Not this dealership specifically but Carvava as a whole. Abysmal service. First. Picked out a car. Proceeded with purchase. Got a call and car had been stolen (aka, car was sold to two people) so pick out another car. Found another, finally got it shipped to us. It was filthy upon arrival. Very excited for the new car and promptly washed it only to find giant scratches across the roof of the car down to bare metal. It was clear it had not been transported properly and the delivery truck had not raised the top level to a high enough level and rubbed the roof of our car. Car reeked when heat was turned on, so air filter had not been changed out. Spare tire was not in the trunk along with the car jack. Just absolutely horrible service and experience throughout.

I really wasn’t in the market for a new car. I had a mesage on the app that I was preapproved so I took a chance just to see what was going on … to my surprise I was approved with a 7% interest rate. So I looked for the car that I have always wanted. I choose the car, the process was so EASY. I was given the payment amount exact interest rate with that car offer Gap coverage and a warranty (protection plan), signed my paperwork online and was given a date for delivery. They communicated with me by text on my exact delivery date the car came. To be honest I was looking for a reason to send the car back cause you have 7 days to return for any reason. I fell in love with my car. This by far is the BEST car buying process I have experienced. I definitely recommend Carvana for your next car purchase.

After the initial excitement of purchasing a new car, I am now left with only annoyance and turmoil. The 2020 Ford Explorer that I purchased from Carvana started leaking oil less than 7 days after purchasing it. I was told to facilitate my own repairs for the car even though I’d just received it. After having one of their authorized providers check out the car, I was told to take it Ford. The Ford dealerships in Atlanta are overwhelmed, the allowance quoted to me for a rental car is much lower than the actual cost of a rental car. I am now expected to pay for a car that Ive had for less than two weeks even though it is leaking oil and Ill be without it for at least two weeks while Ford attempts to fix it. The only thing that Ive been offered in return for all of this stress is a $100 gift card that I wont receive for another 30 days. I am a working mother that purchased a bigger car at the end of my maternity leave and now that Ive returned to work, the car is unsafe for my family to drive. Carvana is the antithesis of an easy car buying experience. I am looking into taking legal action.P.S. The interior and exterior of my car was dirty when it arrived. I had to get it detailed the next day.Update on my review: Carvana has not adequately compensated me for my 2020 truck that is still leaking. I contacted an attorney. Additionally, it is also very difficult to get a representative that can facilitate change on the phone.

This review is to share my selling experience with Carvana. Due to a time crunch, I could not get a pickup or drop-off appointment on time. I requested Damir (advocate) to help me in any way possible. He got back to me in a short span and helped me sell it! If not for his support I could not have sold to Carvana :) Chelsea at the front-desk helped me expedite the paper works and even booked me an Uber back home :) overall I had an amazing experience!

I bought a car from them the first car kept shutting down whilst I was driving it so I asked them to exchange it when the car was delivered it had no mats or jack so I pointed it out to the delivery driver he told me they were ordered and I should get it in 48 hours. I had a flat 2 day ago at 3am and I had no way of changing my tyre and to date I still haven’t received anything from them other than run around from their rude customer service agents. I’m seriously considering legal action. STAY AWAY FROM CARVANA

If I could give this business 0 stars, I would.I got rear ended in early February, resulting in my car being completely totaled. I needed a car ASAP and chose to go through Carvana for their convenience. Originally purchased a vehicle, with a confirmed pick-up date on 02/26/2021 seen below. For whatever reason, this pick-up date was delayed four days until 03/2/2021, seen below. Carvana offered to reimburse me for my rental during this gap. I received a confirmation email with a final check-off list on 03/1/2021, a day before my car was scheduled to arrive. I returned my rental and was prepared to pick up my vehicle at 7:30 PM. I received an email on 03/2/2021 at 9:36 AM that my vehicle was delayed for another week, 03/09/2021. This is literally 10 hours before I was expecting to receive my car.I had no rental, no vehicle, and no means to get to and from work.At the most, Carvana offered me $200 in compensation, which is barely enough to cover the initial 4-day car rental from the first extended gap. They were unable to offer me any compensation for a car rental between the second gap 03/02/2021- 03/09/2021.I would NEVER recommend this nightmare to anyone, unless theyre comfortable doing business with a trash can.

I would give Carvana ZERO stars based on my first experience purchasing a car with them. The first car I reserved was taking over a week to make it through the process, only to restart through the inspection/detailing/picture process again. Which makes you wonder if thats an error due to incompetence or just total dishonesty and misrepresentation. Do they even have the car???? Who knows. My second car was supposed to be delivered on two different dates. At the last minute both times, someone called to say there was a delay. Literally 15 minutes before they were supposed to be at my home for delivery. Still no car. All kinds of excuses and no respect for a customers time. Totally unprofessional and cant wait to see if the car even comes. I will think twice about doing business with them again and definitely dont recommend.

