After having bought thousands of dollars worth of restaurant equipment (ice makers, 3 door fridge, reach in freezer, glass ware, shelves, cooking supplies, mats, etc)....would you believe I had a return?.....3 shelves in their boxes (unopened mind you!) and a box of cactus margarita glasses....also unopened.........)...............eeeeeeeeeeeeeeww.problem.Well they sure arent Home Depot. REM treated me like a criminal. Like I was doing something wrong. Receipt in hand and within there 30 day return policy I was treated like a perp! Like I was doing something wrong. The cashiers whole demeanor was of.........PROBLEM. Oh I have to take these unopened in original packing with original clear tape boxes back to the shipping department to have them inspect my returns.Are you kidding me?? I could understand if I had opened the items, used them, etc but unopened items??? To make such a show of simply returning items?????Really REM? Folks......... Take your business elsewhere.....like up 85 to Jimmy Carter.........these people are ungrateful of the business you give them!!!!!!!!!!REM.......... learn how to treat customers right, after the sale, with dignity and respect!!! I wont be back!

Absolutely dismal customer service. Purchased a small kitchen scale from this place because I happened to be in the area, and later realized that I brought home the sample box with no scale. I called and spoke to john, the manager, who was polite at first but admittedly a bit condescending, as he remarked that this is way above his pay grade. He supposedly escalated the issue and called back to report that I could not have a refund. I reasonably asked if I could at least come get the scale I paid for, and he replied that their inventory did not reflect an extra product so that would not be possible. Not sure how their inventory problems are my issue as a paying customer. I will tell everyone I know in the restaurant business to avoid this place, and I will absolutely get a refund from my bank. Clearly, based on other reviews, they have to stoop to fraudulent levels since they have such poor business. Avoid at all costs and let this place go under as it deserves.

To say this business has terrible customer service is an understatement. I have family and friends in the restaurant business in the Atlanta area and I will be sure to tell them to avoid at all costs. Purchased an item from them and found the box to be empty and marked sample. Have been told we cannot get a refund or even exchange the sample box for the actual product. There are far better options in the Buford Highway area for your restaurant equipment needs. You have lost a customer today and I will be sure to pass on the word.

Terrible customer service! Purchase an item online and they refused to give the item to me when i came to pick it up. Even conferenced call with AmEx who verified payment. Super hassle now i have to contest and have the charge reversed. Warning!! Dont do business with this company.

Terrible customer service! I had wanted a deep fryer for my store and asked before coming if it would fit in my car, I told them which car I have and she said it would fit. When I got there it didnt fit! Also the product was wrong in the box which I found out when trying to install. I took it back and got a refund but Yaneth was extremely rude over the phone!

I love restaurant supply stores. Theyre like Costco/Sams for kitchen things. And usually a LOT cheaper than department stores.

Excellent excellent supplier of restaurant equipment, well laid-out and easy-to-navigate, with supplies in bulk and mini in singles when you need them. I have picked up a great many baking sheets knives and glassware sets here.

I bought some shelfs from them and returned the next day with receipt to exchange for a shorter ones. The guys from the warehouse gave me a lot of problem. They said it came with screws and clips but my box has none of that. Then they said it’s not their product. I have the receipt to show them. They inspected the shelfs like it was a Mercedes Benz I bought and returned to them. Be careful when you buy stuff from these people.

The decent selection and price on Furnitures, though, an unprofessional management leaves everything a bad experience after all. There are better people and better wholesalers in Atlanta to deal with.

Its like Walmart for all your commercial restaurant equipment. Ive purchased everything from commercial gas stoves to melamine bowls to bar glasses. If I ever need anything for my restaurant this is the first place I check.
