Took them over an hour to replace one tire. I rotated my tires yesterday and, noticed the tech could not be bothered to take the old weights off my rim to properly balance it. Also he did not put anything back for the spare. To mount and balance a tire should really take less than 15 minutes. I assumed in the extra time they had taken, they would given extra attention, don’t let them fool you

Nicole was exceptional! I was in a pinch and within just a few hours she got the tire I needed delivered to her location and had it installed. They also cleaned my car a bit. I called Thursday evening to ask if someone would be able to take a look at my car tires the next morning. I was having a problem with the car shaking, and was told by an employee that it would be no problem to bring it in the next day, and they would be able to take a look in the morning. She also informed me that if there were a problem, there were no available appointments, which is totally fine. So the next day, I bring my car in at 7:30 and they tell me, quite rudely, that they can’t look at my car and that I’d need an appointment for the following week. Complete incoherence.

I worked with Mr. Nelson who was in deed busy working the front by himself. I also want to first start with the comment that I 100% understand that companies are understaffed due to the pandemic. However I had an appointment set for 1:00pm and was told my vehicle would be ready for pick up at 5pm. I came back at 4:30pm and my car was sitting in the same spot and the I inquired about where my car was in the process. I was told that they are understaffed and any car brought in after 12pm should be expected to be left overnight. This is totally different than what was communicated with me and there was no apology for the inconvenience or any remorse, I understand we are still amidst and recovering from a global pandemic however customer service should still be paramount as we are still required to pay regular price for services. I was very disappointed in the customer service and response to my car not even being diagnosed in a 3 hour span.

Save 100’s and Receive the best deals on top-of-the-line tires, oil changes and parts at Tires Plus..Jonathan, Bellamy and front desk receptionist were super busy the afternoon I went in but, handled my appointment quickly and efficiently. The interior was standard with no fancy bells and whistles but, with service and product discounts like these you can enjoy a nice dinner for 3 with the money saved, at any of the fine restaurants lining this popular street. Which is exactly what we did! Thanks again!

On Tuesday evening I scheduled an appointment for an oil change 8:30 am Wednesday. After I reorganized my schedule to be at the appointment on time I arrived to be informed that Tires Plus has no oil in stock. I asked if they had just run out this morning and was informed that they had been out since yesterday afternoon- before I scheduled the appointment. I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know that they were not going to be able to preform the service, or to have been scheduled at a time when oil would be present at the location so that I could have my oil changed.

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE... They didnt complete my order. Waited Over 3 hours for a Oil Change that NEVER happened. Was told by Glenn Nelson 3 hours later that they STILL have to order a oil filter even tho that was the 1st thing he said he needed to do when we initially dropped off the car. Due to having business to do I had to finally just get back my car without the needed service done. VERY Disappointed!

Been here 5 or 6 times over the years and its consistently been a positive experience. Never gotten the hard up-sell, which I appreciate. The staff is respectful and courteous.Most recently after a bad date with a pothole, was pleased to find that the roadside hazard insurance Id taken on a previous purchase got me a replacement tire for $33. Nice!

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Tires Plus. I went in yesterday for a flat repair, was told they would not be able to get to it that day and offered to make an appointment for the next day, the employee confirmed the time and noted I would be waiting for the repair, not dropping off. When I came back today at the appointment time I was told I would have to drop off the car and come back tomorrow to pick it up. What happened to customer service? I will not be coming back to this location.

STAY AWAY. We have used this place for many years and have recommended it to countess people. They used to be friendly and fast with reliable, good quality work. Something has changed of late. I know the pandemic is hurting a lot of service companies but they seemed to go out of their way to treat us as bad as this. They cant even answer their phones during business hours anymore. Told the manager that I wouldnt be back after using them for 10 plus years. He didnt seem too concerned.

What a great place and awesome experience. Showed up at 7 oclock, doors open 730, pulled my vehicle in at 7:40, Repaired my tire and remounted it back on my vehicle by 8:15. The best thing comes next, he handed me my keys and said youre all set. I asked how much and he said no youre all set!!! The gentleman at the Piedmont store was so awesome!