We have been dealing with Carvana for almost a month now, and much to our disappointment, it has been a less than desirable experience. My husband purchased a car, scheduled for delivery ... that car was delayed 3 times. Ok - finally, we speak with someone, discover it is an emissions glitch, so we decide that this must be a crazy abnormal situation. We choose another car. Great - all set, right? NO! This car has now been delayed two times - once because the GA Emissions is behind, second because they LOST the keys. We were expecting the delivery today at 10 AM, get a notification at 9:20 that it has been postponed another two days. This is completely unacceptable. The executive team at Carvana has not done ANYTHING to improve our customer experience. This will be the LAST time we ever purchase through Carvana ... that is if we even complete this purchase, as we still do not have the car.

I had an appointment at 2 PM to sell my car, but they never showed up to pick up the car. I called the customer service, then they said the pick up team has 2-hours window which I have not been informed. Anyway, I waited until 5 PM, and I was calling the customer service more than four times while I was waiting. All representatives were just transfering other departments all the times. No one solved my issue. The bottom line is they DITCHED me!!!

*Honest Review*I purchased a car with them a couple of weeks ago on a Monday. It was in Texas so it was supposed to reach me the following Tuesday. I ending up financing through my credit Union because their rate was much lower than what Carvana was offering. This does cause for some leg work on the customer’s end since you are basically playing middle man to both. Carvana was supposed to reach out to me within 48 he’s with next steps. By the third day I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out to them. It was frustrating because they sent me an email with documentation to provided to my bank that evening and said if I didn’t get it to them by the next day my delivery was delayed. I didn’t appreciate the last minute notice, especially since they didn’t get me what I needed in the time frame they were supposed to. Anyway I ended up getting it to them and everything was good to go - or so I thought.I get an email the day before my delivery saying that it would be delayed (surprise!). I was upset because I’ve read all the reviews of this happening and I don’t understand why they can’t get it together. Long story short, it was delayed 5 days but when I finally got it I loved it!Tips: finance elsewhere for a better rate, have your stuff in order on both sides, expect a delay (and get compensation for it), and lastly have your car inspected during the 7 day window to avoid issues down the line.

DO NOT PURSCHAE FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I thoroughly researched this company before buying my first car. I wouldve rather sit in a dealership all day, which is what I was trying to avoid. They forgot to process my paperwork and then pushed my delivery date back 5 times before I actually got my car. The check engine light came on and they would not even tell me why. The advocates do not follow up and I have been disconnected from them multiple times. They do not even deserve a one star rating, its way too high and they do not deserve it. I dont even write reviews but I hope I am saving someone the stress that they have given to me. If I was anywhere near their headquarters I would be there right now. My car that I have had for less than three months now has issues and they are refusing to fix it. Its to the point where I see a Carvana tag and ask them about their experience to see if it was just me. ITS NOT! Everyone I have asked has had terrible experiences. My co-workers vehicle stopped working in the middle of the highway less than a month after receiving her car. This company is ridiculous and I hope they shut down.

Love my car, but the experience has been a bit rough. I’m not able to drive my car because my temporary plates expired before I could receive my actual one, and I was told they couldn’t reissue me another temporary plate (then when I spoke with someone else, they said they could). Now I have to go through a whole process just to get my plates. I understand that there are delays because of covid, but this could have been handled a lot better.

They didnt perform an inspection on the vehicle, which showed up with multiple sensors going off and undisclosed imperfections, Carvana rep was completely unhelpful and have not been able to get in touch with their customer experience. Would much rather go to a dealer

Did everything online. Although we had a delay with pickup. I just thought it was weird to not have the car cleaned before customers pickup appointment. I had a 1145 am, after I signed my papers, they told me the car needed to be cleaned. I was told They were having trouble because the previous owner was a pet owner and dog hair was everywhere and they seen fleas. I was like this shouldve been took care of before hand. I came back around 2pm, the car was ready but I didnt get to put my coin into the vending machine. The guy just pulled up out front. The staff was cool and the process was dope. Love my maxima platinum

Car came poorly detailed and needing brakes. However Carvana did give me a check to get it detailed. As far as the brakes, they did take care of that too. Thats why it is 3 stars and not 1. The place that I took it said that they get 7-10 cars a day from people who have bought from Carvana because Carvana does not service their cars at all. So just be warned. You will need to do stuff to the vehicle after you get it. But, like I said, they did take care of it which is why I gave them 3 stars. Just expected normal stuff to be checked and the car to actually be clean. The guy that delivered it even felt bad.

HII !!! normally I never write about a complaint, but this time, if I write it is because it seems very unfair that such a large company makes fun of you. I bought my car on December 18, 2020 and it is only 6 months old, I have already spent on some mechanical defects of the car. They give you a 100-day guarantee, they buy you with that, pray that in those 100 days something happens to your car, otherwise they wont fix it. They speak of quality, when it is notttttt. My recommendation is, when you buy it, bring a technician to see it. But thats not all, I called after 4 months because the front side of my car is coming off, I sent to them photos and they did not mind answering me. The person who answered me told me that I took a lot to wash my car, thats why it was coming off. As you know, dont wash your car if it doesnt start to coming off. I hope they dont insult me anymore by giving me their phone number so that I can call them.The only thing that remains is to go to the defense of the consumer, I hope that one day so many complaints will be gathered, that we can do justice.

