After our experience yesterday at store 614 on Roswell Road we decided to bring another family car here today. Ron is the main reason we came back. He is very informative, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He explained everything in a manner we were able to understand. I appreciate his customer service skills and kindness. Dishonest, condescending and not transparent. Inquired about an oil change this morning in the shop and they told me all about how you get this and that with an oil change, including fluid top off. Right as I’m about to commit the manager tells me but oh wait we can’t do a fluid top off right now because the fluid delivery truck hasn’t came yet. Why wouldn’t he tell me that while he was boosting it up as part of the service? Strongly suggest taking your vehicle elsewhere - there are plenty of other places. I’d rather spend hours trying to fix my vehicle than pay these guys one penny.

EXTREMELY slow service. Waited an hour just to have my oil changed and the guy took his time with everything he did including walking. I will not be returning to this location! Horrible service. After expressing to the guy that I had been waiting over an hour, he stopped and stared at me like he wanted to say something smart!

I went in for an oil change. All good until I mentioned that I had a Groupon for the oil change. They refused to change the oil for me because they did a brake pad inspection and they didnt want to touch the car for liability reasons, because there is no pad left. Immediately quoted me $350 to change the front pads and refused to change the oil. I decided to go home (carefully) do my own research and check for other quotes to find that not only I could have the pads replaced for much cheaper as well as there is still 3mm of pad left (see photos). Yes they should be replaced (this should be the result of the brake pad inspection), but it is not a case for Im not even sure if you will be able the stop the car. My guess is that they make little margin on the Groupon voucher, so he risked the up-sell. If you visit them with a Groupon, dont mention it until you have to make the payment or something... After 40min of waiting, I had to go home with no oil changed.Edit: contacted customer care and they called me to learn more about my experience and apologize. I want to believe they are committed to improve their customer experience and will address the issue.

Went for an oil change, did the same old your air filter is dirty. No thanks, Ill buy one and replace it myself spiel. By the time I went to change it myself, I opened the hood and found the filter compartment open and the old filter laying on the wheel well.Update: I received an email from a Customer Care Manager who apologized for the oversight. I appreciate the quick response and the gesture to regain my trust in the Jiffy Lube brand.

I came in for an oil change and to make my Tire Pressure light turn off for a 2016 Kia Sorento. James was my technician and he was Fast, Friendly, Professional, and Honest, all the things we ladies look for in a quality mechanic. The gentleman who worked on my car tonight was very attentive - he checked all the air pressure in my tires and let me know one was very flat and he refilled the air and recommended I get it checked out. He was also kind enough to replace one of my headlights last-minute before they closed!! I always have a great experience here and feel very confident in the service I receive! They have a sign out front that says they do emission testing. If you go inside and ask for it, they are strangely condescending that they don’t perform that. A good buddy of mine also used them recently for an oil change and said they were rude and untimely. Lot of options to choose from on Roswell Road for this to be how they handle things.

I had the BEST customer service. My brakes gave out on me and I immediately took my car over to them. They ordered all my parts right then and fixed my car so I was safe to get back on these crazy streets ! I was very pleased with their service. Thanks Natasha! She was AMAZING! Very expensive experience for me. A synthetic oil change where I supplied the oil filter and they rotated the tires on a BMW 740 was $150!!! They only gave me a $5 credit since I supplied my own filter. Go elsewhere and save some money...

If I could give zero stars I would . I got an oil change from this place a couple of months ago. I started noticing my car was leaking oil about 2 months ago. I took it back to this location and they said it wasn’t their doing. Even a Manager assured me of that.I had another mechanic take a look at my car and the oil filter was very loose. He touched the filter and oil started seeping out. That’s how loose it was. It is supposed to be tight. My drain plug is now also stripped & they tried to seal it with glue.. at least it appears that way.With the leaking oil I could of blown my engine. I paid over $60 for an oil change that could have cost me a lot more for their sloppy work, in experienced mechanics, and negligence. How can you do an oil change but know where oil is coming from if it is leaking? Sounds like you don’t know what you are doing. Please do not go to this location. They could cost you more money in the long fun than the price of a oil change

Staff was very unprofessional. Long wait time because staff was “horseplaying”. Came in for an emissions test and it took entirely too long. Mind you there was only one person in front of me and they delayed service on his car as well. Staff had no sense of urgency or consideration for anyones time. Also when i got to the kroger kiosk to do a tag renewal my emissions results were still missing. I am extremely annoyed.

