Staff was great! Prices have gone up since last visit a few years back but my little one had a great experience getting her ears pierced!
Like many customers who have experienced manipulation and being lied to in order for the sale associate to make a sale, it also happened to me. I was out purchasing some gifts for family members and I had bought a ring and bracelet. I knew I wanted to purchase the ring for sure but I was unsure about the bracelet. The gentleman turned around and spoke with his “manager” and then told me the bracelet was actually “discounted” and they were able to give me the price of $25 instead of the original price for $120. I don’t know why I believed him at the time but I was so excited that I said yes and went with the transaction. I didn’t bother looking at the receipt although I was hesitant on why my total was high if there was a “discounted” item. I thought since I had purchased a warranty, that may have been the reason. I looked at my receipt later that evening and realized the bracelet was ACTUALLY still $120. These people will say and do anything for you to purchase their jewelry. I am ashamed that even the MANAGER was in on it. Save your money and take your business elsewhere. These people and this place is a joke.

Was in the mall yesterday, looking for a bracelet for my granddaughter, The sale lady Kenya was very helpful and knowledgeable about the jewelry, I will be returning looking for her and her EXPERTISE.Sales people today dont take the time to answer all of your questions as this young lady did.Thank you
Dont purchase from this company! Sales does not back there products and if the item gets discontinued. You will be told to be to sad find a new item.Terrible! Id never buy anything else from them or Zales.
I previously had a great experience with another sales associate months ago. So I came back to make an additional purchase. This time I had a very unpleasant experience with a lady named Alex/Alexis. When I walked up she was assisting other customers when she finished with the two customers and came close on other side of kiosk I asked for assistance with earrings. She said ya if you’ll give me a minute. I asked how long would that take? and informed her this was my second time back around. She says idk and goes into how she’s the only one there. So I asked well where’s the other associate I saw earlier she tells me she left so she’s the only one there for the day. Now the reason why I came back again was because of customer service. This time it’s the reason why I’ll take my business elsewhere. Its not always what you say but how you say it. Whether she was the only one there or not. It was clear she didn’t want to be there and she could care less about potential sales/ the customers needs. She was bothered and it was all in her tone and facial expression. I have contacted customer care and made a complaint and will follow up with district manager for this area.

The staff at the mall of GA are smart, knowledgeable, helpful and have down three of my piercings. This is the only place I have my ears pierced.
The workers were nice, however, they manipulate you into buying things by saying its included with the piercing. So check your receipt before you sign! These people are manipulative and liars.
Assoc # 925922 sold me some 14k beautiful Gold heart earrings. I advised this sales clerk that I did not live in ATL, she advised me that since I purchased there extended warranty that if I had any problems with my earrings that I could go to a ZALES near me and they would service me there. While still in my service agreement I went to ZALES to get a repair done on my earrings and was advised that they can not help me. I called ZALES corporate furious and was advised this happened all the time and that I needed to call PAGODA corporate for assistance. So i called them and Corporate still has not done anything to help me, all there telling me is to go to the nearest PAGODA which is hours away. Also they keep giving me the run around. I AM SO HOT RIGHT NOW. I feel that the sales clerk lied to me in order to make the sell. I would have not purchased warranty or the earrings if i knew i had to travel if i ever had a problem with them. Also I purchased my earrings in November 2014 and they came apart around February possibly March of 2015. Some quality. I been dealing with corporate for months now and they have not done anything for me at all. I want my money back point blank… This is poor business and somethings needs to be done so companies can stop scamming people out there hard earned money. Horrible service from corporate and the store needs to train there employees better of there policies so there not misleading customers. I will never shop here again. Poor customer service
I regret my purchases and it was very troublesome getting exchanges and reunds, a blurry return policy.
