After my sister passed away on 7/4/21 my girlfriend sent me an edible arrangement from the Milton, Ga location the delivery guy was super nice. Unfortunately before opening the arrangement I noticed fruit fly flying around in the bag. How disgusting I contacted the location immediately and they told me they would send out a new arrangement the next day. Three weeks later I still haven’t received the new arrangement and my girlfriend who sent it has not received the refund... WOW
I would never order from this company again. I sent my mother an arrangement for her birthday at the Palm Bay, Florida location. It was never delivered. The franchise hasn’t answered a single phone call throughout the course of the week. I called the corporate office dozens of times before finally speaking with someone who then refused to help get the order delivered and also refused to give me a refund. I ended up having to file fraud charges on my credit card in hopes of getting at least my money back. As an aside, the corporate office also hasn’t responded to multiple emails, with the purchase order number, regarding the issue. Shameful customer service. Buyer beware.
I was contacted late in the afternoon on the 1st proposed delivery date. I was not home, so they scheduled for the next day between 10 & 2, since i was scheduled to go out of town and needed to leave by 3. I called and texted to follow up several times and was given different time with each response, none of which were met. The delivery did not come until between 5 & 6, and I had already left for the week. My daughter in law received the delivery, and noted that the fruit did not look fresh, and some pieces had grey fuzz on them. For what I know my kids spent to send me this, I am very disappointed in the quality as well as the lack of customer service and general dishonesty of the person I dealt with on the phone. She knew that the delivery didnt go out until late, and also knew that I was scheduled to leave, yet continued to give me multiple inaccurate delivery times.
Called to place an order for delivery, was on hold for an hour,no one ever picked up. I drove to the store, 2 associates standing there, I told them I had been trying to call & I was told they are short staffed so they werent answering the phone ! So Im quessing they will leave you on hold indefinitely! Then I was told they wouldnt take my order again due to short staff! Called corporate & they werent helpful either. So I guess Edible is perfectly fine losing sales & customers as I will not shop there again ! Very poor customer service & care !
The service has seriously fail off. To try and place an order but told that I cannot because I want to pay in cash sucks. It makes no sense that the CEO is hiding behind a desk and refuses to answer calls or emails. I advise everyone to take your business elsewhere
My delivery wasn’t delivered and I wasn’t notified when I called the store they lied about the mr daughter didn’t attend the school only to realize that they attempted the delivery after school hours!!!! In Lakeland Florida the service is trash!!!!

I missed a delivery. The 1960 store has rude employees with no knowledge. Now they want to charge 15.00 to redeliver. I used Edible Arrangements for corporate gifts. I have removed them from our list of vendors. No more thousands of dollars from my company.
I ordered an arrangement in a plain green container. I did not realize that in fine print it lists that they can change the container at their will. They switched my plain green container to a Valentine’s container with red and white hearts on it. I spent a lot of time ordering what I wanted and instead they switched it to something I am embarrassed to give. I called the store in Grandview, Ohio and the response I got was I’m sorry you are disappointed. Pretty unsatisfactory customer service for almost $100 worth of fruit. I think they would’ve called me to have me approve the drastic change in the container.

Ordered a birthday collection for my brother-in-law to be delivered a week ago, and it never was. I contacted the store for a refund, and they told me they had to get in touch with their district manager (seriously?), or to call the corporate line on Monday for a possible refund.This seems to be the most difficult process for a customer to be issued a refund I’ve ever experienced in a small business like this.Avoid at all costs.
I have been to the Melbourne, FL store, called customer service 3 times, sent 2 emails and have gotten no response since 2/11/2021. And the company wonders why sales are dropping???? You have a great concept, but seriously lack great customer service. Disgusted with this company and will find another to order from in the future.

I found out by happenstance, that a delivery was NOT made, yet my account was charged. A jumping through hoops fiasco via contacting multiple stores, then to corporate, just to get a refund withOUT an apology or offer to make amends. Whatever happened to courtesy, empathy, and quality? If the individual(s) in charge are too busy to assuage a customers concerns, you are too busy!

If I could have given this rating a -0, I would have. One of my customers sent me an Edible Arrangement on Tuesday which was chocolate covered strawberries. I decided to eat one until the next day, it was only AFTER I bit in it that I notice the strawberry was not only molded but gushing out white stuff.I called the local store and the manager apologized but it didn’t appear to be sincere. She asked me what did I want to do.....did I want come pick another order up. I told her NO because my customer paid for delivery. She went on to tell me how she had 1 driver and she would try to get them deli before I left work that day. I got the delivery later that Thursday. On Saturday, I went to get them out the fridge to eat 1 and noticed 2 of the strawberries were molded. I didn’t even bother calling the store but will contact corporate on tomorrow. I took pictures of the strawberries in both boxes. They will NEVER get my support!!!!!
I ordered something on March 3rd to be delivered on March 5th Never was delivered. Still 4 days later no delivery. The store does not answer the phone AT ALL!!!! I decided to try again since it’s 2021 now and no way that they could be the same. WRONG! $70 order was never delivered to my recipient and neither the local store nor corporate is answering any phones. Tried contacting them on Twitter, and they said to send a PM with the order number so they could “make it right”. No response still. Horrible customer service. Horrible company.
Don’t assume if you make and order it will be sent. Ordered for my friend in another state for her birthday. Nothing ever arrived on Saturday by Fed ex. So I called Monday afternoon to customer service. She checked and apparently the order was never shipped. She said all I can do for you now is to ship it Today (Monday) with arrival on Thursday or issue a refund. I took the refund. Well in my opinion this is poor customer service. I placed two orders this one was $70.No offer to add cookies or something as and apology. This will be my last order ever. Amazing tasting product but that’s just not enough to win my business.

