February 9,2021I made three visits to the store,which is observing covid rules,which is great,but the store phone number is straight to voice mai,l and no way of reaching anyone..At last a security guard gave me a new number,which I had to wait on a return call to retrieve my items. This has been a purchase I made in November, and it has taken til today to get these items.Not happy with the service.Hopefully,the next person has a better experience..There is a really urgent need to fix the problems there..It makes it hard to be financially supportive of HBCU.This phone system needs to be addressed immediately.

I would like to see limited in store shopping.

The bookstore was open but it open. My husband asked me to pick.up an item for him but I had to go to through security with gettingmy temperature taken to sit in my car and make the order. Then wait over an hour to let them get the order and get my item after going through the security AGAIN!!! I was glad to get the item but it was the hassle!

Love this independent book store. I could browse here for hours. The staff is super helpful and will order any book they dont have in stock. Dont forget to go downstairs to browse the used books. I have found some real gems down there!

Mr. Hughes keeps the bookstore stocked and maintained extremely well! The customer service is phenomenal and the staff is well trained.

Great customer service, convenient covered parking next to the bookstore for just $1 for the hour when I visited, and a wide selection of clothing to choose from for kids, men, and women. Highly recommended even if youre not an attendee of Morehouse College.

Student return day, for my Son, at Morehouse College! Wasnt what I was anticipating, but was pleasantly surprised! From parking, move in and wait times... everything went well! Hats off to all the Morehouse staff involved with this event!

I feel as if the prices were too high but other than that it had lots of good stuff

Prices are sky high....and the shipping plus tax is almost half of the purchase price.I bought a $20 cap which could be stuck in a padded envelope and sent regular mail for $5 or less. Instead I was charged $7.50 shipping plus $1.15 tax.Neither Amazon nor eBay charge such exorbitant shipping rates nor do their online vendors charge tax.I hope the House gets at least a portion of the $28.65 I spent because I am an unhappy Morehouse Man after that transaction.

Huge upgrade over the bookstore compared to when I attended Morehouse... but that was almost 20 years ago...

Variety of options for showing your support. Bookstore and merchandise staff are nice and have a great rapport with students and families.

Associates in the store dont greet you when you enter. Nor do they ask if they could help you with anything once youve entered the store. Not a friendly atmosphere.