The crew here at Jiffy Lube went above and beyond for me when a routine oil change turned into their discovery of an underlying issue with my vehicle. They were extremely thorough and friendly and did so much as to bring their District Manager out to the facility for further inspection and diagnostics. They kept working after closing hours and were kind enough to let me keep my car in their garage overnight. I am grateful for their persistence and will continue to have my car serviced here - so should you!

I had an issue with my radiator fan in the late evening I came in and explained my problem & not only did they give me solutions to the problem. They stayed open till 10PM (they close at 7PM) and helped me put on the new part. This was a blessing and just a beyond amazing experience. I recommend them to everyone, and if you want people that care and will give it their all to help you with whatever problem. COME TO THIS LOCATION! Love Peace & Positivity!

This place is slipping. Theyve always been expensive. This time they insisted on bringing the air filter and cabin air filter to the counter to show to me, even though both were fine. (Waste of my time.) Plus they didnt even reset my oil change light, even though the service checklist that they gave me after I paid said they had. Makes me wonder what else on the service checklist that they claimed to do didnt get done. This place does give fast service, but the price is high and how well they do the job is questionable. No way would I let them do something more complex, like brake or radiator service.

Best oil change experience I ever have. This is my third time coming to this location and I have never had a better customer service experience in a shop like this. Every employee always makes you seem like their most important customer. I have called the pep boys next to my office 4 times this week because their location was closer to me and they said it would be 4 hours before even looking at my truck. This jiffy lube gets your car in as soon as you arrive and get you out within 20 minutes every time. They are by far the best and fastest place for an oil change. I will go out of my way to come to this location every time. The drive is worth it because they finish so fast that it still saves me hours vs going to the pep boys right next to me.

I got a flat tire in a parking lot down the street from this jiffy lube. The staff went above and beyond to accompany me back to the car to put on the spare and drive it back to put on a new tire. I was very impressed with their kindness and hospitality. The tire was fixed in an acceptable amount of time and I would now highly recommend this location to a friend.

I wish I could forget the fact that they made me over 20 minutes later to work because it took them at least that long to figure out how to make my Groupon voucher work in their system. Honestly, these things happen, and I had understanding clients, so it was just a minor setback.However, the NEGLIGENCE required for one to FORGET TO REPLACE THE CAP ON MY ENGINE...I can’t overlook that. I drove around for hours smelling oil, and when I finally got home, I checked under my hood to see a big gaping hole where the cap should be, and oil stains all over my engine. I hope they can offer some sort of repaid/replacement for the cap, as well as some compensation for the time I will now lose figuring out how to get back over there to get my cap and still find a way to work!

REALLY genuine people/service**Came in with a power steering leak and the technicians quickly diagnosed I had some loose connections on pump. Didnt charge a penny (never mentioned charging labor), did/tightened on spot and filled fluids. Out in 15 min.

Hope any potential customer to Jiffy Lube looks at my posting. Please stay away from this location. I have been a patron of this place for good amount of time but will not return, given their business practice. I got an oil chance from them. Just yesterday, I tool my car for a tire repair to a dealer-mechanic. The mechanic urgently called after few hours into repair stating many parts of my car are missing. To make the situation worse, the oil was leaking, and the cause is that whoever working on the oil change (Jiffy Lube) stripped the oil filter. I would like to emphesize, they stripped (aka stole) my filter. The mechanic took a picture as an evidence and showed me that the filter is missing, causing the oil to constantly leak. The mechanic also mentioned the leak is extremely dangerous, as it could potentially stop car, or cause a fire due to oil catching a flame.... The dealer-mechanic is not the one who stole, as they have went beyond their service to replace all the missing parts including oil filter free of charge. It is very clear that Jiffy has been stealing my parts as I only went there for god knows how long. They were the only one who touched my car until recently I had to take it to the dealer-machanic....Please be advised of this foul malpractice. Not only are they stealing, they are setting you up for potential havoc. Simply look for other mechanic or just go to the dealer.

