He stated that he was just a guy that likes cars. He was so honest about all the information regarding my vehicle and the process. Also, not pushy at all. This was my first time buying a vehicle online, not seeing it in person. So yes, there was some anxiety because of that. Also, I had never bought a branded title vehicle before. Sam always quickly responded to texts, and also took pictures and sent me videos of my H2. That made me even more comfortable about the vehicle I was receiving. I had initially spoken to Sam in March, but we had to put the purchase on hold. 2 months later, the vehicle was still available, and we decided to follow through with the purchase. When I contacted Sam, he remembered everything we had previously discussed. Upon receiving our H2, it is everything we hoped for, and even more! It was immaculate. It is our new baby. We actually sent an overpayment, which they quickly refunded, with no problem at all. The contract was very clear stating everything possible about what you are buying. We were in the mileage radius to get a free delivery. The driver was very nice and professional, and showed up in nice equipment. Sam is the best salesperson that I have ever worked with, and it was a pleasure doing business with AX Autos. Thank you for our new beauty!

Salvage title: vandalized. Glass was broken. Now Ive taken it to Nissan: the rear defrost doesnt work(wire cut) Rear window has to be replaced (if it hasnt already) $1000.Seats (grinding when moving position) have glass in the tracks Nissan recommends replacement $8000 for both.Car looks clean outside, but smells inside like water since the glass was broken. Lazy detailer!I was ok with getting a key and floor mats $500.Dealer wouldnt negotiate on price, shady dealer!Kept talking about how good their ratings are, probably fakes!Ill be the first to post the truth!

Do not buy from this company! I bought the car 9/16, took for emissions 9/20 (it failed even though I was assured there was nothing wrong), brought car back to be serviced 9/21. My car is still in the shop (today is 10/3). I was given a loaner car….however they stated someone wanted to purchase it and would drive a new one out to me to switch….but when they got here the 1st loaner wouldn’t start (not the battery bc it cranks but doesn’t start) . So they were about to sell another bad car. They sent out two more people to work on it in my driveway all day….only to leave it in my driveway without even a word to me. The owner was here as well and did not speak to me at all. The car has been here 3 1/2 days so far. I am attaching pictures to prove (all 3 cars in the driveway are from ax auto) . if you buy a 2012 gray Honda civic from them, Just know it was broken down in my driveway right before you purchased it. I have requested a full refund and just them to keep the Caliber I purchased bc I have absolutely no faith that they will give me my car in drivable condition. I am filing a report with the BBB. Stay away from this company…..also they pay $20 gas money to customers to make a Google review before they leave the premises. That’s why they have all these good reviews. I had to edit mine……Update since their response is ridiculous: my car is NOT 21 it’s old. It is a 2009. I did not say anything about having a mechanic in my family to look at it. That is also irrelevant because they sold the car on a lie!!!! I would never have bought this car if they told me the actual codes off the diagnostic instead of a lie. CROOKS!! Anyone can feel free to look me up on Facebook or Instagram and message me for more details. I will be glad to steer you away from this shady business. By the way, my car was returned to me and is still not drivable because of transmission issues (which is what they hid in the beginning)

I had an excellent experience buying my car (2010 Infiniti G37 convertible) from Ax Auto. I worked with John on his first day and ended up being his first sale! Everyone was very helpful including the Finance and General Manager. I waited a week to make sure the car was good as advertised. I drove 76 miles to get it home. Did have an issue with the front left caliper sticking. Took it to my mechanic on Monday. Replaced the two front calipers. They gave the car a clean review with no other issues found.Great car, Great service, and great price! Will be back to buy another car from them in the future.

Its been 3 weeks now and i had some repairs done to fix heat issue, screen replaced, backup camera... So i did pay that cost out of the pocket. I emailed service team so many time and they asked me to bring in the vehicle to their shop to take a look. Since i am out of state i couldnt go in as I am out of state. I really didnt like their professionalism and the sales lady keep on pushing me to get her 5 star rating at the time of purchase. So far very unprofessional team and if you are out of town and buying any vehicle please be aware. If you are locally then its your choice.

Horrible place to buy a car! They sold me a 370z with problems and are refusing to fix the car. Originally they agreed to fix and kept my car for weeks and even brought back multiple times because they couldnt fix correctly. Finally, they just told me they couldnt fix and told me to pick up take somewhere else and offered me $100. At this point they are refusing to answer calls and emails. Horrible place and even worse customer service. ****update**** they finally reached out to me and agreed once again to fix the car. I found them multiple options and put them in contact with the people who had the parts to fix the car. Surprise Surprise once again they have stopped answering emails and my car is still broken. At this point it seems I will have to take them to court to get my car fixed. I have given multiple and way to many opportunities to fix this issue. So I wish I could take away the 1 star because this place continues to lie and not stand behind what they say and they continue to make it clear that customer satisfaction and selling a car that functions properly isnt their concern.

I wish there was a 10 star option for AX Auto. My wife and I drove from chattanooga, TN. We spend 2 days in Atlanta looking at 7 minivans, the second day we found AX Auto. We came knowing what we wanted and unlike other dealers they didn’t try to push into something more expensive or different than we had asked. Eric our salesman was both patient and considerate of our every request. He and his manager respected our wishes to think it over and 3 hours later we were able to drive off with a beautiful ( new to us) 2014 Honda Odyssey!!!

I’m kinda sad that after having my car for six months my transmission went but that’s all in the name of sales.I take full responsibility because they did tell me that the car had a rebuilt title, didnt know what that meant, did not know thats what all their cars come with because that is their specialization. They could not even give me an oil change after buying the car. I had to do that myself the day after because I took the car to a mechanic and said that needed to be done and also they couldnt not even do common curtesy and put gas in the car. I have never seen this. Also when I was looking for a new car I found out that they cancelled the the warranty. The car was not even full 6 months since I had had it. I personally would not recommend because of my experience but I am sure other people can share different sentiments. I will say they gave me the car fax but that was it. When I went to different dealership to trade the car in everybody sat down and went through it with me thats when I found out the car was in a very bad accident, the pump in the transmission was no good and so it was only a matter of time before it went which is what happened. So the issue was there was just a matter of time before it surfaced. The Nissan dealership told me I was just the unfortunate buyer. So I will take my loss. I was told it was not a safe car. I really loved that car. It was my first as well. I definitely learned from this experience though so thank you.