Absolute worst car buying experience of my life….first I complete everything online and wait a week to go pick up my car I get to the dealership and apparently no one has looked at my account all week and even though they sent me a text to come pick up the vehicle when I get there they couldn’t release it to me because none of my information has been verified…so I had to wait 2 HOURS!!!! On the phone with customer service and someone there to get my car verified and released…then they sold me a car with no oil in it and refused to give me oil…I purchased an Audi which only gets 2 oil changes a year and I have to get one for a vehicle I just purchased…not to mention it’s been 3 months and I still haven’t received my referral check either…this has been the worst car buying process ever and no one even attempted to provide me with any help just a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

My experience has been nothing but bad. I never got a quote on my car after a month. They rescheduled my drop off 5 times. Now theyre telling me I have to come pick it up. They never once offered me anything for my trouble. Ive waited over a month now. Everytime I call They just put me on hold over and over again.

Carvana is extremely beneficial when it comes to ordering a car from the comforts of your home. However, it’s a big inconvenience when discrepancies happen and they have no office that you can physically go to to resolve. I originally purchased a car that required a $4800 down payment, which a few days later I traded it in for a better car with a lower down payment. The representatives assured me that once the down payment was processed, they would overnight me a check for the difference. The $4800 was charged to my account on 8/16. It’s now 8/24 and I still don’t have my check. The finance department is extremely hard to reach and every representative says that they will call back once they can reach someone. My issue has been unresolved for quite some time. Tired of getting the run around

From broken bumper clips to tow truck delivery missing pick-up on the second delivery. Then needing a new battery ending up in vehicle emissions failure, drive cycle failure (not to mention the scheduled delivery, then advocates stating it was ready but blame emissions) why schedule a delivery if the vehicle is not ready? Just tell me that. Not destroy my car buying experience the way car buying should be another tow truck missing its delivery this morning. I literally can take a Lyft or walk there like I have been for the inconvenience this experience has been. I have a baby daughter and we have been waiting outside for 43 minutes and on hold for 20... I just want a car. not false promises.

This company has really let me down. My delivery was delayed multiple times which cost me because I bought car insurance starting the original delivery date. Then they said they would reimburse me. I have not received anything and its almost October. Then they said registration would be taken care of, paperwork submitted and paid for. The car was delivered with a temporary plate and I was to receive my actual plates within 2 weeks. No plates and temporary tag was about to expire. I called and they said to wait a couple days then call back. Nothing so I called and was promised an extension on the temporary tag. Had to call back quite a few times to know the status since I hadn’t received the email or the document that was to be added to my “dashboard” on their website. After multiple calls I finally received the new tag and it was for Tenessee. I live in Georgia! They said it would be ok, that I can operate the vehicle. I still did not receive the Georgia plates so I called Carvana again. They said registration is through a third party and they have no access to the information or any way to contact the third party to see what the issue was but it said “processed” in their notes. Then I called my local tag office. They said they received paperwork but Carvana never paid. I asked how much and it was $20. I figure fine I’ll pay but the tag office hours of operation are during my work hours/closed on weekends and I won’t make it on time unless I request time off from work. I am a teacher of small children and not able to just call out. Carvana said they would reimburse me the $20. So I felt alright with that even though they should’ve handled it originally as the process is supposed to be handled. Temp tag expires October 7,2021. I figured I should be able to get my official plates by then. Well today, September 27,2021, I got pulled over on the way home from work because they saw the original temporary tag was expired but then I showed them the Tenessee temporary tag. They looked it up and it was not on file. It was fraudulent! Now I have a ticket and have a fine to pay for driving an unregistered vehicle even though Carvana set that tag up and said it was legit. I trusted them! I have called and spoken to 5 different people (I talked in a calm, professional manner because its not the current representative’s fault, its whoever set up the tag and the third party registration personnel) and each call has gone blank!At the beginning of each call they state that they work from home because of Covid so if the call is dropped they will call right back. None did! I have been on hold on the phone waiting for another attempt to have them fix this mess. I tried the automatic call back system. I tried the texting route. And no help! This is really awful and I plan to leave as many poor reviews as possible to warn everyone and even sue if I have to. This must be made right.

Car # 1 we attempted to purchase: could not be released because of a safety issue - parking brake would not release. So we drove an hour plus back home with no car. Had to wait for two weeks for carvana to return our check to proceed with another car..Car # 2 - this was delivered with significant body scratches not noted online and likely from transport. Carvana was going to fix those at no cost so we agreed to keep the car. Car also only came with one key not two as advertised but they were going to purchase another for us. All good until a safety light came was on and the whole steering console wouldn’t work including the air bag. Additionally the Audi collision place and our independent German mechanic both stated there had been significant poorly done repairs to the body and that the damage to the top on the antenna required a lot of work. Mechanic also said our 2018 Audi Q3 had 2015 engine parts in it which he said was unusual - Q3 2017 and earlier engines have had many problems. and recalls. So we are returning the car and not purchasing another with Carvana. The only positive in this whole situation was they gave us a good price on the purchase of the car we planned to trade. I would be very cautious about buying from them or if you do, make sure to have it thoroughly inspected my an independent mechanic or dealer before the 7 days is up. Super time consuming, frustrating process. I’d give 0 stars if possible.