I went in for an oil change before a road trip of over 1,500 miles. Over the next couple of weeks I began to detect a slight exhaust smell. I had my car checked again by a different mechanic who told me that the oil lid had been left off (it was in the corner of the engine) spraying hot oil all over my engine. They had to throw away the foam of the hood and fully degrease the car. They told me the engine was covered in oil and the oil itself had to be re-filled again as it was almost empty.After over a month and 1,500 miles my car had been without an oil cap.I dont know how much damage my engine has because of this, but I have incurred some expenses so far. Please beware.

I recently bought a Groupon for a Synthetic Blend Signature Service Oil Change and was told at the end that I had to pay for the new filter. The Groupon, which they took and I could not reference, read: Includes up to 5 quarts of oil, new filter, fluid top-off, key component inspections, tire inflation, window cleaning, and floor vacuuming INCLUDES NEW FILTER. Very disappointed and wont be coming back or suggesting to others.

I went to this location as a last resort this past weekend because I was overdue for an oil change and became wary of a noise from my engine, and this was the closest shop to me. After inspecting my car they came up with a long list of things that needed to be repaired, but most urgently, my serpentine belt. The lady I was talking to said it was nearly broken and could crack at any moment, rendering my car inoperable. I knew that I had replaced it about a year ago, but admittedly was not sure of how long they lasted. I declined to have it serviced, and later took my car to Jacks Tires and Auto services, that my family has been using for years. Immediately after looking at it, they told me that the belt was in near perfect condition (only 11,000 miles of use) and that they typically are good for 4-5 years. In addition, they saw no other obvious issues with the car, although Jiffy Lube had conjured up a whole list. The lady at jiffy lube made me so anxious to drive home, and had me convinced that the belt would break while I was on the highway. She blatantly took advantage of my naïveté regarding cars in an effort to extort an additional $100 from me on top the offensively priced oil change. ($50?!) Neither I nor anyone in my family will be visiting a Jiffy Lube anytime in the future.

This location is run by a lying thug and incompetent employees that dont know anything about cars or how to do their job. They overcharged me for oil change, then didnt eve change the oil, then damaged my drain plug, and refused to fix it when I came back. Do not go here! Havoline is1 mile south on the right, they have a better price but I havent gone there yet.

The tire pressure sign still showed low pressure. At first they told me that my car sensor must not be working. Then they said they are having issues with their tire pressure gauge. Then they recommended that since their equipment is not working, just go to Costco oil change place. Also, no rainx windshield fluid was applied. I asked if it was done, they checked and said no and told me honestly it goes away quick after we apply it anyways so dont worry about it. They are not good at customer service whatsoever. I advice go somewhere else if possible.

The line item on the receipt for the cabin air filter, 2006 Corolla was $70.99, available anywhere for around $8.00. Installation takes 2 minutes. Requested radiator service and was charged $10.00 for antifreeze for a top-off. Tech stated that service was too soon based on mileage. The car has 26,850 and I had asked for the flush based on the 11 year age. Now I have been grossly overcharged for a filter and will soon be flushing another $10.00 when I go somewhere else for the radiator service.