I can’t rate my experience at the store as I was turned away. I understand that everything is crazy right now, but this morning I had a blown out tire and AAA didn’t have the tools to help me put the new tire on ( very odd). They claimed they needed a certain hex key which I called the tire shop to see if they had. They wouldn’t listen when I said the shop had helped me before ( meaning they have the tools to help me) and told me to go to my dealership. I was able to get an appointment with a competing tire shop and they helped me without a problem. I would like to say thanks to the man on the phone who actually went so far as explaining the difference between a rubber wheel and a rim...( a bit insulting ) and turned me away. If you are a tire shop you should have the tools to put on a tire.

Absolute WORSE and horrendous customer service! This place takes ZERO accountability even when they screw up and despite several repeated e-mails, phone calls and in-store visits, they were not able to fix the mess that they themselves created. My girlfriend took her 2017 Lexus RX350 to this location about 2 months ago and they forgot to give her back her wheel lock. When she realized after a week that the wheel lock was missing, she called TIRES PLUS to inform them and they said - Oh, were sorry but we forgot to give it to you. Let us mail you another one. Several days go by and there is absolutely zero communication from their end and still no wheel lock in my girlfriends mailbox. She then called them again and spoke to this gentleman who goes by BARRY and he said - Sorry maam but we dont have this in stock and we will have to order you a new one. We will mail it to you as soon as we get a new one. Again, no communication for the next couple days. When she called back to check the status, they told her to drop by their location to pick it up. She rushes out of work and drives there for about 45 minutes only to find out when she arrives at the location that the wheel lock has still not arrived from LEXUS. At this point our frustration levels are about to hit the roof but we decided to give them one more chance. My girlfriend then e-mailed them in the following days and left several voicemails with the reception and with other agents for BARRY and every time they told her that he wasnt in the office and will call back which he never did. After that I made a few long distance calls (I live in Toronto, Canada) to them and asked them about the status of the wheel lock and I got the same response that Sorry Sir, we still havent received it from LEXUS. How long does it take for a wheel lock to be shipped and delivered? Its one of the most simplest and easiest parts to find. BARRY assured me when I spoke to him that he will mail it out the next day but that never happened. My girlfriend called them again earlier last week and still same response. To this date, we have NOT RECEIVED the wheel lock from TIRES PLUS and are super upset and annoyed at their virtually non-existent customer service and their handling of this situation. I would give this place ZERO stars if I had the option to. Id highly recommend going to some other place for your tire needs. Neither I nor my girlfriend are EVER going to recommend them to anyone else. Save your money and find a place that values your time, is honest and doesnt have a bunch of customer service representatives who no nothing about customer service.

HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!! I took my 2015 Dodge Charger to this location because of my engine light being on as well as my heat motor not working on 02/22/2020. The staff told me that I needed to make an appointment for Sunday 02/23/2020, which I did and met the appropriate appointment time. When I arrived, the place told me I had to come back Monday 02/24/2020, to get the assistance I needed because the technician that does the maintenance I required, doesnt work Sundays.On Monday 02/24/2020 at 9am, I came back at my appointment time as told. They charged $99.00 for a full diagnostic of the car that they say is standard. The guys did not seem welcoming, but a bit annoyed and aggravated that I returned. They didnt bring my car into the back to receive a diagnostic until 12:30 PM. Around 1pm, they told me what would be wrong with the car, which was in the mid 300s.After 2 days of the car being fixed, The engine light came on again. I had a diagnostic ran on the car again and the same code presented itself again. I then made another appointment to take my car to the same place after notifying them of the issue on the 03/04/2020, when I arrived, the same treatment from the staff repeated itself and instead of trying to figure out the issue, the staff member who I spoke to that I believe was the manager, chose to over talk me as I spoke to him and try to argue with me about the issue and charge me over again. I would never, ever recommend this place for assistance on your vehicle. They seem to only want to treat certain people of their liking with respect.