Quite interesting.. had a promising due date of the delivery of a car to my home and was canceled the same day that which was expected to be delivered. Received a lot of run around about when the resolve of the problem (AC was discovered to be blowing hot air the day of delivery (perhaps)) would take place. I learned that no matter how long a car has been sitting there (month(s) at a time, the 150-point inspection is done at the initial meet of the car. Once the car has been hit for a sale, then the rush of the need to have another 150-point inspection takes place, as if the car would perform in the same qualifying manner as before especially with the car being used. I dont know if I would recommend this place, but that process of the 150-point inspection before (and several weeks and months later) makes the company seem strangely incredible especially involving a used car.. 2015 Toyota Corolla S plus. It may not have been any good from the beginning.

Despite all of the negative reviews, I had a great car buying experience and I HIGHLY recommend carvana. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. I loved everything about it. It was in almost perfect condition. I decided to make a swap to a different car. ( you are allowed 3 swaps in addition to the first car) I did not swap because of any issue. Simply because I found a newer pathfinder with less mileage.My kids and I LOVED the car vending machine. Both times I picked up the vehicles the customer service was on point and it was quick in and out. One thing I will say is that I used my own financing company because Carvana’s was very high, it was a simply process of one phone call and the loan was set up. I have had my car almost 1 month now and have no issues.

0 stars. In fact, if I could go negative I would.I highly recommend any one looking for a vehicle to avoid Carvana at all costs. Ive had better experiences at major dealerships, craigslist, and small used car dealerships.I purchased my vehicle 5-15-2021. It is now 9-18-2021 and they have yet to provide registration or a title. I have gone through 3 temporary tags - each time going through an incredible hassle to obtain. Their customer service communication system is awful. Be prepared for long holds and not ever receiving call backs. The online portal is a joke.When I initially reached out for my registration and title - I was told I never purchased a vehicle from Carvana. Funny, as I had a signed contract, the car outside, a $7000 down payment withdrawn, and a lien. For the next week or two I reached out daily to convince the company that I bought a car from them. Turns out, a system error resulted in them not having any contract. So, they said they could rebuild a contract and it would take anywhere from 50-90 days for me to receive registration and title. I told them Id much rather cancel the transaction and purchase a vehicle through someone else. They told me I could NOT do this because I signed a purchase agreement (aka the sales contract). I told them it made no sense that they has this contract saying I could not return the car, but they dont have the exact same contract saying they must provide registration and title.I was told because they made an issue on their end that when I resign the rebuilt contract the registration and title would be provided in 7 days. Being that I apparently had no choice but to resign and it would be resolved quickly - I signed. After 7 days I reached out and was then told that nobody told me it would be done in 7 days, but rather 50-90 days. I provided the written proof via email that I was told this. The company then sent me $250 as an apology for the false information that convinced me to resign a contract that they had no record of.The next steps have been reaching out week after week for my registration and title and new temporary tags. I have reached out and been told everything is set and good to go on my end. Then, I receive emails and phone calls warning me my registration is at risk and I must complete the required documents asap. I reach out for these documents and signed them once. I continued to receive the warning communications. I have since received the same documents in the mail 3 times, signed and sent back. Theyve continued to send me the registration risk emails and phone calls.Im not in direct contact with Executive leadership that has been hopefully working to resolve these issues. They have finally taken me off the email and phone call warning list. However, the executive team has not been able to establish communication with the registration and title transfer team. We are still waiting and everything is still open.Throughout all this process I have been in contact with Carvana frequently. This means hours and hours of waiting on hold, requesting callbacks, being promised callbacks and never receiving them, being told I am lying more than once despite written evidence that I am not. Its horrendous. I was told more than 3 times that management or leadership would contact me back to resolve the case that never happened.I advise anyone to stay away. Shop locally where theres an in person team that will take ownership of the process.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING THROUGH CARVANA, NOT ONE BIT.The only reason I am giving my revise two stars is because I ended up liking the car a lot, but the actual purchase process was absolutely terrible. It took over four weeks for me to receive a car from when I placed my order. The first car I placed an order for had a delayed delivery twice and then I was not given any reasons. My second car I placed a order for (because I was tired of waiting on the first one) was also delayed once... and not for a good reason. The reason it was delayed is because the dealership didnt do their job, and cancelled my appointment AS I WAS ON MY WAY TO GET IT. They said it was because they had not gotten the emissions done on it yet, so that took 3 days for them to do before I was finally able to get the car.Once I got the car, the dealership was NOT CLEANED AS THEY ADVERTISE, and this is amid the time when the delta variant is spiking high again. It took 15 minutes of standing in the lobby for anyone to even acknowledge me (and its a tiny lobby, I was straight up ignored). Then when the associate brought out my paperwork, he handed it to me without even explaining anything, went back to the back... and when I opened the folder, it WASNT EVEN MY CONTRACTS. They handed me contracts for a completely different person/sale. These documents included copies of the womans license, full vehicle contract and financing information and social security number. This could have been DISASTEROUS in the wrong hands. And the associate didnt even flinch or seem to care one bit when I brought the concern up that he had given me the wrong paperwork. He immediately had an attitude the entire time after that. I did not get the coin dropping experience, I didnt even get a smile from the associate I worked with. It was absolutely terrible. Every single part of the buying process.

