I’ve been here this morning for business cards printing. The staff was very kind, they did my print immediately because I needed, and the result was great. I will come again.

Creative Approach and their employees have always been such a pleasure to work with. They will work with you to get your order just right and match your colors perfectly for any type of printing job, and they have SO many options. I couldnt speak higher of their customer service and commitment to their clients. BRAVO!

I walked in and explained I needed several thousand copies made. The salesperson told me that was done online and offered nothing else. The salesperson was the opposite of helpful. I was going to spend several hundred dollars there. I will go to staples i guess. Same service just cheaper prices

I go print at creative approach many times since I am a graphic design student at SCAD. Overall, they print stuff in great quality and they are mostly experts. Free parking is available for the customers which is nice. I just wish they were a little nicer.

I have printed small items at Creative Approach and have not enjoyed the experience of working with the people there. They charge a cutting fee for trimming orders, yet several of my prints were sloppily cut with ragged edges and white strips still visible. The person helping me acted annoyed all through the process of setting up my files for print and was not attentive.

OK, full disclosure, CA gives generously to my nonprofit employer. But if their quality werent also EXCELLENT, I wouldnt be posting this. Color matching is more precise than any and their responsiveness and speed is unparalleled. Watch out for this up and coming printer to take Atlanta by storm.

I have used Creative Approach for nearly every piece of marketing material or signage for my business even things I could have created myself because they are so easy to work with! Jeff and Preston and the rest of the team always take great care of me no matter how small the order is. Their attention to the details makes all the difference. I couldnt be happier with the results!

Their product is good quality but not their communication. I asked for quote and before I got the ok that the price was set they went ahead and put my order into production before I had received an OK on pricing and final artwork. This was at the ATL location, never had a problem with the Savannah location. There are definitely other printing shops that could do it for the same price or cheaper. I just decided to use Creative Approach again because when I was in Savannah doing production for 2 feature films I never had an issue getting things printed at Creative Approach so I thought I would use them here where I am also filming another feature film. I tried them out first on some personal business cards but this happened so I will be taking our production needs for the film to another print shop.

I recently found out about Creative Approach at a mixer. Was super excited about using a company near my area. I was verbally quoted a price with Paul and reached out to him several days later to use the service. He never responded back so i had to call. Receptionist very nice.Rick was correspondent and got back to me and only quoted price for resize ( very overprice but i guess because its midtown) $80 to resize a 12x12 to 8.5×11. Invoice said i would receive carry cases but i didnt. They said it was a mistake and would reach back to me about the original price I was quoted. Overall bad experience.Quality was nice. Over price for workload that didnt require designing. Found a new spot that is half the price with same quality. Disappointed really wanted to work within my community

They are not open 24 hours

Creative Approach are a one stop shop for all your printing and mailing needs.Working with them I was able to give them an idea and they ran with it, walking me through the process and producing a great product in a short turn around.I did both a 2200 piece mailing and a 5,000 piece brochure and was happy with the result.

I received the worst customer service from the Director of Operations, Rick Laufersweiler. A shame because the rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rick let me leave the office unsatisfied with the product without any care or so much as a sorry for the misunderstanding. He must not need any more business given the way I was treated, which is a shame because we couldve brought them so much business over time. I used Creative Approach for a smaller project before this one and I was happy with the results and the other designer who helped me, so you may have a good experience here, but I recommend only ordering things that they make in-house. They had to work through a third party to produce my recent product and working with Rick throughout the process was awful.

Extremely bad experiences with these guys! Went in to print a poster once. None of their staff seemed to know how to run their machine! Took us almost an hour and finally they told me they can’t do it!! Another time went in to simply make 200 copies of black&white text document. They took forever agin and wanted to charge me $250!! I ended up arguing for 10-20 minutes! Extremely poor service!!

The staff is always very helpful and friendly here.

In full disclosure, I have been to CA several times because they are very convenient in a bind.My main complaint is with their customer service. Jeff and another guy (Matheus I think his name is?) in my experience have been smug and a little bit arrogant. They often have given me dismissive looks when I ask a question. A few other employees also really act as if they dont care. One employee wouldnt get up from what she was doing when I needed help. They kind of all act like know-it-alls and at the same time it seems they dont really want to be there or to help you. This hasnt been my experience 100% of the time but generally, it has. Theyre also very expensive and charge for every little thing including for each cut when trimming your work. All of that being said, they do have a good business model and I can see why theyre successful. I just wish theyd be a little bit friendlier.

Being a SCAD student, I needed a print shop that doesnt compromise on quality and yet wont burn through my pockets. Creative Approach does exactly that!

Jeff and Jenn were amazingly efficient and professional!! Ive had plenty of less successful experiences at competitors. Im a very happy customer.