The management hires unethical employees and they will will lie directly to you. If they blatantly lie just to get you in the door, what else do they lie about?I called for an oil change and spoke with Jonathan. I asked if there was any availability in 10 minutes. He said yes, he would work me in. After he took my information, I reconfirmed, “My car will get an oil change right when I get there?” Jonathan said “mmhm.”I get there, place is packed and Jonathan said “yeah, I’ll work you in. 45 minutes to an hour.”If management hires people like this, are they also unethical? What are they really doing to your car that you can’t see? Paying for fully synthetic oil? I hope they don’t switch it out with a blend or conventional oil.

If I could give this Tires Plus location a HUGE NEGATIVE rating, I would. Brought my car in for oil change. Called me and told me my front tires had 1-2mm, rear tires 4-5mm. Needed to be replaced. Said front end was out of alignment, needed to be aligned. Front brake rotors needed resurfacing. Also needed new engine air filter and cabin air filter. I asked them to do all but tires. Picked car up later that afternoon. Immediately, front end of car started to make loud ‘clanking’ noise when hitting a pothole or going over a speed bump. It wasn’t making any front end noise when I had taken it in that morning. Took car back in, they said their master mechanic could not determine where the sound was coming from. I asked them to have another mechanic take a look. They came back and said front ball joint leaking, needed replaced - $965 and that they could not have caused the problem with the front end. We agreed to disagree (really?) and I took it to the dealer (one of most reputable dealers in the Southeast). Their master mechanic immediately diagnosed problem as bad aftermarket break pad that’s likely had been damaged or moved during the rotor removal and replacement. Front tires, they said, had FIVE mm, not 1-2 and tires did NOT need to be replaced. Nothing wrong with ball joint – almost never have ball joint problems before 100,000 miles, my car only has 50,000 miles. Cost me ~$600 to put OEM break pads back on and fix what these morons at Tires Plus did to my car. They are FRAUDULENT and LIERS. DO NOT take your car to this place. They should NOT be in business. MINUS FIVE STARS!!!

So grateful to Clayton and team! They are buttoned up! Since I got my car, theyre 100% my service team. The owner and manager of Classic Collision recommended them; said they use them pretty exclusively.Now my daughter has a car. They looked over tires and fluids when we first got it, said everything was fine. Months later took it in for service and all good. Didnt try to upsell me, just got it done on time and out the door. Very personable as well. Barry remembers pretty much everything about my car.A few years ago I had a bad experience, very bad, with a competitor. Certainly Classic Collisions endorsement helped me in locating and selecting them. Now I have well-over a year of experience with them 5 stars.

Got a screw in my tire on Saturday evening. Called these guys at nine on Sunday morning and they had time a couple of hours later. They had the run-flat tire on stock but didnt try to push it - instead recommended patching the tire for fraction of the cost and got it done in less than an hour. Saved my Sunday, and I put 300 miles on the tire the same day. Good as new.

This was my second visit in a month to this location. The first time I had a scheduled appointment to have my a/c unit checked. I also mentioned not having a sticker to know when my recently purchased tires (from the Firestone shop) were due for a rotation, and that my vehicle seemed to be running hot. Unfortunately was told my condenser was leaking and would cost $900 to replace, my coolant was empty and filled that day and new sticker applied. Upon the day of most recent visit I noticed my temp gauge rising and realized again my fan was staying on after engine shut off again and knew it had been some time since last oil change. I called and was able to come right in and received excellent, quick service ! I personally care for the attempted up-sale for a $80 oil change, lol, but the young man was courteous and professional and I will return despite the fact I thing the condenser replacement cost I was quoted was over priced!

Brought in a vehicle for a full vehicle check...told all was in good shape and paid for an oil change. After driving to NC a week later, all was not good. Took it to Goodyear where I was shown why it needed $1,600 in repairs...dry rotted tires, rusted out breaks, worn pads and cables all around and on and on.