Expedited a gift so it would make it by Christmas for a friend with covid, we are now three days past the delivery with no package yet and when I try to track it says pending everyday. Also have been sitting on hold for over an hour with customer service can’t get through to anyone. Disappointed to say the least.
The owner for the store located at 12517 S Dixie Hwy in Miami, Florida, continues to remove any bad review. Any picture that is uploaded is immediately deleted. Last week, one of her drivers was speeding and driving erratically. He almost crashed into us. When I called her to report the incident, the owner could not care less. She was very rude and gave me an attitude. No worries. We don’t ever plan to do business with that location. I will be reporting this to corporate.

I placed an order on 01/13/2021 for deliver - same date. Paid in full and no delivery. I have attempted to contact the Austell location where the order was placed - voicemail full and call abruptly disconnects. I contacted the corporate office and have been on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. I am requesting a full refund and would like to talk with management. Horrible experience!
So they called me asking me can they change the date of my delivery because they were overwhelmed and they would accommodate me with more items! That didn’t happen and they had the nerve to send me some cookies the size of quarters are you kidding me! I could have went right up the street to a bakery and spent half the money or less for better products! The problem is they letting people run this business in the ground and nobody wants to return my calls or emails but I’m a problem trust me!

Someone surprised us for our Anniversary with Edible Fruit Arrangements. I dont like their delivering service at 5345 Vining St NW Suite 101, Concord, NC 28027 because they send workers out to your home without wearing their face mask, gloves and they stand too close up at your door. This is a very serious issue with this covid-19 thats going around. This company dont have no respect for other lives.
This location is by far the most incompetent and unprofessional Edible Arrangements location I have dealt with. The “Store Manager” did not remedy the mistake her associates and delivery drivers made. Even after reaching out to corporate and the manager assuring me that the franchise owner would reach out, I have heard nothing back. Take your money ANYWHERE else. I would rather have burned $80 then have had to deal with this poor customer service. Thank you Edible Arrangements Williamsburg for singlehandedly convincing me to be slightly more cleaver with my gift giving since you are incapable of completing your orders as promised and owning up to your mistakes. If you think this is a one off occurrence, I would question why a location has a below 3 star rating on google. I wish I would have listen to my fellow patrons.
I tried to place an order online 3 times for multiple items and they cancelled each other out In the cart. I then tried to call the corp office several times and told to leave a vm. Website needs work as does your customer service. Probably losing business. I know you lost mine.
If I could give you zero stars I would! I placed an online order and they leaked my credit card information. One of there employees took my credit card information and placed and online order to Subway in Decanter GA. Decanter is 16 minutes from Atlanta, where the order is processed. The customer service representative can’t answer the questions about how orders are processed and the tell me they will have a Manager get back to me and no one has called. I’m told it will take 24-48 hours for a call. That’s terrible customer service. I can’t even get a name of who’s going to call me. I have very little faith they actually did anything. So much for customer service!
The service was horrible, they dont keep the customer updated on there order, and they dont answer when they call. This company is terrible when answering phone calls. Ive called several times and they would keep transferring me to a voice box machine that kept saying the mail box is full. When ordering online, they would give me a store that is miles away from me. I live in New York and was told to call the headquarters to figure out why it has been three days and I still have not gotten my order, yet the money was taken out of my bank. The location I ordered from does not want to give me my 79 dollars back and keeps telling me to contact the headquarters location, yet theyre not even answering the phone. If this is due to COVID-19 I understand, but why take my order, my money, and not answer any calls. This is very unprofessional and if I could give zero stars, I would.
Im very disappointed with the entire ordering process and the customer service or lack thereof.After placing my order I received a call that my order would be delayed and to call to change the date of cancel the order. That part was okay.I tried for a week before I got a person on the phone. I used several phone numbers found on the website, no luck. When I did get a CSR on the phone I was told I would receive a call. Never did receive a call.I emailed several times, Nothing. I finally contacted the bank and requested the charges be removed. I order an edible arrangement for my sister to thank her for a wonderful dinner. The arrangement that arrive was nothing like the one pictured online. When I call to inquire about the arrangement I was left on hold for over 10 minutes and had to call back. I was asked to send photos of the arrangement, which I did. It is now 3 days later and I still have not heard back from edible arrangements. This was a complete waste of $77. I would never order from them again!
Totally destroyed my grandsons birthday. I am out of state and my son the father of my grandson was traveling. Nursery schools are very touchy about food being brought in. There is a strict no peanut rule. After calling several places we decided on fruit. I explained to a very nice young lady at Edible what the situation was. She did work hard to get this done. I order a large fruit display, I was told I could not get chocolate covered strawberries because the chocolate comes in contact with the peanuts. So we went with just the large fruit tray and then I ordered the dipped apples on a stick which were individually wrapped 8 to a box. These were about $4o a box. I ordered 3 boxes and balloons. Later that evening when I called them they told me they didn’t have the stick apples, that they had apple snack cones. I said it will be ok. I paid $320. I was asked the time again and I was ASSURED . It would get there. When I get an emailed invoice I notice it is their policy not to commit to a time. This was confusing. The first thing I was asked was WHAT TIME DOES IT NEED TO BE THERE??????. If I had known I would have never ordered from them!!!!!! It gets worse. That morning I get a call from someone at the location who tells me the dipped apples are seasonal. This is incredible!!!!!! I already have a trough of fruit. This is for kids what is left??!! The manger then tells me about the time and I tell him this is unacceptable. To his credit he was trying but there are too many disconnects. My grandsons mom waited but picked him up at 1:30 still no delivery!!. She did go back to the school later . The delivery was sub par and very late. The individual items were not there. There was nothing special and the birthday was ruined!!! I was charged $320 and half of what I ordered was not there!!!!!!! Not there!!!!!!How do you fix a 5 year olds birthday celebration with his school friends ... you don’t!!!! But what I will do because I am so angry, disappointed and embarrassed is post, send a letter to corporate, and possibly take you to s claims court. That is how upset I am about this!
Edibles of Elkins Park, PA is horrible. Received a $60 basket for my birthday and it was horrible. The fruit, most notably the melons, was not ripe. It was hard enough to crunch whenever you were successful in cutting it. It was not sweet at all and had no taste. It didnt even smell like fruit. They refused to refund and wanted :replace it with $60 worth of dipped strawberries(which werent sweet either) or make another basket with only pineapple, grapes, and strawberries. All of the fruit was horrible. Dont buy from this store!!!!!
Store # 1378 has trained their employees with customer service. As we all know that customer service is what continues to bring more customers. Cassandra was the young lady that took care of us over the phone. She helped in confirming our order. At first she couldnt find the order because they had 150 orders pending, but was very smart to ask her supervisor to help confirm. That means alot to know that you have great people like Cassandra and the crew at store # 1378 that supports customer service. Keep up the great work!

