The selection of items is as high as the prices of everything in there. And its 3 floors of merchandise. But its good quality and good customer service.
Nice staff and good selection.
Beautifully appointed store on the outskirts of the Emory University campus. Helpful staff and more than enough merchandise to browse through. My favorite part is the top floor where all of the Emory swag is located. Check out the clearance section for deeply discounted apparel. Press 4 or 6 to talk to a live person. You’re welcome.
Good poetry selection and better theology titles than the other Barnes & Noble stores around; nice Papyrus cards and gift bags on the third floor. A cozy little shop to visit and the employees are always pleasant and helpful.
Rude service here, was greeted by the older gentlemen as if I was a hassle.. what a way to treat paying customers.
Great book store.
Cool university
I really like that this place is an actual Barnes and Noble as well as a school bookstore! Three stories, and all the Emory merchandise is on the top floor while the traditional Barnes and Noble is on the bottom floor. School supplies and textbooks are located on the middle floor. The staff were super friendly and helpful! I would definitely come here again!
Very nice staff! Found everything I needed. Great place to chill out and do homework or read for 3 hours like I did :)
Student book store, that is clean neat and well kept. Did not buy anything just browsing for the 1st time there. Will return.
A college bookstore that is super expensive, surprise surprise!! Aside from that, it has a very large selection, nice layout, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. In addition they are usually running some type of sale for students or online.
Very quiet areas to study. Service was amazing and short wait time. Very Excellent.
The staff are super friendly and make sure to tend to your needs. Very helpful. Great that theres a Starbucks inside
This is a great bookstore, with a really vast selection. It has lots of great seating too, with a Starbucks in the same building. Be forewarned, though, because it is on Emorys campus, parking can be difficult to find or expensive to pay for.
Great shop. Unlike my four stops before this place, they had a large availability of the book, Becoming by Michelle Obama. My children also enjoyed the adorable childrens section.
I love love love💖💖💖 the atmosphere there its like another beautiful world 🌍 everything is so convenient very professional sophisticated and CLEAN... 😃 I just felt like grabbing a book📒📖 an 🍎 and learn something the moment my feet hit there...🤓 I didnt want to leave LOL😄😄
Nice place
Love the barnes and noble line. But this one closes way too early on some days.
Fair prices equal to any other normal stationary store. Very good selection for college. Single stop shop.
Emory Univerdity is my number one spot/stop to for any complex exam. Here, I prepared for various OSCEE, NBCE, there is so much room that you might feel as your own colleges library doesnt want you there~laughs! If youre about serious business, this is a place that from the check in gate where staff will make you feel welcome, at home, and provide you with necessary amenities to successfully complete your goal. There are plenty of food/coffee places inside the library and around within walkable distance. Two places I feel always welcome: boxing gym & Emory U. (Justice)
Quick to get in and out, for a single textbook. Some 15 min. parking out front, otherwise parking deck = $4. Nice store, nice people. Much like any other Barnes & Noble college store.
Great staff. Lots of great stuff
Im sure it serves the Emory community well -- textbooks, computer store, etc. -- but understandably that means its not a full-fledged Barnes & Noble with its breadth of offerings. Still, the folks who work there are very nice and knowledgeable.
Small, but adequate selection of books- may not include everything youre looking for. Being an Emory store, only the bottom floor is for regular Barnes and Noble stuff. The attached Starbucks was full of studying students when I went, so make your own judgment about whether thats a bad thing.Helpful and kind employees.
Much more diversely stocked than most other B&Ns:L3= Emory merch (clothing), snacks, knick-knacksL2 = ‘Apple store’, textbooks, school/office suppliesL1 = Trade books, magazines, standard B&N ‘gifts’
Great experience. The employees were so happy and friendly!!!!
This book store is never over crowded or short staffed. Even in the height of the semester, I can find staff to assist me and do not have to wait in long lines. The shelves are well stocked and the layout is very easy to understand. At first, I thought with three floors this could be overwhelming...but they definitely proved me wrong!
I dont actually remember going here but its a Barnes and Noble, so you know that place effing rocks.
Very very nice book store! You can find any book in it. And not only books also, school supplies and Emory clothing.
Disappointed in the selection. They must not have a large computer science program because that area was sorely lacking. And attendants we slow to help some customers or pay them any attention.