I urge you not to go to the shop on Piedmont in Buckhead. They are a ripoff!!! They over charged me for a Bundle Deal that clearly states an oil change/air filter are bundled at on single price. Instead I was charged for both separately. Then I was quoted $800+ to have heat back on in my vehicle. Come to find out my coolant was very low. They claim they checked and topped off all of my fluids and they lied. I could have blown my dam engine had I not checked myself. Long story short! They lost my business!!!

Horrible experience every time I go. The manager has no people or communication skills. Took my car few months ago but there is never enough mechanics available to work or diagnose my car. When I finally got diagnosed the manager said they cant tell me whats the issue and I need to go to the dodge dealership. Took my car this morning to get a nail removed, was told a 2-3 hour wait. Waited 4 hours, called 3 times and they hung up every time. When i arrived they still had not moved my car and said there are still 2 or 3 cars in front of me. I asked could they switch out my spare while they fix my tire but was informed no I could not use their jack and needed to leave the car. HORRIBLE MANAGER!!

Outstanding and friendly service. We were visiting Atlanta from out of town. Woke up this morning with a flat tire :( I called tire plus total car and Berry was very friendly and told us to stop by. When we entered Berry greeted us and recognize us right away. He promptly evaluate our tire and said he will have it patched in 20mins. This is exactly what happened. In and out 20 mins, Outstanding. Today was a complete waste of time. Very disappointed with service and process. I contacted this location to make an appointment to have my brakes examined and repaired. After 5 hours they had determined what needed to be repaired, but informed me they had not done and could not do any repairs today. They repeatedly told me that they only had one Master Mechanic on duty, and this person was working on those repairs. Despite making an appointment because this was my only day available and wanted to get this done before going out of town. Very unhappy and dissatisfied with the way they handled my repair needs.

We made an appointment for 10:30 to get an oil change and alignment. Called back at 12 to get an ETA, and they had not even started on the vehicle. Then they call us at 12:15 to tell us that not only did they not do the oil change, the alignment can’t be fixed. It’s not their fault that the alignment can not be fixed, so I am not mad about that, however knowing all of this might have helped 2 HOURS ago when we had an appointment for them to look at the car. Absolutely disappointed in the service. Don’t schedule appointments if you aren’t going to look at the car then.

I can’t believe they are Bridgestone affiliated. I came here for an oil change and to see why my car had recently had a temperature light come on and go off. They informed me I had a small coolant leak that would cost roughly $280 to fix. The next day they called to say the part was discontinued and they had to replace more parts costing me upwards of $750.I picked my car up a few days later. After driving for less than a day, I noticed the car was leaking oil, I took it back in, they said they redid the seal and sent me on my way.The next day my car overheated and broke down in the middle of the night on 85 where the tow company informed me there was no coolant at all and it was still leaking oil and that these guys had left paper towels all around my engine (which since it overheated is a major fire hazard). My car was towed back to the shop. At this point the manager and regional manager got involved.A few days later I got my car back, and after 45min of driving the car started smoking and was spewing coolant out of the expansion tank cap.At this point I took it elsewhere to have the cap replaced. IT GETS BETTER...I asked to have the money from the additional repairs refunded and the regional manager surprisingly offered to refund the entire amount spent at Tires Plus. A week later, I realized why. I have a crack in the block and a blown head gasket due to all the overheating caused by the coolant repairs being done wrong over and over (proved and documented by the mechanic doing the head gasket repair).DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. If the repair is something they arent equipped to do, they will do it anyways. If they do it wrong, they will make you sign a liability release.

Wow, a three letter word that sums up my experience this morning at Tires Plus in Buckhead. I came in this morning for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was completed in less than an hour all while I was able to work using the free wifi. After the service was completed, I noticed my wheels and tires were much cleaner than when I pulled in this morning. Apparently the technician didnt like the unwashed look and took it upon himself to ensure I am riding in style. I must say this was an added bonus! The staff at this location are amazing, always looking out for their customers. Keep up the good work!