The choice of cars is great and. all the pictures make it easy to shop. Good follow up after the purchase. Its just been the seven days, so if theres any issues - I will post again.

My experience at the Carvana in Midtown close to Atlantic Station was awful. The customer service was subpar with the exception of two people Wendy and David. Everyone else that I encountered was rude and uninterested in providing any customer service to me even though I was there for an appointment to pick up a car that I had already purchased. I didn’t get to experience my car coming out of the vending machine which was the whole purpose of me picking it up. And received no apology or explanation from the guy who told Wendy why I wasn’t able to experience such things. Just get your car delivered to you or expect to be disappointed with your vending experience.

1st and last experience. Only reason I used Carvana was they had my dream car. Using outside financing causes you to do all the work between the two companies. Hard to talk to a human after you get the car. Chat is a robot that hands you off to a text answer. Never again.

After three weeks of unexpected delays, and lack of any resolution, I had to cancel the car that I purchased.The only reason for the second star is for the customer service team that was very understanding and apologetic of the mess. I learned quickly through this experience that there is a lack of information available to customer service, and virtually no communication with the transportation team. I was able to find a better deal on a newer car at a dealership, and received more for my trade in! This was not a pleasant experience, and would not recommend unless you want to wait a month for your car.

Worst car buying experience I did not expect . I called and ask questions for clarity prior to attempting to purchase and was provided misinformation on what was acceptable . If you are a sole proprietor and would like to use your income please search elsewhere . Very disheartening, unprofessional, and inconvenient. Everything that was established was needed was provided and then turned away due to possible covid policy. They have fallen off tremendously. Poor communication, lack of experience and a big inconvenience to say the least. Ive been waiting to hear from someone regarding my scheduled vehicle pickup that never happened. Each time Ive called, Ive been placed on extended holds and no one can seem to get my issue resolved. The text option is worse. When the representative finds out the issue, they never reply back after they tell you that theyre going to reach out to your local hub. I Am HIGHLY FRUSTRATED! You have taken on more than you can handle and something needs to change now.

One star so far for THREE delays since order placed, with no human reach-out or explanation - only automated we cant predict the future e-mails/texts.Suggestion: provide a vehicle tracking tool for customers, and dont schedule pick-up appointments until the vehicle is READY. These delays cause ANXIETY and LOST TIME/WAGES/ETC.New pick-up time is 7/14 at 12:30. I sure hope Im not jerked around any further!UPDATE: 7/14 - Fourth delay. Emissions drive cycle cant be completed because nobody on staff can drive a manual transmission. Seriously? Order canceled.

This started out as a great experience until delivery day came and a carvana employee wrecked the truck I bought very small damage to the fender carvana said they would fix it so I expected the vehicle a few days later silver rock there insurance company reaches out and tills me to take it to a body shop for an estimate I do that even though I dont understand why I have to take time off work to remedy there mistake the repairs were approved and this is were they really drop the ball first Im now going to be without my recently purchased truck for a week they say they dont supply rentals but will reimburse me up to $40 a day for 5 days I need a truck to work out of a truck is $150 a day they offered an additional 300 still 500 short of the cost so now carvana wrecking my truck cost me $100 out of my pocket

I have purchased two vehicles from Carvana now and there have been pros and cons. Pros, easy and convenient to purchase a vehicle. Cons, I’ve experienced issues with the title and registration process during both. After paying off my previous vehicle and preparing to trade it back in to Carvana, I was told that a PDF copy of the title would be emailed to me to speed up the trade in process. When I called back to follow up the next day, I was told this wasn’t something they do...no problem and not the biggest of issues, but it did rub me the wrong way as I feel like I was told that just to end the call. I traded in that vehicle for a new one a couple of months ago and was informed that new license plates would be mailed to me (verbally and in my Carvana account online). With that in mind, I traded in the vehicle without removing the plates as they were now trash. When I received the registration two weeks later, I found out that the plates were “transferred” and new plates were not being mailed out to me as stated during the process. Now I must go through the process of filing a police report, going to the DMV and obtaining replacement plates....and without a vehicle since my temporary plates expired. Left 2 stars because it’s a great company overall so can’t fault the mistake of one to the entire business.

Selling my car. Carvana rescheduled my appointment without letting me know first so I waited at home for someone who was a no show. Fine. The gentleman who did the car documentation show up and was very courteous and efficient (reason for two instead of one stars). This was last Friday. WHY IS THIS CAR STILL IN MY DRIVEWAY 5 WEEKS LATER?!?!? I called them on Tuesday and was told someone would be out that afternoon. I spent 30 minutes on hold Wednesday and 45+ today (Friday). Communication and follow up zero and zero. Very nonplussed with Carvana. @Carvana - this car is in Stockbridge GA. You should be able to find me with that information.