Was so disappointed today, ordered a mug with chocolate strawberries from the website for a close friend. Only to pick up a box of strawberries because according to the attendant...they havent had the mug in a very long time...ugh soooo disappointed. Take that off your website!

Trust me you’ll thank me for saving you the headache of having to deal with the staff at this location who are absolutely rude as hell and it doesn’t seem as though management cares. Messed up my order and delivered it at almost midnight and blamed it on another location. My child ordered me an edible? i want to Thanked them for the order. I love edibles. However I don’t have them, that’s why I’m asking who sent them. lol. They called at 633pm and asked me if I’d like my edible today. I said yeah I guess because I didnt order one. it was suppose to be a surprise. A friend took on a seasonal job in 2012/2013 ? at Southbury location. 1. She was barely trained. 2. The miserable nasty manager who was from New Haven area bullied her and humiliated her in front of other employees( most likely was jealous because shes attractive and has a nice personality.) 3. Coworkers where unprofessional gossiping, cussing, talking about inappropriate subjects such as sex and getting high. My friend was in her early 40s she was mature compared to the others that worked there. I hope they hire better staff and managers! My friend was in her early 40s but can pass for 32 probably why she was treated so bad. Some serious catty females here! Glad she left. There was a Dominican girl that worked there ( she was nice and helpful. I think I heard she may still work there)

I ordered some dipped fruit for my sisters 70th Birthday in California. I ordered it online from Edible Arrangements . It was ordered it on June 14th for delivery on June 16th at her party. The product did not arrive on the 16th. I contacted E A customer service ( it was closed on Sunday the 17th) Talking to their version of customer service is futile, its just a call centre that cant do anything. I received an e-mail offering to deliver it on Tuesday or Wednesday (too late) or a refund. I opted for a full refund. (They blamed UPS by the way) Today my sister received the package in the condition you can see in the photos. I was quite upset that my sister would receive the gift in this condition and expressed this in an e-mail to them suggesting I would like to talk to a supervisor on the phone and provided my phone number. I suggested that in the interest of customer satisfaction they should send the original order to my sister free of charge with a letter of apology. Their answer was, we offered you a full refund or the re-delivery of the product with a $10 discount, which to me is like saying buzz off we dont care about you or your sister. I guess they dont have any family where they work. Typical large corporation attitude these days. I will never use their services again.
2nd year in a row that my Mother’s Day gift was not delivered- no show and no call. Called store #861 in the Millstone 14 Towne Center and no one answered at 11:00 am on Monday plus their answering machine is full and not able to accept new messages. Extremely poor excuse for management and will never do busy with them again. Sad thing is that I am not the only one who this has happened to not only on Mother’s Day but Valentines Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.PLAN AND STAFF ACCORDINGLY or hire people who can.
