Plain and simple: RUDE customer service. I called to check on a same day delivery order I placed. I spoke with Kirsten. She was dry, short, and inattentive. I may have overlooked the poor customer service if it was later in the day but it was 10:30am. The store JUST opened. I hope that my order gets processed correctly and delivered on time.

Poor customer service called from another party city to confirm an item and was told they did have that item in stock get there no one knows what I am talking about. I did not get I can help you with that attitude.

Very bad customer service. It took us 30 minutes to select the balloon, get helium filled and get out. The place has amazing stuff but the staff is rude and gibberish

This is a great store. But it is the employees that can make or break a business. Not very helpful and more rude than nice. Should be glad to have a job. Visit store on April 27, 2021 at aprrox 430p.

Lines werent long except for Superman, which wasnt too bad. Only downside,ad u was going into the line for Batman got turned away. Once I left, it was up again. Smh but would definitely go again !

Spent WAY too much money on foil balloons that didn’t even last a day. Didn’t have birthday balloons for my birthday party with friends nor for the celebration with my family.For background: my boyfriend placed an in store pick up order online for two number balloons and two party balloons (champagne bottle and glass). The initial blow up of helium was great and we were told that these balloons should last one to two weeks. The balloons deflated by the time the party started, despite us picking it up the day of the party.The manager said it was probably due to the cold weather. However, the balloons were experiencing deflation within the store and in my room (which also stays at a very steady temperature).The manager gave us a bandaid solution and refilled the balloons with helium — which would’ve been great had the balloons lasted the second time around too.I’m really disheartened by the level of service and product quality. I am kindly requesting a refund, as these balloons were absolutely useless for the purpose they were bought.

Nothing wrong with the party city but there are always marketers outside harassing customers

You can find all kind of party stuff. Staff are always helpful. Bit expensive, but worth the money for those who, “quality matters”.Recommendation: Have a visit, you won’t regret.

Great buying experience yesterday when the bill was $90. But I wanted to return an item which didn’t fit in the decor and the girl on the counter said it looks opened .. it was not. She checked with someone in charge and when that lady said it’s not opened they took my return. I still said thank you (being courteous)...no response. Really sad that the girl on the counter had no manners.Please do not stereotype people! Learn to respect ALL your customers. Not just people of a certain race.

Waited for 30-40 minutes to pick up curbside online order. We ordered online for curbside pickup only to have a faster run, but that did not happen. Seems like we can shop in much lesser time if we directly go into the store. very irritating experience .

What in the world is a helium shortage? I have never heard of such a thing and neither has Google. I went in for balloons and was told there was a state wide helium shortage. All I left with was unwarranted attitude. Store isnt organized well and the employees act as if you are killing them if you inquire about one of the products. Ill go elsewhere next time.

Online delivery orders beware. Paid $65 for a graduation balloon arrangement pictured on the website. Instead was delivered a small box of balloons. All assembly required.. material cost had to be less than $10. Complete rip off.

Purchased balloons and had them filled Friday afternoon to have ready for Saturday after lunch party. When we woke up, the balloons already fell on the floor!!!The customer service at this store was horrible!!!

Online shows the timings for party city is 9am to 9pm, but this store always closes early, dont know why. I visited 3 times till now here and every time the store closed early and wasted my time. In my recent visit, the experience was much more unpleasant from a lady with too much attitude. Avoid this store !!!

I love this Party City. Its always neat and clean, even during Halloween season. And for a place with this many products, Im very impressed. The customer service was great as well.

Good selection. Fairly clean store. I went for balloons. The latex balloons with numbers were not organized, they were all mixed together. Id recommend asking about their helium supply before ordering balloons, just in case they are expecting a helium shortage.

No one at check out. Have to wait more than 20 min to find someone to check out.

Party city has nice employees but check your receipt because the discounts or specials do not ring up. It took the very nice manager 10 minutes to figure it out but he did it and Im grateful. The sign said BOGO and the computer did not.

Every time i come in this location, which is ALOT since i am a baker....i stand in the shortest line for 15-20 minutes! They always have only one employee on the register! They’re so slow!!! They move with no purpose whatsoever! Management needs to fix this or hire more proficient workers!!!

DO NOT BUY HELIUM BALLOONS HERE. They often run out of helium and will likely not have it when you need it. This is one of their core businesses, yet they are unable to effectively manage their supply chain. If the helium shortage makes it impossible to have a regular supply, they shouldnt sell helium balloons or at least not with the promise of filling them up.

This is Great. I threw a birthday party for my 1 yr old and everything was practically on sale here.

So I love party city but we moved to Dunwoody 7 months ago and the service is terrible. I am referring to the location in Ashford Dunwoody road. One time they told us we could not get balloons because there was a helium shortage in the state and it was fake... They have done that to my sister as well. I think the employees at that location are lazy and not helpful at all.

Ordered 3 of a paw patrol kit for store pick up. They sold me 2 complete and one incomplete kit without letting me know. Why would you accept order for 3 kits if you only have material to make 2 kits?? It’s like ordering g 3 cakes and getting 2 cakes and flour and butter for 3rd because bakery was out of eggs!! What am I supposed to do with incomplete kit even if I was not charged for missing items?How stupid is that?? And then to top it all they have horrible customer service and arrogant workers! Complete DBs!

Its hard to get a Menorah and candles for Hanukkah, but Party City was able to provide me with an electric Menorah. Thanks to that, I was able to teach my non-Jewish friends about the 8 nights of Hanukkah and the history behind it.They also were able to provide me with different Dreidels that had English and Hebrew on it together so I was able to teach my friends how to play the dreidel game.They even provided Gelt for it.Very good. Patient and courteous customer service

There were two employees and 4 lines of customers. 30 minutes til closing at 6 pm. Curbside, balloons, order online/ pick up in store and walk-ins. I walked out without purchasing. Dont offer the options if you cant service everyone.

I would like to share my experience with this store. They will not tell about return policy while buying the stuff and they dont put any note also anywhere in the store. But when you go to the shop to return if you didnt like whatever you bought they will tell new rules that we dont accept returns for these items. They will say you need to come on saturday if you want to talk to my manager.Return policy is very bad. They will say return policy is 30 days on the receipt but thats not true. They will not publish any where in the store and they dont tell while buying also. The lady who tells she is boss for the shop dont give respect to the customers and if you talk more she will say come on Saturday and talk to my General manager.

I needed a small bouquet of balloons for my 2 year olds party. Nothing crazy. I walked over to the balloon area and asked excuse me, how long would it take for a small bouquet of balloons? and the girl gave me the nastiest look and said well there are like 3 people in front of you, so like a half hour. seriously didnt need to be so rude about it. I will NEVER go back. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Party city going downhill, sadly. We got 2 costumes didnt check while at store in the package. We got to festival to wear them in package of both were missing items that said on packages was included. I tried in store to get balloons for a party tonight they didnt have helium... sad, we will not go back to this store.
