy with my overall experience and hope my continued service with them is up to the same standards.

Ive never had a better experience with a dealership. When it was time to buy, I contacted every Subaru dealership in our area. They provided not only the best price, but respected my time and gave me all the numbers right up front with no games. Theyre family owned and it really shows! They have a comfortable waiting area with wifi, snacks, and drinks if you want to wait for your vehicle. They never recommend unnecessary repairs and always do a thorough check if there is even a minor concern. They also wash and vacuum the car without being asked before giving it back to you . Theyll have our business as long as we live in the area.

After finding myself without a vehicle, I embarked upon what I generally find to be an unpleasant task... Car shopping at multiple dealerships, especially when a car is needed immediately.I prepared myself mentally for the hardball I would need to play to not get ripped off and hoped that the actual car I had inquired about would be in the dealers stock at each stop.Classic Subaru was the second of three or four stops I intended to make today. As I sighed and stepped off the elevator into the showroom, I was pleased to see the car I asked about parked right in front of me. I was greeted shortly after entering in a friendly, non-aggressive way and asked if I needed assistance. I told the person I had booked an appointment with Micki Floyd to look at 2 specific cars. The helpful man then told me that he was Micki and that the cars were ready for me to look at and drive. I was very pleasantly surprised. We took a look at both cars and took a test drive as Micki educated me on the 2 models I had come to see, their features, the difference between all the models I was looking at (not just Subaru), Subarus history, and how to operate all the safety and tech in the vehicles. When we returned from our drive, I asked for a quote with the terms I was looking for and let Micki know my budget. He offered me water or coffee and let me know hed be back shortly. Side note: they have an AMAZING, AMAZING coffee machine in the waiting area, which is worth the trip even if youre not shopping for a car. Seriously, great coffee! Micki returned within 10 minutes with a really solid deal and let me know I could take my time thinking about it. As I sat and enjoyed the coffee and thought about the offer, I saw another person looking at the Forester Sport I was considering. I felt like saying something like, please dont get in my car, so I figured that was the one and told Micki I was ready to take the car. At no point in the process, which took less than 3 hours total, was I pressured to buy anything I didnt want or pushed into a decision faster than I would have wanted. The financing and delivery of the vehicle were a breeze and everyone who worked there was super nice and helpful. Next time I buy a car, Ill only be making the one stop.To be honest, prior to the moment Micki introduced himself, I was very skeptical that Micki Floyd was even a real person and I thought the dealership was using a bot name Micki to communicate because of how promptly he had responded to my online inquiry the day before. Beyond what we spoke about related to cars and what I needed, he took the time to get to know about me, my family, and my interests to help me make the right choice. So incredibly impressed by the level of care and service by Haley in the Service Dept. We brought our 2017 Subaru Forester in for serving and she went above and beyond to not only address the initial issue we brought our car in for (noisy A/C) but to identify other issues and various options to resolve them. Reduced my rating. My last maintenance service I was charged twice to my credit card. This was a significant service cost $3500+ for tire, bearings, etc. To have it mysteriously charged twice to my card totaling $7k+ over two transactions was curious. I called the dealership about being charged twice and was told they only saw one charge and to call the credit card company. I called the credit card company and opened a dispute. The lack of concern from the dealership to correct the issue and telling me to call the credit card company is concerning.A brand damaging experience.I bought my Subaru from this dealership and always brought it in for maintenance.

Just purchased a new Forester from Classic Subaru and the experience from beginning to end was great. Our sales person Sergio Morales was super helpful. The sales manager and the finance manger were both great to deal with and made the process quick and simple.

We walked into Classic Subaru and were assigned to salesperson Kathy Quam - every potential Subaru owner should be so lucky. Extremely pleasant, interesting as a person, but SO knowledgeable about cars. Took us for a test drive on the model we were interested in - Crosstrek - pointed out all the amazing safety and convenience features, and we were sold. Then gave us a much better price than we were expecting, given how few cars are available for sale. We ordered a car with the exact features and color we wanted, and in just a few weeks they had it for us. It was then that Kathy really showed her value, taking over an hour to START to introduce us to all the great features of the car, with as many more tutoring sessions in the future as we can handle. It is truly a great car, and buying it, and learning about it, from Kathy is allowing us to fully enjoy it.

I want to thank Sergio J. Morales, for the outstanding service he provided me while I was looking for a Vehicle. On 3/11/21, I walked into Classic Subaru, located at 7700 Roswell Road, Sandy Springs Ga 30350, looking for a vehicle for my wife. When I walked in I was greeted by his manager Jaylin who right away introduced me to Sergio. At first I was only looking at cars and price matching and looking where I could save on my purchase. At this point in time I had already picked a vehicle at a different dealership, but I was there like I said just matching prices. While speaking to Sergio, he was able to deliver the information I asked of the vehicle. At the time we were looking at the Subaru Ascent, which is a new Vehicle that Subaru came out with in 2019. He was also willing to stay later so that I could test drive the vehicle however I advised him that I would buy it and get the vehicle the following day. On March 12, 2021, I met with Sergio to buy the vehicle. My wife was very happy with her new 2021 Ascent . Steve service advisor- terrible communication skills. You have to keep calling and texting to get information about my vehicle. I brought my vehicle in for diagnostics and service on Tuesday morning. No communication all day I had to text Tuesday evening about status of my vehicle. No Service or diagnostics was done till Wednesday. They continue telling me they were very busy and could not finish my services and diagnostics. Thursday Friday I had to keep asking, calling and texting about the situation. I finally received my vehicle back Saturday morning. I did not feel like I or my vehicle was a priority for Steve or Classic Subaru. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Finance department either can not do a simple payment calculation or they are dishonest. Tried to convince me that the extended warranty would increase my total amount paid by $72 over the course of the loan when it was actually $1296. Use an online payment calculator to check their math or just don’t buy a car here.

Stephen Freedman is amazing. I originally came in just to look, but after speaking with him and the rest of the team, I couldnt help myself. The experience here was relaxing with no pressure and a truly fun team. 10/10 would recommend.

I just recently bought my first Subaru from this dealership through the Costco auto program. The whole process was streamlined and trouble free mainly due to the professionalism of my designated sales ambassador Felipe Monsalve. He did such a wonderful job of showing all the numerous features on several Subaru vehicles and I opted for the outback. He spent a lot of time with me going over all the various features on the car. I will most definitely refer him to my friends and family. Also a shout out to all the other folks at the dealership who made me feel right at home. This is the first time Ive experienced this royal treatment when buying a new vehicle.

A dealer where they actually care about your interests. I went to this dealer to look around and find out about the features Subaru had on their cars. Important to say that was my third day visiting dealers (not Subaru). Went in and met a young salesman by the name of Bryer Newton. First of all this young man was not pushy (rare in a car dealership), and took all the time I required to talk features, colors, engines, test drives, and more. The best part is this team got me a deal much better than the one I had in mind. Even my insurance guy told over the phone that he paid more for his car and I was much younger (he had the same car). If you want a great car and an even better deal, go to this dealership and ask for Bryer.

I have taken my Subaru Crosstrek (purchased in New York) into Classic Subaru twice for service - once for a recall and once for warranty service. The service department has been great. David and everyone else was extremely friendly. The work was done quickly and professionally - easy and fast check-in and pick up. David said the car is in great shape and asked about whether the recommended maintenance had been done. But no sales pitch for any additional work. I would highly recommend Classic Subaru.
