They have a great selection. Honest customer service as well. I thought I had to replace the house alarm back up battery. Come to find out, battery was still fully charged and was told so. They could have easily sold me another battery, but didnt. I like honesty in all places of business. Ill always do business with Batteries Plus.

I requested my old 377 button cell be checked before the final transaction of a new one, because I had doubt as to whether my clock was defective or whether the battery was dead...The old battery did not last long as it should have...The store agent graciously checked it for me... Additionally, I was surprised that their price beat Walmart, Home Depot and Lowes.

Bought battery online and they replaced it. So easy! Be sure to get your money refunded for giving back the old one..it was worth $18. They also will check your battery for you! And they do key fobs for cars, program and all.

The technician wasnt working on the day that they said an appointment was available, so I drove to the store for nothing -- even though I had booked the appointment several days in advance. Then, upon arriving, a 30min wait estimate turned into 90mins. Luckily, the battery replacement has worked well and the staff was nice, hence 2-stars instead of 1.

The supervisor/manager was most helpful. He assisted with making sure that the light bulbs I ordered were correct and he offered to recycle/dispose of the light bulb that I brought into the store was taken care. I was expecting poor service and high cost, but found quite the opposite. The dude replaced my iPhone battery quickly but carefully while simultaneously training two new hires and serving other customers. He was polite, professional, friendly and helpful with everyone at all times. I came away impressed and willing to do more business with B+B.

My service tech Andy was very honest with me as it related to the cost of getting my phone up and running again. He gave me best case scenarios and worst case scenario. I needed a battery for my car and key fob so I thought this would be the place to go.... it was far from that! I was over charged for “new” batteries that didn’t work. The manager told me that “my car was the problem”.... after spending less at my local shop in Tucker, Ga. everything worked fine. I tried to return and ask for my money back but I never got a refund.

Stopped by to get a phone charging cord for the car- basic cord like every gas station sells. All they have is a 10 cord and I guess were sold out like this is fresh news. How lame can you be? You should get a 🏆. -Waste my time. I really do not get it. Maybe they do not want to spend any money on stocking this type item, but it is a loss of business for them.

Came in 4/20/2019 I needed a battery for my key fob the young lady that was there gave me two options she spoke kinda fast lol, so she explained again so I ended up getting the lifetime warranty, she was so quick with changing the battery and I had just handed it to her when she asked was my car outside and walking to test the new battery!! I needed to buy a bulb for my cars headlight which the store had. I asked the stores associate named Matthew if he might be able to help install the new bulb and he gladly accepted. I went there after Best Buy couldnt match my laptop power adapter. The guy at Batteries Plus Bulbs couldnt match it either, but he went online to look for my adapter. It wasnt available online either, but he was able to advise me not to try a higher voltage power supply and possibly harm my laptop. Its great to get advice from a knowledgeable, and quite handsome, guy. I cannot recommend this place enough.

These folks were so pleasant, I took in my phone to get a battery and they did have the battery, unfortunately the problem was with my phone, but they were gracious enough to check it out and attempt to verify that the problem was the phone and not the battery which was charged and I was able to get a refund right then and there. I feel bad I couldnt make the sale since they were so kind and helpful to me. I would definitely recommend them.

I had dropped my iPhone for the last time and I thought it was over and done with. My home button was hanging, my volume buttons were not working, my screen was severely damaged until Matthew came to the rescue. He made my phone new again (well as new as it could be.) Great place to drop off batteries/bulbs for recycling instead of trashing them. Went in with some dry alkaline batteries and a halogen bulb, and was immediately greeted by an employee who took them off my hands. They even take exploded batteries!