I bought a 2017 Ridgeline from Carvana. They did not detail the truck properly. The truck had old tires and they gave us an old battery as well. the truck will not start and we had to pay out of pocket for the battery. When we called caravana for replacing the battery, they said it is out of warranty, which was not the case. I had a bad experience with Carvana and that is the reason for the 1 star.

I placed an order for a 2012 Subaru Impreza on May 26th with an expected delivery date of June 7th. On June 4th I was notified that there was a delay and the new delivery date was June 11th.On June 11th I got a confirmation from the truck driver that he was running an hour late and had me do the whole selfie/license picture. An hour later I get a notification of ANOTHER delay, literally 1.5 hours before he was supposed to arrive. It was blamed on a truck breaking down AND the truck driver not showing up by 2 different representatives.The next delivery date was set for today June 17th and I get YET ANOTHER delay notification 2 hours before the scheduled time due to the vehicle needing a state inspection. I argued my case on the phone, was promised a phone call back with an offer in 40 minutes. 1 hour and 20 minutes later I called back to find out the offer was a $400 credit.The original delivery fee was $490.I understand logistics are difficult in these current times but the lack of preparedness by the representatives (they were unaware of my previous delays until I informed them), the poor planning (2 delay notifications occurring within 2 hours of expected delivery time) and the offer of compensation that didnt even cover the delivery fee put an extreme sour taste in my mouth for a company and idea that I was otherwise excited to be a part of.

The reason I wanted to finance a car from Carvana is because my old car broke down. The first car I bought was a 2015 Nissan Leaf Ev. The fist day I had the car it did not charge properly. When I got off work I sat at a charging stating for 2 hours before I could make it all the way home before the car died. They picked up the car the next day. Then, I bought a 2017 Chevrolet Spark. The first few days were great. I truly believed this was the car for me. Then one day I went to get food and I sat in the drive-thru for 20-30 minutes and the car started to over heat. Before you know it the car was smoking. I had to pull over and let it cool down. I did a return on this car as well. Even though I have not had the best experiences so far I wanted to trying one last time. I went back on Carvana and now my down payments are way higher. I believe it is because I had two returns. My down payment should have stayed the same because these cars caused me multiple inconveniences. Finally, I would like to say the employees were very nice and worked to meet my needs. I wish things would have went better. If you are gonna get a car from Carvana just try to get a newer one or have a mechanic look at it.

Drove 3 hours out to get it from Albany and wasnt even there 20 minutes! But they had her there and ready to go (And with a full tank thankfully), just signed my few agreements and had the keys before I even thought about it. Quickest transaction for a car in my life! The advocate was polite and helpful considering it was raining like crazy that day gave it a good look and inspection and didnt bother with the test drive. The 188 miles back home was gonna test it enough. And it escaped the crazy traffic of Atlanta in heavy rain and made it home with flying colors. Quick, polite and simple. Ill happily buy another car from them in the future but for now Im extremely pleased with my little soul.

Excellent buying experience through Carvana online.I chose a 3 year old Ford Escape with 36k miles for my daughter that was sourced from a partner dealer. I financed through Carvana after concluding that it seems to simplify the buying process and would reduce potential hassles with the registration. Interest rate is definitely higher, but I will refinance with my CU eventually. Initial delivery appointment date was delayed on 12hr notice due to whatever...Not a big deal in my situation and we took delivery three days later. Car was super clean and vehicle had been accurately described. Carvana handled the registration promptly and plates were received by mail three weeks later. Long story short this transaction was pretty much the most convenient and least time consuming vehicle purchase I have ever made. Also, no dealer BS and ridiculous junk fees.