Great on campus bookstore with a Starbucks. Unfortunately, the in ground outlets were not working and the tables were quite small.
Very large place you could get lost in the books for hours, but then there is two more floors very nice employees
Great Barnes and Noble location with tons of Emory stuff and a large Starbucks.
Nice multi-level shop with books for students and regular books, as well as a lot of Emory apparel.
Convenient and they have a Starbucks inside.
Super clean BN but small selection due to it being a campus store.
Not as big as a normal barnes and noble but they sell Emory related items and clothes
ALWAYS CHECK AMAZON OR OTHER ONLINE RETAILERS BEFORE VISITING, otherwise you will be cheated. They price match official amazon, and I saved $40 on one book so multiply that for the amount of books you are buying...
I placed an order 11 days ago and I haven’t heard a word this location. Every time I call I get the run around. Hold on I’ll transfer you. Let me take your number and I’ll call you back. No call back. One girl had me on hold for exactly 20 minutes. So when I do finally speak to someone I was informed that one person handles the online orders. That’s no excuse. I sell on eBay and I ship 10, 20, 30 and on occasion 60 packages in one day. Also I ordered from two other university bookstores and the UPS guy was knocking on my door 3 days later. With this location I’m on day 11 and counting. I would hate to mail something back for a refund. It might take 6 months. One star is too much for this place.
The students who work there are nice, but the older people are rude. They get book order reserves wrong all the time.
Great service, good selection of books.
My husband loves this B&N in the Atlanta area because it carries a bigger selection of science, nature, and philosophy as well as a separate section for faculty authors. Its a smaller store overall and closes early on Saturday.
They have great sweatshirts on the top floor. Not as many adult board games though.
Really big, great staff (minus one)
The service, was magnifique. The library attendant, exceeded outstanding customer service, and repere for the item, which I went for purchase. L atmosphere est sympath et avec un cadre estudiantine.
Super efficient store, and the Starbucks next to it is very spacious and nice
Lovely spot with a little bit of everything
Sophia is great really knows her stuffThank you girl!!!
Great book store with coffee shop next door
Interesting mixture of books.
Monopoly books store, expensive, ok serviceNothing more to say
A nice bookstore inside campus, with lots of Emory special goods.
They actually charge you extra if you ask for light ice.
Store works as intended. Nice rental program for me to save money.
Large, good selection, prices arent great though. But thats what you expect from a college store.
The place is very nice. My only frustration is that every book I bought there was more expensive than buying on Amazon...
On Emory Campus, combination Student bookstore along with public bookstore. Magazines, Gifts, Emory Branded Clothing. 3 levels, does have elevator access. A New Starbucks is going to open.
Hard to get wifi at Starbucks. It shouldnt be that way.
Great place to go for Emory universitys swag
Very cool three story B & N
When you need to use the elevator to get upstairs, you get off in what appears to be a storage area. We had to move boxes to get to the store area. Unfriendly staff.
Staff is friendly and accommodating to your requests
Well laid out, but parking is awful
You relax and have fun..
One of the best book stores around
Dropped my Macbook for repair and even after one month, still not fixed.
Clean, well organized, good selection
Super large bookstore with collegiate apparel on the third floor.
A bit expensive...but worth the shopping experience
I have had a negative On-line purchasing experience on Barnes and Nobles website and will not buy anything from their website in the future.
Awesome bookstore for college students!
Located inside Emory not a lot if seating. We came for the star bucks.
Open hours are too short. in Princeton area the Barnes & Noble has very long open hours for students and residents there.
Very nice bookstore.
The merchandise at the store is over priced. There’s a Starbucks just outside of it. It’s always filled with students.
Very expensive. Very cozy and nice.
Terrific place very elegant.
Great for a quick coffee and to browse
Very friendly and quiet.
It peaceful and quiet
Cozy, Right next to bookstore
Very helpful staff.
Overpriced place, generic Starbucks. No surprises.
Good study place
Always enjoy.
I didnt find the content suiting to an university bookstore.
Book store in Emory University campus with a Starbucks.
A little on the pricey side and the selection of office supplies (ballpoint pens, markers, pads, ...) was a little limited.
You can find of everything office and bookwise
Great place for students
Excellent service
Starbucks!!
Great college bookstore!
Fun!Thanks
Quiet and lovely.
Super helpful staff
Great place for souvenirs
Fantastic bookstore.
Beautiful campus!