I called them at 4:30 it says they close at 7 o’clock the phone rings 3 to 4 times someone picks the phone up scuffles it and then hangs up not professional at all not to mention that I called three more times after this and it just kept ringing and ringing good job tires plus good job

I got a flat so I took my car in to buy a new tire late on a Friday afternoon. They had to order the tire from one of their other locations. They said that it would arrive the next day. I didnt want to pester them so I waited until just after 4pm the next day to check the status. The guy on the phone told me that they get two shipments a day from the store that was supposed to send my tire and that both shipments had come in and my tire wasnt in either shipment. Thats pathetic. No one checked on my tire and no one called me. Well now it was Sat and they dont get shipments on Sundays. So they had my car for 2+ days just to get me a new tire. Not a single explanation or apology.

I had a new set of tires put on my 98 4Runner. The guys were very friendly and helpful. When my car was ready, I asked about their 59 minute or less guaranty since I had waited 65 minutes. The guy explained that it took slightly longer because I had a spare on at the time and they needed to put it back under the car. Apparently the 59 minute guaranty does not apply if you have a spare on (not sure that was clear on the website). He could tell I was annoyed and honored the $59 credit to my bill. If they had not given me the credit I might have left with a bad taste in my mouth (for the principle of it), but they came through with excellent customer service.

Ive been struggling with whether or not to post this because the staff is always helpful and friendly (Barry and Nicole in particular), but Ive not had the best experience with this Tire Plus. 1. My initial visit was in January and I got new tires. I dropped my car off at 7am and was told it would be ready in about 2-3 hours. They didnt start on my car until after 2pm. I had to reschedule a doctors appointment. I was given a discount off my total and staff was very apologetic. 2. Shortly after that I decide to give them another chance and get all my brakes & rotors replaced there (2.16.19). After getting all new everything, my brakes were squeaking. I let a few days pass and made an appointment for an oil change and requested that someone look at my brakes (2.25.19). I was told that the squeaking had to do with the weather and to give it a couple weeks. After another 2-3 weeks, my brakes were still squeaking. I make another brake inspection appointment where they removed all pads, buffed them out, and put them back on (3.21.19). It’s been over a month since then, and my brakes are still squeaking. I’d also like to note that there were 2 times that I called wanting to make an appointment to get my brakes checked out and was advised that there was no one on duty that could do brakes. A Total Car Care facility that offers brake services, did not have a brake specialist (for lack of better wording) on the clock, on more than one occasion. I take my car back, which is now my 3rd visit (5.9.19) since having gotten the new brakes/rotors, to be told that they originally needed to buy a specific brand of brakes for my car. Now why in the world you install anything but the required brand for a specific car?? And even tried to say that I would have to pay the difference in cost for the correct pads, but then advised that the cost could be waived. I was told that the brakes would need to be ordered from Honda and would in arrive in 2 days (5.11.19); that I would get a phone call when they were there, and I could come in to get them installed. So yes, a 4th visit. I haven’t received a phone call and now been a couple of weeks. 3. I mentioned that I’d gotten an oil change in-between all of the confusion about my brakes; they had a special on an oil change for $25. Ive done my oil changes at Precision Auto Tune for years, so this was the first time getting it done somewhere else in awhile. About 2 weeks after the oil change, I started noticing oil spots in my driveway. I take my car to another mechanic and he brings to my attention that some of the parts used (a drain bolt?) are incorrect and its caused a leak. That it even caused slight damage around the rubber for the engine something or the other. So now Im paying additional costs to pay that mechanic to fix it because I really dont trust Tires Plus at this point. I didnt even bother mentioning this problem to them. Again, everyone is nice and apologetic for their mistakes, but its unacceptable to have had to make multiple appointments and trips to resolve something that couldve been resolved on my initial visits – had the right parts for my car been used. I’ve been misquoted significantly on wait times, I’ve been promised a return phone call that never happened, the wrong parts were used for my oil change, and the wrong brake pads were used for my vehicle. My time has been wasted, my energy, and most importantly I was put in a situation where I don’t feel comfortable/safe driving my vehicle. I will not be back anytime soon.Update: In addition to the brakes squeaking, the rotars started making noise. I took it in and my brakes and rotars were replaced, with the correct parts needed for my vehicle. Ive not had problems since.