I had a bad feeling and called a week prior to the new delivery asking if everything was on track and was told it all looked good. Guess what?! What a surprise my car is delayed again! This time the 12 Volt battery is dead. Guess that 150 point inspection they rave about is really a load of bull. Well guess what, I should have to make plans and cancel them again to take delivery of a car that your company touts as being so easy to deal with and buy a car from. Not anymore!!! Guess who is cancelling their order? Just google Carvana delayed delivery, read the countless horror stories. Looks like Im just another one in the sea of them. Spend your money elsewhere, even if its a dealer. At least then you can see what your buying and better yet, youll actually have the car that day! I however ordered a month ago. I recommend VROOM over CARVANA anyday.I’ve been through several car dealerships an this is the WORST of the WORST of the WORST car buying experience I have EVER had in my entire life ! They lie about the 150 inspection process. Got approved for vehicle an my pick up was scheduled for 7 days later. Fast forward to day of pick up and got a phone call within a HOUR of scheduled pick up time saying my vehicle was being delayed due to check engine light. I was told it needs a new battery an will be rescheduled for new pick up 3 days later. Fast forward to day of pick up again and this time it was an email saying my car was being delayed due to check engine light AGAIN and I will receive an email for more details (Let them tell it) So this time, 2 days later it was delayed once again for further investigation. Got a phone call saying the vehicle needed a new catalytic converter and would take 9 more days to order and replace the part. Fast forward to 9 days later vehicle is fixed and parts are replaced. I was scheduled for another pick up in 4 more days!!!! Fast forward to the day before final pick up and was told my documents and check stubs were now outdated and my down payment went from raised an ADDITIONAL $6,200!!! Upon uploading new documents and check stubs, I was then told I no longer made enough monthly to afford the vehicle. Now mind you I was taking a day a week off of work to be able to make the scheduled pickups that kept getting delayed last minute! I was then told I needed another source of income of at least another 40hr check stub. Of coarse now, my last two check stubs were 32 hours instead of 40 ONLY because of taking off the days to pick up the vehicle. I advised them the only reason I don’t have 40hrs is because I was takin off to make the pickup and also have insurance on the vehicle.They cared nothing about that and totally overlooked my situation an still demanded their requirements. I then went on a rant about them trying to charge me for the repairs on the vehicle by raising the down payment a day before pickup. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and after about 15 minutes the hold music cut off. That was there way of getting me to hang up but I didn’t. So another rep got on the phone then I was told my new down payment lowered a whole $3,500 but never the original payment I signed for 3 weeks ago! (AFTER PUTTING THEM ON BLAST ABOUT TRYING TO GET THE COST OF THE REPAIRS out of me). Of coarse I didn’t have the funds they demanded at that time and gave me 3 days to come up with another 40hr stub or the payment they wanted. Long story short, THIS WAS A TOTAL SCAM and took nothing but losses dealing with Carvana. I was also out of a $340 deposit for the insurance that would take another 7 to 10 business to be refunded. They literally had me in tears due to frustration of a horrible 3 week process. I canceled the vehicle, went with VROOM and got the SAME car within 3 days! Not 3 weeks, 3 days! Carvana should not a business and was a total waste of my life and time. I will never refer anyone to them or ever do business with them again. There is plenty more i would like to add about this horrible experience but nobody has hours of time to read this review. Yea, it was that bad! I suggest VROOM over CARVANA.

Worst experience you could imagine purchasing a car. My delivery date was pushed back 6 times over the course of three weeks, they offered $25 a day for the delay but refused to pay the full amount I was owed, they damaged my car while transporting it (and only told me this after multiple phone calls of me insisting to know why the car kept getting delayed), and the car reeks of smoke. It ended up being much more of an inconvenience than going to a dealership- not to mention the costs of trying to get the smoke smell out. Save yourself the headache and don’t purchase from Carvana.

Good: Love how the car drives and its comfortable. Carvana willing to cover repairs.Bad: Car had been in an UNDISCLOSED WRECK and had other surprise issues. I never would have paid what I paid if i knew it was in an accident. Accidents affect value and reliability so I feel ripped off. I paid more than i would have elsewhere largely for Carvanas accident free policy, high standard of quality, and for the convenience. I have not experienced any of these factors. Its been anything but convenient trying to get the repairs handled.Either (1) Carvana did not conduct a basic visual inspection that would have revealed the prior accident (paint finish was different on one side), meaning they overpriced the car because they didnt account for a prior accident. An inspection also would have revealed the navigation was not working, brakes were aftermarket and noisy, and more. The only imperfections disclosed were a few light scratches.Or (2) Carvana saw the evidence of collision but withheld knowledge of the accident, misleading me to overpay for a car i thought was accident-free. I was told the accident was not disclosed because it wasnt on Carfax, but the last half of the cars life was not on Carfax. Evidence of the prior accident was visible in person based on bent trim and bad paint job. Also, a post-sale inspection revealed a compromised door should have been replaced for safety. .Currently, the car has been at the dealer for a full week, collision repair authorization paperwork is stuck with silver rock despite repairs being approved Monday according to carvana (today is Friday), and I continue to spend hours every day trying to move things along. Between me and my mom we have spent about $3k of our time based on our hourly rates handling things Carvana should have done before delivering the car (or before deciding to put it up for sale). This is like having a side job or extra client without getting paid. I am optimistic that repairs will be covered but i am still out many hours of my time and also resale value.Having sold me a car that had been in a wreck, Carvana should:(a) cover the repairs at a reliable high quality provider of my choice to minimize further inconvenience. (Or if its going to take more time, refund me the amount of the provided estimate and Ill get it done myself).(b) lower the price of the car to compensate for decreased value for not being accident free and in good faith for the inconvenience (refund the difference)(c) cover/refund the cost of Carvana Care.This would make me a happy customer.

Horrible experience sold me 3 cars with issues. Now waiting on my delivery of my trade in. My appt was set for 9:30 am today and my trade in never came. I have called Carvana numerous times and have asked to speak to a manager and never have been able to speak to some one in charge. You cannotspeak to the same twice. I have fallen through the cracks and it has been added stress. I have spoke to about 15 carvana operators. No one seems like they have a clue what is going on. Very disappointing.