I went to Jiffy Lube to get an oil change. Left my car and entered the waiting room. There was one other man ahead of me. I waited quite awhile. An oil change should not take long. I usually go down the street and get a $30 oil change and wait about 10 minutes. Well over 10 minutes have gone by (there were 4 employees there). A women called me to the front desk to discuss my vehicle and the type of oil I wanted. I stated that I that I only wanted standard oil. Before I sat back down, I asked the women the cost of the oil change. $62.50....... Obviously, no one in their right mind is going to pay $62.50 for an oil change. I you are google Pennzoil and you will notice you can buy that amount of oil for $20 at Walmart. Maybe after this experience I should just change my own oil. Anyways, I told the women I am not paying $62.50 to get my oil changed. She VERY quickly stated as I heard her say to the previous customer in line that I can take $10 off. I preceded to tell her that if that is the price I am going to be charged go ahead and pull my car out and I will drive down the street. She proceeds to walk out into the bay to talk to one of the other employers. He came back in and he told me they already put the oil in. I find that odd considering I was at the desk less than 2 minutes and hadnt even sat down. How was the oil put in so quickly??? I told him I am not paying that much money for an oil change. I even asked him if he would pay $62.50 for an oil change (obviously not!). He preceded to tell me its the finest quality oil. Remember, you can get this finest quality oil at Walmart for $20. Then I asked him why would you put oil in my car without telling me what it is going to cost? Before I allowed him to answer I said you must have had a miscommunication. I apologized for not meaning to be rude but told them yall need to make this right. So he searched through his computer for a discount code. Remember they already put the oil in without verifying the cost so he had to verify the purchase in the computer. The first discount rung up as $16.52. He said I cant give it to you for that. I agreed. Although, I should have forced that offer. He ended up giving me the military discount bringing my bill down to $35 with tax. I agreed this was a fair transaction. Finally, my car was returned to me 45 minutes later. I have been to Jiffy Lube before, but I never go without a coupon because they overcharge. Here is the kicker... Read your statement sometime. They charge a standard $19 for labor. What kind of labor is involved in an oil change that you can justify $19. Wait for it..... they vacuum the floor of your car. And in this situation the floor of my car was..... still dirty. Round of applause for Jiffy Tube everyone. This is my first negative Google review. I really takes a lot for me to be dissatisfied. The worst part about this experience was that I was never given an apology.Dear Manager,Please dont respond with atypical automated response that asks me to fill out a survey or leave a number for me to call to explain my situation so this doesnt happen again. Please dont apologize with excuses. My high school baseball coach once said, Excuses are like a-holes. Everyone has one and they stink, which will be you if you respond to this review. I wish not to provide anymore feedback. I will not return to Jiffy Lube. Your company needs to stop taking advantage of people. $19 for labor huh??? I can put $1.25 in the machine down the street and vacuum my own car in minutes, or, better yet, use my dust buster for free. Give me a break. I went to get an oil change here 2 days ago, they said itll be $45 so I agreed, I automatically thought something was wrong when one of the mechanics who says his name is mike, started chatting with me while the other 2 employees did the work, seemed as if he was distracting me from something and also acted so cool with me saying that I can pay him under the table, that I can give him $40 and Ill be okay, so I also agreed, when my car was ready, I drove off and went back home and decided to check the oil, well when I started to remove the dip stick from the oil tube, come to find out they had broke it and didnt even bother to tell me about it! Now my dip stick is stuck in the tube and I cant remove it! I bought another dip stick but in order to replace it, I need to remove the broken one out of the tube, now Im starting to think that maybe they didnt even change the oil. Do not go here,this place is no good at all! I trusted these people to change my oil and also thought they were being friendly but they proved otherwise! They are not honest and will cheat you

I started reading reviews after I got into the facility and gave them my keys (I was in a rush).Long story short - the service was fine, but they either damaged the shroud underneath my vehicle, or did not tighten the screws to hold it on. As I was going down the highway at 70MPH after getting the oil changed, the cover abruptly disconnected from my vehicle towards the front, violently slapping the underside of my vehicle.At the time, I had no idea what was happening, and thought a belt broke, or that a tire blew. This unfortunately happened at 1:30AM in the rain, in the middle of nowhere. At speeds in excess of 35MPH, the wind would cause the shroud to flop around and strike the vehicle. I reattached the front of the shroud with a little bit of creativity so that I could finally make it home.Their service was nice and fast, but a little more attention to detail can help prevent occurrences like this.