She went out of her way to make sure we left happy! Not only was she responsive, kind, and attentive, you can tell she was a hard worker who went the extra mile to make sure we left happy! I bought a 2013 Scion FR-S on 1/21/21( delivered) the original delivery day was on the 14th, but was contacted about 4 hours before delivery time, saying there was a “unexpected delay” and rescheduled to the 25th. I had asked to leave early for work that day just to be home to no car. Rescheduled it to the 21st and called about what happened. Understood the explanation and was okay about an explanation and not just and email saying “unexpected delay.” Received a phone call on the 21st saying my windows made a funny noise and asked if I wanted it fixed with another delayed date. Disappointed was just not even the word for the way I received that call. Said “ just deliver the car.” Arrived on the exact time it was scheduled, everything went smooth, besides the fact the lady did not know how to drive a manual. Went inside and was happy. Until the next day when it was sunny and was able to see how filthy the car was from the outside. The inside was not cleaned whatsoever since the previous owner. Had to clean the car inside out. All in all it was an okay experience. Would I recommend Carvana? Sure. I guess.

I got my car from Carvana last year. I’m selling it this year. I made an appointment for pick up yesterday they came 10 minutes late. I was told that my vehicle would be picked up yesterday they never showed up there’s no communication with whoever they use as a third-party towing companyor Carvana truck, to pick up the vehicles. There is no time frame after I been told 24 hours unbelievable. Very bad experience. The customer service is bad, and no communication at all. You guys say you guys do fast delivery and pick up on time but that’s not what you guys do you need to do better as a company. I would not be recommending Carvana to anyone, and I will not be using them for the future this needs to change there’s no excuse why this should’ve happened at all. They need to have better communication, have a time frame and work it out regardless if your busy vey poor service not happy at all. My car had a 5-day delivery delay and they didnt tell me as to why. They notified me the day of my scheduled delivery(by text, no email or call), which makes me wonder how long they knew about the delay. If they did an inspection like they claimed, they should have been able to see that the car was in an accident and disclosed that.Im not sure what kind of inspection Carvana does on their cars, but if youre buying from them, dont just rely on that. I had called customer service about a cosmetic concern that wasnt shown on the website prior to making the decision to return the car. The representative tried to convince me that I didnt need to go see a mechanic to check out the car and that they could fix the issue for me. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund on my down payment.Overall, this was a terrible experience. If youre going to buy from this company, please schedule an inspection before your 7-day guarantee expires.

I tried to get specifics and was transferred around and around, emails go unanswered. Simple question could not be answered as to trim level of car. I spent countless hours trying to just get an answer, when vehicle was inspected... it was the incorrect trim level they advertised. At a dealership this would be a 10 minute situation resolved very easily. No Joke... Needless to say, I am soooo very pleased with everything. Let me not leave out Rebecca! Wow. The carvana experience is the best. The staff at this location specifically is really helpful, expedient, explain the process, do all the paperwork quickly and efficiently, and are overall a joy. I also spoke with a rep on the phone and she was fantastic. The website was so easy to navigate, and when I found my car I jumped on it. After purchasing my car online my delivery date was changed twice so I ended up waiting an additional two weeks just to get my car. Beforehand I was using my cash app account to pay for the car. They didn’t approve so i had to go through the process of having my boyfriend write a $2000 check for my deposit (to which Carvana had to approve). So I had to send pictures of the check and blah blah. When my car was finally delivered to me I handed them the check in person. Not even a week later they took an additional $2000 from my bank account (the account that they wouldn’t accept my money from originally) ..Of course I called them and they apologized and told me they will give me a refund. Its been almost 2 weeks and my refund has STILL not came...Thank God I’m financially stable or else this could’ve really hurt me. When I talked to customer service they acted like they couldn’t do anything about it- I just had to wait it out. Not even a kind gesture for the Inconvenience. Nothing! I found this unfair. I also found the whole process of getting the car a bit stressful as a whole. . The only positive is that I love my new car. Thank goodness !!

The delivery went pretty good but after that it fell apart as Carvana screwed my registration up royally and absolutely refused to do anything to rectify the issue. I spoke to six different advocates over the course of a week with each of them promising to call right back then disappearing for good. If you want a good after sale experience go elsewhere because you will not get any assistance from Carvana.

I bought a car from Carvana Friday the 19th, when I saw it I fell in love immediately. It was the car Ive dreamed of for the past couple if years and worked super hard to get it . It finally arrived, it was a 2013 VW CC Lux edition and i was stocked . Well, i went to a wedding for the weekend and I couldnt have been more happier and excited that I finally had my dream car . Monday came and I needed to run some errands, I get in the car, drove it for like 20 miles in total and the oil pressure sensor popped up. I turned off the car and I go check the oil, no problem . I called the vw Dealership and I brought it in . I was super bummed . I love cars a lot and it crushed me when I found out that it needs the engine replaced because of metal shavings in the engine . I knew that the sensor can pop up because of a lot of things but I still hoped that the worst case scenario would not happen to me. Tomorrow I am returning the car and this would be my first and last time buying from carvana .

I have purchased cars in the past, with all the run around, come back tomorrow or we need a little more down but this is the first time, no visit to dealership, no salemen. Carvana was true its word, low down and home delivery. I was shocked when the delivery driver drop off the truck, AT MY FRONT DOOR, I thank and praise God for you.
